Chilli reservoir is agricultural purpose reservoir made in 1945. But its bottom is covered with thick accumulated sewage layer, so its original function has failed. This study conducted cadastral state surveying to survey the state of this area prior to dredging the accumulated bottom sewage layer of Chill reservoir. Prior to cadastral state surveying we analyzed the digital map and aerial photographs of study area. In cadastral state surveying, traversed network was constructed on the road and banks near the reservoir, a surveyed map was made by surveying with Auto-reduction EDM Alidade. From the comparison results of the cadastral map and digital map, we found small chilli reservoir is expressed as rice field on the digital map, and it should be corrected. And when we make digital map and topographic map, the errors will be diminished if we use the cadastral map at the same time.

Recently, a lot of interests are commanding in link practical use of country information and cadastral information for management of efficient country resource and administration of land. As map information, a lot of interests are commanding in construction of synthetic informations system including digital map and cadastral map. In this study, achieves analysis about non-coincidence causes of digital map and cadastral map, and achieve investigation about representative algorithm that is used in conversion of map for correct overlay between two map and opes overlay plan. Also, presented plan that can ready fetters for integration database construction of digital map and cadastral map by achieving study about matching security plan between map and plan elevation of the quality.

Even though the data of digital cadastral map, stored in the Korea Land Information System(hereinafter referred to as "KLIS") has a wide variety of errors, it has been used in a cadastral surveying field without any compensating work. As a result, it has given rise to a lot of problems when we use this digital cadastral map in the cadastral surveying field. That is why we should analyse the accuracy of digital cadastral map which has been stored in the KLIS. In this context, this paper has been intended to provide acceptable proposals with regards to present operation of KLIS or the cadastral re-survey project in the future by analysing the data of digital cadastral map which is one of the layers of the KLIS. Our study results showed that the accuracy of both the location and area in the present KLIS datum was not satisfactory Therefore, in our own judgment, it is necessary to revise cadastral maps more accurately in order to use in the field of cadastral surveying or in carrying out the cadastral re-survey project.

This paper describes the results and possibility of continuous cadastral map compilation with digital camera image. A high quality serial cadastral map can be produced and work efficiency can be increased with using digital aero-photogrammetry when edge matching method could be used to match digital cadastral map.

The Government confirmed the action planning of digital mapping project for major thematic maps based on ‘Revised Plan for The Development of the National Geographic Information System’(NGIS). Mapping for major thematic maps was begun in 1998 when digital mapping project for topographic maps finished due to the delay of the action planning, and will selectively have produced the essential digital thematic maps according to the frequency of usage. The models of topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps around Suwon were produced in accordance with the presented draft. We presented specification for production of the most appropriate topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps through the analysis of the process of production, discussion and error check, and correction of the produced topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps. And we could make it easier to develop digital mapping project of topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps effectively by presenting the strategy for data input and maintenance, the cost model for carrying out the digital thematic map production, digital topographic maps, and the supplement of data model and data format. Topographic-cadastral maps has a wide range of usage but a lot of difficulties in the process of production and map update under use. So it seems that the study on users, university, private sector and municipal self-government must follow for promoting the use of topographic-cadastral maps.

This study is on the development of optimal method for transforming cadastral map to be referred to KGD2002. The method was developed by referring to the method used at transforming Korean National Digital Topographic Map to be referred to KGD2002 and analysing the records about making cadastral map. We tested the method by transforming the cadastral maps of three sample sites and analysing the accuracy of transformed maps. It was proved that the method could be used at transforming cadastral map to be referred to KGD2002 for the propose of being related to National Digital Topographic Map, National GIS data, and so on. We also introduce the longitudinal process for transforming national cadastral maps to be used as a data to verify land ownership.

The present serial cadastral maps, which have lots of problems arisen from map matching processes, have very limited applications. That is, the poor quality of serial cadastral maps has kept us from using them. Therefore, a special project for improving the quality of serial cadastral maps was proposed by korean cadastral specialists to solve those problems. The primary purpose of this study is to provide effective ways of serial cadastral map production by reviewing the errors of the present situation-based serial cadastral map production using GIS and digital orthophoto.

In order to manage the waterfront efficiently, we are to find the efficiency of producing method for digital orthophoto that presents natural form on lands and digital orthophoto cadastral map that presents the range of physical situation and property on lands in this study. Through this study, We can check that digital orthophoto cadastral maps for the boundary management of the waterfront are utilized widely at various field except the main purpose. Thus, we resolve the leading subjects that include the accuracy evaluation on produced maps and the bond edge of map sheet for the cadastral maps in order to drive activistic utilization and application.

Recently, in a field of cadastre, a computerization of cadastral map is in progress with great growth of GSIS field. Also, the needs for the integration of land and building information are widely increasing for integral-management and its application of various land related information. Through a revision of cadastral laws to replace the existing 2D-Cadastre with the 3D-Cadastre, a legal basis to register the position of buildings and facilities is prepared in the governmental or civil fields. This paper presented 3D-Cadastre theory that has been studied on Europe and surveyed building position directly with Totalstation at cadastral control point after choosing pilot test area, Also, the most efficient surveying method of registering building in a cadastral map is presented with comparing and analyzing building position after surveying digital orthophoto and digital map.

The :Ministry of Transportation and Construction has a plan to finish up the construction of digital topographic map which is based. on airphoto intepretation method by the end of 1998 as a part of NQS (National Geogaphic Information System) Project. The digital topographic map, especially 1:1,000 scale, is used as a basemap of many local government's GIS projects. The digital topographic map, however, does not include property information such as cadastral and urbanplan data that are essential for the GIS database of many local governments. This study aims to develop a set of technical guidelines for the construction of digital cadastral map, which can be used together with the 1:1,000 scale digital topographic map, through 1) analysis of the inconsistency between topographic map and cadastral map, 2) comparison of technical methods for the integration of GIS data that have different accuracy, and 3) requirement analysis of the departments related to urban planning of Seoul Metropolitan Govemment. For this research, edited digital cadastral map has been experimentally produced in pilot study area, a part of Hwanghak-dong, Shindang-dong, and Soongin-dong in Seoul.
