Nanosized rutile titanium dioxide (TiO₂) is used in inorganic pigments and cosmetics because of its high whiteness and duality. The high quality of the white pigments depends on their surface coating technique via the solgel process. SiO₂ coatings are required to improve the dispersibility, UV-blocking, and whiteness of TiO₂. Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) is an important coating precursor owing to its ability to control various thicknesses and densities. In addition, we use Na₂SiO₃ (sodium silicate) as a precursor because of its low cost. Compared to TEOS, which controls the pH using a basic catalyst, Na₂SiO₃ controls the pH using an acid catalyst, giving a uniform coating. The coating thickness of TiO₂ is controlled using a surface modifier, cetrimonium bromide, which is used in various applications. The shape and thickness of the nanosized coating layer on TiO₂ are analyzed using transmission electron microscopy, and the SiO₂ nanoparticle behavior in terms of the before-and-after size distribution is measured using a particle size analyzer. The color measurements of the SiO₂ pigment are performed using UV-visible spectroscopy.

In this study, an ICT-based underwater communication monitoring device for underwater structures is implemented based on lifting fixture that transport human bodies found on the seabed to sea level. The lifting fixture is packaged with a retback, sideback, and cartridge that injects air. Monitoring systems are developed in a mobile manner in a portable structure. The underwater ultrasonic sensor signal is supplied using a USB port, and the O/S consists of Linux. For the underwater communication dong test, a measurement test was conducted in real time from 6m to 40m in depth on the east coast. The ultrasonic sound sensor is converted to 2,400 bps to verify the transmission error according to the duality. The communication speed of sensor to monitoring is 115,200 bps, and the speed of communication from controller to receiver is 2,400 bps. In the commercialization stage of the lifting device, it is easy to develop a low-end type and the compatibility is wide.

The purpose of this study is to attempt a convergent study by analyzing modern funk ceramic artworks through 'Irony', which was mainly used in rhetoric and literature. The irony has come to modern times and has embraced the type of irony by Jung Keut-Byul, a literary critic who has discovered that the classifications and definitions are different from each other, and who has solved these problems and has newly classified the irony (the irony of oxymoron, the irony as a counterstatement, the irony of dramatic turn, the irony as a poetic truth) as a framework for analyzing the works of 20th century punk potters. As a result, the formative language found in funk ceramic art had many similarities with the irony of duality of surface and reality, and its humorous and comic character was more prominent than the heavy, melodramatic tone shown in literature. It was also found that the media characteristics and craft properties of ceramic art, such as clay and glaze, have become the drivers for ceramic sculptors to draw attention in funk art.

This thesis examines the difficulties of utilizing the narrative and music of Pansori: 판소리 in Changguk: 창극. For this examination, I consider that the reason for the difficulty of making Changguk is the difference between Pansori and Changguk as the genres. Most of the Changguk based on the traditional five Pansori works perform the narration and songs of Pansori literally. However, the original narrative of Pansori has a distinctive dual structure since the formation of its first and second half is created separately. As the drama genre visualizes the story and emphasizes the consistency of action, unlike Pansori, the duality of the original narrative can be seen as the inconsistency of the action. In addition, since the sounds of the original Pansori are rather explanatory than dramatic even in the climax scenes of Jeokbyeok battlefields, it is difficult to produce dramatic scenes in Changguk. The voices of the military, not in the original works, play important roles in revealing the hidden theme effectively in Changguk. However It is impossible to relocate the original text of Pansori into Changguk, as even the voices of the military lack verisimilitude in terms of narrative. Changguk can only be developed as its own work by actively researching and dismantling Pansori .

As the service quality has been reconsidered in public sector as well as private enterprises, the need for public sectors to adopt principle and practices of private sectors is concerned with customer-focused approach, the different business culture of public service organizations makes it difficult to improve service qualify. Also, Since concept of service contains intangibility, heterogeneity, Simultaneousness and perishability, it makes peoples more difficult to measure service quality. Therefore, this study proposes synthetic Administrative Service duality Index(ASQI) using fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the service qualify in subjective environment. In ASQI model, Fuzzy set theory helps to measure the ambiguity of concepts that are relative to human being's subjective judgement. Also, this study utilizes AHP method to evaluate the preference weights of service quality dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) for customers.

Retrospecting the past 60 years of interactions between the executive and the legislature in Korea, it is found that the Korean National Assembly is neither a minimal legislature nor a marginal legislature any more. The symbolic role of the Assembly has acquired a remarkable growth and profound strength and there is no need to worry about institutional viability any further. However, its role as a resolver or manager of social conflicts is still under the dominance of the executive and shows even an indication that it might be worsened. Such incapability of the legislature owed much to the vertical control from the outside especially during the authoritarian regimes, however, nowadays it owes much to the inability of consensus building among the out-bursting controversial and horizontal opinions inside of it. Not sufficient managerial capability required for exercising autonomous decision making power efficiently is a major detrimental factor. It traces back to the inability of party politics and demassifying political leadership. Normalization of party politics is identified as one of the essential prerequisites for Korean political development in this regard.

