여성의 외모가 직장생활에 미치는 영향 - 은행근무 대상자를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Physical Appearance of Business Women on their Career - Focused on the Women workers at Commercial Banks in Korea -)

  • With the women's education level higher and gender equality more promoted, women's opportunity of taking part in business is increasing. Entering the emotional age which counts self-image as being important, there is a view that woman's appearance has a direct relation to their social life. The research is to examine the hypothesis and important factors for women workers at banks for their successful career, that is, to verify the effects of women's appearances on their social life, furthermore, to help female applicants for a bank and the bank clerks have a desirable social life. The subjects were 200 male and 100 female bank clerks and the research was analyzed on the basis of a total of 300 questionnaires. The results are as follows: first, 52 percent of male subjects responded that the factors of "sociability" and "character and good manners" are the most important in social life, while 47 percent of female subjects answered the factor of "ability" is so. Second, 61.5 percent of male and 84 percent of female respondents answered that woman's appearance has a potent influence on their social life. Third, 76 percent of male and 90.9 percent of female respondents answered that when the companies employ woman workers, they take woman's appearance into consideration. It shows even at job interviews that good-looking applicants are in a better position, for bankers must consult with many customers and so their neat and tidy appearance such as their natural make-up and decent hair style (short-hair style) is one of significant factors to perform their jobs. Therefore, appearance managements are primary for women bankers to work at their workplace.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptions of children and their activities in everyday lives during the late period of the Goryo Dynasty. The historical method was used and the materials for analysis were the literatures written from the late thirteenth century to the fourteenth century in the Goryo Dynasty, such as 'the Ikjaijip'(익재집), 'Mokeunjip'(목은집), 'Yangchonjip'(양촌집). According to the results, the perspective on the nature of a chad was that children were inherently good with the true character which was given from natural laws and that each child was born with different natural endowment. Also, the notions on child development were that the infancy was a pure and perfect period which us not contaminated by temperament and worldly desires, instead of the developmental model that childhood is as a stage and the child must develop from the state of incompetence to the state of maturity. In addition, there were the principles for development that were keeping the innate ideal state and fostering it from the earliest time as infants were born with innate ideal state or ability. The concepts of children's characteristics were considered that they were inclined to make much noise and movement, but to have the plain and straightforward expressions and consistency in their feelings and everyday activities. And intelligent abilities for learning were often considered as desirable traits. In everyday lives, children did the household chores such as caring for livestock and silkworms or embroidering. Among their games were exploring activities, free plays using natural materials, pretend-plays, bamboo-stilts riding, and Yutnori.

사진지리학의 역할과 범위 (A Study on the Problem for discussion about Photogeography)

  • 지리학(地理學)은 장소에 관한 학문이며, 장소를 관찰하는 것으로부터 연구가 시작된다. 지리학을 발전시키기 위해서는 그 장소에 관한 정보를 기록하고, 그 기록을 연구자료로서 축적하고, 전달하는 것이 필요하다. 사진지리학(寫眞地理學)은 사진의 기록성(記錄性)과 예술성(藝術性)을 지리학에 접목시킨 것이다. 즉 사진지리학은 지리학연구(地理學硏究)나 지리교육(地理敎育)에 있어 영상매체(映像媒體)로서의 제사진(諸寫眞)을 어떻게 효과적으로 이용할 수 있는가를 연구해 가는 것이다. 지리학에 있어 이용되는 사진은 그 성격상 크게 지리사진(地理寫眞)과 일반사진(一般寫眞)으로 나눌 수 있으며, 형태상으로 크게 정사진(靜寫眞)과 동사진(動寫眞)으로 구분된다. 일반적인 단사진(單寫眞), 슬라이드, 항공사진(航空寫眞), 위성사진(衛星寫眞) 등은 정사진에 해당되며, 비디오, 영화 등은 동사진에 속하는 것이다. 지리사진(地理寫眞)은 결과적으로 지리적인 정보가 찍혀 들어간 것만이 아니라, 처음부터 확실히 그러한 정보를 찍으려고 하지 않으면 안 되는 것이다. 사진지리학자(寫眞地理學者)들에게 요구되는 것은 사진을 지리학적으로 볼 수 있는 안목, 보다 효과적인 지리사진을 촬영할 수 있는 기술, 같은 내용을 효과적으로 표현하여 전달할 수 있는 예술적 감각 등이다. 따라서 이들에 대한 연구와 개발은 곧 사진지리학이 풀어가야 할 과제가 된다.

