침대의 수면자세에 따른 체압분포의 특성 (The Characteristics of Body Pressure Distribution on Sleeping Posture)

  • 침대에서의 체압분포는 수면 안락감에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인중의 하나로 고려되어져 왔다. 체압분포는 사람의 몸무게에 의하여 침대와 누운사람 사이의 접촉면에서 발생하는 압력의 분포를 말한다. 안락한 체압분포 패턴을 결정하기 위하여 사용자가 침대 8부분의 높이를 조절할 수 있는 가변침대를 사용하였다. 체압분포 측정은 각 수면자세(바로 누운 자세, 옆으로 누운 자세, 엎드린 자세)에서 가변침대의 초기상태와 피실험자가 편안한 체압분포 패턴을 유지하도록 높이를 조절한 상태에서 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 각 수면자세에서 체압비와 선호하는 체압비의 특징을 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. - 각 수면자세에서 엉덩이 부분의 체압비가 가장 높았으며, 바로 누운 자세는 40% 이상의 체압비가 엉덩이에 집중한다. - 각 수면자세에서 전체적으로 머리와 다리의 높이가 다른 부분보다 높은 것을 선호하는 경향을 나타난다. - 바로 누운 자세에서는 유추를 기준으로 신체가 W형이 되도록 머리, 요추, 대퇴부분의 높이를 올리는 것을 선호한다. - 엎드린 자세는 머리와 다리부분의 높이를 증가시킴으로써 신체이 곡선이 U형이 되도록 하는 것을 선호한다.

Experimental Study on Living Room Lighting Environment for Residential Activities

  • This study performed a subjective evaluation of the Semantic Differential (SD) method for living room activities to evaluate the living room lighting environment and investigated the relationship between these through luminance distribution in the space. As a result, three factors-"lightness", "emotion" and "calmness"-have been grouped together. According to the analysis of experimental variables, difference has been observed depending on color temperature, the dimming of the ceiling & cove lights and the use of down lights and a bracket. 'Conversation with Family', 'Having Fun with Family', 'Entertaining Guests' and 'Reading a Book or Newspaper' requires "lightness". In terms of "emotion"-centered activities, 'Watching TV' is the highest, but all three factors are related. In terms of "calmness"-centered activities, 'Relaxing' is the highest.

  • We propose a new method to reduce emotion recognition errors caused by variation in speaker characteristics and speech rate. Firstly, for reducing variation in speaker characteristics, we adjust features from a test speaker to fit the distribution of all training data by using the histogram equalization (HE) algorithm. Secondly, for dealing with variation in speech rate, we augment the training data with speech generated in various speech rates. In computer experiments using EMO-DB, KRN-DB and eNTERFACE-DB, the proposed method is shown to improve weighted accuracy relatively by 34.7%, 23.7% and 28.1%, respectively.

패션제품 판매원의 감정부조화와 감정지능이 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향 - 백화점 판매원을 중심으로 - (The effects of fashion product salesperson's emotional dissonance and emotional intelligence on prosocial behaviors - Focused on the salesperson at the department store -)

  • This research aimed to examine the effect of emotional dissonance and emotional intelligence on the prosocial behavior of fashion salespeople in department stores, and whether emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between emotional dissonance and prosocial behavior. Moreover, we aimed to suggest a method to improve the prosocial behavior of salespeople as a strategy to obtain a continuous competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive fashion distribution environment. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 345 responses were collected from department store salespeople for the final analysis. First, the analysis results showed that the emotional dissonance of salespeople arose from their dealings with their organization and with customers. Prosocial behavior was deduced to be a factor of the cooperation with coworker and extra-role customer service. The emotional intelligence was deduced to be a factor of the use of emotion, regulation of emotion, self-emotion appraisal, and others'emotion appraisal. Second, with a higher level of emotional dissonance against the organization, there was less cooperation with coworker, while a higher emotional dissonance against customers resulted in increased cooperation with coworker. Third, it appeared that with a higher level of emotional dissonance against the organization, there was a higher utilization of use of emotion, self-emotion appraisal, and others'emotion appraisal of emotional intelligence. Fourth, as the regulation of emotion, self-emotion appraisal, and use of emotion were higher, there was more cooperation with coworker, whereas an increase in the utilization of one's own emotion and emotional control resulted in a higher level of extra-role customer service. Finally, emotional intelligence has a significant mediating effect between emotional dissonance and prosocial behavior. The above results suggest that for department stores to improve the prosocial behavior of their sales staff requires the establishment of a method to enhance the emotional intelligence of the staff. The results also indicate that there is a need for department stores to prepare a systemic tool to enable them to select people with a high degree of emotional intelligence when recruiting salespeople.

