방송 실무교육으로서의 일터학습 사례 연구 (Workplace Learning as a Broadcasting Job Training for the College Students)

  • 방송 제작현장에서 이뤄지는 일터학습은 예비 방송 인력의 전문성 향상을 위해 필요한 교육과정이지만 대학 커리큘럼에 적극적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 언론 관련 학과 학생들이 경험한 일터학습 사례를 제시하고 일터학습이 지닌 장단점과 효과 및 향후 방송 실무교육의 나아갈 방향을 살피고자 하였다. 14명의 대학생들을 대상으로 포커스그룹 토론을 통해 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들은 기존의 대학 실무교육이 제공하지 못하는 구체적인 현실 상황을 일터학습에서 경험한 것으로 파악되었다. 이로써 학생들은 현장 적응력과 콘텐츠 생산자로서의 인식을 갖추게 되었으나 생존경쟁이 심화되고 있는 방송산업계 현실 앞에서 직업 선택에 다소 혼란을 느끼게 된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생들은 일터에서 시행착오나 실수, 피드백, 선의의 경쟁, 모방을 통해 자발적으로 학습하는 무형식학습을 경험하였으며 일터학습 결과 인터뷰 요령, 촬영 및 편집, 틀짓기, 사회적 대인관계 영역 등에서 암묵지를 형성한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 향후 방송 실무 강의자들이 일터학습에 보다 관심을 갖고 이를 적극적으로 활용할 필요성을 보여주는 것이다.

중등학교 가정교과 교사의 직무연수 운영 실태 및 인식 조사 - 강원도 지역을 중심으로- (A Survey on the Actual Administrating Condition and Teacher′s Recognition on the In-service Training of Home Economics Education in the Secondary School - Centering around Kangwon Province-)

  • The purpose of this research is intended to analyze the actual condition of in-service training for the teachers who teach Home Economics Education in the middle and high school and to survey their viewpoints on the actual condition of the in-service training. So I could find the effective ways on the in-service training by finding many kinds of needs and improvements on the basis of present problems in the Home Economics Education. The research results are as follows : 1. This research indicated that most teachers answered that the most proere significant per time of the in-service training was the school vacations(49.5%). 63.4% of the teachers answered that the present 60 hours on the question of how many hours are appropriate is proper. On the question of what the most proper cycle for the educational training is. 47.2% of the teachers answered that the present 3-year cycle is appropriate. 35% of them supported the selecting system for the trainee according to the experienced or non-experienced for the up-to-date in-service training. And 35% of them answered that the speakers for the training program must be the experienced teachers in education. In the contents of the training program. many teacher insisted that the percentage of the text for the major should be raised(49.6%). According to the survey about the teaching and learning methods and evaluation. teachers were satisfied with the levels of satisfaction on the teaching and learning methods in 65.1%. This survey indicated that teacher preferred the discussion and case study(35.9%). the practice-centered class(29.3%) and the on-the-spot study(20.9%) in order on the teaching methods. In terms of the educational environment. 56.9% of the teachers answered the number of trainee is too many and they suggested that the proper number of trainee is about 20∼30. 2. This research showed that the most important problem of this training system was the over-population of the trainee(33.5%) and the most severe problem of the educational environment was the lack of air-cooled and heated system(24.8%).

영재교육 담당 교원의 자질 및 양성, 임용 (A study on characteristics, training, and employment of the teacher of the gifted)

  • 본 연구는 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 이상적인 자질을 탐색하고, 이러한 자질을 갖춘 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 바람직한 제도를 제시하고 있다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질은 문헌 연구와 개발원의 설문조사 결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질을 영재교육에 대한 철학적 이해와 사명감, 전문적 자질, 인성적 자질의 세 측면에서 정리하여 제시하였다. 우리나라와 외국에서 현재 취하고 있는 영재교육 담당 교원 양성 및 임용 제도 현황을 분석하였으며, 외국의 사례로는 미국과 싱가포르를 제시하였다. 우리나라에서 우수한 자질을 갖춘 영재교육 담당 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

독일의 이원화체제 직업교육이 청년실업률에 미치는 영향 연구 - 한국 직업교육의 개선방안을 위한 시사점을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of German Dualized Vocational Education on the Youth Unemployment Rate : Focusing on the Implications for the Improvement of Vocational Education in Korea)

