This paper describes the effects of dual dynamic vibration absorbers attached to a primary vibration system with damping. The efficiency of dual dynamic vibration absorbers was investigated with the height of amplitude ratio at the resonance frequency ratio of the damped vibration system according to mass ratio, natural frequency ratio and damping ratio. The variation of amplitude ratio related to frequency ratio of primary vibration system is verified experimentally and theoretically according to dual dynamic vibration systems using computer program designed to find mutual relationship between two absorbers.

The customer churn and the forecast of customer churn have been important research topics for a long time in the academic domain of customer relationship management. The customer value is studied to construct a gap model based on dual customer values; a basic description of customer value is given, then the gaps between products and services in different periods for the customers and companies are analyzed. The main factors that influence the perceived customer value are analyzed to define the "recognized value gap" and a gap model for the dual customer value is constructed. Based on the dual customer gap a con-ceptual model to determine potential churn customers is proposed in the paper.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among stressor(role conflict), coping strategy, and psychological well-being toward dual-career wives. For this purpose data were collected form 117 dual -career wives. The statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency distribution. percentile, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. The results were as follows; 1)The general tendency of the stressor level of dual-career wives was slightly over the mid-point scores, 2.5 and the level of psychological well-being was relatively high. Also, the degree to which dual-career wives used coping strategies was relatively high. 2)Role conflicts were negatively related to psychological well-being. 3)Coping strategies were positively related to psychological well-being. 4)The degree of the negative influence which role conflicts had on psychological well-being was lower int he group using a high degree of coping strategies than in the group using a low degree of coping strategies.

With the rapid development of the Chinese water project, the safety monitoring of dams is urgently needed. Many drawbacks exist in dams, such as high monitoring costs, a limited equipment service life, long-term monitoring difficulties. MEMS sensors have the advantages of low cost, high precision, easy installation, and simplicity, so they have broad application prospects in engineering measurements. This paper designs intelligent monitoring based on the collaborative measurement of dual MEMS sensors. The system first determines the endpoint coordinates of the sensor array by the coordinate transformation relationship in the monitoring system and then obtains the dam settlement according to the endpoint coordinates. Next, this paper proposes a dual-MEMS sensor collaborative measurement algorithm that builds a mathematical model of the dual-sensor measurement. The monitoring system realizes mutual compensation between sensor measurement data by calculating the motion constraint matrix between the two sensors. Compared with the single-sensor measurement, the dual-sensor measurement algorithm is more accurate and can improve the reliability of long-term monitoring data. Finally, the experimental results show that the dam subsidence monitoring system proposed in this paper fully meets the engineering monitoring accuracy needs, and the dual-sensor collaborative measurement system is more stable than the single-sensor monitoring system.

본 연구는 노인운전자의 운전능력을 선별하는 검사로서 이중과제가 활용될 수 있는지 확인하고자 노인운전자의 이중과제 수행과 운전 행동간의 상관관계를 알아보았다. 총 32명의 정상 노인운전자를 대상으로 일반적 정보 및 운전 관련 정보를 조사하고 이중과제 수행정도를 알아보기 위하여 Y-DuCog(Yonsei-Dual task Cognitive screening test)를 평가하였다. 운전행동 수준은 K-DBQ(Korean-Driving Behavior Questionnaire)설문을 사용하였다. 연구결과 페그꽂기 과제와 동물이름 말하기를 활용한 이중과제 수행이 K-DBQ의 위반영역의 점수와 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구로 운전능력 선별검사로서 이중과제의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

This article investigates 295 social workers in order to find out how much they believe that each behavior related to dual relationships is ethical and with how many clients they engaged in these behaviors. This article, based on the literature, explores three areas of dual relationships which are sexual, bartering, and private dual relationships. The results from the research were 1) The social workers tend to believe that while sexual and bartering dual relationships are less ethical, private dual relationships are more ethical. Meanwhile, they have little experience to engage in all areas of dual relationships; 2) Compared to beliefs and experiences, the social workers believe that each behavior is ethical, but they have less experienced the same behavior. However, the result of strong correlations between beliefs and experiences shows that the more the social workers believe that the behaviors are ethical, the more they tend to engage in the behaviors; 3) Based on socio-demographic characteristics, male social workers tend to accept dual relationships as ethical behavior than their female counterparts do. And those who are practicing in health settings tend to believe that the behaviors related to dual relationships are less ethical than those who are practicing in the other areas of the profession do. Finally, the research recommends that enhancing social worker's self-awareness and professional maturity is needed in order to prevent the occurrence of dual relationship engagement. Also, social work professional associations and agencies should provide education, training, and institutional restrictive devices for dealing with unethical dual relationships.