The Effect of Consumers' Personal Characteristics on Attitude toward Social Commerce: Focused on the Theory of Reasoned Action

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effect of consumers' personal characteristics on their attitude toward social commerce focusing on the theory of reasoned action. Specifically, consumers' personal characteristics were further classified into personal characteristics, personal values concerning social commerce consumption, and consumption emotion concerning social commerce. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The study investigated the relationship among consumers' personal characteristics, and the personal values of affirmative beliefs and attitudes of individuals toward social commerce based on the theory of reasoned action. A total of 151copies question nairewere evaluated, after excluding 13 copies having poor answers. Results - Consumers' personal characteristics were found to have a significant positive effect on their attitude toward social commerce. In addition, the most important personal characteristic affecting consumers' attitude toward social commerce was utilitarian value. Consumers' personal values were found to have a significant positive moderating effect between shopping value (i.e., hedonic and utilitarian values) and their attitude toward social commerce. Conclusion - The findings suggest that consumers' attitudes when trading with social commerce are affected by utilitarian value, and that companies should increase consumers' shopping value and build positive value about social commerce itself.

The Impacts of Threat Emotions and Price on Indonesians' Smartphone Purchasing Decisions

  • This research aims to determine the effect of customers' threat emotion and price on the decision to purchase a certain smartphone product. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive and causal research. It employs non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, with 385 respondents to answer the questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of emotion, price and purchasing decisions are in sync with each other. The results of multiple linear regression analysis techniques indicate the threat emotion and brand trust are influential against the positive decision to purchase smartphone products. The magnitude of the influence of emotions and price have simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions and other decision variables, which are not included in this study, also play minor role in determining purchase intention, such as product quality, brand image and others. Partially, threat emotion and brand trust have a positive effect toward purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the highest influence was the one of price, then followed by emotional threats. The findings of this study suggest that psychological and behavioral effects also play important roles in determining customers' purchase decision.

감성의류매장에 관한 VMD 연구 (A Study on VMD for Emotional Clothing Shops)

  • Amid a wave of informatization, the world is allowing diverse exchanges and cooperations in the global village to be promoted. And, a change in the life environment and the consumption pattern allows the key word in distribution revolution called 'online' and 'emotion' to be recalled. As the emotion is being positioned as the trend of the new era, this study has its significance in that even the fashion industry desperately requires the emotion marketing aiming at the artistic value and practicality in fashion and the creation in value-added, and requires the development and utilization plan for diverse VMD programs on the rational dress shop, like the successful case of the trendy shop such as America's large bookstore 'Barnes & Noble.' Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design and suggest the virtually trendy dress shop as one plan of utilizing VMD, by examining about the fashion business environment and about 'emotion trend' according to the consumer purchase needs, and through researching into the cases of the trendy dress shops with the emotion marketing. The virtual trendy dress shop 'Muse,' which was proposed as its research result, was designed with having the main concept as urban naturalism, which points to the urban and sophisticated coordination, and to the simple personality and rational value, as one method of utilizing VMD in the differentiated dress shop. And, it is desired to be performed the researches on the development and the utilization plan for diverse VMD programs in the dress shop down the road.

대학생들이 지각하는 종합슈퍼마켓의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션, 가치, 소비감정이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of College students' Perceived Marketing Communication, Value and Consumption Emotion on Store Loyalty in Discount Store)

  • 포화상태에 이른 우리나라 종합슈퍼들의 심각한 경쟁으로 인한 부작용을 해결할 수 있는 단서를 찾기 위해 본 연구는 종합슈퍼들의 다양한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 요인들이 소비자들의 점포충성도에 미치는 직접적인 영향과, 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 요인들과 소비감정, 점포충성도 각각에 대해 소비가치와 소비감정이 유인가(valence)를 이끌어낼 수 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 특히 미래의 소비자인 대학생들의 관점에서 구성한 연구모델을 분석함으로써 장기적인 차원에서 종합슈퍼들이 경쟁력 강화를 위해 얻을 수 있는 단서를 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 먼저 마케팅 커뮤니케이션의 각 요인들로는 선행연구를 근거로 광고, 퍼블리시티, 판매촉진, 구전, 물리적 환경을 채택하였으며, 가치는 쾌락적 가치와 실용적 가치로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종합슈퍼들의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 각 요인들이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 광고, 퍼블리시티, 판매촉진, 구전, 물리적 환경의 각 요인들이 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 하위 요인들 중 어떤 요인이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰지를 확인한 결과에는 구전요인(β =.53, p<.01)만이 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 이에 대해서는 대학생들은 다른 요인들에 비해 구전 요인을 좀 더 점포를 신뢰하는데 중요한 요인으로 생각한다고 해석하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 둘째, 종합슈퍼들의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 각 요인들과 점포충성도의 관계에서 쾌락적 가치와 실용적 가치의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 유일하게 퍼블리시티와 점포충성도간에 실용적 가치만이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 흥미로운 것은 실용적 가치가 퍼블리시티와 점포충성도 간에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었는데, 이는 최근까지 이슈화된 종합슈퍼들에 대한 매스미디어의 부정적 기사들에 대해 대학생들이 민감하게 반응한 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 각 요인들과 소비감정 간에 소비가치의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 쾌락적 가치만이 퍼블리시티와 소비감정에 조절효과를 보이지 않았으며, 모든 요인들이 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 대학생들이 인지하는 소비가치는 마케팅 커뮤니케이션과 점포충성도 간의 관계보다 소비감정 간에 더 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 마케팅 커뮤니케이션의 각 요인들과 점포충성도의 관계에서 소비감정의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 판매촉진을 제외하고 모든 요인들이 완전 매개 또는 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 소비감정이 점포충성도를 높이는데 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있으며 종합슈퍼들이 긍정적 소비감정의 증대를 위한 노력을 하여야 함을 의미한다고 판단된다. 말미에는 이 연구결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 영향을 제시하였으며 향후에는 범위를 넓혀 일반인들을 대상으로 한 연구와 함께 세대 간 차이를 확인할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

