디지털 혁신이 기업 재무활동에 미치는 영향: 녹색기술혁신의 매개효과 (The Impact of Digital Transformation on Business Financialization: Mediating Effect of Green Technology Innovation)

  • 본 연구는 국내 중소제조업체들이 디지털 전환을 시도할 때 고려하여야 할 요인을 제시하여 디지털 전환의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 함에 연구의 목적이 있다. 2019년부터 2021년까지의 중소기업 데이터를 활용하여 디지털 전환이 기업의 재무활동에 미치는 영향과 어떠한 디지털 기술이 재무활동에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 디지털 전환과 기업 재무활동 사이의 녹색 기술 혁신의 매개 효과에 대해 추가적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 디지털 기술이 기업 재무활동에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 뒷받침하고 있으며 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술은 기업 재무활동 수준을 상당히 억제하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 녹색기술혁신은 디지털 전환이 녹색기술혁신을 촉진하여 기업의 재무활동을 억제하는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 디지털 전환은 녹색 기술 혁신을 통해 기업 의사결정에 영향을 미치며 디지털 기술과 녹색 프로젝트의 결합을 고려해야 할 것을 제언한다.

  • Purpose - We attempt to provide a background, a review of current development of the digital technologies and their effect on the digital transformation process, and then offer our recommendations for identifying and taking strategic actions to exploit them. More importantly, we also aim to offer important recommendations for policymakers and practitioners how to better advance the innovation system by facilitating the development of digital technologies and take advantage of improvements in digital technologies. Research design, data, and methodology - This study undertakes an extensive and critical review of the digital transformation literature and identifies several important issues with relevant practical examples of best practices in the transition to digital transformation process. Results - This paper finds that digital technologies with strong technological backing have brought technological spillovers to the economy while also generating shocks. Conclusion - To maintain a healthy and developing market order, it is necessary for governments to innovate regulatory models. This study offers several important suggestions for government regulatory innovation that we believe should help to better deploy digital transformation initiatives and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government regulation in contributing more to the high-quality and healthy development of the digital economy.

  • 공유경제의 등장은 디지털 기술을 사회혁신에 활용하는, 디지털 사회혁신을 사회문제의 새로운 해결책으로 주목 받게 하고 있다. 그런데 또 한편으로는 부스러기 공유경제, 주문경제처럼 디지털 기술의 부정적 영향을 우려하는 목소리도 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 사회혁신에 의해 창출되는 가치의 성격과 원천 그리고 작동방식을 밝힘으로써 제기된 의문과 우려에 대한 답을 구해보고자 한다. 먼저 사회혁신이 창출하는 비즈니스 가치의 성격과 원천에 대해 논의하고 디지털 기술에 의해서 창출되는 비즈니스 가치의 성격과 원천을 검토한다. 기부, 연대, 공유라는 사회혁신 활동 창출 가치의 원천, 그리고 디지털 기술이 만들어내는 가치의 원천인 효율성과 효과성을 알아보고 소비자/사용자의 역할을 논의한다. 실제 디지털 사회혁신 성공사례인 행복주차골목 리빙랩의 비즈니스 모델 분석을 통해 창출되는 가치들이 실제 현장에서 어떤 방식으로 발생하고 구현되는지 알아본다.

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Training Activities of the Accounting Major in Universities in Vietnam

  • Accounting is one of the fields greatly affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and the digital transformation trend in particular. However, the digital transformation process will also be a weakness if domestic accounting and auditing training activities do not adapt promptly and keep up with the practical requirements of social needs. Job opportunities in the accounting industry will shrink due to increased labor productivity and increasing support technologies, leading to a decrease in the need for traditional accountants. This paper focuses on clarifying the shortcomings and difficulties in accounting training activities by surveying 120 accounting lecturers teaching at domestic universities. Research results show that there are six existing factors and difficulties in accounting training activities due to the digital transformation process, including: facilities, lecturer capacity, training programs, teaching methods. teaching, assessment methods and practice and practice activities. Based on the survey results, we propose recommendations for training activities due to the impact of digital transformation at universities in Vietnam.

