Cutaneous injuries stung by jellyfish are not uncommon in human exposed to marine environments. Most of the cases occur to scuba divers, fishermen, and travelers swimming at the beach. The symptoms vary from mild dermatosis to fatal systemic reaction. Some group of jellyfish like Atlantic Portuguese man-of-war (Physalia physalis) provokes acute severe skin injuries with systemic symptoms of nausea, bradycardia, and rarely anaphylaxis. But it is unusual case that allergic dermatitis caused by Scyphistoma which is polyp stage of jellyfish (Aurelia aurita) happened to zoo keepers working at indoor dolphin pool. This case report is about dermatosis with symptoms such as painful, irritant, itching, and erupted skin lesions on the neck and face of zoo keepers working at dolphinarium in Seoul zoo, Korea.

Seat belt is an important means to protect drivers and passengers from the damages by car accidents. Many ways to increase the seat belt wearing rate have been proposed through human factors researches. The primary ways to increase seat belt use rate have emphasized the intention-behavior cycle. This study focused on the gap between intention and behavior. The gap may be bridged by the habit for seat belt use behavior. Divers following a desirable car starting sequence, from sitting on the chair, fastening seat belt, starting engine to moving a car, reported that higher belt wearing rate and unconscious behavior (automated response). That is, the habitualized procedure knowledge prevented drivers from forgetting to fasten their seat belt. The reminder systems such as warning light and warning sound could not significantly give an influence in remembering to fasten seat belt. In order to increase the seat belt use rate, the desirable car starting procedure should be included in the driving education program.

Some cirnoids collected by scuba divers from Jeju Island are identified. Of which two species, Cyllometra manca(Carpenter, 1888) and Decametra tigrina (A. H. Clark,1907) belonging to the family colobometridae and order Comantulida, turned out to be new to the Korean fauna. The Colobometridae is reported in Korea for the first time.

This study was aimed to identify a study on risk perception and safety knowledge and awareness of scuba diver. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 310 customers over the age of 20 were selected as study participants form diving pools and dive resort in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang area using the convenience sampling method. However, only data from 295 customers were used after screening the data for reliability. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and descriptive statistics, inter-item consistency reliability, t-test, ANOVA, post hoc test, correlation analysis, pearson chi-square test were conducted on the data using the SPSS 21.0 version statistical package program. The followings are the results: First, risk perception differs significantly according to age, education level, occupation and participation period. Second, participation period and safety knowledge have positive correlation.

최근 군사 분야에서 사용하는 기존 판독시스템을 개선하기 위해 판독보고서를 기반으로 문장을 추천해주는 시스템이 연구되었다. 제안한 시스템에서 문장을 추천하기 위해 Beam Search 알고리즘을 사용하는데, Beam Search 알고리즘은 추천해 주는 문장의 다양성이 떨어진다는 문제가 있었고, 이를 해결하기 위해 Divers Beam Search 알고리즘을 응용하여 적용하였다. 이는 판독관들의 업무효율을 높임으로써 업무 과 부화를 해결할 수 있을 것이다.

Using the eight-year-working diaries($1984{\sim}1991$) of the fishing co-operative in Tonggui-ri, Cheju-do, as well as the records of consignment sale in the fish trust market as the corporate body in Aewol-up, the results have been analyzed as follows. 1. The monthly catch of Turbo cornutus was high from September through December, representing $58.2\%$ of the annual total catches. The maximum sustained yield(MSY) of this stock was estimated to be 2.5 tons. 2. The maximum sustained yields of Haliotis spp. and Sulculus sp. were estimated to be 800kg and 750kg, respectively. 3. The maximum sustained yields of Stichopus sp. and Octopus sp. were 500kg and 2, 500kg, respectively. 4. The total yield of Hizikia fusiforme has been decreasing a little and that of Gelidium sp. has been increasing. The total yield of Gelidium sp. in 1984 was about 5 times greater than that in 1990. 5. The daily catchability by divers have been high at thirties, and the individual mean working day of divers was 101 per year. 6. The consignment sale rates were $100\%$ each for Turbo cornutus, Hiziki fusiforme and Gelidium sp., $25.5\%$ and $61.1\%$ for Haliotis sp. and Stichopus sp. respectively, and $0\%$ each for Sulculus sp. and Octopus sp.

