중소 ICT건설기업 조직원의 셀프리더십이 심리적 임파워먼트 통하여 조직시민행동과 조직신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Employee's Self Leadership of Construction Company on Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment)

  • This study aims to explore the casual relation between construction company employees' Self-Leadership and two variables: Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment. To explain in details, this study examines how the independent variable, Self Leadership, with its behavior-focused, natural reward and constructive thought pattern strategies, affects the dependent variable, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Trust through the intervening variable, Psychology Empowerment. A survey was conducted on current employees of construction companies in metropolitan areas to empirically examine the research model. The result of study hypothesis on Self-Leadership is as follows; first, Self-Leadership showed a positive effect on Psychology Empowerment, Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust. Second, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Third, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organizational Trust. The capacity of individuals is critical when it comes to competitiveness of construction companies. When employees willingly participate in building trust within the company, the work place will become more and more constructive; based on trust, efficiency will increase because people from different processes can work together and performance will also improve even when project managers are absent because others could help their role instead, thus driving more efficient human resource management to the company. To conclude, a company's vision can be spread wide and far when their employees engage themselves in Learning Organization with Self Leadership. They will also be satisfied with their work through improving interpersonal relationship at work.

Modelling and Simulation for PIG Flow Control in Natural Gas Pipeline

  • This paper deals with dynamic behaviour analysis for pipeline inspection gauge (PIG) flow control in natural gas pipeline. The dynamic behaviour of the PIG is depending on the different Pressure between the rear and nose parts, which is generated by injected gas flow behind PIG's tail and expelled gas flow in front of its nose. To analyze the dynamic behaviour characteristics such as gas flow in pipeline, and the PIG's position and velocity, mathematical model is derived as two types of a nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equation for unsteady flow analysis of the PIG driving and expelled gas, and nonhomogeneous differential equation for dynamic analysis of PIG. The nonlinear equation is solved by method of characteristics (MOC) with the regular rectangular grid under appropriate initial and boundary conditions. The Runge-Kuta method is used when we solve the steady flow equations to get initial flow values and the dynamic equation of PIG. The gas upstream and downstream of PIG are divided into a number of elements of equal length. The sampling time and distance are chosen under Courant-Friedrich-Lewy (CFL) restriction. The simulation is performed with a pipeline segment in the Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS) low pressure system, Ueijungboo-Sangye line. The simulation results show us that the derived mathematical model and the proposed computational scheme are effective for estimating the position and velocity of PIG with different operational conditions of pipeline.

An application of wave equation analysis program to pile dynamic formulae

  • Wave equation analysis programs (WEAP) such as GRLWEAP and TNOWave were primarily developed for pre-driving analysis. They can also be used for post-driving measurement applications with some refinements. In the case of pre-driving analysis, the programs are used for the purpose of selecting the right equipment for a given ground condition and controlling stresses during pile driving processes. Recently, the program is increasingly used for the post-driving measurement application, where an assessment based on a variety of input parameters such as hammer, driving system and dynamic behaviour of soil is carried out. The process of this type of analysis is quite simple and it is performed by matching accurately known parameters, such as from CAPWAP analysis, to the parameters used in GRLWEAP analysis. The parameters that are refined in the typical analysis are pile stresses, hammer energy, capacity, damping and quakes. Matching of these known quantities by adjusting hammer, cushion and soil parameters in the wave equation program results in blow counts or sets and stresses for other hammer energies and capacities and cushion configuration. The result of this analysis is output on a Bearing Graph that establishes a relationship between ultimate capacity and net set per blow. A further application of this refinement method can be applied to the assessment of dynamic formulae, which are extensively used in pile capacity calculation during pile driving process. In this paper, WEAP analysis is carried out to establish the relationship between the ultimate capacities and sets using the various parameters and using this relationship to recalibrate the dynamic formula. The results of this analysis presented show that some of the shortcoming of the dynamic formula can be overcome and the results can be improved by the introduction of a correction factor.

