  • This study examined how product characteristics and system characteristics have affected user's economic, psychological and operating satisfaction and intention of repurchase in Internet shopping malls. The results of the study were as follows: First, it showed that product characteristics and user satisfaction have significant differences; the ability to recognize economic and psychological user satisfaction differs according to the characteristics of the product. It also showed that the degree of psychological and operating user satisfaction varies according to the convenience of order and payment as well as the convenience of the system and customer service. Second, it was found that economic, psychological and operational user satisfaction had an effect on customer's intention to repurchase. This study, focusing on particular variants of on-line shopping, found that characteristics of product and system had a great impact on user satisfaction and intention to repurchase. For the firms who run internet shopping malls, therefore more attention should be directed to the convenience of products and system problems in their services since it is so easy for customers to move to another shopping site with a simple click. The result of such an investigation may lead customers to repurchase by increasing their satisfaction with the shopping services.

Determinants Affecting Overseas Direct Purchase of Korean Products Among Chinese Consumers

  • Purpose: Finding out major factors on motivation to purchase Korean products through the analysis of overseas direct purchase in China and through empirical analysis, strategic implications or specific action plans and significance of the overseas direct purchase are investigated out. Research design, data, and methodology: In the process, to make more effective analysis, several analysis tools and analysis programms are used, IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 with 264 questionnaires. Conclusions: Among the factors of the overseas direct purchase, all variables (product diversity, brand image, information validity, convenience, easy payment) are available on satisfaction and repurchase intention. They have affirmative impacts on the satisfaction and repurchase intention. And the satisfaction has a positive impact on the repurchase intention. The brand images and the product diversity of Korean products can induce consumers to visit again and improve managerial performance. In the future, the brand image and ways of purchasing behaviors improve the truthfulness of consumers. Results: The significance of this study is to find out 5 key factors through overseas direct purchase. And we should try to apply the implications drawn from the findings as marketing strategy. So finally we should focus on widening, enlarging and enriching China market gradually.

신용장조건(信用狀條件)과 일치(一致)하는 서류(書類)의 요건(要件) (Requirements for Compliant Documents with the Terms and Conditions of the Credit)

  • Beneficiary must present all documents stipulated in the Credit. If the documents conform in all respects with the terms and conditions of the Credit, beneficiary has a right to payment from an issuing or confirming bank. And banks must examine all documents presented by beneficiary for taking up the documents. If the documents appear on their face not to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit, banks may refuse to take up the documents. But standard for compliant documents with the terms and conditions of the Credit in the UCP or Section 5 of UCC is unclear. Because UCP Article 13(a) provides merely that banks must examine all documents stipulated in the Credit ${\cdots}$ to ascertain whether or not they appear, on their face, to be compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit. ${\cdots}$ Documents which appear on their face to be inconsistent with one another will be considered as not appearing on their face to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit. Also UCC Section 5-108(a) provides merely that. ${\cdots}$ an issuer shall honor a presentation that, ${\cdots}$ appears on its face strictly to comply with the terms and conditions of the letter of credit. All problems are not resolve with easy by these regulations. Accordingly, I examined requirements for compliant documents with the terms and conditions of the Credit on the basis of the UCP and cases. To analyse this, I divided into three requirements ; (1) Completeness, (2) Regularity, (3) Linkage.

IPA기법을 이용한 한양방 의원 서비스품질의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis on the Service Quality Between Korean and Western medicine clinic using the IPA Technique)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate on the Korean and Western medicine clinic quality to use IPA matrix and to establish a Korean medicine service management strategy. Methods : In order to achieve the research purpose, medical consumers who visited 3 Korean and Western medicine clinics were surveyed. frequency analysis, paired t-test were used for the statistical analysis, and the mean of each variable was used for IPA analysis. Results : The major results of analysis are as follows: It was confirmed that the skill and the kindness of the human resources were important in both the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. And it was confirmed the difference of the satisfaction rate and IPA between the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. Especially Medical devices and equipment, Easy booking, reception, payment procedure were different in IPA analysis. Conclusions : We confirmed the similarities and differences between Korean medicine clinics and Western medicine clinics in terms of importance, satisfaction, and IPA. On the basis of these results, Korean Medicine clinic could arrange a management strategy in consideration of consumers' choice attribute.