  • 독일의 이원화체제 직업교육이 청년실업률에 미치는 효과에 대한 논의를 통해서 우리에게 주는 시사점이 무엇이며, 현재 한국 직업교육의 문제점 개선을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 독일이 '직업교육훈련법'(Berufsbildungsgesetz)을 근거로 시행하고 있는 이원화체제(duales System) 직업교육제도에 대해 어떤 평가를 받고 있는지, 산·학·관의 협력체제에 대한 구체적인 시스템 구축 형태를 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 제도의 위기와 문제점을 제시할 수 있었다. 독일 직업교육의 이원화 제도에 대한 책임은 국가와 각 주의 교육부에 있으며, 기업의 실무 측면에서는 민간기업 및 상공회의소의 관할 책임이 주어진다. 기업에서의 실무는 기능중심의 교육으로 진행되며, 직업학교에서는 능력중심의 이론교육을 받게 된다. 또한 독일 Idustrie 4.0에 맞는 디지털 직업교육훈련(vocational and education training)과 이원화 학위과정을 통한 고등직업교육의 학위취득에 대한 필요성과 요구를 알 수 있었다. 이러한 모든 수준의 이원적 직업교육훈련(VET)과, 대학의 고등직업교육, 직업계속교육 프로그램 등, 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 인적자원의 개발과 활용이 잘 이루어져 청년실업률이 유럽에서 가장 낮은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 우리나라의 직업교육도 학교와 기업이 동시에 직업교육훈련을 할 수 있는 체제 구축을 통해 실업률을 개선할 수 있을 것이다. 특히 직업학교와 기업의 이원화교육을 위해 우리가 가장 중요하게 생각하고 심도 깊은 논의와 협력을 이끌어 내야할 '노·사·정간의 긴밀한 협의'의 필요성을 독일의 경우를 통해 판단할 수 있었다.

전문성이 강화된 지속가능한 요양보호사 제도 연구 (Study for a Sustainable Program of the Professional Long-term Care Workers)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 전문성 강화와 중장기적으로도 지속가능한 양성교육체계 논의모형을 하나의 사고실험차원에서 대안적으로 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 요양보호사 자격취득자 및 취업자의 인구사회학적 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 현행 요양보호사 양성교육과정과 병행하여 전문대학교에서 국가직무능력표준을 기반으로 한 요양보호사 양성교육과정 개설, 양성교육 의무시간 확대, 경력과 전문성이 강화된 가칭 '전문요양보호사' 제도 도입과 제공기관에서의 의무고용, 보수교육의 법정 의무화와 보험자의 보수교육강화 등으로 구성된 전문성이 강화된 지속가능한 대안적 요양보호사 양성교육체계를 제안하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 이를 실현하기 위한 정책과제들도 제시하였다.

Palliative Care Education in Gynecologic Oncology: a Survey of Gynecologic Oncologists and Gynecologic Oncology Fellows in Thailand

  • Background: The main purpose of this study was to survey the education and training of certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in Thailand. A secondary objective was to study the problems in fellowship training regarding palliative care for gynecologic cancer patients. Materials and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted by sending a questionnaire regarding palliative care education to all certified gynecologic oncologists and gynecologic oncology fellows in Thailand. The contents of the survey included fellowship training experience, caring for the dying, patient preparation, attitudes and respondent characteristics. Statistics were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation and chi-square. Results: One hundred seventy completed questionnaires were returned; the response rate was 66%. Most certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in gynecologic oncology have a positive attitude towards palliative care education, and agree that "psychological distress can result in severe physical suffering". It was found that the curriculum of gynecologic oncology fellowship training equally emphasizes three aspects, namely managing post-operative complications, managing a patient at the end of life and managing a patient with gynecologic oncology. As for experiential training during the fellowship of gynecologic oncology, education regarding breaking bad news, discussion about goals of care and procedures for symptoms control were mostly on-the-job training without explicit teaching. In addition, only 42.9 % of respondents were explicitly taught the coping skill for managing their own stress when caring for palliative patients during fellowship training. Most of respondents rated their clinical competency for palliative care in the "moderately well prepared" level, and the lowest score of the competency was the issue of spiritual care. Conclusions: Almost all certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in gynecologic oncology have a positive attitude towards learning and teaching in palliative care. In this study, some issues were identified for improving palliative care education such as proper training under the supervision of a mentor, teaching how to deal with work stress, competency in spiritual care and attitudes on responsibility for bereavement care.

