제어계측 시스템 환경에서의 사이버 보안 통제 지원 시스템 (A System for Supporting The Cyber Security Control of I&C System)

  • 제어계측 시스템과 정보시스템은 서로 차이가 있으며 두 시스템의 보안설계가 다르다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제어계측 시스템의 보안통제를 설계하기 위해서는 보안통제가이드를 기본으로 한 정책 설정 및 모델링 작업의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제어계측시스템 환경에서 사이버 보안 통제를 지원하기 위하여 보안규제 가이드를 기반으로 역할, 보안 통제 별 및 문서간의 관계스키마를 설계하였고, 설계된 스키마는 보안규제가이드를 준수하기 위한 사이버 보안 통제 구축 지원 시스템의 계획, 설계, 구현을 지원 하는 데이터베이스와 내용으로 활용이 가능하다. 이후 제안된 스키마를 활용하여 시스템 프로세스를 설계하고 제어계측 시스템에 최적화된 보안통제지원 시스템을 개발한다.

자동차 보닛금형의 자동설계 지원시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Automatic Design Supporting for Automobile Bonnet Tools)

  • In this study a 3-D automatic die design supporting system for a bonnet panel has been developed using Pro/ROGRAM of the widespread CAD software Pro/ENGINEER A standard drawing die was defined in terms of the punch profile, the die face geometry, and the blank sheet size. The strip layout of a trimming die was defined, in addition, in terms of the trimming line and the locations of scrap cutters. Necessary relations for each design step are formulated and rules for bottom-up type 3-D die design were set up for the automatic design of drawing and trimming dies of a bonnet. With the input geometric data of punch profile, die face, and blank sheet, this 3-D design supporting system could complete the basic design process, in case of the bonnet drawing die, in a time 78% shorter than that required by a typical 2-D CAD system. The new design system showed remarkable design efficiency also when it was applied to the case of redesign and modification of the previous standard output for a different car type.

관광통계 프로세스 설계 지원 도구 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Supporting Tool for Tourism Statistics Process Design)

  • 본 연구는 관광통계 프로세스 설계 지원 도구 개발을 통하여 업무 프로세스를 설계하고, 시스템을 구축함으로써, 관광통계를 체계적이고, 통합적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하고 관광개발계획 의사결정 지원도구로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목표하에 정보공급자, 정보생산자, 정보활용자의 3가지 요소로 이루어진 관광통계 프로세스 설계 지원 도구를 개발하였다. 이러한 프로세스 설계 지원 도구는 기존의 개발계획지표가 관광 관련 정책결정 및 개발계획수립에 효율적의 활용될 수 있도록 업무프로세스를 개선하고 시스템 구조를 합리화시킬 수 있다. 프로세스 설계 지원 도구를 활용하여,49개의 업무 프로세스를 설계하였고, 외부 기관과 연계되는 합리적인 데이터베이스를 설계하여, 관광통계정보시스템을 구축하였다. 그 결과 관광개발계획 수립시, 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있게 되었다.

  • This paper presents a component-based integration framework and its software component architecture for supporting the rapid integration of legacy design supporting systems in the distributed environment. Also, using standard interface, this software component architecture provides flexibility, extensibility and compatibility which ensure software components to be independent of the integration middleware and systems to be integrated.

  • Design works consist of essential works and subsidiary works. Essential design works means designing creative ideas and productive ideas, while subsidiary design works means helping essential works those are making data tables and specification sheets, checking CAD data's integrity. Subsidiary design works forms the bulk of the whole design process and affects the time limit of delivery. Therefore we propose the automatic data matching system for CAD data's integrity. Proposed system is automatic system supporting subsidiary design works. The data matching system consists of three parts; 1) automatic generation of data tables 2) supporting module for checking CAD data's integrity between Drawings 3) automatic generation of spec. sheets. Developed system was tested in LCD equipment manufacture company and was found to be useful system.

