  • Recently, it is increased on the concern for the reuse of waste concrete because of the shortage of natural aggregate and the increase of waste concrete. And recycled coarse aggregate is used variously, but the existing wet method producted recycled fine aggregate has problem like the high price facilities, the long time progress of the work and the poor of recycled fine aggregate. The aim of this study is to investigate outline and performance evaluation of the drying specific gravity separation method to product high duality recycled fine aggregate. Finally, this study is shown investigate process flowing of drying separation type with gravity manufacture, producte system and function of detail devices. The performance of the method of drying specific gravity separation is certificated as the qualities of recycled fine aggregate satisfied the KS

  • A down construction method is frequently used in these days to reduce popular discontent and to assure sufficient working space at early stage in downtown area. There are two main problems in the existing down construction method. One is a confliction between frame works and excavation works, and the other is a cold joint in retaining wall which is unavoidable due to a sequence of concrete placement and induces a water leakage. Therefore, a new method is needed to overcome these problems. The CWS (buried wale Continuous Wall System) method was developed by authors. By replacing RC perimeter beam with embedded steel wale, the steel frame works of substructure can be simplified and the water leakage can be prevented using continuous retaining wall. Consequently, the improved duality and reduction of construction period can be obtained from CWS method.

  • Recently, for the problem solution of demand and supply imbalance of fine aggregate due to the shortage of natural fine aggregate and the environment regulation on sea sand extraction in the construction field, the studies for the application of recycled fine aggregate using waste concrete are being progressed versatilely. The purpose of this study is to investigate quality of recycled fine aggregate manufactured by drying manufacturing system which is the manufacture method of high duality recycled fine aggregate, and to analyze on thehardened and durability properties of recycled concrete using it. Therefore it is to present the fundamental data for application and utilization of recycled concrete. The results of this study are as follows; Quality of recycled fine aggregate by drying manufacturing system is improved, and compressive strength, carbonation depth and chloride ion penetration depth of recycled concrete using high quality recycled fine aggregate are similar to those of normal concrete using natural and crashed sand. But, resistance to $H_{2}SO_{4}$ show decreased somewhat.

  • This study as a demand of reconstruction allows the longevity of the multi complex, analyze the problems and solutions for a long term maintenance planning scheme, and how to save contingency fund to utilize. The major role of the multi complex housing market reflects Positively on our valuable society, provides a better life of environment on top of longevity and for the superior living duality. For a achievement and improvement existing long term maintenance Plan and contingency fund system should be considered as follows. First, shall be expanded more units of house as smaller group. Second, advice from expert shall be reconsidered, eliminated, and protected reorganizing an informal reconstruction planning comparatively legal procedure must be renegotiated and pursued. Third, the fund which saved for the contingency has to clarified as tax free item by government. It's not only mistreated as a limitation of personal asset but also treated as national source Despite of rather compulsive and constructive method must be noticed by whoever owns for, more positive follows, promotion and directing must be able to guide its understanding and adherence of importance and inevitability.

  • 이 논문은 경제 하부구조 관련 공기업이라는 행위주체의 특수성이 해외투자에서 어떻게 구체적으로 전개되는가를 분석한다. 우리나라 경제 하부구조 관련 공기업 해외투자사업의 일반 특징을 진출지역, 사업유형, 진출 시기를 중심으로 살펴본 다음, 해외투자 유형을 자본투자를 동반하지 않는 전문컨설팅 유형, 자본투자와 위험을 동반하는 해외직접투자 유형과 에너지자원개발 직접투자 유형으로 구분하여 구체적인 사례를 토대로 분석한다. 그리고 하부구조 공기업이라는 행위주체가 갖는 특성 때문에 나타나는 국적성의 문제, 즉 진출대상국 입장에서 자본부족 해소와 종속의 문제, 자본수출국의 입장에서 민간자본과 관계설정의 이중성 문제를 검토한다.

Psychosocial Risks: Is Risk Management Strategic Enough in Business and Policy Making?

