The study has try to find out the relationship between airfreight service quality and satisfaction in international forwarding practice which has focused to figure out the mediating role of performance that measured as subjective evaluation on profit. For the purpose of this paper, questionnaire survey has been performed on the relationship among the procedure of the air freight service quality was found to have not only direct influence but also indirect impact through performance on satisfaction. This research made some contribution both academicals and logistic practices. Academically, it is the first research to address the relationship between air freight service quality and profit performance in Korean academic field. Practically, this study provides justification for the investment to improve forwarding service quality. The results of this study bear some implications on international shipping and practice. The quality of the air cargo transportation management system for customer satisfaction and its impact on business performance in the process to make an empirical identifies. The role and influence of the working-level analysis to derive the performance as transportation management, as well as the effectiveness of customer satisfaction for quality and promote a point. The sudden emergence of China as a superpower in world politics and economics is apparently a big surprise. This, however, is not an unusual incident. As far as the Chinese are concerned, they say that China is simply running almost the same track that its neighboring countries. In the recent years, a number of experts and scholars have expected that the emergence of China as a great economic power will be argued as a major issue in world politics and economics. So its economic progress will require experts and scholars to watch carefully how China is going to change. It certainly has created an atmosphere that most of the world leaders, experts and scholars are very concerned about China's remarkable performance in its economics and then willing to accept China's rapid growth as an urgent matter. Many experts and scholars began to analyze carefully the factors that have contributed to the rapid growth. Foreign direct investment (FDI), import-export, and economic reform were then listed as the most important factors. As a result, philosophy of economics, analytical economics, and economics are immediately needed for China who is at the moment very anxious to sustain the stable and continuity of rapid economic growth. But unfortunately China does not even recognize the reason why they need to adopt these economic concepts and methods.
The complementary effect between FDI and its absorptive capacity has drawn more attention than before. This paper intended to explore the relationship between energy intensity and such complementary effect. The absorptive capacity of FDI shows various aspects among which we focus on the human capital, the financial system and the infrastructure in this paper. Using the panel data from 1990 to 2011, the study is processed between the 20 OECD and 20 Non-OECD countries. The empirical results shown that for OECD country, a complementary effect exists between FDI and its absorbability and it has the controlling effect on energy reduction. But the effect is only significant in the human capital and the financial system. The infrastructure variable is less important in OECD country due to their high development level. However, for non-OECD country, the complementary effect between infrastructure and FDI reduces energy consumption significantly, it can get to the point that the process for infrastructure to attract FDI and also benefits from it only blow its way to the Non-OECD, developing countries, without andy special effects for the OECD countries which has already highly build up their infrastructure. Also, the financial system in Non-OECD countries is at the primary stage yet, which is not easy to contribute efficiency. To make a conclusion, the complementary effect between infrastructure and FDI in OECD country and which between finical system and FDI in non-OECD country cannot enhance energy efficiency as expected.
The objective of this study is to analyze the project performance and development process of the phase 1 project of GFEZ from 2004 to 2010. The phase 1 project from 2004 to 2010 is consist of eleven project zones. Among these zones, eight zones are currently underway and three zones have been completed. The performance of the phase 1 projects is no so much because it were stated later than planning with the difficulty of business developers selection. The major performances are development and supply of industrial & residential land, construction of road and railway, investment promotion of 102 companies, and creation of 20,971 new jobs. Most of the direct invested companies were located at Gwangyang and Yulchon Districts, and were mainly logistics and related service, iron and steel, machinery, shipbuilding, and fine chemicals. The main problems, however, are the limit of promotion of high-tech industries and large firms, low FDI reported rate, difficulty of superior business developers, delayed business progress of Hadong district. Therefore, efforts to solve these problems are required for the success of GFEZ.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causality among GRDP, patent, investment of R &D, and researcher among 16 Metropolitan cities and provinces in Korea. Using the annual data ranged from 1998 to 2008, the causality test for time-series data such as unit roots test and Granger causality test were performed. We estimate the Panel-Var of the four variables to find out the various Granger causal relations for two groups which are classified by the patent productivity. The panel data causality results reveal that there are bidirectional causality relations among four variables for the more patent-productivity group. The patent has bi-directional effects on GRDP and R&D. The patent cause GRDP and vice versa, patent cause R&D and vice versa. Patent not only has strong direct impact on GRDP and R&D but also has affected by the increase of GRDP and R&D through the interactive feedback mechanism. However, the causality patterns are somewhat different between the more patent-productive region and the less patent-productive region. There exists one directional causality between the R&D and GRDP for the less patent-productivity group. Such result may imply that the type of regional innovation policy should be differentiated between two groups. Regional economic policy efforts should be placed on increasing the knowledge productivity and on strengthening the regional competitiveness through the regional innovative infrastructure.
