This survey was conducted during March to April 2014 in the main stream and tributaries of Xe Pian and Xe Namnoy in order to investigate fish fauna in the Bolaven Plateau. Fish belonging to twenty eight species and eight families were collected from the main stream and tributaries of Xe Namnoy and Xe Pian during the survey period. Among them, Devario salmonatus, Poropuntius bolovenensis, Annamia sp., Sewellia elongata, Schistura bolavenensis, Schistura sp.1, Schistura sp.2, Schistura sp.3, Schistura sp.4, and Macronathus sp. were endemic species in the Bolaven Plateau, indicating a high prevalence rate of endemic species (35.7%) in the area. Meanwhile, Kottelat (2000, 2013) has been reported that four species of Poropuntius inhabit the Bolaven Plateau. However, the major morphic characteristics of Poropuntius species found in the Bolaven Plateau were mostly overlapped, except for the shape of their mouth. The young fish of Poropuntius (> 70 mm SL) have only generalized mouth while the of adult fish the shape of their mouth have two phenotype (narrow and broad). Therefore, it is assumed that Poropuntius species in the Bolaven Plateau has trophic polymorphism as the same species exhibits two different mouth shapes.

The purpose of this study was to offer typical facial shapes Korean women in their 20's to 50's. We used facial photographs of 600 Korean women obtained from $2003\sim2004$ Size Korea Project and we measured these photographs indirectly in this study by utilizing the Venus face2D program. Total 62 measurements on the face were measured and analyzed by statistical methods. The results were as follows. First of all, the mean of face length was 196mm, top face length was 62.3mm, middle face length was 68.9mm, bottom face length was 66.5mm, mean of forehead width was 125.1mm. As based on those average sizes, we proposed a average facial size and shape of Korean women and a average facial size and shape of 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's in this study. When examined characteristic of 20's facial shape, it was recognized that the width of forehead was wider and the width of gnathion was smaller than other age groups. In the characteristic of 30's facial shape, the ratios of facial length, top of face, middle of face and bottom of face were balanced well, as comparing with other age groups. Overall, the values of facial measurement of 30's were similar to the averages of total women. In the facial shape of 40's, mean length and width of face each were the smallest among each age group. The eye shape of 40's was more drooped than the average eye shape and the protrusion of the zygomatic bone was significantly different. In case of the facial shape of 50's, it was similar to the facial shape of 40's, but mean lengths and widths of 50's face were slightly larger than the values of 40's. The eye shape of 50's was more drooped than average group and the eye length was the smallest among all age groups.

In this study, foot shapes were compared between the men in their 20's and 60's, with the application of 3-dimensional measurement data, and the classification was established in consideration of each of their features. The results are as follows: 1. The investigation into the differences between the groups for the 3-dimensional measurement items of the men in their 20's and 60's indicated that those in their 20's had larger values than those in the 60's age group for all of the length items, while those in the 60's age group had larger values for all of the angle items. 2. The analysis of the constituting factors for the feet of those in their 60's and 20's resulted in the 7 items for the 20's age group and 8 items for those in the 60's age group. 3. The comparison of foot classifications for the 60's age group and 20's age group presented 3 types each for both groups, but the features of each type was different. To examine each characteristic by each type and age group, following can be determined of the 60's age group. Type 1 had a thick instep, high malleolus position and heel and a thick formed ankle. Type 2 the entire foot was small, and the big toe was formed in such a way that it tened to bend toward the inside. When the whole size compared with similar Type 1, Type 3 had a low instep, a low heel, the big toe did not bend and ankle form was thin. The following can be determined of the 20's age group. Type 1 had narrow width a thin ankle and the big toe was formed in such a way that it bended toward the inside. Compared with length, Type 2 had wide width and a thick ankle. Type 3 had a larger overall size, thick instep and wide and the toe was big, but the characteristic of inside and outside of a malleolus position was low and the big toe's form showed no tendencies to bend.
'Play' itself is enough of a motivation for anyone to do it. Still, it will be very difficult to continue to enjoy meaningless and aimless repetition of fights, mimicking, chases, discoveries or changing of sceneries by the mechanism alone. Of course, in rare occasions there are games like Tetris which can be enjoyed on its great gameplay alone for hours. But for most cases, players need goals, initiatives, and dynamism through storytelling for their experiences to be a rich one. Validity and feasibility of storytelling in games has always existed with plenty of skepticism. However, as games evolved from some small play mechanisms for spare times to a major entertainment with recognizable volume and content, a need to keep players interested and participating has made storytelling an essential ingredient. Storytelling within games has to have different meanings and shapes to existing narratives. Hence, new definition and methodology must emerge and studies has been active. If a case can be made so that a tested and tried methodology that has been successful for other media can be substituted for games, then it can bring a new direction to the ongoing studies. This study will borrow some methodology from cinema which can sometimes be seen as opposite to games and sometimes as something games want to be alike.
RF (radio-frequency) probes of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance are one of the important factors and should be designed and built properly depending upon the geometry of the samples and the information. In general there are two kinds of rf probes : one encircles the sample while the other is placed on the surface of the sample. However, in case that the samples on human internal organs have a tube shape, the two kinds of rf probes, as specified above, are usually unsuitable for the internal imaging due to the degradation of signal-to-noise ratios (SNR's). In this case a probe should be positioned as close to the area as possible by putting the probe in the tubelike sample to improve filling factor In the present study inside-out probes have been constructed in the three different shapes such as an anti-solenoidal, a saddle and a dual surface types. RF-field distributions have also been calculated depending upon the geometrical changes of anti-solenoid probes. Moreover, the performance of the inside-out probes has been checked by measuring SNR's of the images acquired. The inside-out probes constructed in this study produced better SWR's and rf-field uniformity in the area close to the probes in comparing with any other commercial probes. There is a high feasibility that the constructed probes in the present study are applicable to the diagnosis of human bodies.

