한국과 미국 유아의 극놀이에 나타난 또래의 단계별 지지 분석 (Scaffolding by Peers in Young Children's Dramatic Play: A Cross-Cultural Analysis)

  • This study compared Korean and American children on scaffolding by peers during dramatic play. Thirty Korean and twenty American 5-year-old kindergarteners participated. The data were analyzed by Spradly's (1980) Developmental Research Sequence (DRS), using qualitative methods. The results showed that the categories of scaffolding (theme and communication) occurred more frequently among American children than among Korean children. In both cultures, more capable peers scaffolded children during dramatic play and were able to extend the dramatic play.

극놀이에서 교사의 단계별 지지가 유아의 언어적 의사소통에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Teacher's Scaffolding on Children's Verbal Communication in Dramatic Play)

  • This study analyzed the effects of teacher's scaffolding on children's verbal communication in dramatic play. Twenty-four five-year-old kindergarten children participated. The collected data were analyzed with the repeated measures analysis of variance and two-sample t-tests. The results showed that: the frequency of verbal communication strategies and children's episode length increased in the experimental group where the teacher intervened with the scaffolding. Children in the experimental group showed more positive response in the categories of minimal acceptances and enlarged acceptances. No gender differences were found.

관객과 인물의 극적소통을 위한 사실화연구 : 영화 '시'를 중심으로 (Sustaining Dramatic Communication Between the Audience and Characters through a Realization : )

  • 관객은 이야기를 통해 허상의 세상과 현실의 세상을 넘나들게 된다. 이야기는 인간의 감각에 호소하는 감성적 체험이며 지식, 정보전달의 이성적 기능과 정서에 호소하는 감성적 기능이 있다. 또한 언어, 문자, 영상으로 그 형태가 나타난다. 본고는 이야기의 감성적 기능에 주목하며 체험된 이야기는 관객과 인물의 극적소통이 극대화되어 관객이 정서적 반응을 일으키는 것이다. 관객은 인물과의 심리적, 정신적 교감을 통해 어느 순간 감정몰입의 상태로 들어가고 이를 통해 동일시의 감정을 느낀다. 그때부터 관객과 인물의 극적소통이 시작된다. 하지만 그 순간을 지탱하는 힘은 그리 오래가지 못한다. 이런 관객몰입의 극적소통이 이루어지는 그 순간을 오래도록 지속시키기 위해서는 사실화작업을 거쳐야 한다. 이렇게 사실화작업으로 이루어진 세상과 그 속에서 살아가는 인물의 삶에서 관객은 공감적 재연의 체험적 관념을 흡수하게 되고 이런 사실화된 인물의 드러냄은 외적탐색과 내적탐색으로 가시화된다. 먼저 외적탐색에는 배경정보, 생활정보, 대화정보가 있다. 이들을 통해 인물은 인간과의 닮음의 진통을 극복하고 진정 관객과 소통하는 매개체로 재등장하게 된다. 또한 내적탐색의 세 가지는 자아, 욕구, 갈등이란 정신적 기제를 통해 선택적 단계선정의 연계과정을 겪으며 인물이 가지고 있는 내면의 울림을 밖으로 진동하게 하여 공명(울림)의 그 소리를 듣게 만든다. 여기서 중요한 사실은 감독은 인물이 가진 내면적 요인들을 행동으로 시각화시켜야 한다. 즉 행동에 의해 인간이 가지고 있는 외적, 내적 요소들이 서로 간의 충돌과 흡수를 통해 화면 위에 고스란히 그려놓아야 한다는 것이다. 그래야만 관객은 인물과의 극적소통을 통해 정서적 반응을 일으킬 수 있다. 영화 '시'에서 관객과 인물이 극적소통을 통한 정서적 반응을 일으키는 신을 중심으로 살펴보고 이를 통해 관객은 영화의 물리적인 상영시간 동안 인물과의 극적소통을 스스로 인내할 수 있다.

사회적 가상놀이에서 나타난 문해 관련 의사소통 및 정보 유형 (Literacy-Related Communication and Information Types in Social Pretend Play)

  • Literacy-related communication and information types naturally occurring in the dramatic play area were observed during free play over a 4 week period. Participants were 21 boys and 16 girls enrolled in a kindergarten class in Taegu. Types of literacy-related communication frequently used during social pretend play were Description, Suggestion, Question, and Answer. Negative types of literacy-related communication, such as Threat, Protest, and Warning were rare. Types of frequently occurring literacy information were about letters & words, and literacy functions. These findings were discussed with respect to curricular implications for the classroom.

