컴퓨터와 통신기술이 발전함에 따라 최근의 교육환경은 학습자 스스로 학습내용, 학습 시간 및 학습 순서를 선택하고 조직하는 유비쿼터스 학습방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 학습에서는 학습의 효과를 높이기 위하여 전문가의 도움이나 조언 등이 절실히 필요하다. 이를 위해 유비쿼터스 학습에 스케폴딩과 멘토링의 개념을 접목시키면 학습효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스캐폴딩과 e-Mentoring을 활용한 u-Learning 교수학습모형을 설계하고 이를 구현하여 학생들의 학업성취도와 학습태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 u-Learning 환경에서 다양한 교수학습 방법의 적용 가능성을 검증해보았다.

With the development of the Information and Communication Technology(ICT), this society is changing rapidly to information based society. Also, the amount of new information and knowledge are increased quickly. Today, the traditional teaching-learning method based on teaching and learning of simple knowledge is not supported to problem solving any more. Because the learning and practice of ICT is affected not only personal growth but also the right to live. Due to this reason, it is important to teach and study using PBL(Problem Based Learning) in future. This paper proposes on-line based e-PBL which is combined e-learning with PBL. The e-PBL will be able to overcome the problem of traditional teaching-learnign method. Therefore, this paper developed the e-PBL teaching model for information literacy education of computer in elementary schools and inspected its effectiveness and validity. In addition, this paper built and utilized the e-PBL on-line learning support system including e-Mentoring which was defined as e-PAS system. It is effective for learners to improve the ability of self-leading, the accomplishment and satisfaction of studying.

Computers have been increasingly recognized as tools for teaming, in addition to supporting industrial works. Such advantages e-Learning have as teaming at any time and place, distribution and management of standardized contents, mentoring with learners, immediate feed-backs, and dynamic learning have been applied in a variety of divisions. Despite of the researches and interests, the study on the different views between teachers who design and operate e-learning and students who receive lessons hasn't been enough. So it studied the recognition of middle school teachers and students on the e-Learning. <중략>The research result showed that there were similarity in the views between teachers and students on the concept of e-Learning. Many teachers and students have experienced the e-Learning directly or indirectly. Teachers and students showed similar opinions on the beforehand education and preferred subjects of the e-Learning. But the students required fast and immediate feedback of the teachers. Teachers and students showed similar opinions on the utilization of multimedia components to achieve the goal of education. But teachers thought that immediate feedback was important. The students thought it important to control the degree of difficulty. It suggests a way to activate the e-Learning of middle school efficiently with the research result.

With the advance of information technology, e-learning is widely used. However, due to the lack of human computer interaction, e-mentoring or blended learning are adopted to complement the drawbacks of e-learning these days. One of the common purposes for adopting these tools is to enhance the interaction level by using bbs or blogs based on e-communities. If the cooperative learning contents management tools that share learners' knowledge in e-learning are provided, interactivity and educational effects can be enhanced. In this paper, a tree-based learning contents construction tool and a community-based cooperative learning contents construction tools that can share the learners' knowledge are proposed. Also, we analyze the influencing factors to the learners by using the proposed tools.

This study aimed to develop an e-mentoring youth financial education program and verify its effectiveness for promoting financial empowerment and establishing financial capabilities among independent consumers. A four-session, eight-hour "Youth Financial Empowerment Mentoring Program" was developed. This program dealt with financial literacy and financial psychology factors in an integrated fashion. We used the nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design to evaluate the program's effectiveness. Specifically, by using Zoom, a virtual conference platform, four mentors of college students were trained for four sessions over two weeks. Meanwhile, four groups were formed with four mentors and 18 high school mentees to implement a four-week e-mentoring program. As a result of the analysis of covariance, significant differences were found between the two groups in all financial psychology factors and financial literacy variables. In addition, the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. As a result of qualitative evaluation through FGI for mentees and mentors, mentees experienced positive changes in financial behavior, beliefs, attitudes, and personal relationships, as well as increased financial knowledge. Meanwhile, mentors experienced positive changes in their introspection into financial behavior and consumption. Considering these results, we can conclude that this program effectively induces participants to learn and reflect on their initiative, which is in line with the original goal of "improving financial empowerment".