연약지반 깊은 굴착에서 지보재 및 지반 파괴 사례 연구 (Case Study of Ground and Supporting System Failure in Soft Ground Deep Excavation)

  • We find out many soft ground deep excavation cases where results of careless overexcavation accelerate the advance of loosening zone of adjacent ground, bucklings of struts and bottom heaves happen due to delayed supporting time. This article introduces a soft ground deep excavation case where steel pipe sheet piles were used with struts as an earth retaining system. There were 2 times of buckling in the supporting system and heaving of bottom ground due to overexcavation and insufficient penetration depth of the steel pipe sheet piles. The effort of this article aims to improve and develop the technique of design and construction in the coming projects having similar ground condition and supporting method.

  • A research shows that a new category of software, Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC), is now emerging, allowing discrete manufacturers to once again distinguish themselves on their products and innovations. CPC permits discrete manufacturers to significantly improve the core processes around the management functions associated with the complete product life cycle that are the basis of their existence. As a way to develop computing tools of CPC to support a design process of product, a web-based design supporting system was constructed in the paper. The system consists of C-Product system and Net Meeting Communication system to improve communications between designers and persons for verification of design. The product data files of C-Product system were designed by Pro/Engineer and converted to 3D Viewer format for being used in the web browser. Also, Net Meeting Communication system and Database were developed using ASP and Microsoft SQL 2000 Server to share diverse files that can be utilized to design on the web in real time.

플랜트 설비 지지용 대안 강구조 시스템의 내진성능 (Seismic Performance of Alternative Steel Structural Systems for an Equipment-Supporting Plant Structure)

  • In this study, alternative seismic force-resisting systems for plant structure supporting equipment were designed, and the seismic performance thereof was compared using nonlinear dynamic analysis. One alternative seismic force-resisting system was designed per the requirement for ordinary moment-resisting and concentrically braced frames but with a reduced base shear. The other seismic force-resisting system was designed by accommodating seismic details of intermediate and unique moment-resisting frames and special concentrically braced frames. Different plastic hinge models were applied to ordinary and ductile systems based on the validation using existing test results. The control model obtained by code-based flexible design and/or reduction of base shear did not satisfy the seismic performance objectives, but the alternative structural system did by strengthened panel zones and a reduced effective buckling length. The seismic force to equipment calculated from the nonlinear dynamic analysis was significantly lower than the equivalent static force of KDS 41 17 00. The comparison of design alternatives showed that the seismic performance required for a plant structure could be secured economically by using performance-based design and alternative seismic-force resisting systems adopting minimally modified seismic details.

3D 프린팅 서비스 기반 개인제조를 지원하는 확장 제품자료관리 시스템 (An Extended Product Data Management System Supporting Personal Manufacturing Based on Connected Consumer 3D Printing Services)

  • The low price around 1000 USD makes consumer 3D printers as a new additive manufacturing platform for the personal manufacturing where consumers can make and sell their own products. To allow the consumers to design and manufacture their products, not only economic 3D printers but also supporting information systems for their design and manufacturing are essential. This study suggests an extended product data management (PDM) system that can support both the design and manufacturing of personal products with consumer 3D printing services. This extended PDM system helps consumer designers use advanced PDM technologies for their design and connected 3D printing services with Internet of Things (IoT) technology for realization of their products. As a result, the proposed system supports the consumer designers a seamless integrated product development and manufacturing environment supported by PDM and consumer 3D printing services.

한국형 고속전철 집전 시스템의 동적설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Design of Current Collection System for the Korean High Speed Train)

  • The dynamic performance design of catenary-pantograph system which collects current for the next generation Korean high speed train(KHST) was considered. Used was the same dynamic model of the catenary-pantograph system as that of TGV-K which will be introduced for Kyung-bu corridor. Using the model , sensitivity analysis fer design variables were made to improve dynamic performance of KHST system. The results of sensitivity analysis and performance improvement are as follows: (1) It was found that aerodynamic force, tension of contact wire, mass of contact strip, mass of supporting contact strip, mass of clamp, mass of steady arm, and stiffness of plunger were the design variables most influencing the dynamic performance of the system. (2) Pantograph with reductions of 20% aerodynamic force, 34% weight of supporting contact strip, 20% spring constant of plunger, and 34% equivalent mass of steady arm was very possible system for the KHST which will be running at maximum operating speed 350 km/h.
