  • 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 혁명이 미래학교를 어떻게 변화시킬 것인가 예측해 보며, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크기술을 중심으로 지식사회에서의 e-teaming 과 In (Information Communication Technology) 활용한 학습 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 e-school 의 모형과 협동학습을 기반으로 하는 블렌디드 러닝(Blended-Loaming) 활용 교수-학습 과정 안을 제안한다.

  • 현재 대부분 e-Learning에서 이루어지고 있는 교육은 학습(Loaming)이 아닌 단순 훈련(Trainning)만이 이루어지고 있다. e-Learning에서 진정한 학습이 이루어지기 위해서는 학습자의 수준에 맞는 적응적(Adaptive), 적시적(Just-in-Time) 학습이 단편적이 아닌 연속적, 통합적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기술적 관점뿐만 아니라, 발견적 학습(heuristic learning)관점에서 학습자원이 기술되고, 컴퓨터(에이전트)가 학습자원의 구성요소인 학습목표(Goal), 학습내용(Content), 학습맥락(Context), 학습구조(Structure), 학습전략(Strategy)의 의미(Semantic)와 관계(Relation)를 이해해 학습자에게 필요한 정보만을 검색, 추론해주고 이를 학습자 수준에 맞게 재가공해 학습자에게 지식(Knowledge)을 적응적(Adaptive), 적시적(Just-in-Time)으로 전달해주는 e-Learning 학습 환경이 필수적이다. 메타데이터(RDF), 온톨로지(Ontology), 에이전트(Agent) 매커니즘의 시멘틱 웹을 e-Learning 환경에 적용함으로써 학습자원의 구성요소의 의미와 관계를 파악해 적응적(Adaptive)으로 지식을 전달해 주어 자기 주도적 학습(Self-directed Loaming)을 실현해 줄 수 있다.

The Influence of Learning Performance on the Characteristics of Information System and User's Self-Regulated Characteristics in the e-Learning (e-Learning에서 정보시스템 특성과 사용자의 자기조절특성이 학습 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify which factors are important for learning performance and the moderating effects of self-regulated factors such as elaboration and organization between users characteristic(perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) and learning performance. To Accomplish these research purpose, this study performed a survey and 173 response were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, 7 factors(ease of use, interactivity, accuracy, media richness, perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) had significant impacts on learning performance whereas reliability did not. Second, the moderating effects of self-regulated factors showed that Elaboration of self-regulated factors can be considered as a significant moderating variable between 2 factors(perceived usefulness, internet experience) and teaming performance.

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

Factors Influencing the Learning Effectiveness and Transfer of e-Learning in Business Organlizations (기업의 e-Learning에 대한 학습효과 및 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.

  • e-Learning has been mushrooming with wide range of teaming groups from pedagogy to andragogy As e-teaming opportunities increase, many people raise question about whether e-teaming show positive teaming effects. The related research emphasized that e-learning would be a failure in terms of understanding of e-Learners and activating intuitive teaming activities from learner's long-term memory span. The e-teaming strategies based on the traditional classroom and resulted boring and ineffective teaming outcomes, should be changed to provide authentic and effective teaming results. This paper analyzed that how learners have received e-Learning for the last few years from the research and explained what could be the failing aspects in e-Learning. To be successful, e-loaming should consider the e-learner's individualized teaming style and thinking patterns. When considering of various e-Learning components, the quality of e-teaming should not be focused on any specific single factor, but develop every individual factor to be integrated into high level of quality. In conclusion, this paper suggest that it is needed new understandings of e-Loaming and e-Learner. Also the e-Learning strategies should be examined throughly whether they are on the side of learners and realized how they learn from e-Learning. Finally, we should add enormous imagination into e-loaming for next generation because new generation's teaming patterns significantly differ from their parent's generation.

Decision Support System for Project Duration Estimation Model (프로젝트기간예측모델을 위한 의사결정지원시스템)

  • Despite their wide application of some traditional project management techniques like the Program Evaluation and Review Technique, they lack of learning, one of important factors in many disciplines today, due to a static view for project progression. This study proposes a framework for estimation by loaming based on a Linear Bayesian approach. As a project Progresses, we sequentially observe the durations of completed activities. By reflecting this newly available information to update the distribution of remaining activity durations and thus project duration, we can implement a decision support system that updates e.g., the expected project completion time as well as the probabilities of completing the project within the due bate and by a certain date. By implementing such customized system, project manager can be aware of changing project status more effectively and better revise resource allocation plans.

  • It is applying the various teaming contents to improve learner's studying desire and effect in E-Learning system. In this learning contents, there are text animation, sound and picture etc. But, multimedia teaming contents which has big file size need much transmission service times. In this paper, I proposed a scheduling technique of LMS to be faster and service efficiently the multimedia learning contents which was managed and processed it in LMS. for this purpose, I used message and scheduler at LMS. While loaming was processed, it saved the result information of learning contents request to LMS. In this case, if the learner request loaming contents request, it could be possible to support the learning contents efficiently to use learning contents information in LMS without connecting to LCMS. As application result of this techniques, at the first learning course, existent techniques displayed faster learning contents service than proposal techniques. But the more learning process, proposal technique is faster service than existent.

  • In this paper we are investigating how ubiquitous revolution in knowledge society changes the education system. By the help of ubiquitous computing and networking techniques we estimates the configuration of e-teaming in the age of knowledge -based society, and we examines Education Model with e-teaming and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at e-School. We also suggest the feasible design of the e-School and a Blended-learning scheme based on cooperative education as a way of teaching Education.

  • With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the effectiveness assessment of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on e-learning strategy. The former consists of learning management system, learning content quality and service quality that are provided by e-Loaming. The latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. We will show the validity of the model empirically.