인터넷 사용의 일상화와 초고속통신망의 급속한 확산은 웹 기반 원격교육의 보편화를 가져왔다. 웹 기반 원격교육은 전통적 교육방식인 면대면 교육방식의 새로운 형태로써 도입되었으나 학습자와 교육자의 요구사항으로 면대면 교육방식의 대체제가 아닌 전략적 도구로써 진화하고 있다. 웹 기반 원격교육은 e러닝, e멘토링, 블렌디드러닝 등 다양한 시도가 추세이다. 이러한 시도의 공통적인 특징은 학습자, 교육자, 시스템 간의 상호작용에 대한 요구사항이 높아지고 있다는 것이다. 이 연구에서 웹 기반 원격교육의 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 변인과 웹 기반 원격교육 시스템 상호작용에 대한 조절효과를 실증 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to research the actual condition of on-line and off-line computer education in order to create more opportunities for the possibility of effective learning and u-Learning - based IT vocational education development of persons with hearing impairments. To carry out this study, we had a preliminary education of this study for a sign language interpreters who had working in a association of the deaf in Daegu, and had conducted a survey study participating for 100 persons with hearing impairments living in Daegu-Kyungbook Region. The results of this study were as follows: First, during on-line and offline education environment for persons with hearing impairments, factors such as teaching methods and contents, screen organization, learning effects, offering lecture material and subtitle, subtitle and sign language video of position and size, offering computer instructor who have a sign language interpreter with IT mentoring, on-line educational user environment setting must be considered factors for u-Learning - based IT vocational education development. Second, 74% of the subjects showed their interest in taking a course, after u-Learning contents are developed for persons with hearing impairments. Third, the subjects preferred IT device was a tablet PCs and IT certification related courses as their IT vocational education curriculum. Also, to link between professional training and job opportunity, subjects will need a IT vocational education courses such as computer intermediate and advanced levels.

As the subjects of education has been changed from the instructors to learners, a web-based self-directed learning which can accelerate the initiative of learners and can be free from the restriction of time and space has been received attention. In this paper, the web-based self-directed learning system was designed. For the design, to make the learners build their own lecture plan, the service was designed to provide three kinds of lectures of video clip, slide lecture, and e-text lecture that were focused on various lecture contents. In addition, a learner and an assistant was man to man matched to enable the on-line mentoring for mutual communication between learners and assistants. Implementation was carried out by three sets of module - Manager, Learner and Assistant - that were applied to the real educational activities. The survey on satisfaction for the education, efficiency of ability improvement, and educational intelligibility for the attendants on the education showed more than 67.2% of satisfaction in satisfaction for the education. Furthermore, more than 86.9% of attendants replied that their ability were improved after the education of this system. The educational system realized in this paper shows effectiveness for the self-directed learning.

This study was to investigate the practice of the teachers who changed their teaching subject to Mathematics from other subjects. Teacher, A who had traditional belief and Teacher, B, non-traditional belief were chosen for the study through the questionnaire in Sep. 2014. The result indicated that Teacher, A in traditional belief showed teacher-centered teaching but Teacher, B in nontraditional belief showed inconsistent way of teaching in comparison to the original perspective. The later said she could not teach students as she wanted to teach because of the lack of knowledge of teaching as a math teacher. The difficulties Teacher, A encountered were: to handle too many works beyond teaching and to teach too many contents to cover without having enough time to prepare. Teacher, B didn't know how to teach students math in a constructivism way. They asked to offer them more in-service training program to develop their expertise for teaching mathematics.

This study purports to measure the level of work friendship in dental clinic and examines the friendship's effect on the organizational effectiveness. Data were collected from workers who worked in dental clinic located in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas by self-administered questionnaires from early in October till lately in September, 2009 through direct interview and e-mail. Among 250 questionnaires, 240 responses were returned, and 17 copies with an inaccurate answer were excluded. Finally 223 responses were analyzed through SPSS program. The study revealed that the work friendship in dental clinic has enormous influence on job satisfaction, occupational commitment, intent to leave, stress etc. The results imply that the managers of the dental clinics need to create an organizational climate which emphasizes on a good relationship among members and have them take part in various committees or informal activities.
