This study elicits alternatives for improving blended education by comparing the face-to-face education and blended education of VET teacher license program. To produce a basis for the methods of blended education, this study compared the scores of satisfaction and academic performance of face-to-face and of blended education. Also it examined the three factors of learners' characteristics, teaching and learning design, and its environment as they affect the education effect. The results showed that academic performance of face-to-face education is higher than blended and that competition rate of blended education is higher than that of face-to-face. To improve the effect of blended learning, various teaching and learning activities, design of contents that promotes participation and interaction, and development of contents which satisfy the various levels of learning needs were discussed.
Purpose In this study, we investigated the impact of perceived risk and switching costs on switching intention to cloud service based on PPM (Pull-Push-Mooring) model. Design/methodology/approach We focused on revealing the switching factors of the switching intention to the cloud services. The switching factors to the cloud services were defined as perceived risk consisting of performance risk, economic risk, and security risk, and switching costs consisting of financial and learning costs. On the PPM model, we defined the pull factors consisting of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the push factor as satisfaction of the legacy system, and the mooring factor as policy supports. Findings The results of this study as follows; (1) Among the perceived risk factors, performance risk has a negative effect on the ease of use of pull factors, and finally it was found to affect the switching intention to the cloud services. Therefore, cloud service providers need to improve trust in cloud services, service timeliness, and linkage to the legacy systems. And it was found that economic risk and security risk among the perceived risk factors did not affect the switching intention to the cloud services. (2) Of the perceived risk factors, financial cost and learning cost did not affect the satisfaction of the legacy system, which is a push factor. It indicates that the respondents are positively considering switching to cloud service in the future, despite the fact that the respondents are satisfied with the use of the legacy system and are aware of the switching cost to cloud service. (3) Policy support was found to improve the switching intention to cloud services by alleviating the financial and learning costs required for cloud service switching.
The airline industry faces with significant competition due to the rise of technology innovation and diversified customer needs. Therefore, continuous quality management is essential to gain competitive advantages. For this reason, there have been various studies to measure and manage service quality using customer reviews. However, previous studies have focused on measuring customer satisfaction only, neglecting systematic management between customer expectations and perception based on customer reviews. In response, this study suggests a framework to identify relevant criteria for service quality management, measure the importance, and assess the customer perception based on customer reviews. Machine learning techniques, topic models, and sentiment analysis are used for this study. This study can be used as an important strategic tool for evaluating service quality by identifying important factors for airline customer satisfaction while presenting a framework for identifying each airline's current service level.
This study was to analysis perception about Teaching & Learning Support System of the school of Rural Areas in Korea. In order to accomplish the study purpose, the study conducted a research through Web Survey method and examined their recognition. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, Student was satisfied with TLSS of the school of Rural Areas in Korea. Students would like to 'using e-learning with Electronic board and Tablet PC' among program contents. But the system' utilization was low. However, 90% of the students wanted that teacher usually using the FASTEL. Second, Teacher satisfaction was lower compared to the students is relatively. Teachers prefer 'various after school program' to 'using e-learning with Electronic board and Tablet PC'. However, learning effective of using FASTEL system was a 73.8% of teachers are effective is aware and had. Third, 35% Students recognized that are using the pastel system, frequently, On the other hand, the teachers are 60% and to recognize that there was. The reason doesn't the system to good use is slow wireless. Still, e-learning classroom infrastructure for satisfaction was high. Fourth, Teachers recognized students and the pastel system interaction than other e-learning system high. FASTEL System used in the most uncomfortable things on e-learning classroom Wireless Internet phenomena and lost content lacking, in order, I was told. Therefore, there is an urgent need to improve to include Wireless Internet speed improvements and various content added support, easy-to-use instructional tools Add support order selected.

