새로운 고성능 SRM 운전방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Novel High Performance SRM Drive)

  • 본 연구에서는 SRM의 고성능 운전을 구현하기 위해 토오크를 순시적으로 제어하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 SRM의 토오크-전류-회전자 위치각 특성을 측정에 의해 구하여 이를 기기의 모델로 설정한다. 이를 바탕으로 각 상간의 토오크중첩을 고려하여 부하와 속도의 변동에 따라 총합 발생토오크를 순시적으로 제어함으로써 맥동성분을 최소화시키는 기준토오크를 설정하고, 이 기준토오크를 추종하기 위한 기준 상전류 파형을 구한다. 이러한 기준전류를 추종하는 방안으로써 PWM에 의한 델타변조 (Delta Modulation) 기법을 사용한다. 실험과 시뮬레이션과 실험결과를 비교함으로써 제안된 방식의 타당성을 입증한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 SRM의 2상 여자방식의 동작특성을 제시하였다. 제안한 방식은 스텝전동기의 2상 여자방식과 유사하게 동시에 2상을 여자하여 자기인덕턴스뿐만 아니라 상호인덕턴스에 의해서도 토오크를 발생시킨다. 상여자의 갑자스런 변화는 기계적인 변위를 만들고 이는 소음과 진동을 유발한다. 2상 여자방식에 의한 연속적인 상여자에 의해 갑작스런 상여자의 변화를 줄여 소음을 줄일 수 있었다. 기존의 여자방식과 동작원리와 특성을 비교함으로써 새로운 제어방식의 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • The switched reluctance motor (SRM) has a simple motor construction with no rotor windings. It also has simple concentrated windings on the stator windings. Thus it is expected to be a lower cost machine to manufacture than other motors. This paper has computed an optimal parameters asking for SRM drives using by PC-SRD that was programmed by T. J. E. Miller/M. Mcgilp. According to advanced angle and dwell angle, the output, efficiency, currents and torque were computed. The experiments with 8/6 SRM have tested.

전동차 출입문 구동을 위한 SRM용 C-dump 컨버터 Topology 특성 비교 (Characteristic Analysis of C-dump Converter Topology for SRM of Electric Multiple Unit Door Driving)

  • The speed at which the SRM (Switched Reluctance Motor) makes a transition from chopping control to single pulse operation. (i.e., low speed to high speed operation). It is unsatisfied with performance at all operational regimes. In this paper, the operational performance of SRM can be improved by using current hysteresis control method. This method maintains a generally flat current waveform. At the high speed, the current chopping capability is lost due to the development of the back-EMF. Therefore SRM operates in single pulse mode. By using zero-current switching and zero-voltage switching technique, the stress of power switches can be reduce in chopping mode. When the commutation from one phase winding to another phase winding, the current can be zero as fast as possible in this period because several times negative voltage of DC-source voltage produce in phase winding. This paper is compared to performance based on energy efficient C-dump converter topology and the proposed resonant C-dump converter topology. Simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed circuit.

  • 최근 전자상거래가 활성화되고 국가 공공조달 분야 또한 전산화하면서 국가 공공조달을 위한 조달업체 관리 및 평가 시스템에 대한 필요성이 커지고 있다. 민간 기업들은 공급망 전반적인 프로세스를 자동화하고 외부 파트너인 공급사와의 관계를 전략적으로 평가 관리하여 공급망 전체 효율을 높이고자 SRM(supplier relationship management) 시스템을 구축운영하고 있다. 최근 조달청은 국가 공공 조달의 경쟁력을 강화하고 공공조달의 공정성을 확보하고자 SRM 개념을 도입하고 있다. 이를 위해 조달업체 평가 관리와 수요기관이 투명한 조달업체 선정을 할 수 있도록 하는 구매의사결정 지원 프로세스 수립이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 민간 기업에서 활용하고 있는 SRM 시스템을 공공조달에 적용하여, 공정하고 객관적인 공공조달을 위해 조달업체 평가에 필요한 평가지표와 평가모델을 제시하고 이를 공공조달에서 전략적으로 활용하는 방안을 제시한다.