  • 최근 박판두재인 고장력강이 구조물에 폭넓게 사용됨으로서 좌굴이 발생하기 쉽다. 특히 고장력강을 사용하는 선체구조물에서는 좌굴은 중요한 설계기준이 되고 있다. 따라서 좌굴발생 후 거동을 정확하게 파악하는 것은 선체구조의 안정성에 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 선체의 대표적인 구조물인 판을 대상으로 각 선급 룰에서 좌굴강도식의 기준으로 삼고 있는 단순지지조건에서의 여러 가지 항복강도에 따라 압축하중을 받는 박판구조물의 초기좌굴 후 거동과 2차좌굴 후 거동에 대해서 규명하였다. 해석방법으로는 범용 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ANSYS를 이용하였고 2차좌굴과 같은 복잡한 비선형거동을 해석하기 위하여 호장증분법(Arc-length method)을 사용하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 NCS 직무에서 병원행정의 능력단위 요소에 해당하는 진료비 심사청구 수행준거의 내용을 수행할 수 있는 교육용 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램은 VB.Net으로 개발하였으며, 데이터베이스는 ACCESS의 Database를 이용하였다. 프로그램 운영에 의한 학습효과는 첫 번째, 진료내역에 의한 진료비 구성을 이해할 수 있다. 두 번째, 병원종별에 따른 점수당 단가를 숙지할 수 있다. 세 번째, 재료금액과 행위금액을 선택하여 병원종별에 따른 가산율이 적용되는 항목과 적용되지 않는 항목을 구분할 수 있다. 또한 처치 및 수술 등의 의료행위에 대한 야간과 소아에 대한 가산여부와 가산율, 검사의뢰 및 전문의의 가산여부와 가산율을 숙지할 수 있다. 네 번째, 입원 본인일부부담율과 식대 및 특수장비의 본인부담율이 다르게 적용되므로 내역별 본인부담율을 숙지하여 입원내역의 본인부담율을 산정할 수 있다. 다섯 번째, 보험유형에 따른 종별가산율을 숙지할 수 있다. 또한 진료비총액의 계산과정을 이해할 수 있다. 여섯 번째, 병원종별에 따른 본인부담율을 숙지할 수 있으며, 진료비총액에서 본인일부부담금액과 청구금액이 산정되는 계산과정을 이해할 수 있다.

이중해쉬체인에 기반한 분할 가능 전자화폐의 설계 (Design of Divisible Electronic Cash based on Double Hash Chain)

  • 전자화폐는 안전성이 제공되어야 하고 이중사용이 방지되어야 하며, 사용자의 편의를 위해 분할성을 만족하는 것이 바람직하다. 분할성은 사용자가 발급받은 전자화폐를 화폐의 총액을 넘지 않는 범위내에서 사용자가 원하는 대로 나누어 사용할 수 있는 성질이다. 분할성을 만족함으로써 거스름돈의 발생을 줄일 수 있고 여러 번의 인출과정을 수행하지 않아도 되는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중해쉬체인에 기반한 분할 가능한 전자화폐 프로토콜에 대하여 제안한다. 전자화폐는 이중해쉬체인에 의해 서로 다른 액면금액을 가진 동전으로 구성된다. 전자화폐의 분할성은 지불인증을 이용하여 만족된다. 지불인증이란 은행으로부터 받은 은행의 대리서명 키 쌍으로서, 높은 액면금액의 동전을 낮은 액면금액의 동전으로 분할할 때 은행대신 서명을 하여 동전의 정당성을 인증 받을 수 있다 제안된 방법은 사용자의 익명성을 제공하지는 않지만 해쉬함수를 이용하여 수행속도가 빠르고 위조 불가능한 동전을 생성하며, 분할성을 만족함으로써 사용자가 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

일 대학병원 주차장 유료화에 따른 주차장 이용실태 조사 (A Survey of a Present Utilization of the Parking Lot with the Introduction of a Charging System)

