IT 산업 기업간의 갈수록 치열해지고 있는 경쟁 환경에서 기업이 생존하기 위한 기술혁신은 경쟁력 확보를 위한 필수요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 기술혁신은 기업의 생존을 위해 반드시 필요하며 다양한 요인들이 기술혁신의 성공을 거두기 위해 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 IT산업을 기반으로 기술 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 이러한 영향 요인에 관련된 다른 연구와의 비교 분석을 통해 새로운 연구모형을 설정하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

선물 증여 행동은 소비자의 기본적 커뮤니케이션 방법 중의 하나이며 최근 스마프폰의 대중화와 함께 휴대폰 문자 메시지로 전송되는 바코드 형태의 모바일 쿠폰 선물 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 모바일 환경에서의 선물 증여 행동이 어떠한 동기요인에서 비롯되었으며 이에 영향을 미치는 구체적인 소비 행태가 어떠한 가에 대하여는 충분히 연구되지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서의 선물 증여 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 제품 혁신성과 소비자 혁신성의 혁신성 차원 및 소비자 기술수용 특성이 선물 증여 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 확인해 보고자 하였다. PLS를 이용하여 연구가설을 검증하였으며 연구 결과 제품 혁신성과 기술 수용 특성은 소비자의 모바일 쿠폰 선물 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 조절효과와 관련하여 소비자 혁신성이 높은 소비자가 소비자 혁신성이 낮은 소비자 보다 제품 혁신성과 모바일 쿠폰 선물 태도의 관계에 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 농업경영체 종사자를 대상으로 재정지원 활용을 조절변수로 하여 디지털농업화 요인이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 디지털농업화 요인을 디지털기술혁신지향성, 생태계건강성, 운용혁신지향성 및 기업가정신 지향성으로 구분하고 기업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 전국에 소재한 농업경영체 종사자들을 대상으로 수집한 설문지 212부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 프로세스매크로 v3.4를 활용한 분석결과는 첫째, 디지털기술혁신지향성, 운용혁신지향성 및 기업가정신지향성은 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생태계건강성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재정지원 활용은 디지털기술혁신지향성과 기업성과, 기업가정신지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 운용혁신지향성과 기업성과, 생태계건강성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 후속 연구로는 새로운 매개변수 발굴을 통한 매개모형 연구와 조건부과정 모형을 통한 조절된 매개분석 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

With the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, scientific and technological innovation measures are being devised to overcome Korea's low-growth, high-cost structure. Accordingly, by examining the R&D investment evaluation system of R&D PIE (R&D Platform for Investment and Evaluation), which has been promoted by the Korean government in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, from the perspective of R&D transformation, this study aims to explore a new path for a sustainable national science and technology innovation system following digital transformation. In particular, from the perspective of R&D PIE, a MLP (Multi-level Perspective), which had been conducted as an abstract theoretical study, was attempted with specific cases and analysis for each of the three layers: niche, landscape, and regime. In conclusion, R&D PIE was intended to elevate the abstract R&D investment evaluation system to a platform that leads innovation in the digital space of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, it was confirmed that the R&D PIE could be replaced or enhanced as a platform for innovation in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, thereby providing an alternative to job creation and an escape from economic crisis.

We have developed a prototype super-high-definition (SHD) digital cinema distribution system that can store, transmit, and display eight-million-pixel motion pictures that have the image quality of a 35-mm film movie. The system contains a movie server, a real-time decoder, and an SHB projector. Using a Gigabit Ethernet link and TCP/IP, the server transmits JPEG2000 compressed motion picture data streams to the decoder at transmission speeds as high as 300 Mbps. The received data streams are decompressed by the decoder, and then projected onto a screen via the projector. By using an enlarged TCP window, multiple TCP streams, and a shaping function to control the data transmission quantity, we achieved real-time streaming of SHD movie data at about 300 Mbps between Chicago and Los Angeles, a distance of more than 3000 km. We also improved the decoder performance to show movies with Image qualities of 450 Mbps or higher. Since UDP is more suitable than TCP for fast long-distance streaming, we have developed an SHD digital cinema UDP relay system, in which UDP is used for transmission over a fast long-distance network. By using four pairs of server-side-proxy and decoder-side-proxy, 450-Mbps movie data streams could be transmitted.