Switched Reluctance Motor의 견실한 전류추적 제어기 설계 (Robust Current Tracking Control of Switched Reluctance Motors)

  • The switched reluctance motor(SRM) has been increasingly used in high-performance servo applications such as electric vehicles, aircraft, and direct-drive robots. The dynamic equations of SRMs are, however, highly nonlinear and this makes it difficult to control SRMs with high performance. In this paper, we propose a new robust current tracking controller for SAMs which can compensate the nonlinear characteristics of SRM(i.e., back-emf and inductance) completely and hence shows perfect tracking performance even with an arbitrary small current control loop gain. Furthermore, even in case that there exist some model uncertainties, our current controller guarantees that the stator currents can track the reference current commands with sufficiently small tracking errors. In order to justify our work, we present the tracking performance analysis and some simulation results.

  • SRM(Swithed Reluctance Motor)은 회전자 위치와 동기 되어 여자 되어야 한다. 이러한 토오크 발생기구의 특성상 회전자 위치각에 대한 정보가 필수적이다. 회전자 위치각의 검출은 일반적으로 엔코더나 레졸버를 사용하나, 본 연구에서는 저 분해능 엔코더를 사용한 경우에도 고정도의 온, 오프 스위칭. 각을 제어하기 위해서 미소각 예측 및 미래 지향적 스위칭각도 제어기법을 제안하였다. 또한 이를 프로토 타입으로 구현하기 위해서 89C196의 HSO(High speed output) 기능을 사용하였다.

  • The primary objective of this research is to develop an efficient design and optimization methodology for SRM Wagon Wheel Grain and to develop of software for practical designing and optimization of Wagon Wheel grains. This work will provide a design process reference guide for engineers in the field of Solid Rocket Propulsion. Using these proposed design methods, SRM Wagon Wheel grains can be designed for various geometries, their optimal solutions can be found and best possible configuration be attained thereby ensuring finest design in least possible iterations & time. The main focus is to improve computational efficiency at various levels of the design work. These have been achieved by the following way. a. Evaluation of system requirements and design objectives. b. Development of Geometric Model of Wagon Wheel grain configuration. c. Internal ballistic performance predictions. d. Preliminary designing of the Wagon Wheel grain configuration involving various independent geometric variables. e. Optimization of the grain configuration using Sequential Quadratic Programming f. In depth analysis of the optimal results considering affects of various geometric variables on ballistic parameters and analysis of performance prediction outputs have been performed g. Development of software for design and optimization of Wagon Wheel Grain. By using these proposed design methods, SRM Wagon Wheel grains can be designed by using geometric model, their optimal solutions can be found and best possible configuration be attained thereby ensuring finest design.

Lattice-spring-based synthetic rock mass model calibration using response surface methodology

  • The lattice-spring-based synthetic rock mass model (LS-SRM) technique has been extensively employed in large open-pit mining and underground projects in the last decade. Since the LS-SRM requires a complex and time-consuming calibration process, a robust approach was developed using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) to optimize the calibration procedure. For this purpose, numerical models were designed using the Box-Behnken Design technique, and numerical simulations were performed under uniaxial and triaxial stress states. The model input parameters represented the models' micro-mechanical (lattice) properties and the macro-scale properties, including uniaxial compressive strength (UCS), elastic modulus, cohesion, and friction angle constitute the output parameters of the model. The results from RSM models indicate that the lattice UCS and lattice friction angle are the most influential parameters on the macro-scale UCS of the specimen. Moreover, lattice UCS and elastic modulus mainly control macro-scale cohesion. Lattice friction angle (flat joint fiction angle) and lattice elastic modulus affect the macro-scale friction angle. Model validation was performed using physical laboratory experiment results, ranging from weak to hard rock. The results indicated that the RSM model could be employed to calibrate LS-SRM numerical models without a trial-and-error process.
