내부마케팅과 동기부여, 간호조직유효성간의 경로모형구축 (A Path Analysis among the Internal Marketing Activities, Motivation, and Nursing Organizational Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analysis path model of the research variables. Methods: The subjects of this study were 647 nurses who were working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: In the modified path model, overall fitness indexes were $X^2$= 223.27, goodness of fit index=0.90, root mean square residual=0.039, root mean square error of approximation=0.12, non-normed fit index=0.96, and normed fit index=0.90. From the model, among research variables that influence organizational effectiveness motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification affected directly work performance. In internal marketing factors, paid-leave, communication and reward affected directly motivator. Motivator and hygiene factors affected directly job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational identification. Conclusion: With these findings, paid-leave, communication, reward, motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification were direct or indirect predictors of the work performance. Therefore nursing managers ought to develop internal marketing strategies and motivation enhancing system for nurses based on this path model in order to improve the nursing organizational effectiveness.

생분해성 어구의 기술마케팅을 통한 사회적 인지도 제고 방안에 관한 연구 (Enhancing social awareness of biodegradable fishing gears through technology marketing)

  • The main purpose of this study is to understand the marketing approaches and strategies that are used to disseminating biodegradable fishing gears and distinguish the cognition and the non-cognition group's attitudes on the product. We used a technology acceptance model for analyzing product attributes and its impacts on fishers' purchase. The result of this research shows that 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have positive effect on 'purchase intention,' and then give impacts on 'purchase intention' for the entire respondents. For the cognitive respondents these factors have influence on 'attitude' but they do not affect 'purchase decision.' However, 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have much positive impact on 'purchase intention.' In the non-cognition group, the 'perceived intention' and 'company and country of manufacturers' have direct positive effect on 'purchase intention' through 'attitude' and also 'on 'purchase intention.' This research provides some meaningful policy implications on further development and technology marketing of biodegradable fishing gears.

고객만족에 대한 관여도의 조정적 역할 (Involvement as a Moderator of Customer Satisfaction)

  • Customer satisfaction is one of the major issues in current marketing research. Among many studies on this issue, the best known is the determinants of customer satisfaction. This study is focused the involvement as a moderator of customer satisfaction. The data were collected from 113 students who have an experience using or buying the products and services. The present study found that the customer satisfaction has a relation with the following major characteristics. These are: 1) The direct effect of expectation on the customer satisfaction is significant in case of high involvement service. 2) The direct effect of performance has a difference between high involvement and low involvement. 3) And the direct effect of disconfirmation on the customer satisfaction is significantly different from the levels of involvement.

  • This study deals sith some problems of foreign direct investment and seeks for the ways of activating foreign direct investment (hereafter F.D.I.) by analyzing the Korean economic structure that is faced with the neo-protectivism and nationalism of the advanced or foreign countries currently. During a transformational process in the transitional period of world trade environment, it is necessary for Korea not only to learn the higher technology for advanced countries, but also to apply techonology to their economic structure in order to enter into competition with the advanced countries. Based on the experiences and accomplishments from their investments, Korean enterprises should turn their business into F.D.I. and act appropriately in order to keep the balance between indoor and outdoor investment. Looking through the ways to activate F.D.I., we may make conclusions as follows: 1. Government policy transparency 2. Prudential Macro Economic policy 3. International policy coorperation system 4.   • Purpose - Because creativity, which is an intangible resource embedded within the company, can offer a competitive advantage, most companies have an interest in promoting creativity among their employees and division(e.g., marketing organization). Creativity renders a sustainable competitive advantage to a firm because it is a strategic resource that is valuable, flexible, rare, and imperfectly imitable or substitutable. Although most companies broadly recognize the importance of creativity, the methods for developing creativity remain elusive. Therefore, the present study investigates how to structure incentives to motivate employees to be more creative and how to develop tools to facilitate creativity. In detail, the present study aimed to examine the relationship between the regulatory focus of marketing organizations(e.g., promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organizations. In addition, the present study set out to examine the moderating role of interaction of financial reward and creative training in addition to investigating the direct relationship between creativity and regulatory focus in New Product Development(NPD) context. Research design, data, and methodology - The data used to test the hypotheses are drawn from a survey of full time NPD project members(including project manager, designer, engineer, and marketer). The present study utilized data obtained mainly from a database compiled by the Korea Investors Service-Financial Analysis System which provides comprehensive corporate and financial information on firms listed on the Korea Stock Exchange. A study population comprising 1,000 South Korean firms was obtained from this database. We selected 864 firms from the database, and the firms have experiences of new product development project. We collected a total of 162 responses, for a 18.8% response rate. After we excluded 14 questionnaire because of incomplete responses, a total of 148 questionnaire remained(final response rate: 17.1%).     The moderating effect of joint influences(interaction between financial rewards and creativity training) on the relationship between promotion focus creativity of marketing organization,

