새로운 정보통신 테크놀러지는 우리 사회를 완전히 변모시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라 정부에게도 시민들을 위한 새롭고 가치 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 전자정부 서비스를 통해 정부 신뢰에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 선행요인들을 살펴보고 이 요인들의 신뢰에 대한 직, 간접적인 영향 정도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 전자정부 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 한 가설 검증결과, 서비스가치, 참여의식, 혁신성은 정부의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스가치와 혁신성도 참여의식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성이 서비스가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 서비스 가치 및 참여의식이 정부 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 정치적 효능감의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 사업성과분석을 위한 성과조사 과정에서 수집된 사업관련 요구사항과 개선사항에 대해 집대성하고 이에 대한 분석을 통해 정책적 대안을 제시하는 한편, 지원성과 제고를 위한 방안을 제시함으로써 정책융자사업 운용상의 보완점을 도출하고 이를 개선함으로써 지원성과를 극대화할 수 있는 총체적인 방안들을 논의하고 있다. 이를 위해 융자사업 발전을 위한 제도적 정책적 요구사항이 반영된 10가지 정책방안들을 제시하고, 융자사업에 대한 새로운 평가지표의 발굴과 산출식의 개선방안을 도출하는 한편, 융자지원기업들에 대한 융자 후 후속 지원방안으로 K-OTC 및 KONEX시장을 이용한 자금조달방식과 3대 정보포털 라인업을 이용한 맞춤형 정책자금 지원방안도 함께 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 정책융자사업의 효과성 및 효율성을 제고함으로써 IT중소기업 성장기반 조성, 산업활성화 견인, 국민생활의 질 향상, 국가 경제 성장의 견인차 역할이라는 사업목표 달성에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 정부지원중심 스타트업으로의 진입 장벽을 낮추고 정부의 공공정책서비스 개선에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년에 설립한 청년창업자의 스타트업 사례를 통해 예비창업자가 겪는 어려움과 문제점을 파악하고, 정부지원 중심 스타트업을 준비하는 과정에서 예비창업자가 효용성을 체감할 수 있는 실질적으로 도움을 제공할 수 있는 공공서비스의 필요성을 제기하였다. 그리고 정책대상수요자 중심의 스타트업을 성공할 수 있도록 멘토링서비스를 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 정부지원중심 스타트업을 준비하는 예비창업자를 위한 공공정책서비스 개발에 공공서비스디자인의 프로세스와 방법론을 채택 및 적용하는 것이 유효함을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 정부가 공공정책서비스를 개발 및 개선하고자 할 때 고려할 수 있는 하나의 접근 방법을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The rapid popularity of government social media has generated huge amounts of text data, and the analysis of these data has gradually become the focus of digital government research. This study uses Python language to analyze the big data of the Chinese provincial government Weibo. First, this study uses a web crawler approach to collect and statistically describe over 360,000 data from 31 provincial government microblogs in China, covering the period from January 2018 to April 2022. Second, a word separation engine is constructed and these text data are analyzed using word cloud word frequencies as well as semantic relationships. Finally, the text data were analyzed for sentiment using natural language processing methods, and the text topics were studied using LDA algorithm. The results of this study show that, first, the number and scale of posts on the Chinese government Weibo have grown rapidly. Second, government Weibo has certain social attributes, and the epidemics, people's livelihood, and services have become the focus of government Weibo. Third, the contents of government Weibo account for more than 30% of negative sentiments. The classified topics show that the epidemics and epidemic prevention and control overshadowed the other topics, which inhibits the diversification of government Weibo.

Most recently, the development and publication of the ordinance and the manual of policy qualify management is spreading the recognition of quality Control in the public sector. The purpose of this study is to introduce of the system quality Control for local government's policy. So we suggested lessons drew from case study(Daegu metropolitan city, Gumi city) on current introduction. To introduce the system quality Control for local government, we have to gain the sympathy of introduction, second prepare of inducement, last manage PQM flexibility.

Embedded industry has emerged as one of the important industry for u-IT based application service. Technology development related to embedded hardware and software provides the base for the development of U-IT convergence industry. This study intends to suggest a research model to investigate the influence of industry, organization, technology factors on technology performance in the embedded companies. This study adopted research variables such as global network, local network, industry intensity, and technology capability as independent variables, with technology performance as a dependent variable from the existing literatures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of industrial and organizational factors on technology performance of embedded companies SCM systems, including the moderating effect of government support. 94 companies data were collected by survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows. First, local network and technology capability are the important determinants to influence technology performance of embedded companies in direct effect model. Second, global network and industry intensity has more positive influence on technology performance of embedded companies through a moderating variable of government support.

본 연구에서는 전자정부 사용자들의 지각된 인식이 전자정부에 대한 신뢰와 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 대학생들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 전자정부에 대한 지각된 정보보안, 위험, 유용성 등이 전자정부에 대한 신뢰와 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 가설검증의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 지각된 정보보안과 유용성은 전자정부에 대한 신뢰에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 위험은 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 전자정부 사용의도에는 지각된 유용성만이 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 그리고 전자정부에 대한 신뢰수준은 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 논문은 저탄소 녹색성장법이 발효된 상태에서 대구 경북 지역의 지방자치단체와 기업이 이를 어느 정도 인식하고 있는지, 또한 효율적인 정책의 시행을 위한 효과적인 방향은 무엇인지를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 인지도를 조사 분석하여 정책시행에 대한 현 상황을 파악하였다. 그 결과 대구 경북 지역의 기업은 지방자치단체에 비해서 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 인지도 및 협업에 관한 인식이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 향후 저탄소 녹색성장 대한 인지도 향상과 이를 통해 새로운 사업기회를 창출하기 위해서는 기업차원과 정부차원에서 무엇을 해야 할 것인가에 대한 방향을 제시해 준다.

Purpose - This research is aimed to investigate the impact of the Information and Communication Technology (hereinafter ICT) development index and ICT investment on Indonesian economic growth. Research design, data and methodology - The data used consist of ICT development index, government expenditure on ICT sector, and economic growth from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2012 to 2015. Based on the Networked Readiness Index published by the World Economic Forum (WEF), Indonesia was ranked 80^th among 142 countries in 2012 and had climbed 64^th in 2014. This indicates that the businesses in Indonesia have adopted ICTs to increase productivity and expand their activities. Panel data regression analysis is performed to reveal the change of the impact over time in each of the provinces. Result - The ICT development index and government expenditure for ICT have a positive effect on the economic growth of all provinces, although the impact is different in each of the provinces. There is a digital gap between the provinces, especially the large digital gap occurring with DKI Jakarta. The provinces of Eastern Indonesia such as NTT and Papua are still relatively slow in development of ICT. Conclusions - ICT development index and allocation of local government expenditure for ICT have significant effect on economic growth. ICT development index has a bigger role in increasing economic growth.

Web services are deemed as the natural choice for deploy- ing e-government applications. Their use enables e-government to fully get advantage of the envisioned Semantic Web. In this paper, we pro- pose WebDG, a comprehensive Web Service Management System for e-government applications. It aims to improve government-citizen inter- actions through an infrastructure built around the "life experience" of citizens. WebDG provides a framework for automatically composing e- government services, optimized querying services, and preserving privacy.
