This study presents an Automated Warehouse Management System (AWMS) using a bar-code system The AWMS has been designed to be associated with an Integrated Production Management System (IPMS), which basically includes the following four modules i.e the sales management, production management, material management, and data management. Now, whenever storage or retrieval of the material occurs in the warehouse, the events could be processed quickly and accurately only through reading the 13 digit bar-code including 5 digit position code and simply typing in the number of material. Consequently, the AWMS associated with IPMS could automatically coincide the item counts on document with those in the warehouse. Also, this makes it possible to identify the material quantities in real time.

Further to this, in terms of choice activity in private brand clothes, we realized the price value is depend on the resonable price with the items because nowadays most customers can be compare to other discount store around their shopping place including trend of garment and quality of products. The order of the general inclination in selection behavior of private branded garment in giant discount store is as follows; Sales price > style & trend > quality of product and substantial convenience > display and prompt buying. Judging from the conclusion of the research we noted that customer's satisfaction comes from their target price to supply substantial needs and in terms of styling of clothes should be considered current trendy compared to national brand as well.
Researchers are making contradictory claims through the concept of superstars and long tails about how the development of IT technology affects demand distribution. Unlike previous studies that focused on changes in demand from a macro point of view, this study explored whether the relationship between a company's marketing activities and consumer response differs depending on the product location (i.e., superstar vs. long tail) from a micro point of view. Based on the marketing mix framework, hypotheses were developed based on the relevant literature. In the case of empirical analysis, 2,835 daily data from 63 Korean films were tested using the quantile regression method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the influence of marketing mix factors on sales varies depending on the location of the product. Specifically, the appeal breadth of the film and the effect of owned media are enhanced in superstar products, and the effect of acquisition media in long-tail products is enhanced and the negative effects of competition are mitigated. Unlike previous studies that focused on macroscopic changes in demand distribution, this study suggested marketing activities suitable for practitioners through microscopic analysis.
Currently many companies have realized that producing efficient product does not guarantee the market differentiation. Realizing the problem, those companies are actively pursuing the servitization strategy. However complexities in selecting the right service areas among many choices along with in developing service strategies and organizational structures remain unsolved to many manufacturing companies. This paper is about an exploratory study in which, through in-depth case analysis, we observed how a manufacturing company successfully managed to transform to the service company. Through this study, we have found that successful transformation needs to resolve many conflicting issues such as channels among existing and new sales front, organizational restructuring due to conflicting in evaluation and human resource requirements required for responding to customers in the field. This 'Hansam' case study provides managers with some guidelines as to how to transform to the service company.
With the rapid growth of IT technology and development of online shopping, e-commerce activity through online environment is going to grow in various forms. And then the intense competition also more deepen in the companies within the online market. The study on the various contents production and environment configuration for sale strategies has been made. Among online market products, it is needed to develop marketing strategies for online sales related to rings products. In this paper, through the analysis of online content and components of companies, it has obtained the appropriate components in the ring industry. In particular, aiming to young customers, we looked about components suitable for them and built site. As a result based on the above analysis, we anticipate that it will be able to see forward to a competitive ring marketing.
Recent studies validate the idea that consumer judgment of products can affect consumer purchase intentions. Consumers judge products based on product quality, after sales satisfaction, and other visible values, but consumers also judge products on country-of-origin image, brand image and such intangible values. In this paper, we will examine consumer ethnocentrism and animosity, which are frequently responsible for country-of-origin prejudices, because the offending (i.e. exporting) nation has engaged in economic, political, or even military activities that the consumer finds difficult to forgive. The results of the study show a positive effect of product judgment on consumer purchase intentions, but consumer ethnocentrism and animosity negatively affect product judgment and consumer purchase intentions of foreign products. In the Chinese market, ethnocentric Chinese consumers have negative perceptions of foreign products with negative intentions to buy them. Chinese consumers have strong animosity for Japanese products, which negatively affect product judgments and purchase intentions to buy; therefore, Japanese corporations should increase cooperation with Chinese corporations. Conversely, for Korean companies, product judgment primarily affects consumers' intentions to buy; consequently, Korean companies should improve their product quality, after-sales satisfaction, brand image and other tangible aspects to improve consumer judgment.

It is a contemporary, casual brand with competitive prices, design power, and diverse product assortment, and the business performance was achieved through data management and analysis and the diversification of distribution channels. In the case of Company B, the founder, who had little work experience, started a manufacturing and e-commerce business by leveraging their SNS network capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit. It is a contemporary fashion brand with product competitiveness of specific items and start-up characteristics, and performance was achieved through the establishment of brand identity and market expansion. Third, Company M and Company C are examples of Soho fashion shopping malls where the founders with more extensive work experience at the time of founding their respective start-ups focused on brand recognition as their core competitiveness. In the case of Company M, the apparel brand was launched with a wealth of experience and design spirit. It is a fashion designer brand that stands out for its sensibility, and the owner has achieved performance through various entrepreneurial activities that broaden the corporate horizon. Company C is a manufacturing and e-commerce brand that was started with design capabilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. It is a luxury fashion brand that focuses on emotional expression, and the outcomes, such as brand recognition and sales, were achieved through active customer management. The results of this study can be used as basic data in education for and research of Soho shopping malls and the prospective founders.
In academic and/or practitioner literature, the assortment planning for fashion sensitive products is rarely systematically studied, and organized in an objective format. The purpose of this study was to develop a suggested assortment planning model for women's clothing retail buyers by integrating a conceptual assortment planning model and a practical-use assortment planning model, which are also developed in this study. In developing the conceptual model, this research categorized and organized the pieces of assortment planning activities illustrated in available literature. In developing the practical-use model, ten women's dress buyers from department stores and specialty stores were interviewed. The contents of the interview dictation were classified and summarized by concepts and variables. The summary was validated by the interviewees and recontextualized for the practical-use model. Five experts compared the conceptual and practical-use models, adjusted the discrepancies, and integrated into the suggested model. In addition, a questionnaire asking review of all functional activities of the suggested model was sent to interviewees to ascertain its validity. As the result, assortment planning process was determined at abstract level as the following: (a) recognize problem, (b) search for information, (c) evaluate qualitative value of product, (d) evaluate quantitative value of product, (e) plan product selection, and (f) plan sales.

Through this study, the policy proposals were intended to be presented to the head of the farming policy. Therefore, the meaning of this study is as follows. First, rather than judging the returning farmer on his own, he should provide sufficient information to consult with his family and increase access to agriculture. Second, by opening up SNS and YouTube to returning farmers, they should instill confidence in rural areas by providing them with information about the joy of rural life and the success of farming so that they can easily access information about rural life through villages, youth associations and women's associations. Efforts should be made to create vibrant rural areas by providing infrastructure around farmland, providing various amenities for settling young people and forming a family farmers' association. Third, the head of the return farming policy should come up with customized support policies for the return farming (e.g., one-year farm support, free farm support, institutional sales guarantee, tourism in advanced countries, modernization of farmland facilities). Public relations strategies should also be strengthened so that such policies can lead to agriculture. Finally, the government should provide subsidized economic activities (e.g. Airbnb, donation of expertise and work-related personnel before returning home, rural experience, etc.).