Within the article, forms of innovation structures are systematized, and those that exist in Ukraine are identified, their features, purpose and functions are clarified, activities and current state of their functioning are analyzed. It is proved that in the conditions of digital economy, domestic innovation structures are underdeveloped and do not fulfill their leading role at the present stage of innovative development of the country. To understand the importance of effective operation of innovation infrastructure, the main world models of innovation development are considered, and the directions of using the experience of their functioning for Ukraine are determined. The main indicators of innovation activity of Ukraine in the context of regions are analyzed. There is a significant differentiation of innovation indicators in the regional context. The cartographic analysis of innovative activity of regions is presented. The mechanism of definition and implementation of priority directions of innovative activity in the context of the digital economy development is offered.

This paper examined the leapfrogging of Korean Digital TV Industry in the midst of digital Revolution. Despite the lack of sufficient capability and core knowledge base, the Korean firms succeeded in the catching up forerunner firms in the Digital TV industry. The reasons of the success of Korean firms were as follows. Firstly, the Korean firms had some complementary asset, such as the experience of producing analog TV, and were able to develop the prototype digital TV given the accesses to the foreign knowledge via overseas R&D posts and acquisition of a foreign company. Secondly, the Korean firms were not locked in the analog technologies. As a follower, they had little sunk cost on the existing analog technologies. Thirdly, New mode of innovation, such as National R&D program for the development of HDTV and ASIC, were used as a tool for the mobilization of scarce knowledge base of digital technologies and the sharing the risks of development of path-breaking new technologies.

This study aims at examining each firm's decision-makings of complex product and system (hereafter CoPS) innovation strategy, so that it tries to reveal the nature and role of CoPS innovations strategy. And it designed a comparative case study along with qualitative methods, by having two mobile operators' digital rights management (hereafter DRM) innovation in South Korea's digital music service industry. Through literature review, this study formulated three research propositions: (i) Each firm's decision-makings of CoPS innovations strategy are analytical negotiation process among economic actors in an industry; (ii) Each firm's market power originated from its market share from the installed base through network effect and switching cost influence decision-makings of CoPS innovation strategies; (iii) Each firm's decision-makings of different CoPS innovation strategies are related to their intension of achieving better market power, consequently dominant design. Through empirical examination of two mobile operators' decision-makings of DRM innovation strategy, this study empirically verified three research propositions.

Local decentralization and administration innovation is the most important problem the government confronted with at the present time. So local government must be follow them. Therefore, local government need to prepare whole process on this. From now on, local government must be develop own innovation model and strategy then, forward with innovation plan classified by step. This study reviewed the significance and necessary of local administration innovation and examined the necessary of level diagnosis of local administration innovation. And We diagnosed administration innovation of C province, then analyzed the result and proposed Altitude plans of administration innovation.

The purpose of this study is to explore conquest plans of the barrier and resistance in innovation management. In addition, this study is to describe the model of innovation resistance that reflects adoption process stages and identify the factors that drive the resistance of consumers and the barriers. Whenever organizations try to plan and implement some kind of innovation in organizations, they confront the resistance and barriers in many ways. By understanding innovation resistance and barrier, organizations can not only design better innovations but can develop strategies to reduce resistance and conquer the barriers. Thus they accelerate innovation. Also, these results indicate that people resist innovation strongly when it betrays their value, needs and beliefs or when they felt the pressure on self-conviction and mental risk, loss, and lack of knowledge. Understanding the factors that drive the innovation resistance and barrier has important implications for both theoretical development and managerial action.