  • Background : As parking problem caused by increasing owner-driver and patients concentrating to a general hospital is becoming one of the dissatisfactions in medical care. It is time that a general hospital should solve the parking problem in a desirable way. The purpose of this survey is to let the clients understand the basic motivation of the pay parking and develop the better parking system. Methods : Clients of a tertiary care hospital in Chon-ju were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 193 subjects answered the questionnaire. Results : In relation to previous experiences, 39.6% of the subjects experienced inconvenience with confused parking lot and the shortage of parking space. Under the current parking system, the subjects who felt the available parking space was enough were more than those who didn't 62.7% of the subjects answered that they could find the parking lot easily. 33.2% of the subjects mentioned that it was not easy to drive in the parking area ; The reasons were pointed out the shortage of space, disordered parking, and insufficient guide. 12.8% of the subjects satisfied with the current administering system of parking lot. The outpatients were more affirmative than the admitted patients about the charging system. As for the parking fee, 64% of the subjects answered that it is expensive, and 89.5% of the subjects thought imposing of parking fee is irrational. Conclusion : To say as a whole, the basic purpose of the charging system are more or less accepted. However, the management details like parking facilities and payment method are dissatisfactory, so it is necessary to improve the management system. It is also noted that the inpatients showed more negative attitude than the outpatients with the charging system. To secure a more convenient parking, the parking system should be considered in relation to the information service, kind guidance, improve facilities, personnel cooperation, fix outpatient scheduling system, etc.

인터넷을 이용한 청소년의 캐주얼 상의 구매 행동 (Students' Behavioral Patterns for Purchasing Their Casual Upper Garments through Online Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine students' reasons and standards for purchasing their casual upper garments through online shoppin. A questionnaire composed of 26 items in five-point Likert type (14 items for measuring reasons, and 12 items for measuring standards for their purchase) was administered. The subjects were 422 male and female students attending middle schools, high schools and colleges located in the metropolitan region of Daegu. For a statistical analysis, a $3{\times}2$ two way ANOVA design (3 levels of schools: middle school, high school and college and 2 sexes: male and female) was involved, and Turkey's HFD multiple comparisons were made. The results showed that the reasons for students' purchasing casual upper garments through online shopping malls were as follows: quality, availability of discount coupons and points, other benefits such as special promotions, gifts, the easy return of goods and refunds, and also no trial of wearing shirts even at off-line stores. Significant differences in purchasing reasons through online shopping were found among middle schoo, high school and college students. There were also significant differences between male and female students mostly found in three variations of purchasing reasons: ease of availability of garments in contemporary fashion, convenient shopping without any restriction on time, and the decision to purchase with help from consumers' recommendations. Significant differences among middle school, high school and college students were found in the following standards for the students' decision to purchase their casual upper garments through online shopping: affordability, color, design, style, payment safety, and ease of maintenance (cleaning and ironing). Differences between male and female students were found to be significant in the following categories: affordability, fashionable, brand name, free delivery, product quality, coordination with other clothes, and consumers' recommendations on the products concerned.

수요자 선호도 분석을 통한 미분양 아파트 마케팅 전략 (A Marketing Strategy for Unsold Apartments using Conjoint Analysis of Customer Preference)

  • 본 연구는 미분양 아파트 수요자를 대상으로 선호요인을 분석하고 향후 민간측면에서 미분양 아파트 해소를 위한 마케팅 전략에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법은 미분양 아파트 수요자 선호요인을 도출한 뒤 컨조인트 분석을 통해 가장 중요하게 판단하는 요인과 상대적으로 포기할 수 있는 요인을 도출하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 미분양 아파트 수요자들은 주택 구매 선택에 있어 미분양에 따른 혜택(분양가 인하 및 보장제)을 입지환경 및 거주환경 보다 우선적으로 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미분양 아파트 수요자들은 입지환경과 관련해 대중교통 이용이 양호한 환경을 가장 중요하게 고려하며, 거주환경과 관련해서는 단지 내 친환경 수준을 중요하게 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미분양 아파트인 만큼 가격전략에서는 납부조건 완화보다는 분양가 인하를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 홍보전략은 주택전시관이나 설명회를 통해 홍보하는 것이 가장 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다.
