구성주의적 가상학습 시스템의 개발 (Development of E-learning System in Constructive View)

  • In constructive view, acquiring knowledge is made by experiences among members or elements. The knowledge in e-learning system can be extended up to knowledge of teachers and knowledge. of operating managers. We have many difficult problems to develop and manage e-1earning system because demanders on e-learning system have various. requirements. In traditional education system demanders are learners but in constructive view demanders can be extended to learners and teachers, operating mangers on e-learning system., In this study, we design and implement e-learning system named kedu V.1. Kedu V.1 is developed considering interactions of extended demanders of e-learning system in constructive view. And this system based on Linux operation system and MySQL, PHP. Also this system have efficient transplantation and portability capabilities and reduced cost and labor in implementation of real e-learning system

  • 은행 등과 같이 고객의 서비스를 중요시하는 산업에서는 고객 만족도 향상을 위하여 eCRM(e-Customer Relationship Management)의 개념 도입이 촉진되고 있다. 이러한 고객의 만족도 향상을 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 은행의 금융상품 추천업무를 대상으로 전문가시스템을 이용한 eCRM 구축에 대하여 검토를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 전문가시스템을 활용한 eCRM 시스템의 아키텍처를 제시하였고, 고객에게 금융상품 추천을 위한 전문가시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 금융상품추천 전문가시스템을 활용한 e-CRM시스템은 고객에게는 보다 양질의 금융 서비스를 제공하게 되며, 은행에서는 고객에 대한 보다 정확한 정보 수집이 용이하게 된다.

e-CRM활동, 신뢰도, 충성도 간의 영향 관계 및 신뢰도 매개효과 연구 (Effects of e-CRM Activities and Trust on Loyalty & Mediating Effects of Trust)

  • 본 연구는 고객에게 인식된 e-CRM활동에 관한 연구로서, e-CRM활동(e-Sales활동, e-Service활동, e-System활동)이 신뢰도와 충성도에 미치는 영향관계 그리고 e-CRM활동(e-Sales활동, e-Service활동, e-System활동)과 충성도 간에 신뢰도의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학생들은 대상으로 하여, e-CRM활동에 대한 인식 정도, 신뢰도와 충성도에 관한 설문에 성실히 답한 336부를 최종분석에 사용하였으며, 연구결과 도출을 위해서 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, e-CRM활동(e-Sales활동, e-Service활동, e-System활동)은 신뢰도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 충성도에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생들이 인식하는 신뢰도는 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, e-Sales활동, e-Service활동, e-System활동과 충성도 간에 신뢰도는 매개효과가 통계적으로 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 온라인 전자상거래가 더욱 활발해지는 스마트시대에 인터넷에 능숙한 젊은 고객층들이 e-CRM활동을 더욱 잘 인식하고 잘 활용할 수 있도록 시사점을 학계와 업계에 제공함에 그 의의가 있다고 할 것이다.

  • E-Government refers to government to use ICT (information and communications technology) to work more effectively, share information and deliver better services to the public. With ICT, e-Government has increased transparency of governments. However even there has been much trial for transparency, corruption has been growing with the form of e-corruption. While external threats such as hackers and viruses can have serious consequences, currently most crime involving emerging technology is carried out by insiders i.e. employees in the e-government. Among the many tools being developed to fight e-corruption, there has been much focus lately on internal control system. So, South Korea developed and test-operated "Barum e-system" for internal control last year. This research establishes legal basis, information system link and privacy policy for settlement of this information system through legal review.

  • 본 논문은 학습관리시스템(LMS), 학습콘텐츠관리시스템(LCMS), 학습지원도구를 포함한 기업 e-Learning 시스템과 운영을 연계한 통합적 형태의 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 e-Learning 시스템 현황 및 특성을 실태조사를 통해 파악하고, 관련된 국내 e-Learning 시스템의 다양한 질 관리 방법과 운영자, 교.강사, 학습자에게 적합한 실행 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 e-Learning을 새롭게 도입하거나 업그레이드 하고자 하는 교육훈련기관에게 e-Learning 시스템을 구축하고 운영체계를 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

수정된 SCORM 표준을 적용한 목표지향 개인화 이러닝 시스템 설계 연구 (The Study on Goal Driven Personalized e-Learning System Design Based on Modified SCORM Standard)

  • This paper suggests an e-learning system model, a goal-driven personalized e-learning system, which increase the effectiveness of learning. An e-learning system following this model makes the learner choose the learning goal. The learner's choice would lead learning. Therefore, the system enables a personalized adaptive learning, which will raise the effectiveness of learning. Moreover, this paper proposes a SCORM standard, which modifies SCORM 2004 that has been insufficient to implement the "goal driven personalized e-learning system." We add a data model representing the goal that motivates learning, and propose a standard for statistics on learning objects usage. We propose each standard for contents model and sequencing information model which are parts of "goal driven personalized e-learning system." We also propose that manifest file should be added for the standard for contents model, and the file which represents the information of hierarchical structure and general learning paths should be added for the standard for sequencing information model. As a result, the system could sequence and search learning objects. We proposed an e-learning system and modified SCORM standards by considering the many factors of adaptive learning. We expect that the system enables us to optimally design personalized e-learning system.

  • An e-catalog system provides whole product data and services by publishing newly updated information that connects PDM systems in an enterprise. With its capability to connect customers, suppliers, producers, distributors and downstream manufacturing activities, the e-catalog system can be applied to integrate e-business and provide immense business opportunities. In this paper we propose a framework focusing on constructing an efficient e-catalog system that can be used for online mass customization. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is validated with experimental results.

  • In 2001, e-Credit guarantee system was introduced by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KCGF) to extends the credit guarantee services for the purchasing amount on credit in the B2B e-Marketplace. It combines both the merits of bill of exchange and credit card and eliminates the uneasiness related to the unpaid accounts due to the non-facial e-Marketplace. The purpose of this paper is to empirically analyze both the causal relationship and influences among theoretical variables by the structural equation model(SEM). e-Credit guarantee system can be a good strategy for promoting B2R e-Marketplace. The level of application of e-Credit guarantee system is attributable to both the characteristics of B2B e-Marketplace and products. The cost reduction or saving in purchasing procedures, production and stockpiling will be possible through e-Credit guarantee system. The close linkage of financial institutions with the enterprises based on e-Credit guarantee system will further promote B2B e-Marketplace in Korea.
