  • We are going to make clear three things through the examination of the subject of this study. The first thing is to verify whether perceived usefulness and ease of use of usage have positive effects on trust and satisfaction which determine the loyalty of a shopping mall. The second Is to find out the effect of perceived usefulness and ease of use of using internet shopping mall on shopping mall's loyalty through variable intermediation of trust and satisfaction. The third is to emphasize the importance of perceived usefulness and ease of use of using a shopping mall web sites and carrying out a through analyzing path that usefulness and ease of use are intermediated by trust and satisfaction to loyalty. We made a poll to people who had ever used internet shopping mall and got Information. The results are below. The easer internet shopping mail users feel when using shopping mall sites, the more they feel them useful. Perceived usefulness and ease of use of usage have positive effects on trust and satisfaction which are major preceding factors of Internet shopping mall loyalty. The perceived ease of use, trust, and satisfaction intermediate between the perceived ease of use and shopping mall's loyally while users are accepting internet shopping mali. And trust and satisfaction intermediate between the perceived usefulness and shopping mall's loyalty. These results show that the degree of usefulness and feeling easiness in using shopping mall of users should be considered seriously. The only easiness of shopping mall doesn't create shopping mail's loyalty, but, It's created when users acknowledge the usefulness, trust, and satisfy.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of users' perceived value of food delivery Apps and information quality on acceptance and intention to reuse of food delivery Apps. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of perceived value and information quality with the acceptance and continued usage of delivery Apps on the basis of the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Findings The results of this study suggests that perceived emotional value and monetary value, accuracy and timeliness of information have significant positive effects on usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps. Meanwhile, both usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps have significant positive influences on users' continually use intention. Furthermore, implications in terms of the findings of this study are discussed.

남자경찰보호복 착용실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Survey on Satisfaction of Protective Clothing for Riot Policemen)

  • This paper examines the protective clothing satisfaction rate of riot policemen. The protective clothing currently in use is the version that underwent enhancement and was distributed in 2009. This version underwent significant enhancements compared to the protective clothing introduced in 1996 in terms of safety and body fitness; however, there is room for further enhancement in terms of activity, thermal comfort and easiness. In this research, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 386 riot policemen working at the Seoul Riot Police Station to study their use of protective clothing and satisfaction rate. The survey questions included safety, activity and body fitness in terms of functionality and comfort as well as easiness and design in terms of wearing comfort. Activity scored the lowest (2.89) in terms of functionality as well as comfort (2.40) that scored the lowest in terms of wearing comfort. It is concluded that, in order to correct deficiencies, the weight of protective clothing must be reduced and design changes must be made to eliminate unnecessary areas in clothing and facilitate faster dressing/undressing. In addition, it is strongly recommended that shock absorption materials be inserted only in vital areas in order to enhance thermal comfort.

직장 내 가족친화제도가 취업모의 직업만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Work-family Balance Policies on Working Mothers' Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide background information to help develop family-friendly policies which aid in the ability for employees to balance family and work, and to increase the effectiveness and feasibility of these policies at work sites. We surveyed the performance and usage of work-family balance policies among working mothers with young children. We also examined the factors influencing the job satisfaction of working mothers. The study sample consisted of 237 working mothers with young children. We found that family economic status, working mother's experience of family leave or maternity leave, and easiness of policy use are important factors in a working mother's job satisfaction. Especially when individual and job characteristics are controlled, the most influential factor on working mothers' job satisfaction was the experience of family leave or maternity leave. In addition, the easiness of family-friendly policy use was a significant factor in working mothers' job-satisfaction.

  • The main purpose of this study is to understand the marketing approaches and strategies that are used to disseminating biodegradable fishing gears and distinguish the cognition and the non-cognition group's attitudes on the product. We used a technology acceptance model for analyzing product attributes and its impacts on fishers' purchase. The result of this research shows that 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have positive effect on 'purchase intention,' and then give impacts on 'purchase intention' for the entire respondents. For the cognitive respondents these factors have influence on 'attitude' but they do not affect 'purchase decision.' However, 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have much positive impact on 'purchase intention.' In the non-cognition group, the 'perceived intention' and 'company and country of manufacturers' have direct positive effect on 'purchase intention' through 'attitude' and also 'on 'purchase intention.' This research provides some meaningful policy implications on further development and technology marketing of biodegradable fishing gears.