$\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis is a kind of methods for performing sensitivity analysis for linear programming. Its main advantage is that it can be directly applied for interior-point methods with a little computation. Although $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis was proposed several years ago, there have been no studies on its relationship with other sensitivity analysis methods. In this paper, we discuss the relationship between $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis and sensitivity analysis using an optimal basis. First. we present a property of $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis, from which we derive a simplified formula for finding the characteristic region of $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis. Next, using the simplified formula, we examine the relationship between $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis and sensitivity analysis using optimal basis when an $\epsilon$-optimal solution is sufficiently close to an optimal extreme solution. We show that under primal nondegeneracy or dual non degeneracy of an optimal extreme solution, the characteristic region of $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis converges to that of sensitivity analysis using an optimal basis. However, for the case of both primal and dual degeneracy, we present an example in which the characteristic region of $\epsilon$-sensitivity analysis is different from that of sensitivity analysis using an optimal basis.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the dual mediating effects of preschoolers' emotional temperament and emotion regulation in the relationship between maternal emotional expression and preschoolers' behavior problems. Methods: The participants included 167 preschoolers and their mothers from Daegu city and Gyeonsang province. The mothers completed questionnaires regarding their own emotional expression, children's temperament, emotion regulation, and behavior problems. Results: The primary results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant correlations among maternal emotional expression, preschoolers' emotional temperament, emotion regulation, and problem behaviors. Second, maternal emotional expression had an indirect effect on preschoolers' behavior problems through preschoolers' emotional temperament and emotion regulation. Conclusion: This study revealed that maternal negative emotional expression and preschoolers' temperament and emotion regulation need to be considered simultaneously to explain the level of preschoolers' behavior problems. More specifically, the results highlight the dual mediating effects of preschoolers' temperament and emotion regulation in the relationship between maternal negative emotional expression and preschoolers' behavior problems.

To provide a fundamental understanding on the inherent relationship between IT capabilities and sustainable firm heterogeneity, we investigate the dual roles that institutional pressures play, namely, as antecedents of IT capabilities and as moderator of the relationship between IT capabilities and IT innovation success, where IT innovation success plays a mediating role between IT capabilities and firm performance. The structural model was tested, and the results of the PLS analysis provided general support for the proposed hypotheses. IT capabilities had an indirect effect mediated by IT innovation success on firm performance. With IT activities assumed to be embedded in the institutional context, the dual roles of institutional pressures are verified. This study contributes to the literature on IT capabilities by considering both the determining role of institutional pressures on IT capabilities and the institutional context of the chain that connects IT capabilities to firm performance. The results suggest that a firm not only manages various institutional pressures to foster its IT capabilities but also adapts to different contexts with a certain level of institutional pressures to facilitate its IT capabilities and outperform its competitors, which could be sustained through IT innovation success.

Based on the core value of the Q&A community, the contribution of knowledge and information has a great impact on users' community evaluation. As a small social group, the relationships and interactions among community members are quickly formed through information technology. As such, the cognitive evaluation of the relationship between community members will have an impact on the intention of information contribution. This research builds on the previous research based on the social exchange theory and establishes a dual model of swift guanxi in examining the relationship between guanxi and continuous knowledge contribution. In the current study, 305 survey questionnaires were used and 249 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The analysis results are as follows: First, information support has a positive impact on dedication-based swift guanxi. While hypothesis between information support and constraint-based swift guanxi was not be supported. Second, emotional support has a positive impact on the formation of swift guanxi from a dual perspective. Third, the swift guanxi from the dual perspective has a positive impact on the intention of continuous knowledge contribution. Finally, although personal involvement has an adjustment effect, it is a downward adjustment effect, hypotheses are not supported. The current study offers theoretical and practical implications in field of knowledge management, specifically knowledge contribution in the virtual community.
