The trend of payment terms of an international trade has been changed from letter of credit to open account. In this regard factoring has come out to support SMEs in terms of financing on a without recourse basis. However, factoring is in Korea is not workable softly due mainly to legal system affecting smooth assignment of receivables. Therefore this study suggest the following solutions : Korean Civil Law shall be modified to protect factor's position as a right creditor to debtor and protect factor's position when perfection among several creditors are incurred. However, formal modification to this end would not be easy in short run and it is suggested that a special law be established in case a commercial receivable assignment both domestic and internationally happens between seller and factor.

최근 결제 시스템은 인간 친화적이며 다양한 디지털 기술들의 발전으로 간편화되고 있다. 특히 핀테크의 일종인 간편 결제 시스템은 효율성과 간편성을 강조하면서 금융 시장에서 크게 화두 되는 시스템이다. 그러나 효율성과 간편성에 집중하다 보니 보안성이 낮아지는 단점을 가지고 있다. 특히, 간편 결제 시스템의 핵심인 토큰 시스템의 취약점은 가장 큰 문제를 발생할 수 있다. 이에 대응하기 위해, 이 논문에서는 기존 결제 시스템 방식에 비대칭 암호화 방식을 추가하여 간편 결제 시스템의 보안성을 높여 토큰 취약점 대응 시스템을 제안한다.

This study examined how product characteristics and system characteristics have affected user's economic, psychological and operating satisfaction and intention of repurchase in Internet shopping malls. The results of the study were as follows: First, it showed that product characteristics and user satisfaction have significant differences; the ability to recognize economic and psychological user satisfaction differs according to the characteristics of the product. It also showed that the degree of psychological and operating user satisfaction varies according to the convenience of order and payment as well as the convenience of the system and customer service. Second, it was found that economic, psychological and operational user satisfaction had an effect on customer's intention to repurchase. This study, focusing on particular variants of on-line shopping, found that characteristics of product and system had a great impact on user satisfaction and intention to repurchase. For the firms who run internet shopping malls, therefore more attention should be directed to the convenience of products and system problems in their services since it is so easy for customers to move to another shopping site with a simple click. The result of such an investigation may lead customers to repurchase by increasing their satisfaction with the shopping services.

Background : As parking problem caused by increasing owner-driver and patients concentrating to a general hospital is becoming one of the dissatisfactions in medical care. It is time that a general hospital should solve the parking problem in a desirable way. The purpose of this survey is to let the clients understand the basic motivation of the pay parking and develop the better parking system. Methods : Clients of a tertiary care hospital in Chon-ju were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 193 subjects answered the questionnaire. Results : In relation to previous experiences, 39.6% of the subjects experienced inconvenience with confused parking lot and the shortage of parking space. Under the current parking system, the subjects who felt the available parking space was enough were more than those who didn't 62.7% of the subjects answered that they could find the parking lot easily. 33.2% of the subjects mentioned that it was not easy to drive in the parking area ; The reasons were pointed out the shortage of space, disordered parking, and insufficient guide. 12.8% of the subjects satisfied with the current administering system of parking lot. The outpatients were more affirmative than the admitted patients about the charging system. As for the parking fee, 64% of the subjects answered that it is expensive, and 89.5% of the subjects thought imposing of parking fee is irrational. Conclusion : To say as a whole, the basic purpose of the charging system are more or less accepted. However, the management details like parking facilities and payment method are dissatisfactory, so it is necessary to improve the management system. It is also noted that the inpatients showed more negative attitude than the outpatients with the charging system. To secure a more convenient parking, the parking system should be considered in relation to the information service, kind guidance, improve facilities, personnel cooperation, fix outpatient scheduling system, etc.

With the rapid progress of research to offer a convenience of mobile communication, the mobile users can use not only the services of voice call but also the variety services of data communication using Internet. These include Internet Searching, Internet Shopping and Internet banking and Internet stock exchange and electronic payment and so on, based on PKI. Also, the need of data communication between the mobile users has been increased. As it is possible for mobile users to do user authentication, key distribution, encryption, decryption and so on, it is needed the certificate status validation between the mobile users. However due to the PCS(Personal Communication System) had been only designed and implemented for voice call between the mobile users, it is not easy to apply data communication between the mobile users on PKI. Therefore the study of for the data communication between the mobile users in PCS is a few. It is for the data transfer between the mobile users to communicate using call processing of PCS. So, we propose how to process the certificate status validation during call processing for data communication between the mobile users in the PCS.