This article explores the international trade flow of Bangladesh's ready-made garments (RMG). We first suggest the brief history and an international structure of trade among countries by using the trade volume. Then we implemented a gravity model regression with the sample of 38 major partner countries in order to investigate the potential export market for the RMG industry. The fixed effect and random effect model for the panel data during the period of 1990 to 2011 are estimated. Our result shows that Bangladesh's RMG exports are affected positively by the size of economy, inflation, exchange rate, foreign direct investment(FDI) and trade openness. On the other hand, the distance between trading partners are related negatively with the trade volume. We used the estimated coefficients from the panel regression in order to predict RMG export potential of Bangladesh. This might show which country is the promising export market for Bangladesh RMG industry. We found that Bangladesh has the highest potential of RMG export with Japan and USA, which seem to have considerable room for export growth if trade barriers and constraints are removed. We added some policy implications for encouraging the RMG export of Bangladesh by using the results from the analysis.

Call Center requires an ability of agents a lot more than face-to-face contact due to being achieved communication by non face-to face channel for contact with customers. In order to improve the ability of agents, Call Center carries out various educational training according to their work experience and function and with the accomplishment of educational training, Call Center is going to fulfill to develop its quality of counseling and productivity. On the other hand, due to investment of a lot of time and budget to educational training, it is needed to grasp and manage about its effectiveness that how helpful the training is for performance of work-site operations through evaluation of educational training. Having Seen researches about evaluation of educational training until these days, most researches have mainstream to measure satisfaction and a level of learning or degree that how the learning transfers to actions. It is found that a research about an entire evaluation model should be required. This study aims to investigate effectiveness of Call Center educational training from the level of recognition by reflecting Kirkpatrick's the four levels of learning evaluation. By the four levels, reaction, learning, behavior and results, the study found out a connection with standards of evaluation about each levels. In addition, by using structural equation modeling, it was examined goodness of fit about the entire model. Furthermore, by an alternative model, considering a direct relation between a factor of reaction and behavior, it was compared and examined goodness of fit of overall model of the study model and the alternative one.

In this research, environment friendly rail logistics and combined transport were treated to meet with the green growth policy of our government. Major problems of Ui-wang ICD suggested in this research are short of yards, unutilized public CY, inconvenience use by non-share holders. It is necessary to improve rail logistic infrastructure, that is, additional expansion of yard, direct operation by KORAIL and regular unloading system are needed. such improvement can not be solved just by the endeavor of business body. Rail logistic infra & Integrated freight terminal has a tendency of SOC, which require tremendous amount of investment, so there are some limit in doing by private sector itself, now it's time to do by the government level. The improvement of rail logistic infrastructure in the level of government is possible by the policy of environment friendly green logistic support which is related with Logistic Policy Basic Law, so government should prepare detailed directives to activate Integrated freight terminal.
As all aspects of international activity have kept growing in good transaction, transnational investments, joint ventures, and the licensing of intellectual property, it is inevitable for disputes to increase across national frontiers. International disputes can be settled by arbitration and ADR. In the situation presented in the paper, any dispute shall be finalized by arbitration and conciliation in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex. Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex has become the principal method of resolving disputes in trade, commerce, and investment in accordance with the "Agreement on South-North Commercial Dispute Settlement Procedures," "Agreement on Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee," and the Annexed Agreement on "Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee" (2013). But the follow-up measures of the said agreements have not been fulfilled. Some prerequisite measures of the Inter-Korean commercial arbitration must be satisfied. In order to proceed with arbitration and conciliation in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex, we need to ask the following: Does the status of an arbitrational matter? Should an agreement to arbitrate contain a choice of law clause? Should one provide for one arbitrator or three? How should the arbitrators be selected? What is the relation between party-appointed arbitrators and the presiding arbitrator (neutral arbitrator)? Do arbitrators compromise more than the litigation? Can conciliation be combined with arbitration? To execute the enactment of arbitration regulations, the contents of the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (South) and the Korea International Trade Arbitration Committee (North), together with the Korean Arbitration Act and External Arbitration Act of North Korea and the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law and UNCITRAL l Arbitration Rules are reflected in the Rules. There are many aspects of the Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration. It is essential to understand key elements; namely, the arbitration agreement, appointment of arbitrator, arbitral proceeding and arbitral award, and enforcement and setting aside of arbitral award. This research deals with five chapters. Chapter 1 provides the introduction. Chapter 2 deals with trade volume between South and North Korea and the kinds of dispute in Gaeseong. Chapter 3 addresses contents and follow-up measures of the agreement on the "South-North Commercial Dispute Settlement Procedures," "Agreement on Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee," and the Annexed Agreement on "Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee" (2013). Chapter 4 features the problems and tasks of the pertinent agreements. Chapter 5 gives the conclusion. Enabling parties to find an amicable solution to the dispute in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex can lead to a useful and appropriate framework either through direct negotiation or by resorting to conciliation or mediation in accordance with pertinent agreements and follow-up measures contained in the agreements.