Landscape Architecture is a minority manpower field that requires wide knowledge and experience. Therefore, the service market is narrower than other fields, and education service for practitioners is lacking. The purpose of this study is to propose e-learning content development methodology that can provide customized landscaping practical education according to the level of education and increase the economic efficiency of the development process. First, in theoretical review, the ADDIE model was modified to select the curriculum development model that pursues efficiency and introduced the concept of reusing learning objects in the SCORM-based model. In particular, to overcome the problems presented in the precious studies, the analysis and design stages have been strengthened and faculty designers with integrated knowledge of Landscape Architecture and ICT have led the overall phase. The actual development process is based on a step by step procedure--analysis of landscaping practitioners needs and environments, etc., teaching and learning procedures and the design of activities considering contents reuse, the first development such as actual shooting and editing, and the second development reusing the first development content--and was done in the order of evaluation and revision of professionalism and satisfaction. As a result of the study, the space-based courses composed of modular learning objects were first developed as 216 courses in 8 subjects, as 208 courses in 3 subjects in total, in which the modularized learning object are crossed and combined in units and difficulty-based courses were second developed in 216 courses with 3 subjects in total. As a result of the evaluation the satisfaction assessment of the overall satisfaction was 4.20 and the average value of the eight measures was 3.97, both being close to 4.0. For the professional assessment, the scores of 8 subjects were very high at 84.8 to 96.4 points. in context, the scores of 5 subjects were equal to from 89.9 to 96.4 points. In conclusion, as the study was conducted based on a clear understanding of the digital characteristics of e-learning contents and general characteristic of the landscaping industry, it was possible to develop a curriculum by developing a course composed of modular learning objects and reusing learning objects by unit. In particular, it has been proven to be effective in conveying professional knowledge and experiences via general procedures and provided an opportunity to overcome some analog problems that may occur in offline education. In the future, further studies need to be done by expanding the content and by focusing on segmented subjects.
This paper examined its possibility and made its new definition by finding relevant bases in order to make a close inquiry into its Identity and direction at this point when cyber-based gifted education academy is established and operated again by its necessity And 4 models which can be used in special education for the gifted were developed making a link with special education for the gifted by collecting and re-classifying cyber educational methods developed by basic research as priority of the educational method which is considered to be the most urgent issue in practical cyber learning. It is a project-type cooperation education model, an information collection-type research education model, a community-type discussion education model, and a problem focus-type e-PBL education model. To apply developed leaching-learning models to reality, students at gifted education academy in Gyeonggi Cyber Gifted Province were imputed models in different ways respectively for 4 months. As a result of analysis and statistical data of activity level and satisfaction level of students who participated in learning activity, it appeared that high level of satisfaction and active activity level were induced compared to the previous method based on tasks. It is expected that this paper will provide the bases when each cyber-based gifted education academy plans operation plan later on, and it will provide proper methods when cyber guidance teachers plan class activities.
As digital convergence evolves, it is expected that the market of IP-based services like VoIP and IPTV will be expanded. In particular, IPTV market is expected to attract consumers' attention through various interactive services offering a variety of experiences to consumers. Interactivity sets apart old media from new one in terms of how to mediate effects of user satisfaction. The object of this study is to investigate (1) multi-dimensional Interactivities in an interactive medium based on IP and relationship among them, and (2) significant factors affecting cognitive absorption of interactive media users. This study aims to provide implications on how to develop strategies for IP-based media including e-learning system.
