THE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN OF THE COUNTRY RAILROAD ACCIDENT ANALYSIS IT LED FROM THE PAPER WHICH IT SEES AND IT ANALYZED A TRAIN COLLISION/DERAILED ACCIDENT RISK FIXED QUANTITY. THE TRAIN ACCIDENT OCCURS DIRECT AND LATENT DAMAGE. IT CLASSIFIES THE ACCIDENT WHICH 5 YEAR FOR OCCURS RECENTLY DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN OF THE COUNTRY WITH A TYPE FROM THE RESEARCH WHICH IT SEES. IT TRIED TO ANALYZE THE DAMAGE SIZE AGAINST A TRAIN COLLISION/DERAILED ACCIDENT WITH DANGEROUS QUOTIENT.

Recently, in the whole fields of industry including shipping business, the conception and importance of Human Factor is very highly and frequently emphasized. But the domestic crew disaster including injury and illness in our shipping business shows higher accident rate than other shipping countries. Therefore the developing of measurec to prevent/reduce the accident is highly required as the marine accident including crew disaster cause enormous loss of property and human life in size and scale. But, because the domestic data regarding the crew accident are relatively insufficient and rare, the developing of these measures has many difficulties. Therefore, this study is to make the concerning data for the useful reference by showing the trend and current situation of crew accidents, assorted by the crew's rank, type of the accident, injured part of the body, cause of the accident, type of ships and type of the works when the accident occurred, by using the each ocean-going shipping company's recent 5 years('95∼'99) data in korea.

But, result that focus on city gas supply spread and stable supply for supply area and neglects about safety problem, hundreds casualties such as Ahyun explosion accident and Deagu city gas explosion accident were reached in situation that occurred large size calamity occurs it is dizzliness. In the case of advanced nation, can see that accomplish system and progress that in technology after experience major accident. Therefore, grasp problem investigating safety actual conditions for city gas institution and study about solvable plan is required this. Also, must guide reform and level elevation of a domestic company safety technology through induction and development of safety technology that is suitable in supply, domestic real condition etc. Must help in power positivity that is full text executing high-quality safety education about step High firing mechanism safety technology than present safety education.

가스안전기기는 가정집에서 일어나는 중대사고를 매우 효율적으로 방지할 수 있다. 안전기기는 가정용 가스기기에 소화안전장치 등이 부착되어 있고 배관에 퓨즈콕, 가스경보차단기 등이 설치되어 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 안전기기가 설치되어 있어도 매년 수 백건의 가스사고가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 가정에서 발생한 5년간의 가스사고를 결함수목분석도(FTA)를 이용하여 체계적이고 세부적으로 분석하여 가정용 가스안전기기의 각각에 대한 실효성을 검정하고, 안전기기의 보급에 따라 가스사고가 정량적으로 감소함을 제시하였다. 769건의 가정에서 일어난 사고를 분석한 결과 안전기기의 실효성은 다기능가스안전계량 기(마이콤미터)가 가장 크고, 퓨즈콕, 가스누출경보기, 일산화탄소 경보기 순으로 나타났다. 위 안전기기를 가정집에 $100\%$ 보급하는 경우에는 현재 일어나고 있는 사고의 약 $59\%$를 방지할 수 있고, 또한 대부분의 인명피해를 동반하는 대형사고를 방지할 수 있다.

국내외 연구들은 무인항공기 사고의 주원인으로 인적요인을 지목하고 있고, 이러한 인적요인을 효과적으로 분석하는 기법으로 HFACS를 소개하고 있다. 현재까지는 HFACS를 이용해 무인항공기 사고의 인적요인을 분석했던 국내외 사례는 주로 군용 무인항공기가 대상이었는데, 항공사고를 유발하는 인적요인 정보를 분석하여 객관적 원인 규명과 유사 사고 예방 도구로 사용할 수 있는 HFACS가 국내 민간 무인항공기 분야에서도 활용이 필요한 시점이다. 특히, 국내 민간 무인항공기의 성능과 운용 여건을 고려한 HFACS 적용중점을 식별한다면 사고 발생 시 원인 규명과 재발 방지에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 HFACS version 7.0을 근간으로 우리나라 항공철도사고조사위원회가 수행했던 사고조사 결과보고서 자료를 분석하여 국내 민간 무인항공기 사고조사에 활용할 수 있는 HFACS 적용중점을 식별하였다.

Although accidents in the domestic construction industry have been decreased gradually, deaths in the construction sites have been occupied 49.9 percent of the total industry and deaths from fall accident have been accounted for 59.7 percent of the construction industry. In order to prevent fall accident, Occupation Safety and Health Act(OSHA) was enacted for setting management standards and detailed regulations was designed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Although government has been pushed for companies and workers to comply the regulations, currently, many domestic construction sites have been violated. On the other hand, in safety-advanced countries such as the United States, Japan, and the EU, industrial accidents have been decreased due to continual application of adapted safety policies according to characteristic in each country. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze laws and polices of advanced countries and apply them to domestic construction sites in order to reduce fall accidents. Therefore, the objective of this study is to compare domestic laws related fall accident with advanced countries laws. In the future, the results of this study will be utilized as a reference to reinforce Occupation Safety and Health Act(OSHA).

최근 선원재해 감소를 위한 국내선사들의 많은 노력에도 불구하고 그 감소율은 둔감하고 있는 실정이며, 이에 관한 일과성 유사연구 사례는 있으나 선원정책의 인적요소를 중심으로하는 본격적인 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 승선중이거나 승선경험이 있는 선원을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 선원재해에 관한 의식현황을 분석하여 해상안전 및 선원재해에 관한 대비책을 제시하고자 한다.

As I mentioned, education cause accounts for a great part of accident cause. Therefore safety education is the important safety measure to be efficiently used for accident prevention. Domestic construction sites focusing big companies make an effort for safety education, but it is short of reducing construction accident with education applying educational contents to actual work. This study analyzed the education contents in domestic construction companies to provide basic contents for improving efficient education method, and drew a limitation of education contents used in construction cites.

This paper contains that the current emergency response procedure through the railroad accident type at domestic and foreign, and the response program which is more systematic as a result of improving weaknesses. Because the response program at home is less sufficient than developed country's, we have made an investigation into system of classification in America, British, Germany, Japan for organizing separate emergency response code. we have researched the recognition response of five senses for minimizing the accident damage in a way of spreading the emergency response type analyzed through the accident procedure according to the feature of five senses by the first recognizer. Based on the first recognitions response of five senses, the scenario has been established according to each types and the criteria of accident has been researched through classifying the recognition of five senses response level, early response level, self-response level, outside support level.
