본 연구는 외국의 대학과 사이언스파크, 테크노파크 등에 소재한 기술창업보육기관의 운영에 대한 사례를 다루었다. 기술창업보육센터는 지역경제 활성화, 일자리창출, 신 벤처산업의 육성이라는 점에서 공통점이 있으며 국내 센터운영과 비교하면 여러 가지 차이점이 있다. 외국은 기술창업보육센터 입지를 국가정책차원에서 경제적인 낙후성과 지역의 연관 산업을 고려하여 센터를 특성화하며 전문가 협력네트워크 구축과 운영을 활성화하고 있다. 입주기업은 산학협력을 통해 기술완성도를 높이며 대학과 연구소는 연구개발성과를 사업화로 연계하여 기술력 있는 벤처창업을 촉진함으로써 spin-offs를 통한 기술창업자들을 육성하고 있다. 외국사례를 통해 국내 기술창업센터 운영에 대한 시사점과 성공적인 센터 운영방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 보안 장비 시스템의 현황과 기술의 흐름을 파악하고 고찰하여 보다 혁신적인 차세대 보안장비 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 목표로 연구를 시작하였다. 최근 들어 환경보호 및 관리의 중요성은 날로 높아지고 있는 실정이다. CCTV 기술의 발달로 현재 여러 가지 장비와 시스템의 솔루션으로 활용을 하고 있지만, 고가의 장비들과 설치가 쉽지 않은 여러 가지 상황적 제약에 의하여, 보다 효율적인 환경보호 및 관리가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이러한 점을 보완 및 혁신하기 위하여 차세대 보안장비 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 이를 통하여 저비용으로 보다 효율적인 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 앞으로 이 시스템을 응용 고찰하기 위한 방법론을 제시하여 보안장비시스템의 솔루션을 제안하였다.

Efforts are being made to prevent traffic accidents within the child protection zone. Efforts are being made to prevent accidents by enacting safety facilities and laws to prevent traffic accidents in the school zone. However, traffic accidents in school zones continue to occur. If the driver can know the situation in the child protection zone in advance, accidents can be reduced. In this paper, we design a camera that eliminates blind spots in school zones and a number recognition camera system that can collect pre-traffic information. Design a LIDAR system that recognizes vehicle speed and pedestrians. Design an LED guidance system that delivers information to drivers without smart devices. We study time series analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms that collect and process pedestrian and vehicle information recognized by cameras and LIDAR. In the artificial intelligence traffic accident prevention system learned by deep learning, before entering the school zone, the school zone information is sent to the driver through the Force Push Service and the school zone information is delivered to the driver on the LED sign. try to reduce accidents.

This project located in IFEZ(Incheon Free Economic Zone) is the first central heating and cooling type for high-rise residential building in korea. The design was performed as the joint venture between Cosentini from U.S.A and wooowon, and our design concept was to save energy. LEED application from USGBC is going on in progress for the first residential building in korea. Careful attention was paid from schematic design for not a durability of structural and architectural, but also durability and safety of M.E.P.

Purpose - This study attempts to analyze whether or not there are characteristics among the top management of companies that promote corporate performance at venture companies. It investigates the characteristics of the human and social capital that are inherent in top management at a venture company and conducts an empirical analysis of hypotheses examining if these characteristics will affect utilization of the governmental R&D support system as well as affect the firm's initial success. Research design, data, and methodology - This study conducted theoretical and empirical research together to accomplish the goal of the study. The pilot study researched human capital and social capital as the independent variables; the governmental R&D support system as the parameter; and, the initial success as the dependent variable. The empirical study carried out research on the model, establishment of hypotheses, and the statistical treatment. A survey was conducted targeting top management of high-tech venture companies in Daedeok Innopolis; 500 questionnaires were distributed; and, 222 were collected. Results - The human and social capital inherent in top management at venture companies in the early stages of their existence become good evaluation data for those who are invested in similar resources. If top management includes strong human and social capital, access to external resources will be easier; these will have a positive influence on the selection of overnmental support systems; and, this proper support will also have a positive influence on the initial success of the venture company. The results revealed the following. First, it was found that when the educational level and functional background, (the top management human capital), are the output function, top management human capital had a significant influence on selection of governmental R&D support funds. Second, it was found that the internal social capital and external social capital, (the top management social capital), had a significant influence on selection of governmental R&D support tasks. Third, it was found that selection of the governmental R&D support tasks at the start of the venture company had a positive influence on the corporate financial performance such as sales, business profits, and the increase in workers; and, had a significant influence on nonfinancial performance such as market share, competitive position, product competitiveness, and the future product development. Conclusions - Selection of the governmental R&D support system is not recognized as part of the direct sales of a venture company in its early stages, but as it can reduce costs for technical development and helps significantly in creating test products and mass production, it has a positive influence on the company's financial performance and nonfinancial performance as a result. Therefore, companies should take great efforts to frequently be selected as a candidate in the governmental R&D support system, as it can help facilitate R&D that requires extensive funds. As a result, companies can expect effects such as job creation and patent applications and they can advance future product sales.

