Due to the overwhelming importance the Internet gained nowadays, more and more sophisticated security services are requested. However many applications such as Internet Banking, Home Trading System, Electronic Medical Recede, electronic commerce, etc. are related to non-repudiation. Non-repudiation services are one of these new security requirements. ill comparison to other security issues, such as privacy or authenticity of communications, non-repudiation has not been studied intensively. Informally, we say that a protocol is fair if at the end of the protocol execution either originator receives a non-repudiation of receipt evidence and recipient receives a non-repudiation of origin evidence or none of them receives any valid evidence. The most non-repudiation protocols rely on a trusted third party(TIP) that has to intervene during each protocols run. the TIP may create a communication bottleneck. ill this paper, we suggest the digital signature recorder that guarantees fairness logically and supplies minimal network bottleneck to be composed verification server physically.

Advanced Intelligent Network Intelligent Peripheral (AIN IP) is one of the AIN elements which consist of Service Control Point (SCP), Service Switching Point (SSP), and IP for AIN services, such as play announcement, digit collect, voice recognition/synthesis, voice prompt and receipt. 최근 휴대폰 보급의 활성화에 따라 무선인터넷 사용 및 무선 환경에서의 전자 상거래가 빠르게 증가 하고 있다. 유선 환경상에서와 마찬가지로 무선 환경상에서의 전자상거래 역시 소비자와 판매자가 서로를 신뢰할 수 있는 시스템이나 기법이 필요하다. 무선환경에서의 보안을 위해 WML 전자서명과 WPKI 등 여러 가지 방법들이 활발히 연구중이나 단말기 성능 제한과 WAP 게이트웨이에서 데이터 변환으로 인한 보안문제 등과 같이 현실적으로 많은 문계점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보다 놓은 신뢰도를 얻을 수 있도록 유선환경과 무선환경을 접목시킨 신뢰성 있는 전자영수증 발급시스템을 제안한다. 시스템에서는 전자 서명을 이용한 전자영수증을 발급함으로써 판매자 및 소비자의 신원을 보장하고 판매자의 부인봉쇄효과를 갖는다. 또 무선 단말기의 단점을 보완하고자 신뢰할 수 있는 검증 서버를 설 치하여 영수증 검증 및 보관기능을 제공한다.

It is very important to classify a lot of table-form documents into the same type of classes or to extract information filled in the template automatically. For these, it is necessary to accurately analyze table-form structure. This paper proposes an algorithm to extract corner points based on line edge segments and to classify the type of junction from table-form images. The algorithm preprocesses image through binarization, skew correction, deletion of isolated small area of black color because that they are probably generated by noises.. And then, it processes detections of edge block, line edges from a edge block, corner points. The extracted corner points are classified as 9 types of junction based on the combination of horizontal/vertical line edge segments in a block. The proposed method is applied to the several unconstraint document images such as tax form, transaction receipt, ordinary document containing tables, etc. The experimental results show that the performance of point detection is over 99%. Considering that almost corner points make a correspondence pair in the table, the information of type of corner and width of line may be useful to analyse the structure of table-form document.

The importance of communication which is oriented to interaction, fusion and connection is more increased in the post-information society. The information environment is already realized as interface to reach immediately and freely to the databased information and knowledge. The contemporary libraries execute very important roles as an intellectual infra of modern times to deliver the great human achievement and create new culture. In the mean time, the rapid information-oriented society and the development of digital technology bring out big change in the traditional dispatch and receipt method of information. For this reason, libraries as the community space of visitors integrates physical space - electronic space and reconstructs new temporary culture and value to build the new interface that connects human to human, human to space and human to information. On the premise of these awareness, this study analysis the creative interface factor of Tama Art University New Libraries in Ito Toyo in order to research the function and the application method of modern libraries. And the results are follows. 1)We can make sure the significance of communication and the integration consciousness between digital technology and analogue sensitivity that is the characteristic of the post-information society. 2)We can classify for the creative interface factors by the character as space factor(Arcade, Gallery, Lounge, AV Booth, Cafe), facility/equipment factor(Laboratory, Media, Bar, Info Shelf, Media Seat) and furniture factor(Carrel, Desk, Mag Table, XI Shelf). 3)We can see that these interface factors change the stream of library users and that the library is constructed for library users to create and discovery something easily from books and modern technologies. And we can realize also that these factors are creative installation to lead out naturally the latent liberty sense of users.

