이러닝 교수 설계자 인적 자원 유통을 위한 휴먼 클라우드 플랫폼 프레임워크 설계 (A Design of Human Cloud Platform Framework for Human Resources Distribution of e-Learning Instructional Designer)

  • Purpose - In the 21st century, as information technology advances alongside the emergence of the 4th generation, industrial age, industrial environment has become individualized and customized. It is important to hire good quality employees for good service in the industry. The e-learning market is growing every year. Although e-learning companies are finding better quality employees in e-learning, it is not easy to find it. Companies also spend a lot of time and cost to find employee. On the employees side, they want to get a job freely when they want, but they cannot find their job easily. Furthermore, the labor market environment is changing fast. In the 4th generation, industrial age, employers require to find manpower whenever they need and want at little cost. So of their own accord, we have considered the necessity of management of human resources for employees and employers in e-learning. The purpose of this study is to propose a human cloud platform framework for enabling an efficient management of human resources in e-learning industry. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of a human cloud platform framework, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, items of competency relating to e-learning instructional designer was analyzed. Second, based on the items of information from this analysis, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists group. Third, the opinion of experts who were in charge of hiring in e-learning companies were collated with the questionnaire. Lastly, the human cloud platform framework was proposed based on opinion results. Results - The framework was comprised of 7 domains and 27 items in order to develop the human cloud platform for e-learning instructional designer. The analysis results showed that the most highly considered item were 'skill (4.60)' that employee already have the capability. Following this (in order) were 'project type (4.56)', 'work competency (4.56)', and 'strength area of instructional design (4.52)'. Conclusions - The 27 items in the human cloud platform framework were suggested in this study. Following this, we can consider to develop the human cloud platform for finding a job and hiring e-learning instructional designer easily. For successful platform operation, we need to consider reliability between employer and employee. In addition, we need quality assurance system based on operation has public confidence.

  • E-waste(폐전기전자기기, WEEE)는 많은 종류의 금속을 함유한 유가물과 유해물의 복합혼합물로 자원의 유효이용과 환경부하저감을 위해 리싸이클링 처리가 필수로 되어 있다. 특히 최근 레어메탈의 공급제약문제 등으로 도시광산자원 중에서 E-waste의 비중이 높아지고 있다. 한편, E-waste의 리싸이클링산업에 있어서 E-waste의 경제적 가치의 파악은 매우 중요하다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본보에서는 E-waste를 대형가전, 소형가전, 휴대전화기 및 PCB(전자인쇄회로기판, 기판)로 분류해서 경제적 가치를 논하였다.

Economic Valuation of Food E-labels for Restaurant Offerings

  • Purpose: This study explores the potential use of food e-labels for restaurants to solve the current inadequacies in food labeling within the restaurant sector. Additionally, the study examines the feasibility and scalability of implementing e-labels for food labeling purposes, investigates consumers' perceptions of e-labels for restaurant offerings, and assesses the value of implementing e-labels. Research design, data and methodology: The value of food e-labels was estimated using the contingent valuation method. Samples were selected from the survey, considering the distribution of population, using stratified sampling method. In the survey, respondents were provided with information explaining the food e-label and were asked whether they would accept the proposed amount for food e-labeling. Results: Estimation results revealed that the individual demographic factors of the respondents significantly influenced their willingness to pay (WTP), along with their food purchasing behavior and the degree of food labeling checking. Based on the estimated results, WTP was calculated to be 2,624 KRW. Conclusions: The study findings can serve as a reference for related businesses and policies, suggesting the need for further research and detailed discussions. To activate food e-labeling, promotion and education are essential complements to mere regulatory implementation.

Vulnerability AssessmentunderClimateChange and National Water Management Strategy

  • Thailand had set the National Water Management Strategy which covered main six areas in the next 12 years, i.e., by priority: (1) water for household, (2) water for agricultural and industrial production, (3) water for flood and drought management, (4) water for quality issue, (5) water from forest conservation and soil erosion protection, (6) water resources management. However due to the climate change impact, there is a question for all strategies is whether to complete this mission under future climate change. If the impact affects our target, we have to clarify how to mitigate or to adapt with it. Vulnerability assessment was conducted under the framework of ADB's (with the parameters of exposure, sensitivity and adaptive capacity) and the assessments were classified into groups due to their different characteristic and the framework of the National Water Management Strategy, i.e., water supply (rural and urban), water for development (agriculture and others), water disasters (floods (flash, overflow), drought, water quality). The assessments identified the parameters concerned and weight factors used for each groups via expert group discussions and by using GIS mapping technology, the vulnerability maps were produced. The maps were verified with present water situation data (floods, drought, water quality). From the analysis result of this water resources management strategy, we found that 30% of all projects face the big impacts, 40% with low impact, and 30% for no impact. It is clear that water-related agencies have to carefully take care approximately 70% of future projects to meet water resources management strategy. It is recommended that additional issues should be addressed to mitigate the impact from climate risk on water resource management of the country, i.e., water resources management under new risk based on development scenarios, relationship with area-based problems, priority definition by viewpoints of risk, vulnerability (impact and occurrence probability in past and future), water management system in emergency case and water reserve system, use of information, knowledge and technology in management, network cooperation and exchange of experiences, knowledge, technique for sustainable development with mitigation and adaptation, education and communication systems in risk, new impact, and emergency-reserve system. These issues will be described and discussed.

