Fire research is urgently needed so as to mitigate fire damage with moderate costs. A system of fire research consisting of basic research, applied research and development of new technology for fire prevention and protection is being formed in China. A general structure of organizations related to fire research is outlined. Typical research work in the State Key Lab of Fire Science is given as an example of fire research in China including: Field-Zone-Network modeling of building fire, mechanism of boilover, forest fire behavior, computer modeling of fire spread in micsogravity, and duality of fire rules and its application.

The purpose of this study was to examine, in a service context, construct validity and generalizability of widely used and accepted measures of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service duality, and to test each measures' predictive utility in this context with path analysis. Of 350 subjects, 309 subjects participated in the analysis. Descriptive statistics (frequencies), exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, zero-order partial correlation analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were used for this study. The findings from this study are as follows. First, perceived organizational support significantly influenced job satisfaction, organizational commitment. and service quality. Second, Job satisfaction had a directional impact upon organizational commitment and service quality. Third, organizational commitment showed to have a predictive impart on service quality. Finally, the results of the study provide some insight into the types of internal marketing strategies that can be applied successfully by operators of hotel F & B departments.

Let T : K -> K be a mapping such that $F(T)\;=\;{x\;{\in}\;K\;:\;Tx\;=\;x}\;{\neq}\;0$ and (I - T) satisfies the accretive-type condition: $\;{\geq}\;{\lambda}$\mid$$\mid$x-Tx$\mid$$\mid$^2$, for all $x\;{\in}\;K,\;x^*\;{\in}\;F(T)$ and for some ${\lambda}\;>\;0$. The weak and strong convergence of the Ishikawa iteration method to a fixed point of T are investigated. An application of our results to the approximation of a solution of a certain linear operator equation is also given. Our results extend several important known results from the Mann iteration method to the Ishikawa iteration method. In particular, our results resolve in the affirmative an open problem posed by Naimpally and Singh (J. Math. Anal. Appl. 96 (1983), 437-446).

본 논문에서는 시계열 데이터베이스에서 서브시퀸스 매칭을 효과적으로 처리하는 방안에 관하여 논의한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저, 기존의 이원성 기반 서브시퀸스 매칭 기법에서 발생하는 성능상의 문제점들을 지적하고, 이들을 해결할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 기법은 서브시퀸스 매칭 시 요구되는 인덱스 검색을 윈도우-조인이라는 일종의 공간 조인 문제로 새롭게 해석하는 것에서 출발한다. 제안된 기법에서는 효과적인 윈도우-조인의 처리를 위하여 질의 윈도우 점들을 위한 R＊-트리를 주기억장치 내에 on-the-fly로 구성하는 방법을 사용한다. 또한, 데이터 윈도우 점들을 위한 디스크 상의 R*-트리와 질 윈도우 점들을 위한 주기억장치 상의 R＊-트리를 효과적으로 조인할 수 있는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 R＊-트리 페이지들을 착오 채택 없이 단 한번만 디스크로부터 액세스 측면에서 이원성 기반 서브시퀸스 매칭을 위한 최적의 기법이다.

The successful management of logistics in an organization requires the careful coordination and manipulation of both movement and storage. In this study, we can show what is the most efficient and the cheapest method to transport the petroleum products under a few constraints with the model of linear programming. And also, the model can give some important informations so as what is the best coverages of each terminals by types, how many products should be exchanged among each companies and which terminals or complexes are economically prior to the others. Even we can understand that the duality is one of the useful measures to evaluate the economical efficiencies of transportation and storage related elements such as complex and terminal location, transport mode, storage tankage capacity and in/outflow facilities of terminals etc.

Independence and impartiality are the operating core of an arbitration disciplinary mechanism. Due to many factors, illegalities and improper acts in arbitration cases are facts of life in our country, and have greatly damaged the credibility of arbitration. It is necessary for us to perfect the operating mechanism of arbitration discipline from the four pluralistic progressive aspects of disciplining the cause externalization, disciplining the subject duality, the quasi-judicature of disciplinary procedures and the disciplining measures so that the populace can experience fairness and justice in every case. We should perfect the supporting measures such as the strict selection conditions and procedures of arbitrators, improving the quality of the arbitrator team, exploring the management mechanisms and strengthening the evaluation dynamic. An examination is a general investigation and evaluation so as to provide encouragement for being continually engaged as arbitrators, but it does not provide an objective basis of arbitration discipline. It is urgent to perfect the arbitration guarantee system on the basis of meeting the material needs of the arbitrators so as to enhance the sense of professional rank and honour of arbitration.

In this paper, we analyze the infrared feature for the small coast targets according to the surrounding environment for autonomous flight device equipped with an infrared imaging sensor and we propose Cross Duality of Neural Network (CR-DuNN) method which can classify the target and clutter in coastal environment. In coastal environment, there are various property according to diverse change of air temperature, sea temperature, deferent seasons. And small coast target have various infrared feature according to diverse change of environment. In this various environment, it is very important thing that we analyze and classify targets from the clutters to improve target detection accuracy. Thus, we propose infrared feature learning algorithm through LSTM neural network and also propose CR-DuNN algorithm that integrate LSTM prediction network with Du-CNN classification network to classify targets from the clutters.

Focusing on the hermeneutic instability of a key word of Paradise Lost, "wander," this study attempts to situate John Milton's early modern epic in the longue $dur{\acute{e}}e$ historical transition from seignorial to capitalist mode of production, especially the displacement and reorganization of producer population, a corollary of early phase of modernization. The historic experience of vagrancy and its normalization, and the concomitant shift of the primary human sociability from given to voluntary bonds, I suggest, shape and inform Milton's early modern rewriting of the Biblical story of the fall and his revising of the heroic epic romance into a plebeian romance of a wandering, companionate couple. While building on the critical consensus on this poem's deliberate distancing from the tradition of classical epic and chivalric romance, this essay argues that Milton re-appropriates and re-channels the aspirational aspect of chivalric wandering, or mobility, for his plebeian heroes, a companionate conjugal couple. The hermeneutic instability of the word wander, this essay suggests, captures the duality of the historic experience of vagrancy, both the tragic experience of displacement and the liberational and uplifting dimension of that experience.

In order to enhance system energy efficiency, bidirectional link resource allocation strategy in GFDM-based multiuser SWIPT systems is proposed. In the downlink channel, each SWIPT user applies power splitting (PS) receiver structure in information decoding (ID) and non-linear energy harvesting (EH). In the uplink channel, information transmission power is originated from the harvested energy. An optimization problem is constructed to maximize weighted sum ID achievable rates in the downlink and uplink channels via bidirectional link power allocation as well as subcarriers and subsymbols scheduling. To solve this non-convex optimization problem, Lagrange duality method, sub-gradient-based method and greedy algorithm are adopted respectively. Simulation results show that the proposed strategy is superior to the fixed subcarrier scheme regardless of the weighting coefficients. It is superior to the heuristic algorithm in larger weighting coefficients scenario.

The Elzaki Transform method is fuzzified to fuzzy Elzaki Transform by Rehab Ali Khudair. In this article, we propose a Double fuzzy Elzaki transform (DFET) method to solving fuzzy partial differential equations (FPDEs) and we prove some properties and theorems of DFET, fundamental results of DFET for fuzzy partial derivatives of the n^th order, construct the Procedure to find the solution of FPDEs by DFET, provide duality relation of Double Fuzzy Laplace Transform (DFLT) and Double Fuzzy Sumudu Transform(DFST) with proposed Transform. Also we solve the Fuzzy Poisson's equation and fuzzy Telegraph equation to show the DFET method is a powerful mathematical tool for solving FPDEs analytically.
