The Utility of Satellite Sensors of the Missile Defense Systems (미사일 방어 체계의 위성센서 효용성 연구)

  • This paper describes the utility of satellite sensors of the missile defense system using the estimation theory. The inherent flight characteristics of the missiles give the limitations in the response time and the countermeasures. In this point, the early warning and surveillance satellites are important. Using the Extended Kalman Filter, it is analysed LPU and MLU in DSP and SBIRS satellites, and presented the quantitative uncertainties of state estimates of non-rotational DSP compare to the rotating one.

  • In this paper, the fire safety management plan and the emergency action program for the railway safety improvement were reviewed. In the fire safety management plan, a series of preventive methods answering to such as a smoke exhaust installation, a fire warning device and a guide inducement will be come into preparation. Also, the damage reducing methods such as complement of fire safety equipments, establishment of refuge & escape system, consolidation of real-time control on fire response and operation procedure will be required for early repressing fire and minimizing fatality.

  • This paper presents the example of corrosion monitoring sensor that is applied to massive RC structure exposed to marine environments. Corrosion monitoring sensor is used as an early warning system to predict the initial stage of corrosion in concrete structures. So, it can be a good method to verify the design life and prepare measures for concrete deterioration in advance.

  • China had revised Foreign Trade Law in order to fulfill its WTO commitments and duties, and fully exercise its rights and benefits as a WTO member. The main contents of the revised Foreign Trade Law as followed. For the first time, individuals are allowed to conduct foreign trade. Intellectual property is an important component of foreign trade, and protecting intellectual property rights is a key issue. A chapter on Intellectual property protection is one of the major additions to the Foreign Trade Law. New sections have also been added to allow and provide guidance for conducting investigations and seeking relief. Finally, the new law beefs up and clarifies enforcement procedures. It regulates the setting up of early warning and emergency systems and a foreign trade statistics system.

  • 매년 반복되는 산간계곡에서의 인명피해를 저감하기 위하여 방재연구소에서는 "산지 돌발홍수 예측시스템"을 개발하였으며, '10년 우기철동안 시범지역의 모니터링을 통해 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 검토하였다. 산지지역 강우에 대한 모니터링은 현재 지방자치단체에서 운영하고 있는 자동우량경보시설을 활용하였으며, 해당 시설중 특히 수위계가 설치된 지역에 대하여 검토하였다. 수위자료 모니터링 결과를 바탕으로 정확도를 검토한 결과, 5개 시범지역의 경우 약 56%의 정확도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 산정되었다. 그러나 시스템을 수정 보완한 후에는 정확도가 66%로 증가하였다. 향후 지속적인 모니터링과 문제점 분석을 통해 정확도를 지속적으로 향상시킬 계획이다.

  • Based on the problems of untimely Expressway fire rescue and backward traditional fire rescue methods, an emergency fire fighting and inspection robot riding on expressway guardrail is designed. The overall mechanical structure design of emergency fire fighting and inspection robot riding on expressway guardrail is completed by using three-dimensional design software. The target fire detection is realized by using the target detection algorithm of Yolov5; By selecting a variety of sensors and using the control method of multi algorithm fusion, the basic function of robot on duty early warning is realized, and it has the ability of intelligent fire extinguishing. The BMS battery charging and discharging system is used to detect the real-time power of the robot. The design of the expressway emergency fire fighting and inspection robot provides a new technical means for the development of emergency fire fighting equipment, and improves the reliability and efficiency of expressway emergency fire fighting.
