Efforts are being made to prevent traffic accidents in the school zone in advance. However, traffic accidents in school zones continue to occur. If the driver can know the situation information in the child protection area in advance, accidents can be reduced. In this paper, we design a camera that eliminates blind spots in school zones and a number recognition camera system that can collect pre-traffic information. It is designed by improving the LIDAR system that recognizes vehicle speed and pedestrians. It collects and processes pedestrian and vehicle image information recognized by cameras and LIDAR, and applies artificial intelligence time series analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms. The artificial intelligence traffic accident prevention system learned by deep learning proposed in this paper provides a forced push service that delivers school zone information to the driver to the mobile device in the vehicle before entering the school zone. In addition, school zone traffic information is provided as an alarm on the LED signboard.

Seoul Special City, one of the world's top 10 cities and Metro City, has traditional urban manufacturing industries such as printing, sewing, and mechanical metals. Small business owners in these manufacturing clusters have developed in the form of mutual assistance. Due to the nature of the agglomeration site, each process is handled by an individual company. It is difficult for relatively small business owners to prepare order processing services that provide real-time logistics movement information between processes. This paper collects and analyzes existing logistics data for smooth order and delivery of small business owners in package manufacturing and special printing fields We design an artificial intelligence Fulfillment Service Platform system with CRNN, k-NN, and ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm. Through this study, it is expected that it will greatly contribute to increasing sales and improving capabilities by allowing small business owners in integrated areas to use individual orders and delivery customized services through the Cloud network.

Purpose: This study examines the factors that the Millennials and Gen Z prefers to invest in assets. We look at the asset structure they want now and in the future and the idea of designing the future. This can be expected that the center of Korea's asset market will change to the structure they want in the future. Research design, data and methodology: The spatial extent of the study is all over Korea including Seoul, the metropolitan area, and local cities. The survey was conducted for about 16 days from May 7 to May 22, 2023. The survey was conducted by the surveyor visiting the subject in person, distributing the questionnaire, explaining it, and filling it out in person. For the analysis, descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package. Results: It was confirmed that the preferred assets of the Millennials and Gen Z were different by period. There was also a difference in the influencing factors between Millennial Generation and Generation Z in asset preference. Conclusions: The Millennials and Gen Z's preferred assets were different by period. The reason is interpreted as the current process of collecting assets during the asset formation period. In the future, they intend to purchase real estate assets by using financial assets as a lump sum of money. We learned the characteristics of the entire Millennials and Gen Z, in addition, the difference between income and assets is believed to have affected the difference in preference factors of Millennial Generation and Generation Z, respectively.

As various crimes such as theft, assault, and sex crimes are increasing, each local government is installing CCTVs to prevent them, and operating and managing control centers for emergency response. When the control center detects a dangerous situation in the field, it responds immediately in connection with the police or 911. However, since it is managed by humans, the response speed is anomalous and the reality is that it is mainly used for post-processing. Therefore, through the artificial intelligence LED signage, it notifies the emergency situation at the site, and it serves as a warning function before getting help from passers-by or an accident occurs. In this paper, we design and research a warning system such as changing the lighting color of the LED signboard or making a sound by reflecting the artificial intelligence algorithm. We intend to contribute to public safety and social safety through this study.

Seoul Metropolitan City, the world's top 10 cities and Metro City, has traditional urban manufacturing industries such as printing, sewing, and mechanical metals. These manufacturing industries have developed in the form of mutual assistance by forming small business clusters according to detailed industries and processes. Due to the nature of the cluster, logistics between companies for each process in the cluster are being carried out quickly, but it is difficult for relatively small small business owners to prepare order processing services for consumers of finished products. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce an integrated order fulfillment service platform for collective business owners for smooth order and delivery processing. In this paper, we collect and analyze the existing Fulfillment Service data of small business owners in the printing industry among traditional urban industries, and design an artificial intelligence Fulfillment Service Platform system applying CRNN, k-NN, and ID3 Decision Tree algorithm. Through this study, it is expected to greatly contribute to the increase in sales and capacity of small business owners by enabling the use of individual orders and customized delivery services that can be used by any small business owner in the cluster.