전자상거래와 소셜미디어 서비스의 활성화에 따라, 집단지성을 개인 맞춤 서비스에 활용하는 추천시스템에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰의 발달과 모바일 환경의 발달에 따라 단말의 제약성에도 불구하고 개인화 서비스에 대한 연구가 가속화되고 있다. 대표적인 예로 위치기반 서비스와의 결합이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영화의 장르유사도와 선호장르를 이용한 추천시스템을 제안한다. 영화 장르 유사도 프로파일을 생성하여 이를 모바일실험 환경에서 서비스 될 수 있도록 설계하고 프로토 타이핑 한 후에 MovieLens 데이터를 적용하여 평가한다.

Purpose -This paper is to study the process of the negative effects of Sino-foreign joint ventures, hoping to find out an effective path in which local enterprises can avoid the risks in the utilization of foreign capital, and ultimately achieve independent innovation. Research design, data, and methodology -The outflow of assets, the loss of local brands and the "technology hollowing-out" problem brought by joint ventures is becoming more and more serious. Based on conflict analysis graph model, this paper takes Yuhuan joint venture as an example to identify the conflict problem in Sino-foreign joint ventures. Results -The results of the stability analysis show that establishing joint venture cannot really realize the introduction of technology because the technology is fully controlled by the foreign part. So when introducing foreign capital, local enterprises should participate in R&D and master the initiative. Conclusions - Local enterprises should pay attention to patent containment and technology blockade of multinationals. Domestic enterprises should try to protect state-owned assets and local brands in Sino-foreign joint ventures. Independent innovation is the most effective strategy for the development of enterprises in China.

은행, 저축은행, 신용정보회사 등 금융기관에서는 채권관리 및 회수, 각종 우편물 발송 등의 업무처리를 위해 채무자 또는 고객의 최종 주소의 파악이 필요하다. 주소 파악을 위한 업무프로세스는 금융기관 직원이 채무자와 사실 관계를 증명하는 서류를 작성하고, 행정기관에 직접 방문하여 민원서류를 발급 받는 등 Off-line으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 민원서류 발급 업무량은 경제상황의 악화와 그에 따른 신용불량자의 대거 발생 등으로 인해 지속적으로 증대되고 있다. 따라서 행정전산망과 금융전산망을 서로 연결하여 신속하게 정보를 파악할 수 있도록 하는 주소 인증공동이용시스템(ACCESS, Address Certification Co-opErating SyStem)을 구축하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ACCESS를 구축을 위한 설계를 통하여, 행정기관 민원서류 발급업무 담당자, 금융기관 해당업무 종사자 등의 업무를 대폭 줄임으로서 산업생산성을 제고 하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 향후 행정전산망과 금융전산망의 연결체계에서 새롭게 구축될 다양한 정보서비스의 유형을 처리 할 수 있는 기반을 마련하여, 효율적인 정보의 공유와 유통 및 이를 통한 시너지효과를 창출하고, 정보자원의 활용 및 가치를 극대화하고자 한다.

시각장애인은 움직임에 대한 제한으로 상대적으로 교육의 공평한 기회가 제공되고 있지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 시각장애인들이 정보격차 해소는 물론 웹 접근에 관한 연구와 시각장애인들의 정보습득 방법에 대한 선호도를 분석 조사하고 분석한다. 이 자료를 통해 시각장애인을 대상으로 한 초고속통신망에서 인터넷 웹서비스를 이용한 교육지원서비스 시스템을 설계하고, 분석하고, 실시간으로 교육 정보를 주고받을 수 있는 커뮤니티 프로그램을 개발하여, 원격에서 재택 교육지원시스템 활성화 방안을 제시하여 시각장애인의 교육지원 정보 접근서비스에 기여하고자 한다.

Purpose - As the research of Chinese unicorn companies is still in early stages, this paper aims to investigate the factors that influence the success of Chinese IT unicorns. Design/methodology/approach - This study is conducted as a single case study and used various sources such as interviews, internal data, press releases, IR data, etc. to enhance the reliability and validity. Findings - First, the characteristics of the start-up team, social capital, and strategies as internal factors affect the success of unicorns. Among them, the more Guanxi in social capital factors, the greater the possibility of growing into an IT unicorn company. Second, the role of venture capital and geographical location have been identified that two factors affect the success of unicorns. In the role of venture capital, it has been confirmed that the world's top-level venture capital company or a company that has been invested by "BATJ" is more likely to grow into a unicorn company in China. Research implications or Originality - This paper distinguishes between internal and external factors to explain the factors that affect the growth of unicorn companies, which lays the foundation for future research, such as the exploration of the unicorns and the development of new variables.
