This paper proposes a strategic breakout and supporting methodology for evaluation and implementation of e- Business solutions in the viewpoint of users. The e- Business methodology sequentially follows four logical stages: e-Business strategy, design, construction, and implementation. The e- Business strategy stage consists of four sub-stages, that is, initiation, diagnosis, strategy, and composition of RFP & evaluation Each sub-stage is divided into several steps. Each of them has its own activities, tasks, and outputs. The methodology has been composed to prevailing ones so as to reveal its practice values.

Seven species of the genus Entoloma were collectted from the areas of Mt. Naejang National Park, Mt. Jiri National Park, Mt. Sunun Provincial Park and Mt. manduck from June, 1991 to September, 1991. These species were identified new to Korea : Entoloma subvile, E. bruneomarginatum, E. minutoalbum, E. subplanum, E. melleipes, E. perabidum, and E. pyrium.

In this thesis, we consider isoparametric curves of quadratic F-B$\acute{e}$zier curves. F-B$\acute{e}$zier curves unify C-B$\acute{e}$zier curves whose basis is {sint, cos t, t, 1} and H-B$\acute{e}$zier curves whose basis is {sinht, cosh t, t,1}. Thus F-B$\acute{e}$zier curves are more useful in Geometric Modeling or CAGD(Computer Aided Geometric Design). We derive the relation between the quadratic F-B$\acute{e}$zier curves and the quadratic rational B$\acute{e}$zier curves. We also obtain the geometric properties of isoparametric curve of the quadratic F-B$\acute{e}$zier curves at both end points and prove the continuity of the isoparametric curve.

The purpose of this study is to classify customers by e-mail responsiveness on time-series analysis and testify the effectiveness of grouping by ROI analysis. Response recency, response frequency and Activity(RFA) of e-mailing systems are adapted for Customer segmentations. ROI analysis are consisted of open, click-through, duration time, personalization, conversion rate and email loyalty index of email systems. Major findings are as follows: RFA analysis is used for customer segmentations that is fundamental process of e-CRM applications. Customers can be grouped into loyal customers, odds customers, dormant customers, secession customers, and observation customers by RFA grouping. Loyal customer group has high point in all ROI index compared to other groups. These results indicated that customer responsiveness of e-mail systems were appropriate methods to group the customer with demographic variables. Therefore, effective e-mail marketing strategy of e-Biz should have suitable active DB and Behavior targeting is best approach to enforce the target e-mail marketing.

To elucidate the ancestry of the allopolyploids E. stevenii and E. boöphthona, I examined eleven isozyme loci and 24 morphological characters from 28 populations representing five related Euphorbia species from Australia. According to an analysis of genetic and morphological data, three diploid species differentiated recently, but two independent polyploid species are estimated to have differentiated a relatively long time ago. Fixed heterozygosity for most isozymes in E. stevenii and E. boöphthona strongly suggests that these two species are allopolyploids rather than autopolyploids. The isozyme profiles of E. stevenii indicate that it is an allopolyploid that evolved from interspecific hybridization between the diploid E. tannensis and unidentified or extinct tetraploid species. In addition, isozyme patterns strongly suggest that E. stevenii was one of the ancestors of E. boöphthona. However, E. boöphthona showed a large number of fixed alleles that were not detected in any other Australian Eremophyton species. The most likely hypothesis for the origin of E. boöphthona is that it was formed by hybridization and chromosomal doubling between an extinct diploid species and the hexaploid E. stevenii.

This study suggested the new e-learning systems based on agent to provide an adaptable learning. In Semantic Web environment, to develop an ontology and an intelligent agent is essential for an adaptable e-learning systems. Especially, to develop a reasoning engine using analysis of learning content and learners' information can offer an effective e-learning system. Therefore, we developed an applying model to an adaptable e-learning systems and the various ontologies for Semantic Web environment. Moreover, we analyzed and developed ontologies within the framework of learning domain, a learner and interface. Further, we implemented an intelligent e-learning for applying an agent's reasoning. Through this system proposed, we suggested the new e-learning systems model for Semantic Web environment.

The purpose of this study is identifying variables that affect to learners' preference toward specific e-learning programs, using an exploratory factor analysis(EFA) method. We extract common factors that explain the correlations among variables. In the result, 8 factors were identified as main influential factors: e-learning program design(1st factor), the purpose of e-learning use(2nd factor), social and cultural issues(3rd factor), demographics(4th factor), organizational needs(5th factor), impacts of e-learning(6th factor), e-learning management(7th factor), and technical issue(8th factor).

We have experienced a revolutionary development in e-business related technologies during the last decade. This research is an effort to figure out and predict the direction of technological development in the area of electronic business. Current e-business related technology typology has been revised with a thorough literature review and expert focus groups. An instrument was developed to measure experts' perception on seven dimensions of e-business related technology. Based on this survey results, e-business technology roadmaps were developed and presented. Policy implications were discussed at the end.
