This research is aimed to identify the building factors and deriving the importance of each factor for establishing the smart distribution center in the fourth industrial revolution era. The research methodology used CFPR(Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations) to effectively extract expert knowledge. Research has shown as principle factors that "Service" is the first factor to be considered as 0.271, followed by "Infra(Warehouse)"(0.254), "Information System"(0.247), and "Equipment"(0.228). And as detailed factors, "Reliability" showed the highest importance as 0.091, followed "Visibility of Information System"(0.076), "Space Advancement"(0.075), "Location"(0.074) and "Satisfaction of service"(0.073). This study has implications in that it has presented an establishment direction for the smart distribution center.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the employment trends of autonomous automobile industry which is related to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Previously, big data of the employment trends were divided into skill field and task field. As a result, if a company was employed in the field of skill field, it was required to have talent in which personality traits and innovation traits were prominent. Second, if the task field is a production worker, it is desirable to have talented person with outstanding personality traits. In addition, if the task field is management, it has been confirmed that communication qualities require outstanding talent. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to use the data as a basic data for finding an effective employment strategy by identifying the characteristics of the talented person and considering the suitability of the tendency of hiring.
The 4th industrial revolution is progressing by country as a mega trend that leads various technological convergence directions in the social and economic fields from the initial simple manufacturing innovation. The epidemic of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 is shifting digital-centered non-face-to-face business from economic operation, and the use of AI and big data technology for personalized services is essential to spread online. In this paper, we analyze cases focusing on the application of artificial intelligence technology, which is a key technology for the effective implementation of the digital new deal promoted by the government, as well as the major technological characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution and describe the use cases in the field of disaster response. As a disaster response use case, AI assistants suggest appropriate countermeasures according to the status of the reporter in an emergency call. To this end, AI assistants provide speech recognition data-based analysis and disaster classification of converted text for adaptive response.

Since the enactment of the School Meal Support Act in 2009, South Korean dietary education has been evolving, placing health, environment, and consideration as its core values. The 3rd Basic Plan for Dietary Education (2020-2024) aims to achieve a sustainable dietary lifestyle that civic agriculture for collective consumption, healthy citizens, and an inclusive society. However, the digital civilization of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is significantly impacting dietary education in schools. Therefore, this study examines sustainable dietary education content in South Korean school meals, diagnoses the phenomena of dietary education facing digital transformation in education due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and explores directions for inclusive dietary education through concrete structures and content systems for inclusive dietary education that foster sustainable dietary capabilities. To achieve inclusive dietary education, a structure and system that allow cognitive, normative, and practical learning to be combined in an inclusive way is required. Furthermore, to practice sustainable dietary education, alternative approaches that emphasize the development of learners' core competencies are necessary in the direction of inclusive dietary education that fosters inclusivity.

Newly, the fourth industrial revolution is a way of describing the blurring of boundaries between the physical, digital, and biological worlds. It's a fusion of advances in AI (artificial intelligence), robotics, the IoT (internet of things), 3d printing, genetic engineering, quantum computing, and other technologies. At the world economic forum in Davos, switzerland, in january 2016, chairman professor (klaus schwab) proposed the fourth industrial revolution for the first time. In order to apply the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) analysis method, the first stage factors were designed as Digital Technology, Physics Technology and Biological Technology. In addition, the second stage factors were organized into 8 detailed services presented in the conceptual model. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.
Global Platform Solution Company (aka Amazon, Google, MS, IBM) who has cloud platform, are driving AI and Big Data service on their cloud platform. It will dramatically change Enterprise business value chain and infrastructures in Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resource Planning in Customer relationship Management. Enterprise are focusing the channel with customers and Business Partners and also changing their infrastructures to platform by integrating data. It will be Digital Transformation for decision support. AI and Deep learning technology are rapidly combined to their data driven platform, which supports mobile, social and big data. The collaboration of platform service with business partner and the customer will generate new ecosystem market and it will be the new way of enterprise revolution as a part of the 4th industrial revolution.

The In the 4th industrial revolution, cyber space will evolve into hyper-connectivity, super-convergence, and super-intelligence due to the development of advanced information and communication technologies, which will connect the nation's core infrastructure into a single network. As applying the 4th industrial revolution technology to the cyber attack technique, it is evolving in an intelligent and sophisticate method. In order to response intelligent cyber attacks, it is difficult to guarantee self-defense in cyberspace by policy-oriented, preplanned-centric and hierarchical cyber response strategies. Therefore, this research aims to propose a situation-flexible & action-oriented cyber response mechanism that can respond flexibly by selecting the most optimal smart security solution according to changes in the cyber attack steps. The proposed cyber response mechanism operates the smart security solutions according to the action-oriented detailed strategies. In addition, artificial intelligence-based decision-making systems are used to select the smart security technology with the best responsiveness.

Software education is inevitable for the success of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and university education also requires innovation to cope with revolutionary change of the society. The number of students seeking employment in the IT field is steadily increasing regardless of the major of the student. However, the existing software-related courses offered by universities or private educational institutions are limited. This paper analyzes the existing software curriculum of several major universities for non-IT major students. In addition, in-depth surveys by students at Seoul Theological University is conducted to figure out the demand for the advanced level computer science subjects. Finally, new software education curriculum is proposed to fulfill the needs of non-IT major students and to improve the employment rate of non-IT major students seeking tech companies. The new curriculum will help to cultivate intermediate level IT experts that bridge the gap between advanced level IT experts and primitive level computer technicians.

The technological revolution, also referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it embraced by government should transform the way governments serve their citizens. The growth of broadband in Africa is leapfrogging its technological development. And thus, many African governments will soon be able to offer quality e-Government services to their citizens. These technologically driven governments will be able to provide decision-makers with timeous information to make judgments that could influence policies. Proponents of e-Government believe that in the digital age, governments can use this information to reduce corruption and increase, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and public participation. e-Government service quality should ensure customer satisfaction. Although many studies have examined the role of e-Government and the quality of its services, few studies have examined the quality of e-Government services in terms of both supply and demand. This paper examines and reviews the academic-state-of-the-art on the factors that affect the quality of e-Government services from both perspectives. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods for data gathering and analysis, a mixed methods research methodology was used.