연극놀이 활동이 유아의 주도성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Dramatic Play Activities on Children's initiativeness)

  • 본 연구는 연극놀이 활동이 유아의 주도성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 어린이집 만5세 두 학급의 유아 34명이었다. 실험을 하기에 앞서 실험집단과 비교집단 유아에게 주도성 검사를 실시하였다. 주도성은 정서능력, 의사소통, 성취동기의 세 요소로 구성된다. 연극놀이 활동은 실험 집단 유아를 대상으로 이루어졌고, 비교집단에는 기존에 실시하고 있는 표준 보육과정을 실시하였다. 실험 후에는 실험집단과 비교 집단에 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 연극놀이 활동에 참여한 실험집단의 유아들이 비교집단 유아들에 비해 주도성의 하위 영역인 정서능력, 의사소통, 성취동기 등 하위 요소에서 모두 효과가 있었다. 이 결과는 연극놀이 활동이 유아의 주도성을 증진시킬 수 있는 교수 학습방법임을 시사하는 것이라고 하겠다.

드라마 "대장금"의 한의학 콘텐츠 요소 및 만족도 평가 (Evaluation of a Traditional Korean Medicine Content Factor and Satisfaction with the Drama "Daejanggeum")

  • Objectives : The study was performed to evaluate a traditional Korean Medicine content in drama "Daejanggeum". Methods : One hundred sixty-nine participants in Taiwan responded to the survey with 10 items, regarding components of success of drama "Daejanggeum". Principal component factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to identify the possible factors to satisfaction with watching drama "Daejanggeum". Results : Factor analysis revealed that dramatic factor(44.8%), content factor(12.3%), and cultural factor(11.3%) were the most important factors to success of drama "Daejanggeum". Multiple regression analysis showed that dramatic factor(beta = .342), content factor(beta = .278), and cultural factor(beta = .131) were associated with the satisfaction with watching drama "Daejanggeum"($R^2$ = .394, with F = 32.280, p<.001). Conclusions : This study demonstrated that dramatic factor, content factor, and cultural factor are the most important factors associated with satisfaction with drama "Daejanggeum" in Taiwan. These findings suggest that a traditional Korean Medicine as a content factor would be very influential in enhancing the possibility of success of drama.

  • History documentaries in Korea have developed various forms of production techniques to overcome the limits of insufficient historical records and videos, and dramatic elements that make the viewers immersed. Through diverse production techniques, history documentaries can maximize the factuality, vividness, and informativeness, allowing the viewers to understand and share the historical events. This paper analyzed the "immersion and experience" techniques of the programs that have been the main turning points of the history documentary so far and produced and realized the virtual reality through utilizing "Uigwe", a 3D history documentary broadcasted on KBS which showed the possibility of applying the virtual reality technique as a new broadcasting contents format.

  • The great flowing of information has brought a necessity for good management to make the best use of it in the highly competitive information age. The aims of this study are to investigate the main information sources - divided into largely three groups: literature sources, communication and information technology facilities), trying to find problem areas associated with IRM, indicating possible solutions. The result shows that internal information sources were regarded the most important and most frequently used. For the use of foreign materials, the higher the level of position is, the more people use them. With respect to communication methods, internal information sources were thought most important. With the dramatic falling of the price despite enormously increased functions, IT facilities are becoming important sources. However, the study reveals the use of them is quite limited to a few well-known facilities, which indicates that management should pay attention to more efficient use of them and useful training and education methods.

셀룰러 기반 저궤도 위성통신 기술 동향 (Technology Trends in Cellular-Based Low Earth Orbit Satellite Communications)

  • The recent explosion in the number of low earth orbit (LEO) satellites launched to space allows to easily anticipate that the number of satellites in orbit will sustain a dramatic increase. As satellite components are integrated and unified with terrestrial cellular networks, they will play a key role in providing coverage and resilience for future cellular networks. We provide a brief overview of typical scenarios and network architectures for cellular-based LEO satellite communication systems. In addition, we outline 3GPP standardization trends in non-terrestrial networks and satellite access based on 5G/5G Advanced systems and analyze future evolution prospects of cellular-based satellite communication systems.

Present and Future of Risk Management of Construction Practice in Asia

  • Owning to rapid infrastructure development, Asia is experiencing dramatic economic growth. There are not a few cases in which, however, economic growth is achieved by increasing the external diseconomy. Pursuit of sustainable development is one of the most important issues for mankind. Under the post-industrial capitalism society, however, there seems a big risk of increase in the external diseconomy worldwide. The objectives of this manuscript are to discuss importance of risk management of construction practice in present and future. Regarding the latter, a particular attempt is made to discuss how project risk communication should be done to reduce the external diseconomy. Presently, one of the important issues in implementation of infrastructure projects is practice of risk management to properly manage time, cost, quality, and safety: mainly maximization of internal economy. Multi-party risk and uncertainty management process (MRUMP) is one of tolls to assist it. The idea on MRUMP can be used to reduce the external diseconomy through identifying, sharing, and tuning people's rhythms.
