본 논문은 수학문제해결 과정에서 고등학교 1학년 학생들이 공통적으로 범하는 실수 즉 오류를 분석을 통하여 수학의 교수학습방법의 보완을 위한 범례를 제시하고자 한다. 교사들 에게 제공되는 학생들의 수학적 지식에 대한 이해 정도 및 쉽게 빠지는 오류, 수학문제에 접근하는 방법 및 잘못된 해결 전략 등의 정보는 대체로 학생들의 오류를 분석함으로써 얻어 질 수 있다. 실제로 많은 학생들이 고교수학을 어렵게 느끼는데 그 중 특히 '함수'문제에서 막연한 어려움과 부담감을 느끼며 함수와 관련된 문제풀이에서 많은 실패를 겪고 있다. 구체 적으로 본 연구에서는 고등학교 1학년 학생들의 함수단원 문제해결 과정에서 보이는 오류를 분석하여 함수단원 수학문제해결능력을 키우고자 충남의 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$고등학교 1학년 학생 90명을 대상으로 함수단원 8문제로 구성된 검사지를 풀게 하고 그것을 토대로 오류를 분석하였다. 그 결과 학생들의 오류에서 몇 가지 공통적인 패턴이 있음을 발견하고 이것을 7가지 오류 분류 패턴을 설정하고 이를 분석하여 이를 보완할 수 있는 방법을 탐구하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 토대로 학교현장에 투입하여 수학교육의 개선에 도움이 되길 기대한다.

Purpose : To investigate the medical information related to HRT online and the medical treatment of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women in the Dept. of Ob&Gy Korean Medicine Hospital, after the discontinuance of the WHI trial in U.S, July 2002. Methods : With the key-words "HRT", "Hormone Replacement therapy", "호르몬 대체요법(HRT)", 갱년기 증후군(perimenopausal syndrome)", “폐경기후증후군(postmenopausal syndrome)", I searched for the information from July 2002 to 2005 on DAUM, the representative portal site in Korea, and I've got a grasp of the tendency of the informational propagation on HRT. Moreover, I investigated chief complaints and tendency of give up HRT of the perimenopausal and postmenopausal women(aged between 47 and 60) who visited Dept. of Ob&Gy Korean Medicine Hospital for 2 years and 6 months since July 2002. Results : 1) Searching for the news on DAUM, I found; 2 articles on the methods of HRT: 4 on the positive effects of HRT: 4 on the general items including the positive effects of HRT: 19 on the side effects of HRT: 1 on the insignificant effect of HRT :4 on the apprehensions about HRT: 3 on the strengthening of the criteria on medical fees review: 3 on the discontinuance of HRT: 8 on the alternative materials and medicines to HRT: 4 on the guidance for the phyto-estrogen. 2) I analyzed chief complaints of 120 women. The majority of chief complaints were vasomotor symptoms like hot flush and sweating. There were only 4 patients who wanted to give up HRT. Conclusion : The side effects of HRT were objectively dealt with online but there was not enough effective and continuous guidance. In the case that a woman not on HRT wishes to overcome perimenopausal period through KM therapy, this information may have affected her decision. However, not many women who were already on HRT terminated the therapy for fear of side effects and switched to KM therapy. Promotion of KM therapy in improving health during perimenopausal and postmenopausal period is desperately needed.

Line Code는 데이터 전송을 위해 사용하는 Code로 송수신기 간 데이터의 손실을 방지하기 위해 사용되는 데이터의 부호방식이다. Line Code의 종류는 B3ZS, HDB3, B8ZS 등 다양한 방식이 있으며 우리나라 군 전술통신망에서는 HDB3 Code를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 군 전술통신망에서 사용되는 HDB3 Codec을 로직으로 구현하여 단종에 대한 위험요소를 제거하고, 개발기간의 단축과 신뢰성 보장이 가능하도록 한다. 또한 최소한의 로직을 사용하여 HDB3 Codec 구현함으로서 FPGA를 사용하여 개발이 가능함을 확인하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 구현된 HDB3 Codec과 상용의 HDB3 Codec IC의 비교를 통해 하여 성능을 입증한다.

This paper presents a detecting technique for the improvement in quality by appling the various vibrational characteristics theory. The object of this study is to objectively point out faulty gear by developing the program which can be used to analyze and predict the vibrational characteristics caused by gear wear, deformation and nick of auto-transmission. The fault detection methods by vibrational signal analysis of gear have been progressed in the various fields of industry. These methods have the advantage of being easy to attach the accelerometer without discontinuance of the structure. But not all the methods are efficient for finding early faults. So in the thesis, we completed development of the inspection system of vibration by appling the most efficient detecting methods and verified the system's reliability through experiments.