  • In industrialised countries, innovation is a key source of economic growth. Research is a key driver of technological innovation and involves the process of systematic investigation and/or experimentation to discover new knowledge. The Governments' industry innovation policy supports a business focus on Research and Development (R&D) through a range of programs in order to achieve these aims. The Innovation Statement, launched by the Australian Prime Minister in January 2001, commits an additional 53 billion over five years to encourage and support innovation. The Australian Government aims to build world competitive firms and strong research capability in industry to strengthen Australia's international competitiveness and increase national prosperity. It develops policies and programs to enhance investment in innovation. The Australian Government also undertakes analysis and comparisons of innovation policies, instruments and approaches to maintain a leading-edge National Innovation System. This includes analysis of the innovation activities of other nations, and evaluation of the impacts of innovation policies and programs on Australia's institutions and enterprises. 혁신성으로 구분된 두 소비자 집단에서 디지털 컨버전스 제품의 구매요인 영향력 비교 (Comparison between effects of buying factors on two consumer segments by innovative behavior for digital convergence product)

  • In this paper, we examined the difference of the effects of buying factors in two consumer segments divided by the innovative behavior for digital convergence products, and developed relevant managerial implications. As the digital convergence product could be understood as a innovative bundling product, the buying factors of the digital convergence products were clustered in 3 groups : common innovation-bundling factors, innovation factors and bundling factors. Tests for the difference of regression coefficients of the purchasing factors in the two markets show that (1) the early market is affected by both of the common innovation-bundling factors and the innovation factors, while the mainstream market is affected by all of the common innovation-bundling factors. the innovation factors and the bundling factors, (2) the early market is more affected by the technical benefit, while the mainstream market is more affected by the pragmatic benefit, and (3) both of the two markets are affected by the compatibility and the message communicability. The relevant managerial implications for the successive diffusion of the digital convergence products can include (1) in the entire period of the diffusion. enhancing the compatibility between consumer and product concept, performing constant and differentiated marketing communication activities, (2) in the early market of the diffusion, introducing unique innovative product which provides obvious and differential synergy through the convergence, appealing to the technical benefit, and (3) in the mainstream market of the diffusion, improving the qualities and features of individual products for the digital convergence product, appealing to the pragmatic benefit, reducing the complexity of product.

  • 이 글은 최근 주목받고 있는 온라인 청원과 공공문제 해결을 위한 크라우드 소싱 등 디지털 사회혁신(Digital Social Innovation) 사례를 분석하여 시민의 정책 관여가 민주주의에 기여하고 있음을 논증한다. 디지털 사회혁신은 크라우드 소싱이나 온라인 청원과 같은 디지털 기술을 활용하여 정책 수립과 집행 과정에 시민의 참여를 보장하기 위해 노력하는 것이다. 시민의 적극적인 정책 개입을 통해 정책 수립 과정은 물론 정책 자체의 민주성을 강화하는 일련의 과정은 개입 정당성(Throughput Legitimacy)이 강화되는 효과를 가진다. 시민의 동의와 협의 과정은 정책의 투명성, 효과성을 강화함으로써 정책 거버넌스의 질과 효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다. 이 글에서는 개입 정당성이 민주주의의 발전에 기여할 수 있다는 점을 경험 연구로 증명하기 위해 디지털 사회혁신의 다양한 사례들을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 그 동안 산발적이고 다양하게 시도되었던 디지털 사회혁신이 민주주의의 발전적 요소를 가지고 있고, 다양한 가치를 내재하고 있는 현대 사회의 시민의 참여 효능감을 높이는데 일조하고 있다고 평가하였다. 마지막으로 민주주의의 발전을 위한 개입정당성을 확보하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 디지털사회혁신이 가지는 함의에 대해 제시하였다.

  • In recent years, Digital Social Innovation has been emerging at home and abroad and new solutions are being proposed by the perspective of User using digital technology in order to solve social and economic problems of the city. In addition, Living Labs which is an innovative tools and space enable to solve problems doing activities with various participants led by users. Therefore, this study aims to systematically manage the activities of Living Lab in Digital Social Innovation and improves the Living Lab sustainability using the performance indicators which are going to be developed. Furthermore, construct the appropriate indicator of each project process and take test at real Living Labs. As a result, performance indicator was derived from each procedure in the Living Lab project, and proved validity and reliability of the indicators through qualitative and quantitative methods by interviews and the questionnaire from the participants of Living Labs.

  • Digital technology has now pervaded and become an inseparable part of our daily life. The art museum sector is evolving into a business model that adapts to the new digital format due to the requirement for survival and development. This study examines the development state of China's art museum industry and investigates the current business model innovation trend in the art museum industry from three perspectives: reorganization and development of the art museum industry's business model theory; reconstruction of the art museum industry's display and marketing logic; and innovation of the art museum industry's operation mechanism, based on a systematic assessment of domestic and international research. This research can provide reference value for digital technology to drive the innovation of business model in art museum industry. Moreover, the study has important reference significance for the development strategy of art museum industry.