For the environmental noise assessments. A weighted equivalent noise level (LeqA) is used to measure the time varying environmental noise. However, it is not appropriately reflect various environmental noise features and human emotions. The human perception of the noise is affected largely by the psychoacoustic characteristics of noise as well as the sound pressure level In this study, the effective factors of noise qualify are analyzed using the subjective assessment and statistical analysis of environmental noise, such as road traffic noise. construction site noise, noise in daily living. and other. The analysis methodology is composed to three steps as follows : firstly, the values of the sound qualify metrics of various noise sources were analyzed. And to classify the noise sources, we conducted a cluster analysis using sound quality metrics. Secondly, subjective jury testing was carried out using the methods of paired comparisons and semantic differential. Finally, the correlation between the subjective parameters and the noise quality metrics were analyzed. As a result. the human perception characteristics of the various environmental noise are described in some physical parameters of the noise qualify metrics.

Depending on the class and status, literary works are variously accepted and interpreted. As a result, they show different forms and ways of enjoying the novels and different variations of a text. The only ideal way of investigating and analyzting it is to meet someone who actually lived in that era. This study tries to investigate the enjoying aspects of the classic Korean classical novels by studying how the classical novels have been enjoyed in Northern Gyeong-Buk Area, especially in Cheongsong. It is a follow-up study of cases studies based in Yeongdeok, Uljin. As a result, one can come true the conclusions. In the case of Cheongsong, the Northern Area and Southern Areas show differences in their modes enjoying the Korean classical novels. The Northern Area has a strong expresses self-confidence and pride, and forms solid enjoying groups. However I could hardly find any such cases in the Southern Area. And the entertaining aspects of the classical novels are enjoyed by individuals rather than entertainers. It shows that there have been many difficulties in the culture of in taking-root classical novels as a firm ludic culture in Cheongsong. Furthermore, this survey can identify a duality of entertainers genres conception to enjoying Ga-sa and classic the Korean classical novels. The entertainers who haves read only the classical novels has not hidden ashamed of themselves as readers and entertainersof them. But the entertainers who are proud of the self as enjoyers of Ga-sa tried to dissimulate hide the fact that they read of the classical novels, because they think that a narrativity and fictitiousness, incredibility of the novels are disproportionate inappropriate to their for dignity as members of Yangban(兩班) families, and are in stark contrast to the morality and seriousness of Ga-sa.

This paper attempts to "re-read" the webtoon Misaeng, which was once an important issue in the field of public discourse on "labor". Our hypothesis was that the dual actactial structure of Misaeng's hero Jang Geurae gave a dual structure to the entire text, which leads to the discovery of text meaning that was not mentioned in the existing discourse. This is based on the concept of 'meta-story character', which Hiroki Azuma talked in his postmodern literary theory. To verify this hypothesis we analyzed the text by applying the Parisian semiotics, more specifically J. Fontanille's theory. Jang Geurae is observed to be a actant of dual structure divided into 'character' of the enunciated level and 'player' of the enunciation level. Considering this characteristic of the hero, Misaeng can be interpreted as a metafiction that shows the 'shifting' between the subject of the enunciated level and the subject of the enunciation level. On the level of 'character' Jang's existence mode turns out to be "Deficiency (actualized)", but on the level of 'player' Jang 's existence mode turns out to be "Inanity(potentiallized)." His somatic responses also show a duality, which is represented by Fontanille's corps-actant model, where on the level of 'character' the somatic actant of Jang consists of 'Moi-chair(ego-flesh)' and 'Soi-idem(self-idem)', and on the level of 'player' it consists of 'Moi-chair(ego-flesh)' and 'Soi-ipse(self-ipse)'. The former mainly acts as a 'role' and takes charge of exteroceptive perception, while the latter mainly acts as 'attitude' and takes charge of interoceptive perception. Because of this dissociative nature of actant, Jang's two 'self' draw the re-adjustment of values without serious conflict between the collective norms and the individual identity. This is in sharp contrast with other characters who struggle with the conflict between the environment and "self". It becomes customary to adopt norms that are suspected to ineffective, but if you raise questions, the normative system can be updated. On one axis of Misaeng there are characters who have lost themselves in customs. On the other axis, there is Jang who can not help dismantling the existing ineffective norms and updating the normative system. Jang's existence mode seems to be one of many possible modes generated by this era where people share no longer solid community values, His actantial structure also communicates with readers of these days who put themselves more in subject of enunciation level than of enunciated level.

It is the aim of this paper to elucidate the meaning of 'Sangsaeng' in Daesoon Thought on the basis of its relation to Life and Spirit in the philosophy of Hegel. To achieve this aim, this article compares three important concepts from Daesoon Thought, namely the 'gods of heaven and earth,' 'Haewon', and 'Sangsaeng' with Hegel's 'Life,' 'Spirit,' and the 'struggle for recognition.' This paper will clarify the commonalities as well as the differences between Daesoon Thought and Hegelian philosophy. The comparison between Hegel's concept of 'life' and the 'gods of heaven and earth' shows a specific relationship between a life and a soul which is characterized by duality. The point of similarity is that the two thoughts regards the soul as the basis of all things in nature including the life itself and spirit. This is the duality of the soul in nature and spirit as the truth of nature. But the difference is that Hegel does not reduce all things in nature including life itself to the soul as the truth of nature. This paper will argue that Hegel's idea of spirit returning from nature to itself has a similarity with the essence of Haewon in Haewon-sangsaeng. Hegel insists that spirit submerges initially in nature just as human beings in Daesoon Thought have inherent Won. The realization of the spirit in the Subjective Spirit shows that the spirit sublimates this initial submergence in nature und reveals itself in corporeality. This study will suggest that this realization of spirit including the struggle for recognition may be interpreted as the meaning of Sangsaeng.