Objectives: After the discontinuance of the Women's Health Initiative (WHI)clinical trial in the U.S. in July 2002, I thought that the domestic medical field would come to a crisis in hormonal treatment for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. However, the domestic condition of HRT has barely changed. This study was designed to investigate world research trends in HRT and bring forward the response of the Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) Research Group. Methods: I investigated recent domestic ;md world research trends about HRT and climacteric syndrome. Based on this analysis, I predicted western medical research trends and direction for HRT and medical care of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Results and Conclusions: I propose that we (TKM Research Group) have to explain the side effects of HRT for postmenopausal women and try to suggest complementary therapy for it. For that aim, the Association of Korean Medicine's effort is very important, as well as personal practitioner's actions.

발파작업에 따라 필연적으로 발생되는 발파소음은 충격성소음으로 인체에 영향을 미친다. 이로 인한 민원 발생은 공사 중지, 발파규모의 축소 등을 유발시킨다. 발파소음저감을 위한 방음시설은 대부분 민원의 정토에 따리 설치시기나 설치방법 등이 각 현장마다 자체적으로 이루어지고 있으나 소음 저감도는 매우 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구의 최종적인 목표는 방음시설의 방법과 재질에 따른 소음저감 기술연구이다. 1단계 기포자료 확보를 위한 연구단계로서 철도, 도로, 전력구 등의 약 20여개의 터널 현장을 대강으로 방음시설의 설치시기와 설치방법, 재질에 대한 조사를 수행하였다.

Objectives This study is to report a case that has an important meaning as a result of treating Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. We investigated a patient who had to maintain his life with western medicines such as DMARDs, NSAIDs and steroids for a long time. The patient has recovered from all symptoms and his ESR, CRP has been back to normal range with oriental medicine treatment. Methods The patient had fever, especially repeated fever during the afternoon, pain and swelling of joints, generalized skin eruption, anorexia, delayed growth, weight loss, fatigue. So we treated him with herbal medicine and reduced his western medicine. The aim of treatment was recovery from Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis after discontinuance of all western medicine. Results The symptoms of systemic type Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis was vanished and the patient maintains his condition with oriental medicine treatment after stopped all DMARDs such as MTX(methotrexate) and NSAIDs. His ESR and CRP levels were back to the normal range. After this treatment the patient's height and weight has been increased which showed a significant meaning in growth to the child. Conclusions This study showed that oriental medicine can elevate the Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis patient's quality of life with continuous health care and treatment for major problem. For more accurate studies, further studies would be needed with more cases.

Central diabetes insipidus(CDI) results from deficient vasopressin(antidiuretic hormone) secretion and causes polydipsia and polyuria. Its etiologic diagnosis is confirmed with an increase of urine osmolality by administering desmopressin(DDAVP) after water restriction. Because cm is caused by deficiency of vasopressin, up to now, desmopressin, a synthetic analog of vasopressin, has been the drug of choice in the treatment of CDI. However, under such treatment, CDI patients suffer from the continual administration of DDAVP throughout one's life and high cost of the treatment We administrated oriental herb medicine on a cm patient in a state of discontinuance of DDAVP. Prior to the study, brain sella MRI was scanned to exclude germinoma. In addition, urine analysis, serum and urinary osmolality, daily urinary volume, serum electrolyte levels were measured. Chungsimyunjatang was administered for 15 days, and urine analysis, urine osmolality, daily urinary volume, serum Na were measured several times again during the therapy, As a result, urinary frequency increased, serum Na slightly elevated, but specific gravity of urine, urinary osmolality severely decreased and daily urinary volume substantially increased. However, the frequency of DDAVP treatment was reduced from four times per day to once or twice a day with the continual administration of the Chungsimyunja-tang for two months after the discharge.

Ankylosed tooth is defined as 'the discontinuance of normal passive tooth eruption without any mechanical barrier'. Ankylosed tooth treatment is a challenge to dental clinicians. In treatment of maxillary molar ankylosis cases there are risks of oro-antral fistula, displacement of root fragments into the maxillary sinus, as well as the necessity for providing additional sinus bone augmentation for future implant placement. In this study, we suggested a new technique using a piezoelectric device and a lateral side approach to the maxillary sinus leading to the simultaneous removal of the ankylosed maxillary molar and sinus grafting for the purpose of implant site development.

Line Code의 한 종류인 HDB3 Code는 디지털 데이터 전송에 사용되는 데이터 코딩 방식으로 DC 성분의 데이터를 연속하여 전송하는 경우에 발생하는 전송선로 상의 DC Wander를 제거하는데 사용된다. 군 전술통신망은 데이터 전송에 HDB3 Code를 이용하여 운용하고 있으며, 상용의 HDB3 Codec IC 제품을 사용하여 장비를 개발하고 있다. 군용 장비 특성 상 길게는 10년 이상 운용되기 때문에 장비에 고장이 발생하는 경우 해당 부품의 단종에 의해 수리가 불가능 하여 장비 전체를 사용하지 못하는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 HDB3 Codec을 로직으로 구현하고 상용부품과 비교하여 성능이 동등함을 검증한다.