The Effect of Archery Experiential Learning Program on Children's Communication and Peer Relationship

  • In modern society, the optimal physical environment is constantly changing due to IT development, and it is provided with convenience. In this age environment, the children are growing up thinking that the value of community consciousness through relationship with others is not important in the social reality in which various ways and environments that can be done by themselves are succeeding. No matter how rapidly the world changes, a diverse learning environment is needed that establishes desirable human relationships and recognizes community consciousness and values. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of general children(elementary school 4th, 5th, and 6th graders) on the communication and peer relationship of the children participating in the archery experiential learning program, to emphasize the importance of physical activity programs, and also by analyzing the relationship between communication and improvement of peer relationship and to understand the effect of the archery experiential training learning which is one of exercise program. In order to verify the research problems, 30 experimental group and 30 comparative group were composed of 4th, 5th, and 6th grade elementary schools in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju metropolitan city. The experiment group was participated in the archery experiential learning program for a total of 10 sessions, once a week for 60 minutes, and conducted a questionnaire survey. In this study, we examined the effect of archery experiential learning program on improving children 's communication and peer relationship ability. Thus, it showed that archery experiential learning program can be one of the important educational methods to promote the healthy character and development of children.

소규모 학교공간혁신 효과성 분석 (Analysis of Effects of Small School Space Innovation)

  • 학령인구의 급격한 감소에 따른 학교의 소규모화가 가속화되고 있으며, 지역 및 학교 소멸에 대한 위기가 고조되고 있는 상황에서 소규모학교에서 미래교육 대응에 대한 필요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 미래에는 유연한 교육과정, 디지털·인공지능 기반의 교실 수업 개선 등과 같은 교육과정을 통해서 학생들의 학교생활 만족도 향상, 창의성 및 인성 함양, 학업성취도 향상, 협력적 소통 역량 강화와 교사들의 교수학습 방법의 변화 등의 교육적 효과가 중요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 학교공간혁신 등 학교시설을 미래지향적인 공간으로 변화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 소규모 학교에서 미래형 교육체제가 무엇인지를 살펴보았고 학교공간 변화와 학교교육 상관관계, 스마트 환경 등 공간혁신의 교육적 효과와 지속가능성에 대한 인식을 중점적으로 분석하여 향후 소규모학교 공간혁신사업의 바람직한 추진 방향을 제시하였다.

후계어민 육성을 위한 어촌지역 중등교육과 사회 교육의 연계방안 (A Research on a Joined Project of Social Education and Village Secondary School Education for Raising The Number of Successors to Fishery)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between social education and secondary education of seaside and sea village schools for supporting the successors to fishery. Objects of the study were five groups; 321 fishermen, 107 staff members of a Fishery Guidance Center, 1, 001 students, 306 teachers of sea villages, 193 staff members of a Fishery Cooperative Association. The total number of people being object of this study was 1, 876 persons. The questionaire used for this study was made after preliminary counseling with fishermen in sea villages and teachers in seaside schools. The results of this study are as follow ; 1) About the value of Fishery and successors to Fishery There have been more positive responses than negative ones to the question on the value of fishery. The main reason for positive responses lies in the potentiality for development of fishery but the negative responses are because of the heavy work. 56.8% of the respondents expected an increasing number of successor to fishery, but 43.2% of the respondents had a negative foresight on that problem. The negative respondents stated that the fisherman that moved from the sea villages to the urban areas are responsible for the none increasing numbers of successors to fishery. Most of the respondents answered that government support is needed in order to increase the number of successors to fishery. 2) Social education for Fishermen Only 40% of fishermen know the Fishing Village Guidance Center as the main institute for social education. 94.17% of the respondents prefer plural institutes to single ones. 5.9% of the respondents answered with opposit opinions. 40.4% of the respondents answered that technical teachings has not often been practised. The reason why technical teaching does not often come into effect are as follows; lack of technical expertise, insufficient concern of staff members of the Guidance Center or the Cooperation Association. Also fishermen answered that the Fisherman Guidance Center does not often practise technical education. The Fishery Cooperation Association with its social education for fisherman takes the role of education for the economical way and carries out financial assistance. The relationship between the Fishery Cooperative Association and fishermen is presented satisfactory. However, the frequency of education is not satisfactory. Indifferences between staff members of the Fishery Cooperative Association does not carry out fishery education very often. Also loaned money matters were not satisfactory. 3) Secondary education for Fishery This study showed that it is desirable that the practical course of middle schools in islets and seaside villages take education on fishery ; however, a few schools only take the practical course fishery. Most of the fishery high schools want computer education as a new recommendable course. The students of fishery high schools want computer education as a new recommendable course. Over 80% of the respondents agreed that the principals of schools in islets and sea side villages should be men having majored in fishery. 4) The connection between social education and secondary education for fishery a. It is desirable that the principal and vice principal of secondary schools in islets and sea side villages are men majored in fishery. b. It is recommendable that fishery courses are taken as practical courses in fishery village schools for it is helpful to relate between the vocation and the district's special character, as well as to built up relation between the middle school education and the fishery high school education. c. The teachers of fishery high schools and the officials of government offices which are related to fishery should work together to realize a program on teaching various kinds of techniques and give other useful informations to fishermen. d. During the vacations the fishery high school could be used for the social education of fishermen. Seminars on fishery technique and cultural aspects could be held. Especially a spiritual education which is needed for the improvement of the society of fishermen could be achieved by a cultural education. e. On the state level a financial support to raise the number of successors to fishery, a national policy for the betterment of the life of fishermen, as well as active publicity activities are necessary. f. A financial support of the government for raising the number of the successors to fishery is needed. For this purpose a fishery education performed on a state level would be desirable.