  • Background: In times of continuous change and volatile markets, organizations are increasingly characterized by downsizing, work intensification, and resource rationalization. This has resulted in diversification, and the emergence of newrisks within the field of occupational health and safety, with an important impact. This paper focuses on one such type of risk in the modern workplace-psychosocial risks. The current study aimed to explore stakeholder perspectives, regarding the extent to which psychosocial risks are incorporated into strategic risk management practices, at both the business and policy level. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 professionals, representing employer, expert, policy maker, and trade union stakeholder perspectives. Results: It was found that the majority of organizations do not sufficiently, if at all, understand and incorporate psychosocial risks into strategic decision making, whereby the key barrier related to practical difficulties of not knowing how to manage psychosocial risks adequately. Conclusion: The study found that there is a need to close the gap between policy and practice on a number of levels. Future recommendations comprise a policy framework and infrastructure underpinned by educational initiatives, partnerships, and networks to drive a shift in attitudes toward recognizing the duality of the concept of risk (including both potential negative and positive outcomes) and moving beyond simple regulatory compliance.

칼슘락테이트 및 아세테이트가 김치의 숙성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Calcium Lactate and Acetate on the Fermentation of Kimchi)

  • 김치의 보존성과 품질향상에 미치는 calcium lactate와 calcium acetate의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 calcium lactate와 calcium acetate를 0.5:0-0:0.5의 비율로 혼합하여 김치에 0.5%로 첨가, 1$0^{\circ}C$에서 숙성시키는 동안 pH, 산도, 칼슘함량, 조직의 광학현미경 관찰 및 관능검사를 행하였다. 그 결과 calcium lactate : calcium acetate가 0.4 : 0.1, 0.3 : 0.2, 0.2 : 0.1 비율로 첨가한 김치는 대조구 김치보다 가식한계일이 약 5일정도 연장되었다. 또 김치조직내의 칼슘함량은 46-66%가 증가되었으며 유세포조직의 손상도가 적었으며, 아삭아삭한 조직감과 종합적인 맛이 향상되었다.

Banach 공간에서 독립인 확률요소들의 Tail 합에 대한 대수의 법칙에 대하여 (On the Tail Series Laws of Large Numbers for Independent Random Elements in Banach Spaces)

  • 본 연구에서는, Banach 공간의 값을 갖는 확률요소들의 합 $S_n=\sum_{i=1}^nV-i$ 수렴하는 경우에, Tail 합 $T_n=S-S_{n-1}=\sum_{i=n}^{\infty}V-i$에 대한 대수의 법칙을 고찰하여 $S_n$이 하나의 확률변수 S로 수렴하는 속도를 연구한다. 좀 더 구체적으로 말하자면, 확률변수들의 Tail 합과 확률요소들의 Tail 합에 대한 극한 성질의 유사성을 연구하여, Banach 공간에서 독립인 확률요소들의 Tail 합에 대한 약 대수의 법칙과 하나의 수렴법칙이 동등함을 기술하는 기존의 정리를 다른 대체적인 방법으로 증명한다.

  • Indoor air quality is the dominant contributor to total personal exposure because most people spend a majority of their time Indoors. Especially when indoor environments have sources of contaminants, exposure to in-door air can potentially pose a greater threat than exposure to ambient air. In this study, estimations of volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde omission rate in indoor environments of new apartments were carried out using mass balance model in indoor environment, because indoor air quality can be affected by source generation, outdoor air level, ventilation, decay by reaction, temperature, humidity, mixing condition and so on. Considering the estimated emission rate of volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde, it Is suggested that new apartment should be designed and constructed in the aspect of using construction materials to emit low hazardous air pollutants.

프로젝트 품질 인증 제도와 기업의 문화에 따른 프로젝트 품질 향상에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Project Quality Certification System and Organizational Culture for Project Quality Improvement)

  • 국내의 정보화 프로젝트 개발 소프트웨어가 대형화되고 복잡화됨에 따라 개발 업체의 소프트웨어 프로젝트 품질이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 프로젝트 품질 평가 심사 모형인 CMM 등으로 개발 사업자의 프로젝트 수행능력이 평가되고 있다. 따라서 개발 사업자들은 CMM 등급 인증획득 또는 등급을 올리기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 논란이 되고 있는 시점에서 프로젝트 품질 인증의 제도가 프로젝트 품질에 차이를 나타내는지에 대한 연구와 CMM등급 인증과 기업 문화의 적합이 프로젝트 품질 성과에 차이를 나타내는지에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, CMM인증 등급이 높고 기업문화의 개방성이 높은 조직이 프로젝트 품질 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 프로젝트 품질 성과를 높이기 위해서는 CMM인증 등급도 중요하지만 품질을 위한 기업 문화의 개방성을 높여나가는 것이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다.
