  • The purpose of this study is to organize prior research related to e-commerce activation factors available to stakeholders in the online distribution industry, and to conduct FGI with e-commerce experts to calculate the importance of each factor in order based on the 3 Level Service Model of Kwon Hyeog-in (2010), the key factors derived through the preceding study and the FGI were structured and the weighting of each factor was derived using AHP methodology. In the higher factors, the private sector (0.542) > communes (0.237) > public (0.2222) appeared to be important. Sub-factories included 'search service development' (0.0970)', 'recommendation service development (0.0805)', 'consumer needs analysis (0.0534)', 'consumer consumption pattern analysis (0.0505)' and 'other platform-linked service development (0.0450)', in the order of weighting down, indicating each of the factors within the top 15 priority. The results of this study will be utilized throughout the e-commerce industry as well as e-commerce enterprises, providing an academic foundation for the rapidly growing e-commerce ecosystem.

  • Import Agency Service Mall, which provide customers not only with convenient shopping experiences but also with purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services, have been playing a significant role in rapidly transforming Korean consumers into global consumers. The consumers' great demand for foreign goods(services) created Import Agency Service Mall(referred to hereafter as IASM) as a new business model of distribution and consumption, which seems to grow rapidly. Accordingly, this study examined the e-Trust by analyzing the characteristics of IASM, determinants of trust, risk perception and its association with e-Trust in IASM, and finally applying the result to general internet shopping mall(referred to hereafter as GISM). The following results came out from the analysis: First, from the result of checking these two types of internet shopping mall consumers have different determinants of trust. Second, from the question if two types perceive different risk, purchasing the foreign goods, it came out that they showed critical difference in variable relevant to goods delivery and customer service. IASM perceived risk from those two variables more than GISM Third, from the review of the relationships between determinants of trust and risk perception variables, IASM showed interrelation among all the variables except between customer service and perceived risk. Fourth, the researcher examined how the risk perceived in the course of purchasing goods has an effect on consumers e-Trust. In case of IASM, risk perception relevant to customer service had an effect on consumer e-Trust. To the contrary, incase of GISM, risk perception didn't have any effect on e-Trust. Finally, from the review of interrelation between determinants of trust and consumer e-Trust, it came out that for IASM capability had an effect on consumer e-Trust and for GISM consumer service had an effect on consumer e-Trust.

  • Korea has accomplished the establishment of the National Single Window for Paperless Trade. Since 1991, it has developed Trade Automation Service System based on EDI technology. In 2003, Korean government and private sectors jointly began to set up National Paperless Trade Service( e-Trade Service) as one of the e-government projects. In 2008, they commenced the uTradeHub Service which was equipped with Internet based e-B/L and e-Nego service systems for the first time in the world To facilitate the service Korea amended its e-Trade facilitation Act and Law by 2007. At the end of 2011, Korea historically recorded its trade volume of 1 trillion US dollars and joined '$1 trillion trade club' as the 9the member country since the country had started international trade less than five decades ago. A rolling out of the e-B/L and e-Nego service will 'ally reduce the transaction costs of trading businesses and accelerate the activation e-trade services. The purposes of the study are to examine 'e-B/L Korea' service and its facilitation strategies as well as identify obstacles to utilize the 'e-B/L Korea' service. The paper reviewed and analyzed Korea's Paperless trade system and distinctive characteristics of the 'e-B/L Korea Service. Parts of the fOWld distinctive characteristics of the Korea's e-B/L service are as follows; It is well equiped with IT and legal system. • IMO introduced the concept of e-Navigation and proposed MSPs(Maritime Service Portfolios) concept to reduce marine accidents, to improve efficiency of ship operation, port operation, and ship operation technology. Korean e-Navigation defines S1 ~ S5 services, as the service concept focused on domestic e-Navigation service corresponding to IMO MSPs, and is constructing a system as an ongoing project. S2 service (onboard system remote monitoring service) among the concepts of Korean e-Navigation services, is a service concept that judges the emergency level according to risk if an abnormal condition occurs during navigation, and provides corresponding guidance to accident ships based on emergency level. The purpose of this paper is to provide a basic architecture proposal of Korean e-Navigation S2 service navigation safety module, based on the S2 service operation concept. To do this, we conducted a questionnaire survey to ask experts with experience with sailors, to respond to the subjective risk experienced by sailors considering effects of anomalies, including equipment failure relative to sailing and navigational safety. Risk level for each abnormal condition was classified. The basic algorithm design of the navigation safety module is composed of safety index (SI) calculation module based on results of questionnaire and expert opinions, safety level (SL) determination module according to safety index, and corresponding guidance generation module according to safety level. To conduct basic validation of basic architecture of the navigation safety module, simulation of the ship anomaly monitoring was performed, and results have been revealed.

  • E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.
