미국 바이어의 고비즈코리아에 대한 충성도 결정요인: 국가이미지, 서비스 품질 및 만족도를 중심으로 (Determinants of U.S. Buyer Loyalty toward Gobizkorea.com: A Study Focused on Country Image, E-Service Quality, and Satisfaction)

  • 고비즈코리아는 중소기업진흥공단이 운영하는 온라인 매칭 플랫폼으로 자본이 부족한 중소기업이 저비용으로 해외 바이어들에게 자사제품을 홍보하며 수출을 도모할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 따라서 고비즈코리아를 방문하는 해외바이어들의 규모 증대와 이들의 충성도 제고는 중소기업 수출 제고에 기여할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 국가이미지, 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 및 만족도를 중심으로 해외바이어들의 고비즈코리아에 대한 충성도 결정요인을 살펴보았다. 고비즈코리아에 등록된 미국 바이어들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 102개의 설문이 수집되었다. 요인분석 결과, 서비스 품질에 대한 하위 차원으로 정보 및 효율성, 신뢰 및 프라이버시, 신속한 커뮤니케이션 및 배송 등의 세 차원이 도출되었다. 가설 검증을 위해 경로분석을 실시한 결과, 한국에 대한 긍정적인 국가 이미지가 이 세 차원의 서비스 품질 평가에 강한 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 정보 및 효율성, 신뢰 및 프라이버시에 대한 평가가 바이어 만족도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 만족도와 신뢰 및 프라이버시 평가가 바이어 충성도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 미국 바이어들의 고비즈코리아에 대한 충성도 결정요인을 살펴봄으로써 해외바이어들의 국내 전자무역플랫폼 이용에 대한 이해를 증진시켰다는데 의의가 있다.

  • TRIZ, the Russian acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TIPS) is introduced in this paper. The core concepts of TRIZ such as levels of inventions, patterns of technological evolution, technical and physical contradictions are explained. It is also discussed that how TRIZ can be applied to quality function deployment in order to overcome negative correlations(i.e., trade-off relationships) between engineering characteristics. Some case examples are presented for the purpose of explanation.

  • Jassa slatteryi was redescribed as a new record to Korean fauna, accompanied by the morphological account in comparison with Jassa falcata Montagu, 1808. This work was based on the specimens which were collected from the screw of the international trade ship, named Hanjin, anchored in Samcheon-po bay of the south coast of Korea in 2004.

  • Due to the construction technique (or the construction culture) growth in and out of Korea, newly-developed products have been continuously released. Furthermore, all legislation and regulation that the World follows are gradually becoming unified. (e.g. FTA(Free Trade Agreement) with the United States was contracted, and inevitable FTA contraction with EU and China), For this reason, it is considered that Korean fire regulation on building interior materials needs to be reviewed and compared with that of international standard so that it becomes legitimate and reasonable one.

Negative Relationship Intentions on the Web

  • This study aims at discovering the reasons why some customers do not want a relationship. In line with this observation, this paper explores customers' future relationship intentions according to the reasons identified. Based upon a qualitative methodology by way of in depth interviews, we have identified seven factors (e.g., passive loyalty, negative experience, relevance, negative indifference, positive indifference, and emotional value) that lead a consumer not wanting to maintain an ongoing relationship with a company. In Study 2, the author attempts to reveal the effects of each factor over time. The findings show that psychological motivations are useful in improving CRM performance.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달로 인한 물류활동의 발달로 인하여 물류서비스를 통한 경쟁우위라는 점이 부각되면서 물류기능이 단순한 지원기능이 아니라 고객유지를 위한 전략적인 경쟁우위의 중요한 원천으로 인식되고 있다. 특히 기업경영의 세계화에 따라 물류정보의 첨단화가 요구됨으로써 사이버물루(e-logistics)환경이 전략적 물류관리의 성패요인으로 작용하면서 정보화시대의 e-물류효율화의 중용성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 정보화시대의 e-물류변화와 국제물류의 주축을 이루고 있는 제3자 물류와 제4자 물류의 기능을 비교하고 국제 e-물류를 활성화시키기 위해서 종합물류정보망 구축, 법률과 제도개선, 정보표준화의 추진, 기업의 효율적인 물류전략 추진, 물류업체간 전략적 제휴, e-물류환경의 기반구축 등의 문제들을 중심으로 전략적 물류관리방안들을 제시하였다.