This is the first Korea study to evaluate the effects od the safety of ambulance driving and the occurrence of ambulance traffic accidents and to provide basic informaion for the description of various factors to reduce the ambulance traffic accidents. The major insturment of this study were Krean Self-Analysis Driver Opinionnaire. Questionnaire contains 8 items which measure driver's opinions or attitudes : driving courtesy, emotion, traffic law, speed, vehicle conditions, the use of drugs, high-risk behaviors, and human factors. To take the analysis of data, the total of 350 divers were investigated ambulance divers and others in Taejon City and others (6 City) from 1996. 1. July to 1996. 31. July. The data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics and the logistic regression - path analysis - with SPSS and SAS package program. The result are as follows : 1. There was desirable attitude group(16.2%) and undesirable attitude group(17.6%) on safety ambulance driving. 2. It have suggested that risk factors of ambulance traffic accidents much affected with emotion and speed control on safety ambulance driving < Y(Accdient) = -2.64 + 0.57 $X_1$ (Emotion Control) + 0.30 $X_2$(Seed control) + E > and motor traffic acident much affected with emotion control and high-risk behavior on safety driving < Y(Accident) = -1.11 + 0.33 $X_1$(Emotion Control) + 0.29 $X_2$(High-risk Behvior) + E > 4. The primary emphassis of ambulance drivers was make us realized that improthatnt factors on safety ambulance driving were 1)making way for emergent ambulance, 2)driver's career, 3)The ability of emergency medical technics, and the knowledge or under standing of ambulance way difficut(or easy) of accdess. 5. Almost 96.6% of respondents have agreed to necessity of emergency medical technics for ambulance drivers. 6. Almost 94.6% of respondents have consented to necessity of emergtency medical technicians for ambulance driving. 7. It have suggested that the proportion of traffic accident proportion by desitable attitude group(16.7%) was much less than that of undesirable attitude group(30.8%) on safety ambulance driving(P < 0.05)/Ps) Accidents are unplanned, unforesen incidents which can lead to harmful or unfortunate outcomes, Collisons are not accidents, since the basic cause of the majority of collisons invovles high-risk human behavior. Although there are many factors which contribute to accident causation, four basic factors seem to predominate in most traffic related situations. These four factors include: the human factor, the vehicle factor, the environmental factors and destination factor(Peto G. et al. 1995).

Les positions qu'essait d'expliquer les $probl{\grave{e}}mes$ divers ${\grave{a}}$ propos de la $sexualit{\acute{e}}$, faisaient ressortir les points biologiques des actions $d^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ humain par ${\acute{e}}volutionnisme$ plutot qu'explique les $probl{\grave{e}}mes$ de la nature humaine, $d{\acute{e}}sirs$ sexuelles, par les $sci{\acute{e}}t{\grave{e}}s$, les cultures et les'institutions. En face des questions des $possibilit{\acute{e}}s$ d'explications biologiques sur toutes les actions sexuelles, ils sont $plac{\acute{e}}s$ en crise. Le fait que $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ humain est un'etre historique, n'implique pas ce qu'il est evolutionnaire. Pour cette raison, c'est difficile qu'on accepte le determisme biologique, $l^{\prime}{\acute{e}}volutionnisme$, sans conditions. En opposition avec cettes $id{\acute{e}}es$, Michel Foucault voudrait insister sur le fait de penser au sexe comme les $r{\acute{e}}sultats$ des productions sociologiques, politiques. Selon Foucault, la $sexualit{\acute{e}}$ n'est pas $donn{\acute{e}}$ de la nature que le pouvoir essaierait de mater, ou un domaine obscure que le savoir tendrait de $d{\acute{e}}voiler$, mais une sorte de dispositif historique. Donc, dans cet article, j'essaie d'examiner les processus, les differences, et les $probl{\grave{e}}mes$ entre les deux positions, puis je considere les limites philosophiques, des deux argumentations, et ses implications philosophique. Cela permet d'approcher ${\grave{a}}$ l'horizon divers du discours sexuelles de la $compr{\acute{e}}hension$.

To design common facilities that support residents' leisure activities is one of the comtemporary issues in Korea. People became interested in the leisure facilities in near-home environments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the uses and needs of leisure facilities of residents living in apartment complexes The questionnaire survey was conducted in the selected apartment complexes, and 676 responses were used for data analysis. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequencies, percentage, mean, and $x^2$-test. The major finding were as follows: 1) Subjects needed the diverse leisure facilities such as sports center and resident's self government facilities. And they needed divers facilities for sports. 2) In terms of location, they needed leisure facilities which was closer to their house. 3) It was found that the respondents preferred safe and various leisure facilities, and the leisure facilities were exclusively used for the residents only, and the use by non-residents should be charged at the expense. Also, respondents were willing to pay additional fee for the better quality of leisure facilities, and sports leisure facilities congregated in one building were highly desirable.

The northeastern Pacific and eastern Bering Sea supports large and divers finfish and shellfish compelxes. The North Pacific fishing grounds are largest fish production total 30.89 percent of the world in 1983. Recent action by the around countries extending their fisheies jurisdiction to 200 mile has provided a new environment. The new approch to fisheries management has resulted in an arormous expansion in tile demand for scientific information. These are no longer limited to biological concerns. Emphasis has been focused recently on the need to understand the economic, social, politics and philosophy characteristics of a fishing and how they will be affected by management decisions. The horizontal management and portfolio management for fisheries has increased interest in complex biological models and the coupling of these models with economic, politics and phyisophy components. Successful completion of this task will require and expanded understanding of oceanographic, biological, economic, social, politics and philosophic process associated with fisheries. Particular attention should be devoted to acquiring information an data processing for Korean trawl fishery, stock assessment in the areas. The need for international collaboration in management must be stressed. Some northeast Pacific and eastern Bering Sea fish stock migrate over long distances and political boundaries. Further, nearly all the fish stocks are harvested by several nations. The features require cooperation and coordination of research activities. The horizontal management will be made a way these activities for the around countries in the sea. Strongly, tile proposed again, Pacific International Council for Exploration of the Seas, PICES will interest between all users of the area's fisheries.