  • The improvement of luminous efficacy is one of the major issues in PDP industry. In this work, we propose the new driving method for high efficiency AC-PDP and analyze its discharge characteristics. The suggested method can control the effective capacitance of panel by external auxiliary capacitor. External capacitor induces reduction of gap voltage proportional to the panel current, this in turn modifies the transient behaviour of discharge. The peak current level is reduced and the discharge duration is increased. As a result of these modifications, the luminous efficacy is enhanced by about 200% compared with the conventional driving method

  • Although color characteristics of IPS mode are much better than TN or VA mode, there still remains a room for improvement of the color characteristics of IPS mode compared with the conventional CRT. It has been generally as sumed that inherent color variation of IPS mode is entirely owing to dependence of the effective retardation on wavelength and role of optical axis of IPS mode has been little considered. In this study, we investigated the effects of driving voltages on the effective retardation and the effective optical axis by a computer simulation. The result shows that rotation of effective optical axis is dependent on wavelength and tends to be smaller for larger wavelength.

이어도 해양과학기지 말뚝기초의 항타 관입성 연구 (Drivability of Offshore Pile Foundation at Ieodo Ocean Research Station)

  • When pile foundation is constructed by dynamic method, it is desirable to perform monitoring of drivability with pile penetration. Dynamic pile monitoring yields information regarding driving hammer, cushion, pile and soil behaviour that can be used to confirm the assumptions of wave equation analysis. In this study, dynamic monitoring of the steel pipe pile was performed with Pile Driving Analyser (PDA). The PDA utilizes the wave propagation theory to compute numerous variables which describe the conditions of the hammer-pile-soil system in real-time and following each hammer impact. This approach allows immediate field verification of hammer performance, driving efficiency, and estimation of pile bearing capacity. A series of PDA test were performed at the Ieodo Ocean Research Station (IORS) located in southeast of Marado, a southernmost small island south of Jeju Island. The drilling core sediments of Ieodo subsoil are composed of mud and sand, showing lamination and wavy or lenticular bedding, which were often bioturbated. This paper summarizes the results of PDA tests which were applied in measurement and estimation of large diameter open ended steel pipe pile driven by steam hammer, Vulcan-560 and MRBS-4600, at the marine sediments.

운전 스트레스 척도(Driving Stress Scale: DSS)의 개발과 타당화 연구 (Validation and Development of the Driving Stress Scale)

  • 본 연구는 운전 중 발생하는 스트레스를 측정할 수 있는 운전 스트레스 척도의 개발과 그 타당화에 대한 연구를 목적으로 실시되었다. 이 목적을 위하여 전국 7개 지역의 412명의 운전자들에게 121개의 운전 스트레스 척도 예비문항을 실시한 후 요인분석을 한 결과, 5개(진행장애, 운전환경, 사고단속, 법규준수, 시간압력) 요인으로 구성된 총 38개 문항의 운전 스트레스 척도(DSS)를 개발하였다. 이들 요인에 대한 신뢰도는 모두 .80이상으로 높게 나타났다. 타당화 연구를 위해서 운전 스트레스 척도(DSS)와 운전자 스트레스 척도(DBI-GEN) 그리고 운전자의 위험한 운전행동(음주운전, 과속운전, 법규위반, 피해사고, 가해사고)과의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 상관관계 분석 결과 운전 스트레스 척도(DSS)는 운전자 스트레스 척도(DBI-GEN)와 운전자의 위험한 운전행동 모두에서 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운전 스트레스 척도(DSS) 점수의 고·저에 따라 운전자의 위험한 운전행동(음주운전, 과속운전, 법규위반, 피해사고, 가해사고)에 영향을 주는 정도를 알아보기 위하여 운전 스트레스 척도 점수를 상위 25%와 하위 25%로 구별하여 더미변수 변환을 통한 중다 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 운전 스트레스가 높은 집단은 위험한 운전행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 주며, 운전 스트레스가 낮은 집단은 유의한 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구결과를 논의하고 운전 스트레스 척도(DSS) 개발과 관련된 시사점과 한계점을 논의하였다.