    The moderating effect of joint influences(interaction between financial rewards and creativity training) on the relationship between prevention focus creativity of marketing organization). SPSS 18.0 and AMOS software were used in the data analysis. Results - The empirical study confirmed that promotion focus of marketing organization is positively related to creativity of marketing organization. Also, prevention focus of marketing organization is positively affected to creativity of marketing organization. In addition, the interaction between financial rewards and creativity training moderated the relationship between regularity focus(e.g.), promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organization. These results suggest that managers can improve the performances of their creative efforts by providing the use of financial rewards and creativity training in combination. Conclusion - Based on results of this study that examine the effects of regulatory focused creative efforts on creativity of marketing organization, promotion focus is helpful with marketing organizations to enhance their service innovation and performance. Prevention focused organization should allow monetary rewards and creativity training to increase their creativity for innovation of new products.

정보보호 산업 육성정책의 상대적 효과 분석 (A Dynamic Analysis on the Relative Effectiveness of Promoting Policies for Information Security Industry)

  • The focus of this paper is comparing relative effects of government policies for upbringing information security industry from the dynamic point of view. For the purpose of simplicity, these policies are classified into three groups, and then the relative effectiveness of these policy groups is examined using System Dynamics. The three policy groups are composed of technology development policies (TDP), human resource development policies (HDP), and direct supporting policies for overseas expansion (DSP). From the result of the analysis, DSP appears to be the most effective and HDP is the second-best group. By the way, for successful carrying into effect of DSP, marketing manpower should be strengthen. However, current HDP has been focusing on the bringing up technical experts. Therefore, overseas marketing manpower should be reared as well as technicians. Also, the existing infrastructure for overseas expansion for other industries should be shared for DSP of information security industry, because this is essential for success of DSP in terms of timing and costing. Finally, in spite of its low effect, TDP should be maintained continuously. The importance of information security technology is increasing and some countries have already considered these technologies as a core of future national defense. Therefore, we should acquire the competitiveness for a few technologies through continuous development of selected technologies at least.

증권회사 지점 종사자의 내부마케팅이 직무만족, 직무몰입, 고객지향성 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Internal Marketing on Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement, Customer Orientation and Job Performance of the Employees in Securities Firm's Branch)

