  • Nowadays, the finance changes so rapidly that the time period of developing a e-banking system has been shorter. As a result, the risk of developing in the new e-banking system has increased. Therefore financial institutions constantly ask to review the quality test of their system during the project development. However, from the developer's point of view, additional system quality inspection will delay the development time for a new project, so financial investors and developers, because this problem will cause conflict. In order to solve this problem, in this paper define priority that considered characteristics of e-banking system and thereby design range priority decision criteria for efficient code inspection. Even in the e-banking system development, it is expected that using newly designed range of code inspection will allow high efficient quality performance.

  • This study examines the relationships and the impacts of service quality, customer satisfaction and switching costs on customer loyalty of e-banking in commercial banks. This study uses questionnaires with 7-point Likert scale to collect data from 227 e-banking users, who are mainly students and paid employees in Hanoi City, Vietnam. The collected data are analyzed by using multivariate linear regression method. The results show that all five factors of service quality in e-banking - reliability, responsiveness, service capacity, empathy and tangibility - have positive correlations with customer satisfaction. Among these determinants, service capacity and tangibility have the strongest impact. It means that, by increasing the quality of their services through five above factors, especially through improving capacity and tangibility, commercial banks can satisfy their customer better. In addition, customer satisfaction is strongly and positively correlated to customer loyalty. It means that, if customers are satisfied with e-banking services of one bank, they not only continue to do more businesses with this bank, but also recommend this bank to other people. Lastly, customer loyalty also has a strong and positive correlation with switching costs, which means customers tend to be loyal to one bank if the barriers to switching banks increase.

  • This study developed seven assumptions to demonstrate the effect of personal innovation, social influences, service quality, mobility and accessibility on perceived usability, perceived convenience use and use intention using a technology acceptance model developed by Davis(1989), and the results are presented as follows: First, the assumption that personal innovation and service quality of mobile banking service will influence the perceived usability was adopted while the assumption that social influences will affect the perceived usability was rejected. Second, the assumption that mobility and accessibility of mobile banking services will influence the perceived convenient use was selected. Third, the assumption that the perceived usability of mobile banking service will influence use intention was rejected while the assumption that the convenient use will influence use intention was adopted. This study suggests that as personal innovation, service quality, mobility and accessibility have a significant influence on use of mobile banking, service providers should pay more attention to development of security programs and diversification of contents.

The performance indicators we use are DEA efficiency and profitability such as NI, ROA and ROE. The findings are that the performance of bank with electronic banking service are significantly different from that of bank without electronic banking service in DEA efficiency, financial efficiency(cost and revenue) and profitability. But there are some differences among the type of electronic-based service channel that banks provide. The banking channels comprise two major groups: the traditional channels and e-channels. E-channels provide cost-saving for banks and their clients. Among them, only card-related ATM significantly affects the profitability of banks in the positive direction, and technical efficiency also affects the bank's profitability. • This study focuses on customer perception of security control under Internet banking environment Internet banking customers' understanding of security control is insufficient. They are not fully aware of security technologies for Internet banking. Moreover, they cannot know which control is implemented and maintained on an Internet banking site when visiting the site. This study, therefore, attempts to find the impact of customer perception of security control on Internet banking acceptance. The research model is based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), and introduces trust as an additional belief. Trust has been investigated in the marketing area, and begins to be focused in e-business area. A Web survey of Internet banking users collected 845 cases. Statistical analyses, using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), partially supported the hypotheses that perceived strength of security control has an impact on three beliefs: trust, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. We also verified the impact of these beliefs on attitude toward using, on behavioral intention to use, and on actual use. It is, therefore, verified that perceived strength of security control is a determinant of Internet banking acceptance.