An electronic cash system has to provide the security, to prevent the double spending and to support the divisibility of electronic cash for the easy of use. Divisible electronic cash system allows an electronic cash to be divided into subdivisions. Each subdivision is worth any desired value, but all values must add up to the original cash value. Divisible scheme brings some advantages. It reduces to make the change and also there is no necessity that a customer must withdraw a cash of the desired value whenever transactions occur. In this paper, we present an electronic cash protocol which provides the divisibility based on the double hash chain technique. Electronic cash is constructed in the form of coins. The divisibility of an electronic cash is satisfied by the payment certificate, which is a pair of bank´s proxy signature received from the bank. When a customer pays the coin of subdivision, the fairness of that coin is certified by a customer´s signing instead of a bank. Although the proposed method does not guarantee user´s anonymity, it generates coins which cannot be forged, and the customer can use an electronic cash conveniently and efficiently with its divisibility.

Objectives: This study was aimed to present the experts' opinions for the successful application of Korean traditional medical practices (KTMPs) to the International Classification of Health Intervention (ICHI). Methods: Two doctors of Korean Medicine and two health information managers who had tried coding 131 KTMPs using ICHI participated in the focus group discussion. The remarks from the discussion were summarized according to the thematic analysis method. Results: The participants expected ICHI to be mainly used for statistics when applied to TKMPs. It can be used for payment systems as well, but it was expected that additional work would be required. They thought the current version of the ICHI did not sufficiently reflect the KMTPs of the real world, and even the interventions already included in the ICHI were not explained enough in the system. They thought it would not be easy to explain more KTMPs within the current structure of the ICHI, but they also said it seemed possible. In the process, rather than adding entirely new stem codes, it would be better to generate new combinations of the existing codes, to suppose subdivided codes, and to utilize the include terms or extension codes. Conclusions: For the successful introduction of ICHI, clarifying the definition of each intervention of KTMPs is a top priority. In addition, it is necessary to continue the matching work of ICHI - KMPTs and also required to make this effort together with the field of traditional medicine and complementary medicine worldwide.

The purpose of this study was to assess the provided home health care services and to evaluate the patient's satisfaction level of received home health care services. Well trained two home health care nurses interviewed with 138 respondents who received home health care by Keimyung University Hospital from January 1st to August 31st 1999. The results were summarized as follows : 1) Among 138 respondents, $55.8\%$ were mail and $44.2\%$ were female and $70.3\%$ of them were over sixty years old. Respondents main family care givers were spouse$(53.6\%)$, daughters and sons$(36.2\%)$ and parents$(7.2\%)$. 2) $60.2\%$ of cancer patients received home health care services, $23.3\%$ of cerebral­cardiovascular patients, $7.5\%$ of endocrine disorder patients, $2.3\%$ of those who have indwelling foley catheter patients, $1.5\%$ of those who have respiratory problems and others$(5.2\%)$. 3) $88.1\%$ of respondents were satisfied with the number of home visits they received. $50.5\%$ of respondents' were received 1 to 3 times of home visits by home health care nurse per month. $48.6\%$ of respondents answered they were introduced by attending doctors or nurses to home health care services. $55.8\%$ of respondents answered registration to home health care services was simple and easy. $97.4\%$ of respondents answered home health care payment system was adequate. $64.9\%$ of respondents answered the cost of home health care per visit was adequate and comfortable. 4) Health education, counselling, physical assessment was provided to most of the patients. Those who suffered with cerebral-cardiovascular disease was needed hands on direct care most of all. The least home health care service provided was medication. 5) The satisfaction measurement tool was composed with 13 items and 3 score scale. The mean score of satisfaction on provided home health care services was 2.67 out of 3. Among 13 items. 'home health care service was kind enough' was highest(2.84). 'nurse use precise word to understand and communicate'. 'nurse gave home visiting notice ahead of time and kept the home visiting promise on time' was 2.83. 'whenever I need home health care nurse I can give a call and meet the nurse' was lowest 2.41. Special Home Health care programs such as comprehensive hospice care programs for elders over sixty years old should be organized. Adequate and standardized home health care payment system should be developed as soon as possible. In korean family situation. when family members are getting sick and stay at home. family members were taking care of the patients. special program such as counselling family members are needed.