학교 교육과정에서 행복개념의 도입에 대한 탐색적 연구 - 기술.가정교과에서 행복역량강화를 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Research on the Introduction of the Concept of Happiness in the School Curriculum - Focusing to enhance Capabilities of Happiness on Technology and Home Economics Education Curriculum -)

  • 소득이 일정수준에 도달하고 기본욕구가 충족되면 소득이 증가해도 행복지수는 올라가지 않는다고 한다. 이러한 현상의 대표적 사례가 이스털린의 역설이라고 설명하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 국민소득이 2만 달러가 넘었는데도 삶의 질은 높지않고 유엔의 행복보고서에서는 한국의 행복지수가 10점 만점에서 5.8점으로 150개 중 56위에 머무르고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본연구의 목적은 첫째, 행복역량은 교육을 통해 강화될 수 있는가? 둘째, 기술 가정 교과의 가정교과 영역의 행복역량교육 강화교과로서의 타당성은 어떠한가? 라는 연구문제를 가지고 이론적 연구와 전문가 심층면접을 통한 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 개인당 GNP 2만 달러에 달하는 경제수준에 와 있는 국가로서 국가수준의 교육과정에서 추구하는 인간상을 구현하기 위해서는 교육을 통해 행복역량을 강화하는 교육을 펼쳐야 하며 행복은 교육을 통해 강화할 수 있다고 결론 내렸다. 특히 행복역량강화를 위해서는 생활경험을 통해 행복역량을 강화하는 것이 필요한데 학교 교육과정에서는 기술 가정교과의 가정교과 영역이 행복역량 강화를 위해 타당함을 알 수 있었다.

농촌마을종합개발사업에 있어 주민참여 실태와 성과에 관한 연구 - 전남농촌마을을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Actual Situation and Performance of Residents Participation in the Comprehensive Development Project of Rural Villages - Focused on the Jeonnam Rural Village -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual situation of residents' participation in rural development projects, to identify their performance and problems, and suggest ways to develop desirable villages in rural areas. From reviewing relevant pre-studies, this study was done by interview, questionnaire, and observation targeting 140 leaders and residents of exampled village of the project in Jeollanam-do, as well as by listening opinions of relative experts. This study is largely classified into 4 parts, review of character and appearing background of village development project, review of theoretical discussion about residents' participation, evaluation of accomplishments and analysis of participation, and establishing a model for habitants-participating village development project and how to improve it. As a result of questionnaire, it was found urgent for habitants to convert their thinking about village development and their participation in it, to realize a model of this project, as well as political stimulus to promote that. Therefore, measures must be required to improve current village development projects and to promote them. First of all, a preparation period is required to sufficiently provide the village where habitants are willing to participate in, from the state of place selection. Besides, it is required to run away from profit-making businesses aiming at foreign people, to improvement of residents' welfare in a long term, and enhanced resources management in a broad view. Waste of working expenses seems to be solved through direct operation by a corporation in charge of profit-making businesses, under superstition of residents' community. Finally conclusion, expansion and practicalization of education to residents are essential, to promote their participation in rural development projects. Especially it must be practical education for habitants such as 'community-ship' or 'technology education in each interesting part,' rather than tour of other villages and unilateral lectures from experts. Along with this, a long term plan and systematic participation is more essential. Since planning itself can be mutual learning to enhance residents' capacity, a chance must be established to discuss and plan each part including resources-research, by making them participate in.

