  • Emergent requests or urgent information among enterprises require their intimate collaboration in B2B EC (electronic commerce). This paper analyzes the needs of intimate cooperation of distributed EC systems in terms of business contracts and presents an active rule-based methodology of close cooperation among EC systems and an active rule component to support it. Since the rule component provides high level rule patterns and event-based immediate processing, system administrators and programmers can easily program and maintain intimate cooperation of distributed EC systems independently to the application logic. The proposed active rule component facilitates HTTP protocol. Its prototype is implemented in B2B EC environment and evaluated using basic trigger facility of a commercial DBMS.

  • In distributed object oriented environment based upon wide heterogeneous network, effective cooperation policies between/among distributed objects are needed to resolve a complexity of management of distributed objects because of growing of a large stale of systems. Thus, in this paper, we propose three trading cooperation models between/among traders for supporting a high speed and a wide selection of trader service for clients, by considering three different cooperation models(light weight trader, simple negotiation and federation) depending upon their facilities, goals, and weights of goals.

  • Distributed planning and decision making can be beneficial from the robustness, adaptability and fault tolerance in multi-robot systems. Distributed mechanisms have not been employed in three dimensional transportation systems namely aerial and underwater environments. This paper presents a distributed cooperation mechanism on multi robot transportation problem in three dimensional environments. The cooperation mechanism is based on artificial capital market, a newly introduced market based negotiation protocol. In the proposed mechanism contributing in transportation task is defined as asset. Each robot is considered as an investor who decides if he is going to invest on some assets. The decision is made based on environmental constraint including fuel limitation and distances those are modeled as capital and cost. Simulations show effectiveness of the algorithm in terms of robustness, speed and adaptability.

  • The U.S. has recently developed Free and Open Indo-Pacific strategy and Distributed Lethality strategy based on a common perception that they are responding to China's threats. In the future, it is anticipated the following. Strengthen cooperation of the U.S.-India-Vietnam navy, Maximizing the combined combat power between the U.S. and regional navies, Improving its ability to restore damage control, Economic cooperation between the Pacific and Indian countries. The meanings given to the Korean navy are as follows. First, South Korea should pursue cooperation with the Indian Navy, which will grow into a regional balance on China's growth. The growth of the Indian navy is expected to increase cooperation with other Pacific countries. The government should seek ways to promote cooperation with india navy in various fields. Secondly, it is a joint drill between the U.S. Navy and the Korean Navy. Recently, the Korea-U.S. joint drill has not been conducted and many changes are expected to be made regarding the implementation of the joint drill in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to respond to possible changes in the naval relationship between Korea navy and the U.S. navy Also, due to distributed lethality strategy, preparations for operations and training with U.S.navy will be necessary. Lastly, it should contribute to cooperation among regional countries in preparation for maritime territorial disputes. The growth of the Chinese navy and the territorial disputes in the East and South China sea has raised the possibility of accidental military clashes at sea. Therefore, the government should make efforts to create multilateral security cooperation systems that can continue to promote the prevention of armed conflict.

  • As the internet is widely distributed. the intelligent search agent is commonly used to meet the needs of user. But these Intelligent multi-agents are so independent each other that they can not give reliability of information and also have difficulty in coping with the dynamic distributed environments due to the short of cooperation abilities among multiagent. To resolve these problems. this paper proposes the mechanism for efficient cooperation and information processing by creating agency within broker agent and clustering multi agent's agency using neural network. For reliability of information. we also propose the multiagent management mechanism that can improve the information update problems which are in existing search systems and evaluate the performance of this research through simulation.

  • In order to analyze the transient characteristics for distributed generation located with the secondary feeders, this paper constructs a Distributed Generations Filed Test Center which can produce transient characteristics such as voltage sag, swell, interruption, harmonic and so on. And also this paper proposes the test results for the interconnection of distributed generations. The results show the effectiveness for the utility technical guidelines for distributed generations with the secondary feeders.

  • According to increasing of various location-based services, distributed data stream processing techniques have been widely studied to provide high scalability and availability. In previous researches, in order to balance the load of distributed nodes, the geographic characteristics of spatial data stream are not considered. For this reason, distributed operations for adjacent spatial regions increases the overall system load. We propose a operation allocation scheme considering the characteristics of spatial operations to effectively processing spatial data stream in distributed computing environments. The proposed method presents the efficient share maximizing approach that preferentially distributes spatial operations sharing the common query regions to the same node in order to separate the adjacent spatial operations on overlapped regions.

  • Due to increasing interest in distributed agile software development, there is a need to systematically review the literature on challenges encountered in the agile software development environment. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, 32 relevant publications, dated between 2013 and 2018 were selected from four electronic databases. Data from these publications were extracted to identify the key challenges across the system development life cycle (SDLC) phases, which essentially are short phases in each agile-based iteration. 5 types of key challenges were identified as impacting the SDLC phases; these challenges are Communication, Coordination, Cooperation, Collaboration and Control. In the context of the SLDC phases, the Communication challenge was discussed the most often (79 times, 33%). The least discussed challenges were Cooperation and Collaboration (26 times, 11% each). The 5 challenges occur because of distances which occur in distributed environment. This SLR identified 4 types of distances which contribute to the occurrence of these key challenges - physical, temporal, social-cultural and knowledge/experience. Of the 32 publications, only 4 included research which proposed new solutions to address challenges in agile distributed software development. The authors of this article believe that the findings in this SLR are a resource for future research work to deepen the understanding of and to develop additional solutions to address the challenges in distributed agile software development.

  • User can be offered various information form internet and reserve. However this operation is hard to be satisfied with user's requirement. Because it offer the alternative by self-mediation and the place where offer the information is distributed and a form or stored f[nm of data would be different. These cases occurred in change of enterprise recently. In a process of M&A, outsourcing or cooperation. necessity of new strategy become a pressing issue for ensuring interoperability on application, database of each enterprise and integration information management. Thus, interoperability of distributed data is a base condition for cooperation of legacy system, it will solve a problem such as available or clarity of data, problem of cooperation system. This paper use a XMDR for integration of distributed system and ensuring interoperability. By using XMDR, integrate a traveling information system and it will be solve the problem of interoperability and variety data problem that be occurred in integration of data by suggesting a technique of transaction management.

  • In this paper, we propose a distributed synchronization algorithm for wireless mesh networks based on orthogonal frequency division multiple access. For time and frequency synchronization, a node requests its neighbor nodes for a change of fast Fourier transform starting points, transmission times, and carrier frequencies needed for synchronization. The node also updates its own time and frequency elements through simple formulas based on request messages received from neighbor nodes using a guard interval and a cyclic prefix. This process with the cooperation of neighbor nodes leads to a gradual synchronization of all nodes in the network. Through a performance comparison with a conventional scheme, we obtain simulation results indicating that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional scheme in random topologies and a grid topology.