To properly prepare teeth, dentists require a direct view of the working area and are often placed in a difficult position, moreover, a high proportion of dentists suffer from headache and back pain. Dentists who make use of the dental mirror and position their patients carefully to gain a proper view report less headache, pain and discomfort in the shoulders. It is recommended that dentists learn the "Home Position(H.P.)" which among the various "Random Position(R.P.)" methods, enables dentists to approach their patients in a stable posture. The purpose of this study was to compare tooth preparation in the H.P. and the R.P., and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the H.P.. Tooth preparation for a full cast crown was performed on the maxillary left 1st molar using the H.P. and the R.P., and the shapes of the prepared tooth surfaces at the two different operating positions were compared. The amount of occlusal reduction, marginal width, height, and axial taper were measured and analyzed. A T-test was performed separately to compare the results of the H.P. and the R.P. with respect to the accuracy of the corresponding tooth reduction. The results were as follows. ; 1. The amount of occlusal reduction was excessive on the mesiobuccal cusp(P<0.05), and deficient on the lingual cusp in the H.P.(P<0.01). In the R.P., this was excessive on the buccal cusp and deficient on the fossa and distolingual cusp(P<0.01). 2. The amounts of marginal width were excessive in all areas except on the lingual and mesial surfaces in the H.P. and lingual surface in the R.P.(P<0.01). 3. The marginal heights were achieved more accurately in the R.P. than the H.P.(P<0.01). 4. Axial surface taper was excessive in all areas in the H.P.(P<0.01). But the axial taper of measured areas was even, and tooth is more like to retain its original axis after reduction. In the R.P., axial surface taper was excessive on the mesial and buccal area, and deficient on the distolingual area(P<0.01), and therefore, the axis of the prepared teeth was tipped in the distolingual direction. 5. The times needed for preparation were 12 minutes and 49 seconds in the H.P., and 11 minutes and 35 seconds in the R.P., and the R.P. was statistically faster(P<0.01). The tooth preparation in the H.P. achieved its goal, in that it enabled the operator to make even tooth reduction. In conclusion, the H.P. system offers an improved method that can be used in clinic after specific training.