인터넷 최상위 한자 도메인의 국제 생성 규칙(LGR)을 위한 검토 대상 이체자 묶음 선정 방안 연구 (A Study on a Method of Selecting Variant Groups to be Reviewed for LGR (Label Generation Rule) of Internet Top-Level Hanja Domain)

  • 이 논문은 인터넷 최상위 한자 도메인의 국제 생성 규칙(LGR)을 위하여 검토 대상 이체자 묶음 선정 방안을 연구한다. 한자 도메인의 국제 생성 규칙을 정하는데 있어 가장 어려운 점은 한자 이체자를 어떻게 처리할 것인가이다. 만일 이체자가 들어간 도메인들(보기: 동해국(東海國), 동해국)이 각각 다른 주소로 접속된다면 혼란이 일어나므로 같은 주소로 접속되는 것이 바람직하다. 그런데 한중의 이체자 묶음이 같지 않으므로 한중의 이체자 묶음을 통합할 필요가 있다. 이런 이유로 저자는 중국 이체자 묶음 3093개에 대한 검토 작업을 진행하다가 한국 한자가 전혀 없거나 한 글자만 있는 중국 이체자 묶음은 한국이 검토할 필요가 없음을 발견하였다. 한국은 중국 이체자 묶음 가운데 한국 한자가 2자 이상 있는 것만 검토하면 된다. 이렇게 함으로써 저자는 한국이 검토해야 할 중국 이체자 묶음의 개수를 3093개에서 303개로 줄일 수 있었는데, 이는 원래 중국 이체자 묶음 개수의 1/10 이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법에 따라 중국 이체자 묶음 303개에 대한 검토가 마무리되면 중국과의 협의를 통해 인터넷 최상위 한자 도메인의 국제 생성 규칙을 정하는 작업이 가속화될 것이다.

관광객행동특성 분석을 통한 백제문화제 발전 및 개선방안 (The Development of Baekje Cultural Festival & Reform Measure by Using Tourist Behavior Characteristic Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 경제적 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 관광자원 중에서 두드러지는 자원중의 하나인 지역축제에 관한 연구이다. 지역축제들이 적극적 이벤트로 잘 포장되어 개발될 때 관광객들이 그 지역주민과 커뮤니케이션을 공유하게 되며, 결국에는 문화적 체험을 할 수 있는 고부가가치 관광자원이 될 수 있다. 지역을 대표할 수 있는 축제인 부여 백제문화제는 제 51 회 대회가 2005 년 10월 3 일 ${\sim}$10월 5 일(3일간)간 지속적으로 개최되고 있는 커다란 지역문화제라고 할 수 있다. 전국 3 대 문화제중 하나인 백제문화제는 지역단위 행사가 아닌 전 국민이 함께 느끼고 즐기며 배울 수 있는 전국 최고의 전통문화축제를 지향하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부여 백제문화제 방문객들에 대한 주요 선택속성 요인들을 찾아내고, 밝혀낸 선택속성 요인을 근거로 대응일치분석을 통하여 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 선호도를 살펴보고 이에 따른 방문객 유치증대에 기여하고자 한다 또한, 축제 선택속성 요인이 재방문 의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝혀내고, 우리나라의 대표적인 지역문화축제라고 할 수 있는 부여 백제문화제의 문제점 및 장 단점을 분석하여 향후 지역축제 개최시 보다 많은 관광객유치와 관광수입을 올릴 수 있는 개선방안을 강구하고자 한다.
