  • Flat plate structures are designed in the form of long span due to the development of construction materials and the improvement of construction technology. However, a high-rise structure of a flat plate of 50 less floors is constructed without detailed review of the inequality shortening, long-term deflection of the slab, and cracks. Therefore, it is possible to examine the case of defects in the structure due to deformation and damage of non-structures such as crack and leak, deflection of the door frame, and deformation of equipment ducts. In this study, it is a high-rise structure, and the inequality shortening and long-term deflection of the slab of the flat plate structure were evaluated through finite element analysis, and it was confirmed that prior precision analysis and correction during construction is necessary.

  • An easy elevator for learning originated is opened to compare the existed learning equipment, and it had a high studying efficient that the sequence control circuit can opens and closes with the wire. The structure of equipment to be controlled from the first floor to the fifth floors is demonstrated a constructive apparatus by a lamp atc to express the function of the open-close of the door according to the cage moving with a mechanical actuation of the forward-reverse breaker and the motor of load and a mechanical actuation of hand-operation control components of push-button S/W and L/S and relay etc. These components let connects each other in order to control of the elevator function with the auto program and the designed sequence control circuit. Consequent1y the process of these functions of 1~5steps could operates the cage with an auto program of the elevator and the sequence control circuit. The sequence control circuit is controlled by the step of forward and reverse to follow as that the sensor function of the L/S1~L/S5 let posit with the control switchs of S/W1~S/W5 of PLC testing panel and switchs of S/W1~S/W5 installed on the transparent acryl plate of the frame. In here, improved apparatus is a hand-auto operation combined learning equipment to study the principle and a technique of the originated sequence control circuit and the auto program of PLC.

  • Korean traditional architecture has been carried out in the manner that it harmonized surrounding natural environments and never disturbed them in the scale which did not overwhelm the nature, based on the view of architecture predicated on Yin Yang School. The exposed grain of the wood like pillar, hinge and house rafte, the linear expression of the construction material and the formation between the window and door monopolizing the front side presented a harmony with the nature showing the linear structure. Furthermore the ceiling is low due to the sit life style thanks to the ondol (Korean under-floor heating system and the furniture was made in simple manner to utilize the space as large as possible, for the interior was narrow and close, and also the furniture placing in the middle of the room was movably manufactured to improve the room space. Like this Korean traditional furniture was close associated with the low height and simplicity and harmonized with the blank of the wall accordingly, and it characterized linear & planar natural beauty focusing on the simple and refined unique beauty, because it was made in a good harmony with the interior utensils. This study has presented that the organic characteristics of Korean traditional aesthetic of architecture and the natural beauty being intrinsic in traditional furniture have a mutual relation on the basis of not only the visual recognition, also the aesthetic of naturalism made of the natural material, the constructional naivety as a frame method and the linear & planar formative beauty shown in appearance.

  • The purpose of this study is to analogize the appearance of Korean Ancient Architecture in view of the Stone Remains from 3 Kingdom Period to Unificated Shilla Period. But in these period, there is no building remains but some stupas and fine arts. Especially, there are many architectural appearance and revealing signature in these Historical Stone remains. Architectural elements which are analogized by stone remains what has value as historical materials by preservation of original form from 3 Kingdom Preiod to Unificated Shilla Period are as follows : 1) Platform, the representative characteristic of Korean traditional architecture, was frame structure and accumulate structure. And circular or square footing stood a same shape column on it is put on the platform. 2) In the case of column, there used entasis column and inclined column and circular chamfer technique was applied on the top side of it. Upper side of column, capital and head pentrating tie that small bearing block was put on the center of it was joined. And longitu야nal rest(長舌) supported a cross beam. Capital and small bearing block had no bottom heel, and heel side was curved and straight. Centered bracket structure was often used, and multi bracket structure is not used yet. Inward incline technique was used. 3) Inward opening pair door which had lintel, threshold, doorjamb was usually used, Fixing stone was used for structural safety, and circular handle and lock was used for decoration. Handrail was used on the edge of wooden floor for decorative effect and safety. 4) Square rafter and circular rafter were used in the same period and so did flying rafter. Double eaves and single eave were used in the same period but, single eave was usually used. In this period, square rafter was usually used. This would be studied more by comparing with Japanese wooden architecture. 5) Hipped roof was used and half-hipped roof was not used yet. In front of th hip, there are small sculpture called Jap-Sang(雜像), and windbell was hang on the end of the hip rafter. Concave roof tile, convex roof tile, round eaver tile, decorative tile at end of roof ridge were used. Lotus style was well used on the face of roof tile for decoration. From the results of this study, wooden architecture of Unificated Shilla period was simple compare to Koryo dynasty and Chosun dynasty but, it had some brilliant character. It was hard work that analogized the form of non-existent wood architecture of Ancient Korean period by restricted stone remains. But, in addition to the results of this study and research of old documentations, more study should be go on.
