Over the fast few years, web-based e-Learning have made remarkable progress. According to advance of e-Learning, the evaluation of e-Learning effectiveness and success model become more important. This study had a focus on the effect of system characteristic of e-Learning systems and self-efficacy on learning performance. Data has been collected from 192 person experienced in e-Learning. The questionnaire method was adopted to collect the data for this study. The research was conducted by using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0. The research results and suggestions of the study are as follow. First of all, system quality and information quality of e-Learning system had positive relationship with perceived usefulness. Second, information quality was related positively to user satisfaction. Third, perceived usefulness was positively connected with user satisfaction. Fourth, user satisfaction and self-efficacy had relation to learning performance.

Global e-Trade system which electronically processes all trade transactions of trading companies is an essential platform where export and import firms enhance international competitiveness. This study is to develop research models suitable for e-Trade and empirically analyze them in order to examine and verify factors affecting e-Trade system of trading companies on the basis of previously-verified studies on global e-Trade such as TAM, TOE, and Task-Technology Fit Model(TTF). Among many factors, this paper comprehensively analyzes an acceptance factor, which is one of the factors affecting the implementation and performance of e-Trade, from the technological, organizational, and environmental context. The finding from this paper will be applied to e-Trade projects carried out by the government in the future by analyzing the correlation between acceptance and performance.

In this paper, we investigate on overall trends and movements in e-learning performance at University. And system developed a e-learning platform consisting of smart phone portal, learning management system(LMS), and learning content management system(LCMS). Throughout the experiment, each of the components of the e-learning were implemented.

E-mail's role has been increased due to its merit which is sending demanded information in real-time anywhere, anytime. However, Today's E-mail security threats have being changed intelligently to attack against the specific agency. The threat is a limit to respond. Therefore precise definition and development of security technology is needed to analyze changing environment and technologies of e-mail so that remove fundamental security threat. we proposed Next Generation E-mail System Security Structure and the Next Generation fusion System using authentication As a result, in this study, we development of Next Generation E-mail System Security Structure. This system can protect E-mail user from social engineering hacking technique, spam, virus, malicious code and fabrication.

Now is the time for web-based video e-mail system because of world wide use of internet. But video data is so large, then data compression is much needed for transmission by web. In this paper, my colleagues and I implement full motion video e-mail system using MPEG-4, the international standards for audio-visual data. This video e-mail system is made of web-based active-X control, so easily accessible by web, and applies real-time audio-video compression. It's possible for everyone to send video e-mail for free to everywhere in the world if this system is used. The main application areas of this system are multimedia mailing service, web-based video advertisement, remote education, remote medical service and shopping mall construction, etc.

With the development of information and communication technologies, especially wireless networks and cell phones, the e-voting system becomes popular as its cost-effectiveness, swiftness, scalability, and ecological sustainability. However, the current e-voting schemes are faced with the problem of privacy leakage and further cause worse vote-buying and voter-coercion problems. Moreover, in large-scale voting, some previous e-voting system encryption scheme with pairing operation also brings huge overhead pressure to the voting system. Thus, it is a vital problem to design a protocol that can protect voter privacy and simultaneously has high efficiency to guarantee the effective implementation of e-voting. To address these problems, our paper proposes an efficient unidirectional proxy re-encryption scheme that provides the re-encryption of vote content and the verification of users' identity. This function can be exactly applied in the e-voting system to protect the content of vote and preserve the privacy of the voter. Our proposal is proven to be CCA secure and collusion resistant. The detailed analysis also shows that our scheme achieves higher efficiency in computation cost and ciphertext size than the schemes in related fields.

Purpose - Along with the rapid growth of the economics and IT industry, E-commerce appears as the next potential area of world economics. For this no-entity shops commerce style, logistics is crucial for the success of E-commerce. Research design, data and methodology - In this paper, Dangdang.com, the largest online marketplace in China, is studied and a conceptual model is present, to develop a practical way to develop the logistics system in E-commerce situation. Results - This research finds that following 4 factors are critical success factors for E-commerce logistics: 1) logistics centres are very important to control the inventory management; 2) keep good cooperation with third-party logistics (3PL) can guarantee good quality shipping service and also can reduce delivery costs; 3) build strong information system; 4) quick response system also needed for an efficient logistics system. When E-commerce firms are developing their logistics systems, they should pay more attention to these 4 critical success factors. Conclusions - In summary, successful 3PL management is vital for competing regionally and globally throughout the logistics value chain. We see information system as an enabler in logistics management to get the right products to the right place in the right quantity at the right time and to provide quality services to satisfy the customer's needs.

Public awareness of air pollution problem has increased the need for real time air pollution information system about changes in air pollution level. The purpose of this study is to construct e-AIR, a user-friendly air pollution information system for urban air quality using GIS(geographic information system) technology for windows. GIS was ideally suited featuring a geographical characteristics(e.g., road, traffics, buildings) and very effectively used in mapping and symbolization for the distribution of the spatial/periodic pollution status(e.g., pie or column chart, graduated symbols) which can be effectively applied to a information system on the web-site. And a user interface, GUI(graphic user interface) was designed very diversely and simply enabled the users connect with e-AIR and obtain a useful information of air quality. A interpretive technique, air pollution health index(e.g., PSI, AEI) was used also which transforms complex data on measured atmospheric pollutant concentrations into a single number or set of numbers in order to make the data more understandable. Eventually the final-step of this study was to construct e-AIR based on Web GIS could be assessed anywhere if internet is available and offer a very useful information services of the air pollution to the public like a weather news.

As the improvement of computer performance and the development of IT technology have influence upon publishing industry, the e-Book system, a type of electronic resources, has come out. This is a method to use both texts and 2D image illustrations. Nowadays, there are more and more users who want high quality contents and a variety of contents such as the illustrated fish book using the 3D system. This article adds 3D animation objects to the current e-Book system and designs and realizes the 3D fish simulation system to which e-Book technology is applied so as to improve the comprehension of texts and readability of detailed information and increase readers' immersion as well.
