Many studies make us difficult for understanding the specific concept of NOW avant garde by misusing avant garde or by using the over wide-ranging concept. The purpose of this study is to define the concept of NOW avant garde fashion by analyzing its fashion and its paradigm characteristics, after considering modern avant garde fashion history. This study was used with bibliographic research as well as internet search of qualitative method for analyzing fashion show clothes since 2005 women's wear. The characteristics of NOW avant garde fashion are classified into plural deconstructivism, econonism that integrates the last avant garde factors with logical economics, and the aesthetic of Tech-Human. To conclude, the concept of NOW avant garde fashion is defined as the fashion expressing either the digital-hybrid images or the deconstructive images meaning elimination, unification or confinement, being pilled up one on another, bizarre connection, transposition, and distortion.

According to the common use of digital images, the need of image editing software is being increased rapidly. In this paper, we surveyed and summed up general users about their use style, favorite menus, troublesome functions about their image editing software. It was examined that about 73 % of the users thought that image editing software were more difficult than other applications thanks to the superfluous menu and function structure. We designed and proposed a new structure of menus and functions for general users to learn easily and make efficient use of an image editor.

3D virual reality technique develop rapidly such as parts of education, health, national defense, etc. This paper implements an education contents utilizing 3D virtual reality based on HMD. In this paper, contents make up Changdeokgung Palace using to 3Dmax and Unity program, it shows on implemented Helmet Mounted Display. HMD obtain dynamic image from the target source of smart phone. Also, contents consist of service senerio through divided palace position and King's a day's journey especially. Above all, this paper indicate improving performance according to reduced cybersickness and immersion enlargement. And memory capacity reduced by various technique such that file type, compressed file, minimized resource. Proposed technique can obtain dynamic 3D image by HMD implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously multi-source. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed 3D VR education system is useful for experience of virtual reality practically.

This paper implements an effective attendance management and monitoring system utilizing the RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and Smart phone for student. In this paper, RFID system use 13.56MHz to control the attendance, and we can show that information of RFID and dynamic image through IP camera in Smart phone. We also make up the contents and database utilizing the labview program in computer. Especially, proposed technique can obtain dynamic image by server implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously several Smart phone. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed system is useful for attendance management and remotely monitoring.

In the Web 2.0, besides more gaining information on the web, the number of web sites that take advantage of RSS increases explosively. Commonly each users search RSS channels through the web search engine before registering RSS channel's url to the RSS reader. Users judge whether the site is RSS channel or not and register an RSS channel's url through theirs interests. Because accomplished by users themselves, those processes conflict to user's convenience and quick consumption of information. Techniques of current search engines can't provide users with reliable RSS feed information as search results. In this paper, we analysis appropriateness of current search engines' techniques that offer users RSS feed search service and discuss their limitations. Also, we make up RSS feed database through classification of RSS tag being possible to search RSS feed information effectively and apply update rate of each RSS channel's feed to ranking algorithm providing more reliable search results.

Web 2.0 is a platform which produce various service offered data from many people and it is activity open space depend on user focused community in diversity web environment. Web 2.0 is simple link structure with web site connectivity in informations such as page to page in other words, it is meaning of developing of semantical and circumstantial connection. The core of web 2.0 is user participation. RSS, Mash-up, UCC are main service of web 2.0 which make user directly participate from center of service offer to center of user manufactured an informations and then they offer re-information to other areas, also user freely express what they want through UCC and blogger. However, recently it comes the argument of skeptic of web 2.0 problem. Thus, In this research I will try to give an right comprehension and will try to have more accurate prediction of web 2.0 with the study of open service of web which is the key of web 2.0 success in a future.

We developed a RFID system to effective management and monitoring for school assert. In this paper, RFID system implemented a two way which are control to 13.56MHz for in/outbound order and 2.45GHz for positioning tracking and monitoring. We also make up the contents and database utilizing the labview tool in pc. In addition, the developed system can obtain simultaneously the information from several RFID reader at real time so that it is possible to track the position system, the path moving and the status of asserts in the school. Especially, 2.45GHz system has a function to prevent a assert theft. It is observed from the various and practical experiment that the proposed system is useful for assert management and monitoring.

The major worldwide communication network operators have designed and are building up the NGN with various network capabilities, which conventional Internet do not have. The open network service model makes these network capabilities available to the third party of the value added service providers through the standardized API providing users with more intelligent and enhanced services. This paper proposes the open network service model as NaaS (Network as a Service) and examines service models of several levels. It is believed that these efforts presented in this paper will make the network operators expand their service ranges through the opening of invested network resources producing more various communication services for users.

This study is intended to suggest a more reasonable and practical method of estimating discount & capitalization rate for valuation of closely-held culture content business, that is, to modify the Buildup Summation Model(which is recommended for the closely-held business by the NACVA) by adopting the weighted ratings in the CT Project Investment Evaluation of the Korea Culture Contents Association to risk factors of the Buildup Summation Model. This method is ease to apply for closely-held culture content business and has advantages in applying the weighted rates based on the characteristics of respective culture contents. And it can make up for the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) which shows generally low discount rates.

Most people in our society use credit card instead of cash or check, so credit card is very important economic method. Credit card supposed to be safe, but hackers hack credit card for illegal deal. Also hackers make fake credit card and issue fake credit card to other people. In this thesis it will study and analyze damage case for safe credit card deal. It will use safe credit card system to insert variety of information and data of using pattern in artificial intelligence network, so print out the possibility of risk and monitor the risk of credit card user's deal pattern, so if one of user's pattern is different than normal pattern, it will pop up message in consultant's screen. This thesis will study and suggest way of prevent from illegal deal and user friendly credit card checking system.
