Purpose - This pilot study explores the gap between venture capitalists and young business graduates in Pakistan. Though the young graduates remain enthusiastic about choosing entrepreneurship as a profession, their success is subject to financial constraints. Research design, data, methodology - We administered a Likert-scale based questionnaire to 200 business graduates from June to July 2012, and interviewed ten venture capitalists from Islamabad and Lahore-two highly business oriented cities of Pakistan-to collect the data. The survey participation was on a voluntary basis without any financial sponsorship. Findings- There is a communication gap between the two parties (venture capitalists and business graduates), and a lack of trust in the entrepreneurial education and training offered in the educational institutions in Pakistan. The study, however, reveals the leading role of the Government in reducing this gap through certain measures. Conclusions - Some measures that can reduce the gap between venture capitalists and young graduates are: association of business schools with industry; financial institutions'initiatives to financially support the small and medium level projects of the economics and business students during their studies; establishment of placement bureaus in the business schools; and organization of regular open houses in the universities.

At the 21th century management environment with the emotion and creativity, as design has recognized the core element of management strategy, the combination of design and management, design management, has been increased the importance worldwidely. In the rapid changing enterprise environment, the small or venture enterprises in flexible management environment than the large enterprise have advantage on management process. The design management has created the various field of knowledge in the integrated solution, the integrated approach methods of management are the effective operative process in the importance of design management. As CEOs in small/venture enterprise take part in the innovation of design management, a specialistes in recognition of specificity and design management are defined and created the design management process through the enterprise resource planning programs. With the understanding on the above situation, the purpose of this study is to suggest the design is strategically applied in the management level of Daejeon region small/venture enterprises and the recognition of design management as a strengthen the competitiveness.

New concepts and solutions for the Flexible Food Packaging Design have been demanded to meet the various customer's needs and to compete with other worldwide products. Future-oriented designs beyond the basic functions of preserving and protecting contents can only meet the demands on product's reliability and consumer's satisfaction, specially considering environmental issues. This study is to describe the spiritual values of Korean Flexible Food Packaging Design on the basis of comprehensive understanding and to identify the process of changes and developments. The thesis also forecasts the future of Flexible Food Packaging. Little progress in the Flexible Food Packaging has been made because of the slow response, only to meet the increasing demand without any statistical or theoretical study. On the contrary, Korean Flexible Food Packaging Design has been developed by imitating foreigners' and made mistake of not creating original design reflecting a native traditional culture. This study researches the roles of food-classified flexible packaging to predict the near future trend of packaging industry classifying those into functional, visual, environmental and industrial aspects.

As the importance of venture firms has increased as a new growth engine, the South Korea government makes various efforts to establish healthy ecosystems for ventures and start-ups. Especially in order to foster the competitiveness of venture firms, various support policies such as financial and R&D expenses are being expanded and promoted. In this study, the author analyzed the impact of government funding on venture firms' internal competencies and management performance by using the resource-based theory. Moreover, this study tested the moderation effect of firm's growth stages. Unlike previous studies, this study focused on qualitative rather than quantitative aspects of internal competencies and the financial and non-financial performance are used to measure the management performance of the ventures to examine the effects of government funding for venture firms in more details. For the purpose of verifying the hypothesis of this research, "The Research On The Precision Status Of Venture Firms" in 2017 from the Ministry of Small and Medium Business was utilized, which has been compiled since 1999. According to the results of this study, the government funding experience did not significantly affect the company's internal competencies and financial performance, but had a significant impact on the non-financial performance, which in turn seemed to have a significant effect on the financial performance. In addition, it was found that the technology, price, design, and quality competencies affected non-financial performance, while the organizational management and marketing competencies did not. However, the price, design, organizational management, and marketing competencies affected financial performance, while the technology competency was not. Finally, there were no differences in the effectiveness of government funding, depending on the growth stages.

소프트웨어를 설계, 구현하는데 있어서의 어려움이란 주변 환경이나 제반 기술 등과 같은 어려움도 있겠지만 실제 프로그래머가 작성하는 소스코드의 복잡성도 그 원인중의 하나라 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제의 해결을 위해서는 소스코드의 접근이나 이의 테스트를 위한 결합 등의 유연성이 높은 소프트웨어 기술이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 따라 AOP(Aspect-Oriented Programming) 기술을 이용하여 소스코드 자체의 접근 및 그의 처리를 용이하게 하여 복잡한 시스템의 개발이나 기존 시스템의 관리에 있어 효율을 높이고자 한다.

Since two-way interactive broadcasting service began, remote controls have been fitted with 4 color buttons, which enables interaction and convenience to increase between users and content. Currently, diverse studies on IPTV are in progress. Particularly, as the mobile market rapidly grows, studies on mobile IPTV and on linkage with other media are constantly increasing. However, mobile IPTV has never been studied until now. In that sense, this present study attempted to design a mobile-based IPTV UI that could use a multi-dimensional search method based on consistent criteria for content search. As a result, the proposed IPTV UI is fitted with more usability and functionality for 4 color buttons. The UI designed in this study was compared to the IMDb Android Application, which uses GOMS-KLM. The results showed that the performance process was reduced by three stages, and that the performance time was reduced by more than 17.9%. Therefore, the conclusion can be reached that the proposed UI is effective for a fast search of contents.

디지털 기술의 발달로 콘텐츠 서비스 방식에 대한 융복합화 현상이 두드러진다. 플랫폼, 네트워크, 디바이스 등의 발달과 함께 이루어지는 서비스 방식의 다양화는 콘텐츠 제작 및 소비에 있어 사용자의 참여를 가속화시킨다. 최근 들어 동영상 콘텐츠에 양방향성의 특징을 반영하는 서비스가 주목받고 있으며, 이에 따라 양방향 동영상의 확장된 비즈니스 모델을 고려한 신규 서비스 운용 모델이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문은 전자상거래를 지원하기 위한 기본 비즈니스 모델인 Imprimatur Business Model을 기반으로 양방향성이 반영된 동영상 비즈니스 모델을 재정의하고 그 운용에 필요한 구성 요소를 도출하였다. 서비스 운용 모델은 생성, 처리, 소비의 단계를 갖는다. 각 단계별로 세부 운용 요소를 설계하여 운용 시스템과의 연결성을 고려하였다. 이는 XML 다이어그램으로 표현되었으며 디지털 아이템의 생성, 처리, 소비에 필요한 기능을 제어하고 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위해 각 단계별 생성자(creator)와 핸들러(handler)를 정의하였다.

바코드나 기계적 접촉이 요구되는 스마트카드의 단점과 저장능력의 한계를 극복한 인식시스템 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)는 사물에 부착된 전자태그로부터 무선 주파수를 이용하여 정보를 송 수신하고 이와 관련된 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 또한 일련의 IETF공식 규격인 IPv6(Internet Protocol Version 6)은 IPv4를 개선하기 위한 진화적 세트로서 설계되었다. 본 논문의 목적은 RFID의 효율적 활용을 위한 IPv6 기술과의 융화에 있다. 위험물건으로 취급되는 총과 같은 특정 무기류에 RFID와 IPv6이 연계 적용된 물류추적 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 크게 특정 물류 정보 데이터베이스 기능과 웹 조회 기능으로 나뉜다. 결론적으로 RFID와 IPv6의 기술을 결합한 형태의 시스템의 개발로 RFID와 IPv6의 특징 및 장점 등을 살리고자 한다. IPv6 기반 RFID물류 추적시스템은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 산업전반에 활용 가능할 것이다.