서비스 종사자의 개인-직무적합성이 감정지능 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on Effects of Person-Job Fit of High Touching Service Employees on Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - In recent years, management scholars have expressed growing interest in the concept of person-Job fit because of having many benefits for employees' attitudes and behaviors. The related research is needed to determine what specific types of fit are related to each other, and to get important individual outcomes. Person-job fit of employees in service organization plays an important role in company as well as person in service industry. Person-job fit, representing the consistency between person (service provider) and job (service provided to the customers), gives significant and positive effects on the attitude and behavior of service provider. On the basis of the study background, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, we would like to examine the effects of person-job fit of service provider on their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is divided into four sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, we would like to identify the relationships between job satisfaction and sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - We performed structural equation model using Spss 18.0 and Amos 20.0 in order to verify the hypotheses. Subjects were golf service assistants who were high-touching service with high degree in interaction and long contact time with customers. 178 out of the total 200 surveys were used in evaluation from helpers of golf service working as full-time service provider after selecting two locations of golf course located near Busan. From the evaluation of reliability and validity with variables used in this research, they satisfied and confirmed certain standard. Results - The results are as follows. First, as the results of identifying the relationships between person-job fit and emotional intelligence of service provider, person-job fit did not have positive and significant effect on self-understanding. On the other hand, it affected positively and significantly other factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, as the results of identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, sub-factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation except self-emotion affected significantly and positively job satisfaction. However, self-emotion did not have significant and positive effects on job satisfaction. Conclusion - These results will be valuable and used for service providers. In addition, many service providers will recognize that person-job fit is very important to get a job. This research has a purpose on the assumption that appropriateness between individual and task in service industry shall act as major influence in emotional intelligence of service provider. Recognitive ability of service provider is also very important per characteristics of service, but emotional intelligence that interacts and connected directly with most customers can be a very meaningful factor as well. Emotional intelligence allows people to recognize, understand, and empathize the emotion of customers shall be a positive reinforcement for customers to evaluate the service ultimately.

감성분석 기반의 게임 소비자 온라인 구전효과 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Online Word-of-Mouth on Game Consumers Based on Sentimental Analysis)

  • 배급사가 소매점을 통해 게임을 유통했던 과거와 다르게 현재는 디지털 콘텐츠인 게임을 온라인 기반의 유통채널을 활용하여 판매를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 디지털 콘텐츠 유통 채널인 스팀(Steam)에서 판매되는 게임의 판매량에 대해서 eWOM(전자구전효과)의 요인들이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석한다. 최근 빅데이터 기반의 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있는데, 본 연구에서 eWOM의 요인 중 각 리뷰의 감성을 분석할 수 있는 텍스트 마이닝 기법인 감성분석을 실시하여 eWOM의 감성지수를 도출한다. 감성분석은 나이브 베이즈(Naive Bayes)와 지지벡터기(SVM) 분류기를 활용하고, 정확도가 높은 지지벡터기(SVM) 분류기를 통해 감성지수를 산출한다. 도출한 감성지수와 eWOM의 크기인 각 게임의 리뷰의 수, eWOM의 평점인 각 게임의 유저점수를 독립변수로 하여 종속변수인 판매변화량에 대해서 회귀분석을 실시한다. 회귀분석 결과, 독립변수인 eWOM의 크기와 eWOM의 감성지수가 종속변수인 판매변화량에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 연구결과를 통해 국내 게임 기업들이 스팀을 기반으로 해외진출 시 판매량에 영향을 미치는 eWOM의 요인들을 제시할 수 있는 시사점을 가진다.