The purpose of this study is to explore directions for improvement of teaching at college of engineering based on analysis of differences from course evaluation of students and instructors. Data was collected from 86 instructors' ratings on courses and their 3004 students' ratings on courses at college of engineering in a two-year, a three-year college and a University from 2010 to 2013. The results of the survey indicate significant differences in the statistics from the several questions between the instructors and the students as well as between the course in a two-year, a three-year college and in a University. First, instructors' self evaluation of the course is higher than students' satisfaction ratings of the course on the average. Instructors' self evaluation are high on the questions 'The subject was proper for the course', 'The course provided the latest theory and trend of the field', and 'Fairness and objectivity about the exams and the assignments'. Also, the difference between Instructors and students on the questions is significant in the statistics. The professor must make sure that students know well how to organize the course content and the method for feedback to test result and homework. Second, instructors have higher satisfaction ratings on the six questions and students have higher satisfaction ratings on the one question('Make students participate in the class effectively') at a two-year and a three-year college. However, students have higher satisfaction ratings on the three questions('Make students participate in the class effectively', 'Concern about students' learning process', and 'Use of E-learning and media equipments') and instructors have higher satisfaction ratings on the one question. It means instructors at a University feel pressure on a teaching and they are unsatisfied with their teaching skills. Third, the result of comparing six parts of the questions shows that students' satisfaction ratings are higher on 'Students participation' and 'Application of media equipments' parts whereas instructors' self evaluation are higher on 'Exams and assignments' part. Fourth, the question 'Make students participate in the class effectively' is significant in statistic based on comparison of instructors and students, and comparison of in a college and a University. Students' satisfaction ratings are higher than instructors' self evaluation.
The majority of studies was undertaken on large companies that had adopted e-Business or on the specific case of dot.com companies. However, despite this interest in the effect of the size of an organization on its approach to e-Business, little direct comparison has been undertaken between small and large companies. This study examined the differences of e-Business adoption factors and e-Business performance between large and small companies. Reviewing the literature, we suggest a research model and develop nine hypotheses to be tested. Data are collected from 109 companies Implemented e-business. The results of hypothesis testing show as follows. First, e-Business performance of efficiency has a positive influence of perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, organizational learning ability and financial slack. Second, e-Business performance of sales performance has a positive influence of top management support. Third, e-Business performance of customer satisfaction has a positive influence of technology competence, perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, financial slack and institutional pressure. Finally, there are differences in the e-business factors(perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, institutional pressure) and e-Business performance(efficiency) between large and small companies.
Purpose - A trading area is very closely related to consumer life. A trading area is a cultural and social space that consumes culture and promotes human relationships as well as an economic space where consumers live their daily lives. In this context, a trading area research should be conducted objectively and empirically because it deals with the activities of consumer's life. The purpose of this study is to identify the intrinsic psychological motivation(push motivation) caused when consumers visit a trading area and to demonstrate how the push motivation for a trading area influence on consumer's flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to develop research hypotheses for this study, the development procedures for push motivation scale are as follows; (1) generating initial pool of items based on previous studies, (2) expert judgement to evaluate content and face validity, and (3) assessing convergent and discriminant validity using confirmatory factor analysis. In order to achieve these purposes, online surveys were conducted on frequent or familiar visitors to the trading areas around the Gangnam, Kunkuk University and Hongik University Station. Among the 1,343 questionnaires collected, 1,157 cases were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program, except for 186 responses in which responses were judged to be unfaithful. Results - The push motivation was classified into five sub-dimensions of excitement/stimulus, rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and human relationship promotion as multidimensional and complex factors composed of individual and social-related dimensions. The excitement/stimulus and human relationship promotion of push motivation have positive effects on satisfaction. However, all dimensions of the push motivation have positive effects on flow. And flow has a positive effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Meanwhile, the mediation test using boostrapping shows that flow plays a full mediating role in the relationship between rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and satisfaction, but a partial mediating rol e between excitement/stimulus, human relationship promotion and satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between flow and revisit intention. Conclusions - This study shows that the push motivation is multidimensional and compositive depending on the situation of a consumer. In addition, it is found that the human relationship promotion(a social-related motivation) has a much more important effect on flow and satisfaction than other push motivations of individual dimensions. It also shows that satisfaction increases when consumers are being flowed at their visit and degree of revisit intention also grows as satisfaction increases. As implications of this study, a marketer should try to understand consumer's visit motivation at first and then develop factors that increase their flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. It also requires a marketer to approach subjects on a trading area more objectively and empirically based on the psychology and behavior of consumers, in order to establish a proper and efficient strategy on development of a trading area.