To celebrate the convergence era, Park Geun-Hye government has adhered to the principle sets out to secure revenue no tax increase due to the underground economy legalization, etc. Recently due to the tax deduction policies such as cash receipts and credit card is like getting better transparency on income. However, focusing on the self-employed Evaded income scale is increasing steadily. For the underground economy legalization, it has the plan to increase the transparency of the capital market due to the strengthening of the cash receipt system and the mobile payment market. The purpose of this study is that it hopes the domestic mobile payment market is expanding for the underground economy legalization. To this end, domestic financial companies are hoping to develop a variety of additional services. And the mobile payments market is hoping to gain the trust our customers due to safety and security, etc. As a result the underground economy is expected to disappear naturally.

Recently, the traffic card is gradually utilized and its several supplementary services have been significantly developed. Particularly, since it is possible to pay fees for buses, taxies, subways, parking and tollgates with only one traffic card, new payment method for economically processing has been focused. This paper presents a new receipt management system which allows possibly paying with several digital cards through PC interfacing terminals. The proposed system is mainly composed of three parts: terminals, middleware, and management servers. A terminal part includes processing module for payment/charging and credit/check/debit cards, etc and its operation is fulfilled through a middleware part. A main task of a middleware part is to connect a terminal part to managing servers through middleware applications. Additionally, processing of several receipt items and monitoring of the terminals to product statistical reports based on the processed result are carried out in the middleware. A management sever part is accomplished for collecting all of transaction histories against users and charging items over allowed province and managing statistical information. The proposed system is currently utilized in the Nam-GU district office and the Nam-GU district health center, Busan, S. Korea, respectively for testing its effectiveness. We conclude from this demonstration that the system is more useful and efficient than the previous processing method especially in that variable payment ways are provided and consumption burden is reduced.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution was triggered by data-driven digital technologies such as AI and big data. There is a rapid movement to expand the scope of data utilization to the privacy area, which was considered only a protected area. Through the revision of the Data 3 Act, laws and systems were established that allow personal information to be freely transferred and utilized under their consent. But, it will be necessary to support the platform that encompasses the entire process from collecting personal information to managing and utilizing it. In this paper, we propose a platform model that can be applied to building mydata ecosystem using personal information. It describes the six essential functional requirements for building MyData platforms and the procedures and methods for implementing them. The six proposed essential features describe consent, sharing/downloading/ receipt of data, data collection and utilization, user authentication, API gateway, and platform services. We also illustrate the case of applying the MyData platform model to real-world, underprivileged mobility support services.

In this paper, the equalizer techniques that is able to adopt the digital on-channel repeater for 8VSB-based DTV system has been analyzed and we propose an effective equalizer structure which can reduce the error propagation phenomenon by the feedback signal and improve the receiver performance at the same time. In order to confirm the effective cancellation of the feedback signal, the multi-level Correlation LMS scheme is proposed through the analysis of conventional basic LMS based DFE and Correlation LMS algorithm and as compared with the conventional method, we can confirm the reduction of error propagation. When performing the computer simulation, as the Brazil channel model which is very popular for DTV broadcasting system is adopted, the result is drawn by comparing and analysing the equalizer algorithm. We have examine the symbol error rate which is in the range of 15~25dB of operation receipt SNR and MSE(Mean Square Error) in the DTV broadcasting system. As a result of comparing with the existing method, the signal-noise ratio which is necessary for maintain the bit error correction ability that the means of proposal is same is reduced by about 2~5dB, and in the rate of convergence through the MSE, we found the reduction of needed time.