Inhibitiory Activity of Lactic Acid Bacteria against Hazardous Microbes

  • One hundred of lactic cultures were evaluated for their ability to inhibit hazardous microbes, such as Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, and Bacillus cereus by agar well diffusion method. None of them showed inhibitory halo against S. enteritidis, while 27 strains showed inhibitory activity against S. typhimurium, 6 against E. coli, 9 against ampicillin resistant E. coli, 31 against L. monocytogens, 10 against B. cereus. pH of the culture does not explain for the inhibitory activity except against B. cereus. A neutralized culture from corn silage showed highest inhibitory activity against S. typhimurium, and the size of inhibitory halo was same as 10 ug/mL of ampicillin. The culture was identified to be Lactobacillus buchneri on the basis of biochemical characteristics and utilization of substrates. Using the culture as probiotics could be expected to reduce antibiotics for animal feeding.

구강에서 분리한 Enterococcus faecalis CHJ-5에 대한 생약채의 항균효과 (Antimicrobial effect of natural resources on Enterococcus faecalis CHJ-S isolated from oral)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of natural resources against growth of oral bacteria. The CHJ-5 strain was isolated from oral cavity of dental patients. Similarity index values of oral bacterium CHJ-5 was 0.876 to E. faecalis by cellular fatty acid analysis(Analytical Services Inc., USA). As a result of investigation about the growth inhibition of 32 kinds of natural resources on E. faecalis CHJ-5. This strain was inhibited by Schizamdrae fructus, Coptidis rhizoma and Caryophylli flos. Minimal inhibitory concentrations of Schizamdrae fructus, Coptidis rhizoma and Caryophylli flos were 0.1%, 02% and 0.1% on E. faecalis CHJ-5, respectively.

  • 이 논문은 인도의 대학도서관에서 전자자료에 대한 이용자의 지각을 연구하였다. SRM 대학교 도서관을 사례로 하여 전자자료에 대한 이용자의 지각과 이용자 만족도를 조사하였다. 1,724명의 직원과 연구자들에게 설문을 배포하여 수거된 1,205건의 설문지를 분석하여 연구를 수행하였으며 조사결과를 토대로 전자자료이용과 관련한 장애물과 이용을 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다.

가시오갈피나무 부정근(不定根) 배양(培養)에서 부정근(不定根)의 생장(生長)과 Eleutheroside유(類)의 생산(生産)에 미치는 Jasmonic acid처리(處理)의 영향 (Effect of Jasmonic Acid on the Root Growth and the Eleutheroside Accumulation in the Adventitious Root Culture of Eleutherococcus senticosus)

  • 생물반응기를 이용한 가시오갈피 부정근 배양시에 jasmonic acid를 농도별 (0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 03, 0.5 mg/L)로 처리하여 부정근의 생장과 eleutheroside류 생산과의 관계를 조사하였다. Jasmonic acid 처리농도별 부정근의 생장은 무처리구에서 4.6 g Dry weight (DW)/L로 가장 높았으며 jasmonic acid 농도가 증가할수록 부정근 생장은 감소하였다. 그러나 eleutheroside B와 E의 함량은 jasmonic acid 농도가 높을수록 증가하여 0.5 mg/L 처리구에서 각각 $476.3{\mu}g/g\;DW$, $676.0{\mu}g/g\;DW$로 생산량이 가장 많았다. 반면에 eleutheroside $E_1$은 0.01 mg/L 처리구에서 $46.1{\mu}g/g\;DW$로 생산량이 가장 많았다. 배지 1L당 eleutheroside류의 총생산량은 0.01 mg/L 처리구에서 $2468.6{\mu}g/L$를 생산하여 가장 우수하였다. 0.1 mg/L의 jasmonic acid 처리 후 10일간 eleutheroside류의 함량을 조사한 결과 eleutheroside B는 jasmonic acid처리 후 6일째, eleutheroside E는 처리 후 8일째, eleutheroside $E_1$은 처리 후 4일째 각각 가장 많은 생산량을 보여 주었다.
