Creativity is an ever-increasing research area related to fashion design, namely the documentation and dissemination of creative scholarship. The purpose of this project is to apply creative bridge or creative leap theory to the development of an existing designer's garment collection using the creative design process of an architect. A single case study design was used to investigate the phenomenon of design process creative leap using a direct observation. Results indicate the difficult challenge of producing new and individualized silhouettes for the marketability of clothing, it is apparent that new methods of fostering creativity in designers through non-traditional approaches would benefit the education of apparel designers. Through targeted design practice, educators and practitioners can apply the principles of scientific inquiry into design processes to solve a problem, address a challenge, or create based on personal inspirations.

The current technology drain at small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea is very serious. According to the National Intelligence Service's survey data, 69 percent of technology leaks are made through employees of small and medium-sized enterprises. A document security system was introduced to compensate for the problem. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are not doing well due to their poor environment. Therefore, it proposes a document security system suitable for small businesses by developing a location information machine learning system that automatically creates a document security Green Zone through learning, and an ECM-based electronic document leakage prevention system that manages generated Green Zone information by reflecting it into the document authority system. And step by step, propose a universal solution through cloud services..

The domain of contaminated groundwater flow is a broad and multidisciplinary field requiring expertise in engineering, geology, chmistry and toxicology, and is an ideal area for the application of Expert System. The Expert System which is developed in this research can assist user to find possible remedial actions in case that the groundwater was contaminated with toxic pollutants. Documentation including the degree of toxicity, the possibility of chemical reaction and concentration of pollutant can be supported also. Prolog, and artificial intelegence programming language, is used to implement the prototype expert system. This expert system can explicitly advise users about contaminants' toxicity, possiblity reaction with other chemicals and their concentrations.

High speed railway challenge the design, construction and maintaining of traditional railway, many traditional design concepts have been changed. Transition of railway and bridge has two main problems. one is that different lines have different ability of resisting distortion in area of trial load, which was known that problem of smooth transition of stiffness, the other is that differential settlement between artificial structure and earth structure cause bending of railway. The two problems have effect on train moving. The principle of processing transition of railway and bridge is same in world, but it is difficult to find relationship between design standard of transition, vehicle performance, line standard, design speed and so on form documentation and data reports. Based on mechanics, the paper analyzed dynamic performance of transition of high speed railway, studied various rough elements which is effective to train moving, built mathematical model of interaction of train and transition of high speed railway and developed numerical simulation software. In various different work conditions, we did great quantity of numerical simulation, comprehensive analysis and performance analysis.

In the area of medicine, ontology used to define the terminology for information documentation and the medical terms linked up by high correlation. Also medical information system developed briskly using ontology technology. The ontology of traditional korean medicine play an important role in base infra of traditional korean medicine EHR(Electronic health record).

Primary subacute pyogenic osteomyelitis, or Brodie's abscess has received much attention since its initial documentation in the literature in 1832 by Sir Benjamin Brodie. Brodie's abscess is a localized form of chronic osteomyelitis that occurs most often in the metaphyseal area of the long bones of the lower extremities of young adults, Intermittent pain of long duration is the presenting complaint, along with local tenderness over the affected area. Laboratory evaluation is unrevealing, with a normal white blood cell count and differential count. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate may also be normal. Roentgenogram shows a markedly varied appearance and an abscess may be easily mistaken for various neoplasm. The most common organism cultured from abscess is Staphylococcus species. Treatment includes curettage of the lesion and administration of antibiotics. We present a case report (with a 1-year follow-up period), demonstrating the successful surgical treatment of Brodie's abscess of the distal metaphysis of the left tibia caused by Salmonella cholerasuis in a 33-year-0ld male who had no hemoglobinopathy.

Objectives: To introduce to TKM scientific dose conversion methods of human to animal or animal to human for new drug investigations. Methods: We searched guidelines of the FDA and KFDA, and compared them with references for drug-dose conversion from various databases such as PubMed and Google. Then, we analyzed the potential issues and problems related to dose conversion in safety documentation of new herbal drugs based on our experiences during Investigational New Drug (IND) applications of TKM. Results: Dose conversion from human to animal or animal to human must be appropriately translated during new drug development. From time to time, investigators have some difficulty in determining the appropriate dose, because of misunderstandings of dose conversion, especially when they estimate starting dose in clinical or animal studies to investigate efficacy, toxicology and mechanisms. Therefore, education of appropriate dose calculation is crucial for investigators. The animal dose should not be extrapolated to humans by a simple conversion method based only on body weight, because many studies suggest the normalization method is based mainly on body surface area (BSA). In general, the body surface area seems to have good correlation among species with several parameters including oxygen utilization, caloric expenditure, basal metabolism, blood volume and circulating plasma protein. Likewise, a safety factor should be taken into consideration when deciding high dose in animal toxicology study. Conclusion: Herein, we explain the significance of dose conversion based on body surface area and starting dose estimation for clinical trials with safety factor.

Tooth bleaching was being done more than 100 years ago, but the standard for vital tooth bleaching for the last quarter century has been the use of hydrogen peroxide with heat or with a combination of heat and light. The major disadvantages of this process are high cost, unpredictability of results, and patient discomfort. In March, 1989, the dental world was introduced to a new vital tooth bleaching process by Haywood and Heymann in their article "Nightguard vital bleaching(NGVB)." Interestingly enough, this simple technique could have been developed years ago if we had known about the chemical effects of carbamide peroxide on tooth structure. NGVB has created a resurgence in the area of bleaching, primarily because of its relative ease of application, the safety of the materials used, low cost, and the high percentage of successful treatments. An atrial septal defect (ASD) is congenital heart disease with a communication between the atria, which allows blood to shoot from the atrium with pressure. A 3-month-old female Miniature Schunauzer was referred to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of Konkuk University for the evaluation of systolic heart murmur. At presentation, the mucous membrane was cyanotic. On physical examination, an ejection-type systolic murmur was auscultated at the pulmonic area. In addition, thoracic radiography showed enlargement of main pulmonary artery and right atrial/ventricular enlargement. Echocardiography revealed dilated right atrium and atrial septal defect. However, mitral and tricuspid valve were still intact and well tolerating. The presence of an ASD was confirmed by identifying flow across the defect with color Doppler imaging. Doppler echocardiography provides a means of non-invasive documentation and quantification of ASD. Complete blood count and serum chemistry were not remarkable. Although large defect was confirmed between the two atrium, the patient did not show any obvious clinical signs of heart failure at this time.

This study examines the cost and benefit (i.e., income) of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) rubber plantations in Thailand. The study attempts to identify the challenges to the implementation of FSC standards in rubber plantations in the country. A total of 60 rubber farmers in two Southern provinces, namely, Songkhla and Rayong, were interviewed through a standardized questionnaire to gather primary data. The study found that small-, medium- and large-sized FSC rubber plantations were worth investing in. All sizes of rubber plantations had similar values of benefit cost ratio (BCR). It was also found that the values of the discount payback period (DPP) of the three forms of FSC rubber plantations were 9-12 years, while the large rubber plantations had the highest internal rate of return (IRR) (19.0%). It implies that the large-size plantations had the highest values. The rubber farmers in the study area reported that they are facing a number of problems and hardships in implementing FSC standards, lacking knowledge and understanding of FSC, especially for preparing documentation. Therefore, the Thai government should take proper policy initiatives to remove all the problems and barriers in implementing FSC standards for the sustainable rubber production in the country.