유연체 동역학 모델과 전력전자 회로의 연동해석을 통한 단기통 왕복 압축기 거동해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Behaviour of Single Cylinder Reciprocating Compressor by Joint Simulation of Flexible Multi-body Dynamics and Electromagnetic Circuit)

  • The characteristics of vibration and noise of a compressor used for electric appliances have significant influence on the quality of the products. For improvement on the quality of electric appliances, investigations for understanding the dynamic behaviour of the compressor are essential. Since Virtual Lab for the dynamics model and MAXWELL for the electromagnetics model are separate software programs with no interface, the joint simulation of the models could not be performed. This study suggests a way to develop the compressor model capable of the joint simulation with MATLAB/SIMULINK linking a flexible multi-body dynamics model, a torque model, and an electricity control model. The compressor model is found to be able to perform I/O data transfer among the sub-models and joint simulation. The simulation results of the flexible body and rigid body dynamics models were compared to check availability of the joint simulation system. In addition, the simulated vibration and driving torque of the compressor mechanisms were compared with measurements. Through the simulations, the influence of springs and LDT on the dynamic behaviour of the compressor was examined. This study examines the influence of the dynamic behaviour of the compressor mechanisms through joint simulation of the flexible multi-body dynamics model and electromagnetic circuit allows analysis.

이륜자동차 주행행태 분석 연구 (Analysis on Motorcycle Driving Behavior)

  • 도심 교통체증 감소와 물류의 신속한 이동을 위해 1990년대 초반 등장한 퀵서비스산업은 이륜자동차의 증가를 가속화 했으며, 경제발전에 따라 250CC 이상 대배기량의 이륜자동차들도 레저용으로 급증하고 있는 추세를 보이고 있다. 사고발생추세에서 전체교통사고대비 2005년 5.7%, 2008년 8.3%로 점차 증가추세를 보이며 사망률 또한 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이륜자동차의 자동차전용도로 통행에 대한 위험도를 알아보고자 서울시 연속류 도로를 대상으로 이륜자동차의 법규위반율과 차로변경 행태, 주행속도 행태를 분석하였으며 사고시의 차량충격량을 PCCRASH 시뮬레이션으로 산출하였다. 분석 결과, 차로변경시간과 평균통행속도가 일반차량과 상이하며 도로정체가 발생할 경우 부적절한 주행행태를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 정부의 이륜자동차 자동차전용도로 허용 검토에 있어 본 연구는 허용여부를 판단하는데 도움이 되며 이륜자동차의 주행 행태를 연구하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

악천후 시 운전자 기대심리와 가변 제한속도간 관계정립을 위한 가상주행 시뮬레이터 연구 (A Study on The Relationship Between Driver Expectancy and Variable Speed Limit Under the Adverse Weather Conditions By Using A Driving Simulator)

  • 본 연구는 가상주행 시뮬레이터 실험을 통해 악천후시 가변 제한속도 표출 효과를 검토하였다. 본 연구는 기상변화 없이 제한속도를 낮추어 표출한 경우와 기상이 변화되었는데도 제한속도를 낮추어 표출하지 못한 경우는 운전자의 기대심리를 위배한 것으로 기상 변화에 따라 속도를 감속 표출하는 것에 비해 상대적으로 안전 측면에서 바람직하지 못하다고 가정하고 이를 가상주행 시뮬레이터 결과를 통해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 운전자의 기대심리에 부합되는 정도를 나타내는 지표로 운전자 순응도를 선택하였고, 이를 정량화하기 위한 수단으로 표출 제한속도를 포함한 일정 속도구간 내 누적확률밀도를 이용하였다. 검토결과, 운전자의 기대심리를 위배하였다고 가정한 조건들이 비교그룹에 비해 상대적으로 운전자의 주행행태적 측면에서 부정적인 것으로 평가되었다.