This study is a descriptive correlational study to investigate the impact of ethical climate type on career commitment of 155 social worker working at 9 social welfare facility. A self-reported questionnaire used to collect data and collected data was analyzed on SPSS WIN 16.0. The higher mean sore of ethical climate was Low & professional code and Social responsibility. The predictors of career commitment of social worker were low-professional code, efficiency and self-interest of ethical climate type. The strategies to promote and enhance the low - professional code and efficiency ethical climate of social welfare facility were needed to design and be integrated into the management of human career development of social worker

The present study aimed to examine the relationship between person-job fit, work meaningfulness, job involvement, and career satisfaction, which have recently gained attention from employees and HR professionals. Based on previous studies, we logically established a path from person-job fit to work meaningfulness, job involvement, and ultimately career satisfaction. This study sought to validate these dual mediating effect. A survey was conducted with 283 employees, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and Process Macro. The main findings of the study are as follows: person-job fit, work meaningfulness, job involvement, and career satisfaction showed positive correlations. The dual mediating effects of work meaningfulness and job involvement on the relationship between person-job fit and career satisfaction were statistically significant. These results imply that in order to prevent employee turnover and ensure the organization's sustained performance, it is necessary to design jobs in a way that allows employees to perceive their work as suitable and aligned with their characteristics, thereby enhancing positive psychological factors such as work meaningfulness, job involvement, and career satisfaction. The conclusions provide implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.

Among leadership competence essential for start-up C.E.O, this study was to analyze the effect of self-leadership on recognition of opportunity on establishment of company and will of establishing company through the mediated effect of entrepreneurship. Under the atmosphere of encouraging the establishment of company led by the government, within the college curriculum, along with various education and events, the education about entrepreneurship is actively provided, and in academic fields, studies about entrepreneurship, recognition of opportunity on establishment of company, and will of establishing company are actively performed, while there is almost no study about correlation among self-leadership, recognition of opportunity on establishment of company and will of establishing company. Therefore, in this study, 320 questionnaires filled out by college students from four colleges in Seoul were verified and analyzed. As a result of analysis, at first, the self-leadership showed partially significant effect on entrepreneurship. Second, entrepreneurship showed partially significant effect on recognition of opportunity on establishment of company and will of establishing company. Third, the self-leadership showed partially significant effect on recognition of opportunity on establishment of company and will of establishing company. Fourth, regarded as the core of this study, in between self-leadership and recognition of opportunity on establishment of company, and in between self-leadership and will of establishing company, the mediate effect of entrepreneurship was shown. According to such outcome of study, in the curriculum design of college venture education to increase recognition of opportunity on establishment of company and will of establishing company, the education of entrepreneurship and active trial of self-leadership education are essential.

Children exhibit different behaviors, skills, and motivations. The main aim of this research was to investigate children's sensibility factors for icons, and to look for the best typeface for application to Web-Based Instruction (WBI) for e-Learning. Three types of icons were used to assess children's sensibilities toward metaphors: text-image, representational, and spatial mapping. Through the factor analysis, we found that children exhibited more diverse reactions to the text-image and representational types of icons than to the spatial mapping type of icons. Children commonly showedn higher sensibilities to the aesthetic-factor than to the familiarity-factor or the brevity-factor. In addition, we propose a collaborative-typeface system, which recommends the best typeface for children regarding the readability and aesthetic factor in WBI. Based on these results, we venture some suggestions on icon design and typeface selection for e-Learning.

본 연구는 HMI 시스템에서 HMI 장치와 함께 동작하는 HMI 프로그램을 대신하여, HMI 장치를 대신하여 점점 사용자가 많아지는 Windows CE 플랫폼의 임베디드 기기를 이용한 HMI 프로그램을 구현하는데 목적이 있다. HMI 시스템은 산업의 발전에 따라 각 산업현장에서 점차 사용량이 늘어나고 있지만, HMI 장치와 HMI 프로그램이 함께 동작함으로서 HMI 시스템을 구비하는데 많은 비용을 필요로 한다. HMI 장치를 대신하여 현재 많이 보급되어 있는 Windows CE 플랫폼 기반의 임베디드 기기를 이용한다면 HMI 시스템 구성에 HMI 장치가 차지하는 비중이 낮아짐으로서 HMI 시스템을 구축하는데 드는 비용을 줄여 HMI 시스템 구축을 미루고 있는 곳에서 보다 쉽게 구축할 수 있다.