메타버스 플랫폼 게더타운 기반 비대면수업의 학습만족도와 지속이용의도에 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Learning Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention in Non-face-to-face Classes based on Metaverse Platform Gather.Town)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 기반 비대면 수업에서 학습만족도와 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아내는데 있다. 이를 위해 기술수용모형과 정보시스템 성공모형을 토대로 가설을 세우고, 메타버스 플랫폼 중 게더타운을 이용한 수업 경험이 있는 학생을 대상으로 2021년 11월 22일에서 2022년 1월 3일까지 온라인과 오프라인을 기반으로 설문조사를 실시하여 불성실한 응답을 한 설문지를 제외하고 122부를 대상으로 PLS 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 분석결과 플랫폼 품질요인 모두 용이성에 영향을 미치지만, 유용성에서는 콘텐츠 품질만 영향을 가지고 있었다. 용이성은 유용성에 영향을 미치고, 유용성과 용이성이 학습만족도에, 유용성과 학습만족도가 지속이 용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 가지고 있었다. 본 연구의 의의는 메타버스 기반 비대면 수업에서 학습만족도와 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 실증적으로 분석하였다는 점에 있다. 후속 연구에서는 게더타운을 비롯한 다양한 메타버스 기반 플랫폼을 대상으로 학습만족도와 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수들에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

3가지 성문위기도기(Supraglottic airway device)의 삽관 용이성과 삽관시간 비교 - 마네킨을 이용한 연구- (Comparative assessment of the easiness and speed of insertion of three supraglottic airway devices - A manikin study -)

  • Purpose : This study was designed to compare the easiness and speed of insertion of three supraglottic airway devices(SADs) in a manikin setting. Methods : Three different SADs - Laryngeal Mask Classic(cLMA), I-gel and Streamlined Liner of the Pharynx Airway(SLIPA) were applied. One hundred and nineteen paramedical students with(group H) or without (group L) previous airway experience were taught brief manikin training about the use of the cLMA, I-gel and SLIPA. The students inserted each device in a randomized order. Time to effective ventilation was recorded in seconds from holding the device to the first chest inflation. Success was determined as adequate chest wall movement. Results : The insertion attempts were lesser in I-gel($1.00{\pm}0.00$) and SLIPA($1.05{\pm}0.27$) than cLMA($1.16{\pm}0.41$, p<.05). The shortest time to insertion was recorded for I-gel($10.5{\pm}3.0sec$), followed by the SLIPA($12.9{\pm}4.5sec$) and cLMA($19.6{\pm}4.1sec$, p<.05). There were no significant differences in the insertion attempts and insertion time of I-gel between group L and group H. But in cLMA, longer insertion time and more insertion attempts were recorded in group L than group H. Conclusion : Both I-gel and SLIPA were superior to cLMA in the easiness and speed of insertion. Even in novice students, I-gel showed an excellent result in a manikin.

인터넷의 지속적 사용의도에서 주관적 안녕감에 대한 탐색적 분석 (The Exploratory Analysis of Subjective Well Bing in Internet Continuance to Use)

  • Although the Internet has been a important communication tool in modern societies, researchers did not pay attention to its' positive impacts on individual's psychological process. The Internet provides users with a unique environment such as visual isolation, non face-to-face communication, and easiness to escape from social influences. This environment enables people to take free action according to their personality and disclose themselves. The findings indicate that individuals' social use of the Internet may reflect their personality. To fill the research void like this, this study proposes a new research model in which well bing as well as perceived value are positively linked to satisfaction and continuance to use. The statistical results obtained by applying PLS to the valid 150 questionnaires showed that the well bing has stronger positive influence on satisfaction and continuance to use. Therefore, a practical implication is suggested that the web site need to be designed in a way of arousing users' well bing more strongly.

오픈마켓 의류구매에서의 재품 및 쇼핑몰 속성 만족이 구매행동에 미치는 영향 -쇼핑몰 신뢰, 재구매 의도, 추천 의도를 중심으로- (The Influences of Satisfaction of Product and Shopping Mall Properties on Clothing Purchasing Behavior in Internet Open Market -Focusing on Mall Reliability, Repurchase Intention, and Recommendation Intention-)

  • This study aims to find out the influence of satisfaction of the product and shopping mall attributes on mall reliability, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention in internet open market. For this purpose, this study surveyed 266 male and female consumers in their 20's~40's for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet open markets. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through online survey in August 2011. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows; First, it was identified that there were Significant differences in consumers' satisfaction on product and shopping mall attributes according to purchase price, degree of purchase, and the demographics. Second, it was identified that performance, sewing condition, the stability of the form, texture, harmony with other clothes, the response of people, fashionability, seller, origin, detailed explanation on products, interaction with shopping malls, and ease-of-use have significant influence on the reliability of open market. Third, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the food, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the repurchase intention. Fourth, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the form, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the intention to recommend.
