국내 섬유ㆍ의류산업의 고비용/저효율 구조를 혁신하기 위해서는 산업간 공급사슬을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 QR 시스템의 도입이 불가피할 것으로 보인다. QR 시스템의 성공적인 도입을 위해서는 정보기술적 측면에서 효과적이며 통합적인 정보 파이프라인의 구현, 그리고 기업문화적 측면에서 서로 다른 기업문화와 산업환경하에서의 기업 상호간 전략적 협력관계의 창출이 필수적 요건이라고 하겠다.

With the upcoming Digital age, it is time to develop digitalized contents based on cultural basis. in this respect, Kimchi is one of the most primal cultural content signifying Korean culture. It's no doubt the time to initiate the movement to digitalize the contents concerning Kimchi by gathering materials on the origin of Kimchi culturally and a great value to revive digital contents regarding Kimchi. Therefore, in this research, it is regarded that Kimchi is one of the most prominent cultural value that is possible to inherit from generations and should be stratified on the database. A method explaning Korean Kimchi culture is sought in this paper. And It is focused on the culture of Korean Kimchi profoundly and focus on detailed context and varied styles of he digital contents. It is organized on the basis of various aged volumes regarding Kimchi classified by seasons, ingredients, Jonga Kimchi (Kimchi inherited from the oldest family by generations), 24 seasonal divisions of the year, and 8 regional divisions of the nation. It is planned to set up digitally-focused library regarding cultural origin of contents and to present solidity and a feeling of being dynamic The results could be used in a variety of Industries in tourism, education, Kimchi and building basic infrastructure in entertainment industry. It is also applied to specialized industry by providing cultural contents and it could contribute to activation of Kimchi industry with e-Market and portal site regarding Kimchi. Moreover, it may re-establish the cultural value of Kimchi and provide the infrastructure in Kimchi-related industry such as Kimchi cyber museum, Kimchi Expo, Kimchi town by using educational materials in Education industry fields (regular curriculum and experience tour).

The purpose of this study was to identify the moderated effects of multicultural contact experience on the relationship between social distance and multicultural acceptability among nursing students. The sample for this study consisted of 174 nursing students from four universities located in Korea. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. It was found that: (a) multicultural acceptability had a negative correlation with social distance(r=-.61, p<.001), whereas a positive correlation was observed with experience of multicultural contact(r=.24, p=.002); (b) the interaction effect by multicultural contact experience and social distance had a significant influence on the multicultural acceptability(${\beta}=-.18$, p=.003); (c) experience of multicultural contact moderated the relationship between social distance and multicultural acceptability(${\Delta}R^2=0.30$, p=.003). Results of the study suggest that the greater the experience of multicultural contact, the greater the negative effect of social distance on multicultural acceptability. Therefore, to increase the multicultural acceptability of nursing students, it is important to encourage the positive experiences of multicultural contact and thus reduce social distance.

The ethylacetate extract of Lactuca dentata Makino showed 6 flavonoidal components as detected by ferric chloride solution. The flavonoidal constituent of Lactuca dentata Makino was isolated and purified by the series of column chromatography. The chemical structure of one of the flavonoidal component named as compound E was identified by UV, IR and NMR spectrometry. The melting point range of compound E was $249.5^{\circ}C-251^{\circ}C$. The UV and IR spectra of purified compound E, and its genin were measured with the various shifting agents. The results of UV analysis showed the free state of hydroxy group at 3rd and 4th carbon and binding of sugar at the 7th carbon of compound. The sugar bound to the compound E was identified as glucose by TLC. The IR spectrum showed the presense of hydroxy group, conjugated carbonyl group and aromatic group. The analysis of NMR spectrum was done to the purified compound and its derivatives. The chemical shifts against hydrogen atom, hydroxy group, and the moiety of luteolin were observed in the NMR spectrum along with their position and number as well as type of sugar bound. The isolated and purified compound was identified as $luteolin-7-0-{\beta}-D-glucoside$.

The purpose of this pilot study is to examine the responses of middle school students to English learning after conducting English writing activities using DALL-E2, an image-generating artificial intelligence tool. To this end, an experimental class was conducted for 3 weeks for 15 middle school English learners, and the results are summarized as follows. First, as a result of a survey on English writing activities using DALL-E2, it was found that confidence, interest, and awareness of writing using artificial intelligence-based tools changed positively. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a statistically significant difference, which meant that learning using artificial intelligence had a positive effect on English writing and overall English learning. Second, as a result of analyzing the English writing activities using DALL-E2, core themes could be extracted into three (cognitive, affective, and psychodynamic characteristics), and the use and implementation of artificial intelligence-based DALL-E2 in English learning showed potential to increase learning interest, challenge, will, and desire in learning and ultimately contribute to enhancing productive skill.

