The purpose of this study was to examine demographic, human capital and service factors affecting employment outcomes of people with hearing impairments. The total of 422 individuals (age from 20 years to 65 years) with hearing impairments were collected from the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled from Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. The dependent variable is employment outcomes. The predictor variables include a set of personal history, human capital and rehabilitation service variables. The chi-squared automatic interaction detector (CHAID) analysis revealed that the status of the national basic livelihood security played a determining role in predicting the employment of people with hearing impairments. Also, it was found that the three factors of the status on the national basic livelihood security, needed help about activities of dailey living, licenses & employment service factors created bigger synergy effect when they inter-complemented one another.

As issues of Fintech(Financial technology) emerge, research on electronic banking is growing and garnering much attention in the market. This study analyzed 184 studies on e-banking over 15 years, from 2000 to 2014. Using meta-analysis, the paper draws attentions to the trends in domestic electronic banking studies. Interest peaked in 2008, when 28 papers were published and 35 theses in Information Security and Cryptology were announced. This research focus emphasizes the impact of e-banking services, technology and infrastructure, and laws and regulations on society. Electronic payment systems are a focal point of research on technology and infrastructure. Research on the e-finance market have influenced studies on the financial progress and other social issues. Benefits of this research include a better understanding of the trends in electronic banking studies and its influence on related fields, as well as help electronic banking-related policies and technology research.

The study installed non metric camera which was a 10 Mega Pixel camera in RC Helicopter. And the study controlled images hotographed in air on land, considering their overlap. The study could express DEM by abstracting TIN from the acquired images through image registration. Also, the study compared and examined accuracy between reference point and check point observed by Total Station which was a conventional type of survey. As the results, the study could get errors of $-0.194{\sim}0.224\;m$ on X axis, $-0.088{\sim}0.180\;m$ on Y axis and $-0.286{\sim}0.285\;m$ on Z axis. Expressing an error's RMSE in the checkpoint, the study could get of 0.021388 m on X axis, 0.015285 m on Y axis and 0.041872 m on Z axis. It is judged that the above photographing and analyzing technique are better than the existing Total Station to acquire more terrain elevation data.

Crown density, which is defined as the proportion of the forest floor concealed by tree crown, is important and useful information in various fields. Previous methods of measuring crown density have estimated crown density by interpreting aerial photographs or through a ground survey. These are time-consuming, labor-intensive, expensive and inconsistent approaches, as they involve a great deal of subjectivity and rely on the experience of the interpreter. In this study, the crown density of a forest in Korea was estimated using KOMPSAT-2 high-resolution satellite images. Using the image segmentation technique and stand information of the digital forest map, the forest area was divided into zones. The crown density for each segment was determined using the discriminant analysis method and the forest ratio method. The results showed that the accuracy of the discriminant analysis method was about 60%, while the accuracy of the forest ratio method was about 85%. The probability of extraction of candidate to update was verified by comparing the result with the digital forest map.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the program for convericient reconfiguration in an attempt to change maladjustmental way of thinking among female junior tennis players. For verification of the program, a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out. Through the REBT program for convericient reconfiguration, maladjustmental way of thinking among junior tennis players was drawed and interviews with them were subsequently performed. As a result, REBT counseling technique was applied to understand personal psychological problems and to transform maladjustmental and unreasonable way of thinking into rational belief, confirming positivity toward their situation. After all, their athletic performance as well as holistic development was found to be improved. In quantitative analysis, maladaptive thinking scale sports psychology questionnaire and survey for Korean sports performance strategy were both increased post treatment, suggesting that their psychological status became positive as a result of application of psychological prevention. The results of this study showed that athletic performance would be enhanced and growth and development in personality and self-realization would be expected if various psychological problems in adolescent players were progressed in detailed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to awareness, treatment, and control of hypertension in Korea using data from the 4th KNHANES. The analytical technique employed multivariate logistic regression analysis and the major findings of this research are as follows. First, awareness of hypertension was positively associated with age, occupation, self-rated health, Body Mass Index, and health examination since 2 years ago, in both males and females. Second, treatment of hypertension was positively associated with age, self-rated health, Body Mass Index, and health examination since 2 years ago, in both males and females. Third, control of hypertension was positively associated with age, self-rated health, Body Mass Index, and health examination since 2 years ago, in both males and females. Finally, the results of analysis suggest that the government should especially focus on the vulnerable group and continue to strengthen effective efforts for improving awareness, treatment, and control of hypertension.

In the past, customers utilize a secondhand book market as a major counter for their purchasing used books. With expansion of internet and IT devices, many customers would like to buy their used books in an on-line secondhand book store which has more price competitiveness and ease. Nowadays a new concept off-line secondhand book market which has the advantages of both on-line and off-line is a growing trend instead of existing secondhand book markets in the economic recession. In this study, we established customer service satisfaction for 'Aladin store', which is the advanced concept off-line secondhand book store, with the most typical service quality test technique SERVQUAL. First, we selected appropriate service quality factor for the advanced concept off-line secondhand book market such as Aladin store. After that, we analyzed which factors are influencing repurchase intentions, through customer survey. The conclusion provides the secondhand book store's service quality improvement and strategy toward customer satisfaction including the existing used book stores.

This paper CTQ(Critical to Quality) to draw, aim to derive a key quality factor reflects the customer's requirements by utilizing the QFD technique for sparkling water purifier device that combines the new module. Tasting participants, consumers and New Module device intended for developers who develop and conduct a survey and FGI (Focus Group Interview) VOC(Voice of Customer) to draw, drawn by the EC through the developer VOC and EC (Engineering Characteristic) and charts the relationship between the phases was prepared HOQ(House of Quality). Sparkling water purifier through the HOQ chart certain taste, sound, running water, CO2 cylinder replacement cycle, we obtain results that element is an important quality factors such as ease of use. These factors are closely related to each component regulators and Module device (mixing) associated with the taste of water, booster pumps, and deliver results that the solenoid is considered the most critical part.

In order to support the mission of the institution in which they are attached, academic libraries provide services in both manual and digital but COVID -19 pandemic that spanned between March and September, 2020 has changed the scenario. With particular reference to Nigeria, about 249,606 cases were confirmed and in order to curb the scourge of this deadly disease, physical academic activities were prevented by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). With this development, innovative tools became indispensable tools for successful delivery of library services in Nigerian academic libraries. Whether or not these tools are still in use for reformation of library service during post- Covid era remains unclear, hence, need for this study. This study examined librarians' use of innovative tools for information dissemination in Nigerian academic libraries during the post-Covid era using a descriptive survey design. Data were obtained both in quantitative and qualitative formats from one hundred and forty-four librarians as respondents. A total enumeration sampling technique was adopted because the population was minimal. Findings of the study revealed that innovative tools such as videoconferencing, WhatsApp, teleconferencing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and web-based learning applications are still in use by librarians for the dissemination of information during the post-Covid era. These tools are useful and beneficial to librarians during the post-COVID era, as they facilitate easy participation and engagement of library users in various discussions. Inadequate funding and lack of advanced technology skills were also identified as major impediments to the successful use of innovative tools for information dissemination. As a result, it was suggested that academic libraries throughout Nigeria prioritize staff training on the necessary digital skills needed to cope in this advanced technology era.