  • 본 연구는 내부마케팅이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로서, 상대적으로 연구에서 소외된 증권회사를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 또한, 증권회사 지점 종사원이 인식한 내부마케팅 요인이 직무만족, 직무몰입, 고객지향성, 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 단일 매개 모형에서 더 나아가 다중 매개모델로 보다 심층적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 수집된 자료의 최종 분석 대상자는 서울, 부산 등의 광역시에 위치한 증권회사의 지점의 종사원 263명이고, 연구모형의 가설검증은 SPSS 22.0 및 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 경로 분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내무마케팅요인 중 권한위임, 보상제도, 교육연수가 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었고, 내부커뮤니케이션은 직무몰입과 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무만족은 직무몰입과 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 고객지향성은 직무성과에 직접적 영향을 미쳤다. 그렇지만 내부마케팅 4요인 모두가 직무성과에 직접적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로 내부마케팅 요인들의 직무만족. 직무몰입, 고객지향성 및 직무성과에 대한 간접효과를 추가로 분석하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅요인 중 권한위임, 보상제도는 직무만족 및 고객지향성을 매개로 직무성과에 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 증권회사의 경우 다른 업종과는 다른 방식으로 주로 직무만족과 고객지향성을 매개로 내부마케팅의 요소가 직무성과에 영향을 미치며 그 중 권한위임과 보상제도가 특히 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 시사한다.

  • BPBL은 종전의 강의법을 지양하고 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정을 통해 학습이 이루어지도록 하는 학습자 중심의 교수법이다. 본 연구에서는 BPBL을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 핵심인 문제개발의 절차를 구체화하고, 인터넷 마케팅 교과목 교육내용을 토대로 BPBL 학습에 필요한 문제를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 효과적이지 못한 문제는 학생들이 충분한 도메인 지식을 얻고, 적절한 전 지식을 활성화하고 적절하게 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 좋은 문제를 개발하기 위한 BPBL 문제 개발 절차는 핵심적인 학습목표 및 내용 선택하기, 학습내용과 관련된 실제적 맥락 설계하기, 문제의 초안 작성, 학습자 특성 파악하기, 문제 발견하기, 역할과 상황 설정하기, 문제 작성하기로 요약 할 수 있다. 문제 개발 절차에 따라서 인터넷 마케팅 교과목에서 다루고 있는 내용들을 토대로 BPBL이 적합한 5개의 통합 문제를 개발하였다. 현재의 산업 현장에서 요구되는 인재를 육성하기 위해서는 일제학습이 아닌 BPBL을 통해서만이 가능하기 때문에 본 연구는 창의적 인터넷 마케팅 수업을 위한 BPBL 문제개발 과정에 초점을 두었다.

  • 최근 스마트폰의 등장으로 인해 사용자들은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 스마트폰을 이용한 새로운 의사소통의 방법을 경험하고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자는 사용자 자신의 주변에 편재되어 있는 다양한 자원들과의 자연스러운 상호작용을 요구하게 됐다. 특히 사용자와 콘텐츠간의 상호작용에 있어서 증강현실은 가상현실과 달리 사용자가 현실 세계에서 가상의 콘텐츠나 서비스와 직접적이고 직관적인 상호작용을 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 증강현실을 이용해 지하철에 앉아 있는 사람의 도착역을 알 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

수도작 친환경농법 수용농가의 경영실태 및 요인분석 (An Analysis of Management Factors for Environmentally-Friendly Rice's Production Farms)

  • This study was surveyed and analyzed in 2005 year for environmentally-friendly rice's production 78 farmers in korea. The major results was as follows: The average age of farmers were 54 years old, the experiences of environmentally-friendly rice's production farms was 7.4 years, the cultivated scales of environmentally-friendly rice's production was 3.4ha. The 74%'s Farmers of all unified rice's breeds for rice's production of high-grade in quality, the ranking of rice's breeds selection were the high-grade rice's breeds of government>japan rice's breeds. The control of damage by blight and insects were needed environmentally-friendly control, the endured study of this control were very important. To cut down cost of the environmentally-friendly rice for income security of farmers and sustenance of farming will. To receive reasonable price of environmentally-friendly rice, the brand image were raised to consumers, the variety and miniaturization of rice packaging unit were needed in view of consumers. In addition to must be campaigns of publicity through the press and event to consumers, were managed the exchange of rice goods and exchanged e-mail together consumers for the maintenance of confidence. To drive direct marketing between environmentally-friendly rice farmers and consumers through experiential marketing, to diversify the marketing channel. To strengthen public relations at regional level and relationship at the consumers.