Bulgogi sauces containing electron beam-irradiated garlic powder (1%, 3%, and 5%) were used to compare their irradiation status before and after pasteurization ($85^{\circ}C$, 30 min), using a thermoluminescence (TL) analysis by two different laboratories. The sauces with non-irradiated ingredient only provided a background TL glow curve with a maximum peak after $300^{\circ}C$. However, the presence of irradiated ingredient (1 and 10 kGy) was evident through the typical TL glow curves in a temperature range of 150 to $250^{\circ}C$. The concentration of irradiated ingredients showed a greater impact on identification characteristics than their radiation doses. TL ratios ($TL_1/TL_2$) were not able to confirm the results showing evidence of irradiation through the TL glow curve shapes. Pasteurization showed a negligible effect on the key identification parameters and did not change the shape or temperature range of radiation-specific TL glow peak, but reduced TL glow curve intensity. TL glow curve shape with the maximum peak in a temperature range of $150{\sim}250^{\circ}C$ was the most useful characteristic providing information required for confirming the irradiation status.
The purpose of this study is to examine the value of grotesque fashion and to predict the future fashion trend. The grotesque originates the formative art. It emerges towards of a century or transitional period in most case. In particular, it was used as the expressive method of an individual's inside and a satire on society through the work of artists in the Middle Age, the renaissance, the sym-bolism, the dadaism, the surrealism, the pop art, the technology art, and the post-modernism, etc. The grotesque in fashion is represented in the work of avant-garde fashion designers who lead the high fashion. The grotesque fashion which was combined with an image of non-formality, non-rationality, an absurdity and reality. It has been begun shape of female dress in the renaissance. Afterwards, it was represented in extremely exaggerated and distorted pop art, hippies' fashion in the 1960's. In the 1970's, it was reflected in genderless rock star and destructive punk fashion. It was also represented in the androgynous fashion which was combined with both sexes, the goth/gothic fashion which was expressed with a realistic and fanciful shape and the tattoo of skin-head in the 1980's. In the 1990's, the grungy look which was dirty and the cyber punk fashion. In general, it was also expressed by the avant-garde fashion designers. To sum up, a grotesque fashion which is expressed by experimental designers is classified into four shapes. 1, Union of some extraneous is expressed as different kinds of fashion theme, such as abnormality of texture, uses of surrealistic elements and chaos of sex. Although it appears that the abnormal union of grotesque has only discord and collision, it also shows a feeling of freedom for the tension. 2. Introduction of real and fanciful image is expressed as a cyborg, realistic description of disgusting animal skin and aggressive shape. Especially, it is worth while to notice Tierre Mugler and Alexander Macqueen's work which expressed the shape of mingling human of Middle Age. 3. distortion or exaggeration is expressed as an unformed shape, the exaggeration of a clothing size, the abnormal exaggeration of human body and the ignorance of clothing form. 4. Introduction of a disgusting image is expressed as an extremity of reality, motifs of death, clothing material of disgusting hair and the ostentation of sex. Motto which leads modern fashion is something new and shocking. The grotesque fashion is an expression of eagerness for something new. It often show something ironic in the form of humor which is embedded in an abnormal and shocking pattern. The grotesque fashion is represented as an extreme beauty. It will stand as an important element of the future fashion and as a particular style with the change and fluidity.

Impingement of a high power laser pulse (above 1 GW/$cm^2$) on a metal foil causes its ablation, which is characterized by a rapid expulsion of matter and the initiation of a strong shock wave inside the solid metal. The shock propagates through the foil and reverberates on the rear side, causing its deformation and microparticle ejection, which were deposited on the foil prior to ablation. Based on this principle, we are developing a new drug delivery system - Biolistic gun. Current study is focused on the controllability, stability, efficiency of the system, and characterization of the penetration shapes in various conditions. We have tested the system by applying direct and confined ablation. Several different media combinations were used for confinement-BK7 glass, water, BK7 glass with water, and succulent jelly(ultrasono jelly, RHAPAPHRM). Biological tissue was replicated by a 3% gelatin solution. Present data shows that the confinement results in enhancement of penetration shape reached by 5 um cobalt microparticles. Based on the analysis of the experimental results we observe that the penetration shape of microparticles can be controlled by adjusting the thickness of confinement media.

The joining of aluminum and HSS (high-strength steel) by the conventional clinching process is limited by the low formability of HSS. Defects in the clinching joint, such as necking of the upper sheet, cracks, and lack of interlocking, are produced by the different ductility properties of HSS and aluminum. In this study, we propose the hole clinching process for joining Al6061 and SPFC440, in which deformation of SPFC440 is avoided by drilling a hole in the SPFC440. The dimensions of the interlocking in the hole-clinched joint necessary to provide the required joint strength were determined. Based on the volume constant of the hole clinching process, the shapes of the tools were designed by finite element (FE)-analysis. A hole clinching experiment was performed to verify the proposed process. A cross-section of the joint showed good agreement with the results of the FE-analysis. The lap shear strength was found to be 2.56 kN, which is higher than required joint strength.