수학교육 개혁에서 강조되고 있는 교실 문화의 변화는 교사가 그 개혁 방향을 이해하고 자신들이 지향하는 가치와 우선 순위를 수업에 어떻게 적용하느냐에 달려 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련하여, 본 논문에서는 문헌을 통하여 교수 방법에 영향을 미치는 교사 변인 (교사의 학습 및 교수 경험, 지식, 신념, 개별인성특징) 및 사회문화적 변인 (문화적 ${\cdot}$ 교육적 규준, 교육과정 개발과 운영, 교사교육, 전문적 모델과 교사공동체)을 찾아내고 이를 기초로 하여 수학 교사의 교수 방법에 영향을 미치는 요소를 질적으로 분석하기 위한 구체적인 개발면담 질문을 제시한다.

본 연구는 Dr. Math사이트에 형성된 문화와 수학적인 언어의 사용이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 살펴보고 그 방안을 찾고자 함이다. 이는 수학교실에서 의사소통이 잘 이루어지기 위해서는 교사와 학생이 자신이 갖고 있는 수학적인 생각을 자유롭게 설명하고, 질문하고, 토의하는 교실문화가 형성되어야 하고, 수학적인 언어를 자연스럽게 사용할 수 있어야 하기 때문이다. 그런데, 문화라는 것은 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 형성되는 것이고 수학적인 언어의 사용이 익숙해지기 위해서는 반복과 시행착오가 있기 때문에 이를 위해 인터넷을 활용할 것을 제안하고 있는 것이다.

In circumstances that case studies of management strategy for the domestic media company were rare, this study was performed case analysis of CJ E&M, representative new media/contents company in Korea. An evolutionary perspective is applied to diversification of the business and the external environmental analysis/resource based view are applied to capability evaluation since the inauguration as analysis frameworks. Unlike other media companies, CJ E&M have increased synergies of scale through horizontal, vertical diversification and superior contents strategies. furthermore, there are many advantages of enthusiasm of the leadership, expertise, high human configuration, creative corporate culture, effective contents portfolio. However, it is necessary to note that too much emphasis on competition and the performance of the organization may make organizational atmosphere rigid and weaken the global competitiveness.

In the beginning of the 20th century, post-colonialism has directly raised questions about western-centered universalism. One of its main achievements is that the political liberation of a colonial society does not guarantee the social, economic and cultural liberation of a society. Therefore, the discourse of liberation in the Western society, in particular, Marxism, nationalism, feminism and postmodernism, cannot be directly applied to the non-Western society. As a result, Western and non-Western societies are unfortunately dreaming of different futures and liberation; therefore, a'geopolitical dialogue' is needed between them. However, the theorists' efforts for postcolonial liberation failed to distinguish themselves from the western-centric traditions. It is also true that they have, in conjunction with these traditions, established their own power. As we know, many of the postcolonial criticisms somehow had relations with the West. This study will re-read the postcolonial thought of $Aim{\acute{e}}$ $C{\acute{e}}saire$, the father of the so-called $N{\acute{e}}gritude$, as a 'non-western resistance discourse'. Through this process, we have a chance to reflect on $C{\acute{e}}saire$ and his postcolonial thoughts.

The development of online content is changing the value of society very diversely and rapidly. In particular, the non-face-to-face e-sports industry is growing significantly in the current situation where the COVID-19 Pandemic has not been completely overcome. The use of NFT in the eSports industry is receiving positive reviews as a field with high potential for future growth that protects digital assets of eSports users, but at the same time, it is raising concerns that cash transactions of digital items could encourage gambling. In this study, the characteristics of the recent eSports industry and NFT were identified and classified through case studies using literature, official sites, and online news articles. Through various cases of eSports and NFT, we discussed the potential for future growth and activation plan of the NFT industry of eSports. The result is as follows. First, it is necessary to use NFT using IP of eSports event itself. Second, it is necessary to combine the functional role of the item with NFT to provide features that users can utilize. Third, it is necessary to provide users with opportunities to engage in economic activities using eSports and NFT. Finally, it is necessary to use NFT to strengthen the digital asset protection of eSports users. Through this study, it is expected to be used as a basis for further discussions on the NFT industry of e-sports and as a material for securing competitiveness.