전자정부 해외진출 활성화를 위한 정책방안 : 개발도상국 ODA 지원 전략을 중심으로 (Policy Advice on the E-Government ODA Strategy : Focus on E-Gov ODA in the Developing Countries)

  • The Republic of Korea has made major strides in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) over the last five decades. After going through continuous efforts in e-Government and national informatization, Korea has become one of the global E-government leaders. Korea's E-government Development Index ranking assessed by the United Nations improved from 15th in 2001 to the top in 2010 and 2012 out of 192 countries worldwide, and its E-participation Index ranking was also ranked 1st in 2010& 2012. In addition, many of Korea's E-government practices until now have been introduced to the world as the best cases and received worldwide acknowledgement. The importance of official development aid/assistance (ODA) through informatization is especially gaining attention as Korea has joined the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and its status has significantly improved within international organizations. The Korean government has selected countries that have high potential in trade, economic, and E-government cooperation or those that are selected as ODA priority countries by the international community and has carried out various activities including ICT consultation, ICT Cooperation Center operation, and ICT learning programs. With joining the OECD DAC, Korea's overseas aid projects are expected to increase and be carried out in a more systematic manner. Also in the area of informatization, the importance of not only the overseas aid 'in ICT' itself but also the overseas aid 'through ICT' is increasing along with the expanding scale for more efficient and influential support. The Korean government's comprehensive reach of international projects in the ICT arena, aims to foster the global partnership for development by sharing and expanding the benefits of ICTs. The Korean government recognizes its advances and has endeavored to share them with others through participation in international forums and hosting of workshops.

e-비즈니스의 유통기업 성장성 및 수익성 기여 효과분석 (The Effect of E-Business on Firm's Growth and Profitability in the Distribution Industry)

  • Purpose - This research aims to examine the effect of e-business adoption on firm's growth and profitability in the distribution industry. The value added from the distribution industry acts as the cost of other industries. As the distribution industry develops, its stage becomes shorter and the distribution margin becomes smaller. Therefore, e-business is expected to have a different effect on the distribution industry than other industries. Research design, data and methodology - The previous research generally used e-business adoption as an independent variable and firm's performance as a dependent variable. This study elaborated the model using a dynamic panel model that includes the performance variable of the previous year as an independent variable. By employing system GMM (Generalized Method of Moments), the endogeneity problem in the dynamic panel model can be solved. For the analysis, I extracted the distribution companies as the raw data in the National Statistical Office's Business Activity Survey over the period 2006 to 2012. Results - The growth rate of firms adopting e-business was 0.299%p higher than that of the non-adopter. However, only ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), KMS (Knowledge Management System) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) contributed positively to the growth rate. In the case of profitability, it was 0.04%p higher than the distribution companies that did not adopt e-business. ERP and LMS (Learning Management System) improve profitability, while SCM reduces profitability. Consequently, while ERP improves both growth and profitability, SCM improves growth but reduces profitability. In addition, KMS improves firm's growth only, and LMS does only profitability, showing that each e-business has a differentiated effect. Conclusions - Since the distribution industry has different characteristics from manufacturing and other service industries, the introduction of e-business may not guarantee the growth and profitability of distribution companies. Careful introduction considering the characteristics of the distribution industry is required. In particular, it is necessary to select an e-business meeting the characteristics and needs of a distribution company, and thereafter, it is required for the company's own efforts to internalize it within the system.