디스플레이 산업의 직무기술요소에 대한 정성적 훈련수요 분석 연구 (A Qualitative Analytic Study on Job Skill Elements and its Training Demand of the Display Industry)

  • 기존의 과부족인원 중심의 정량적 분석을 위주로 하는 직업훈련 수요연구에서는 직무능력의 질적 불일치에 대한 문제점이 존재한다. 이에 대한 보완적 연구로써 특정한 산업과 관련한 직종 내 직무기술에 대한 정성적 분석을 통해 직업훈련 프로그램에 대한 개선논의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 디스플레이 산업을 대상으로 직종별 직무기술요소의 상대적 중요도와 격차를 이용한 시급성 분석결과를 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 정성적 상향식 훈련 프로그램의 설계 가능성을 논의하고자 한다. 연구 수행방법으로는 디스플레이 산업에 특화된 직무기술요소 수요조사를 수행하였으며, 직종과 직무, 그리고 각 직무기술요소의 정성적 수요를 분석하여 8개의 직종과 29개 세부직무별 직무기술요소들에 대해서 인력수준별로 제시하였다. 또한 기업의 직무기술의 확보방법을 분석하고 지역의 대표적 교육과정과 연계를 예시함으로써 직업훈련 프로그램의 적정한 공급 방안을 찾고자 하였다.

Early Emergency Responses of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency against the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident in 2011

  • Background: The Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) is specified in the Disaster Counter-measures Basic Act as a designated public corporation for dealing with nuclear disasters. Materials and Methods: The Nuclear Emergency Assistance and Training Center (NEAT) was established in 2002 as the activity base providing technical assistance to both national and local governments during nuclear emergencies. The NEAT has a robust structure and utilities and special installations, and it organizes training and exercises. Results and Discussion: Due to an offshore earthquake that caused a devastating tsunami in March 2011, a nuclear accident occurred at the Tokyo Electric Power Company's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. The NEAT responded by conducting off-site environmental radiation monitoring and contamination screening, dispatching special vehicles, offering telephone consultations, and calculating the dispersion of radioactive materials. An examination of the emergency response activities revealed that the organization was prepared for these types of disasters and was able to plan long-term response. Conclusion: As a designated public corporation, the JAEA technically supports the national government, the Fukushima prefectural government, and the Ibaraki prefectural government, all of which responded to the off-site emergencies resulting from the March 2011 Fukushima Daiichi accident

공감향상훈련이 집단따돌림 가해아동의 공감과 가해정도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Empathy Training Program on the Enhancement of Empathy and Bullying's Degree for Bullies)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an empathy training program on the empathy and bullying's degree for bullies. The research hypotheses set to achieve this goal were as follows. 1. An experimental group that gets empathy training might make a better improvement in empathy immediately after the training than a control group that doesn't, and the effect of the training might last till eight weeks later. 2. An experimental group that undergoes empathy training might show a more significant decrease in bullying's degree for bullies immediately after the training than a control group that doesn't, and the effect of the training might last till eight weeks later. The subjects in this study were 20 children who were designated as bullies when 40 fifth graders from Y Elementary school and 31 children from S Elementary school in the city of T, south Gyeongsang province, took K-PNI. Those children were asked to tell about who were attackers and who were victims, and 10 children each were selected from the two elementary schools as bullies, who were respectively selected as an experimental group and a control group. The empathy training program used in this study was prepared by modifying the empathy training programs developed by Shin Gyeong- il(1994). That program was prepared to be appropriate at fifth grader level. To assess how much the selected children bullied their peers, Kim Seok-jin(1999)'s School Bullying Inventory was utilized. Besides, Song Ho-yeon's revised version to assess the change of counselee empathy was employed. In order to analyze the resulte, ANOVA was implemented. The conclusions obtained from the results and discussion of this study are as follows. First, the empathy training program was effective in changing the empathy of the bullies for the better, and their improved empathy remained the same eight weeks later. Second, the empathy training program had an effect in reducing bullying's degree for bullies, and there was no change in their reduced bullying's degree eight weeks later. Third, the empathy training program served to change their neglecting/ ostracizing and ridiculing/teasing behaviors. And the retention test that was implemented eight weeks later showed the effect of training remained unchanged. Fourth, the empathy training program was effective in changing their cursing/threatening actions according to the posttest results, but the retention test showed that its effect didn't keep on. Fifth, the empathy training program didn't bring any changes to their robbing/striking actions either immediately after the training or eight weeks later.

Development of the Guidelines on the VTS English Competency Test

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest the development of the Guidelines on VTS English language competency test, according to IALA Guideline 1132 - VTS Voice Communications and Phraseology. As the foundation for improving VTSOs' communication capabilities throughout their career lifecycle in terms of training, accreditation, and revalidation, a development of a VTS-specific language testing system with explicit language testing evaluation criteria becomes more critical. With the aim of facilitating the discussion, a range of suggestions to be considered in the development of Guidelines on the VTS English competency test are made
