  • As software size ever increases and user's requirements become more and more sophisticated., the importance of software quality is more and more emphasized. However, we are not satisfied for the present techniques on detecting errors and checking consistency in the object-oriented design model. This paper proposes a systematic approach which produces implementable rules to detect errors and check consistency. At first, the meta-models for UML diagrams are constructed, generalized meta-rules are reduced from the meta-models, and then the meta-rules are applied to produce the implementable rules. This approach enables to pursue the completeness of the rules and the automation of rule application. An example of rule application shows the feasibility of the rule application.

  • In this paper, object replication Client/server under distributed computing system is design and implementation. Today many end-users have a computer communication by using internet in the distributed system of client/server. If many users request services to a specific remote server, the server should have got a overhead for hat service processing, delayed the speed for replay, and bring a bottleneck in communication network. Therefore object replication method was proposed to solve this problems. The growth of internet works and distributed applications has increased the need for large scale replicated systems. However, existing replication protocols do not address scale and autonomy issues adequately. Further, current application protocol require consistency of different levels, and therefore should be the selection function of consistency in them, in order to have particular semantics of each level. In this paper, server overhead and bottleneck happening in remote procedure call be using server object replication. Therefore access transparency can be improved by sharing object duplicately. So it will Keep up with the consistency within the replicated objects.

  • Six sigma has been the most influential management innovation tool in order to achieve the customer's satisfaction and keep the competition in the age of limitless competition. The success in six sigma is to find the correct CTQ (Critical to Quality). QFD (Quality function deployment) is the efficient too ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs. One of the mistakes in QFD is to analyze using an inconsistent HOQ (House of quality) chart. An inconsistent HOQ chart is one in which the information from the correlation matrix is inconsistent with that from the relationship matrix. This study presents the consistency check and inconsistency check in case of failing the consistency check. Also we propose the procedures using the Limiting Probability in correlation matrix and the Median Rank in relationship matrix in order to be consistent in HOQ chart.

Omnichannel distribution supports firms by delivering seamless shopping experiences for customers throughout all touchpoints of the shopping journey. This paper aims at exploring the impact of channel integration quality on customer experience and patronage intentions in the omnichannel distribution context. Research design, data and methodology: An online survey was taken with 351 omnichannel experienced shoppers by utilizing the structured questionnaire. The partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS software were employed to analyze and test proposed hypotheses. Results: The findings reveal that channel integration quality dimensions including breadth of channel-service choice, transparency of channel-service configuration, content consistency, and process consistency, play crucial roles in the customer shopping experience. The perceived compatibility has been influenced by the integrated interactions in which content consistency and process consistency. The findings also demonstrate the positive and direct impact of perceived compatibility on customer experience, and both factors have substantial effects on customers' patronage intentions. Conclusions: This study sheds light on the literature on channel integration quality, omnichannel retailing experience and customer patronage. In addition, this study provides practical implications for omnichannel retailers in enhancing customer experience and patronage.

  • Purpose: This study investigates the complex dynamics of consumer behavior in Vietnamese banking omnichannel environments, focusing on the roles of service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention. Research design, data and methodology: Using a sample of 422 Vietnamese bank customers, data analysis revealed significant relationships among the variables under investigation. Results: Firstly, service consistency was found to positively influence flow experiences and negatively impact perceived privacy risk, highlighting the importance of uniform service quality across channels in enhancing consumer engagement while mitigating privacy concerns. Similarly, service transparency was positively associated with flow experiences and negatively associated with perceived privacy risk, underscoring the importance of transparent information dissemination in fostering immersive consumer experiences while alleviating privacy apprehensions. Furthermore, both flow experiences and perceived privacy risk significantly influenced loyalty intentions, indicating the pivotal roles of engaging experiences and data security in driving consumer loyalty. Additionally, mediated relationships were observed, demonstrating the interplay between service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention in shaping consumer behavior in omnichannel contexts. Conclusions: These findings provide valuable insights for retailers and marketers seeking to optimize consumer experiences and cultivate loyalty in omnichannel environments by prioritizing consistency, transparency, and data privacy protection.

  • Achieving consistent geometric design is an important goal in highway design to ensure obtaining safe, economical and smooth traffic operation. Most evaluation of consistency is based on 'speed change' in speed profile. According to literature, the speed depends on geometric elements, speed on tangent section prior to a curve, and background around roads. Especially, the radius is the most main element mentioned in various literature. Therefore, this paper shows two ways of calculating horizontal radius on real road, that is, three-dimensional road. First of all, the radius of horizontal curve is calculated based on physical method. The calculated radius contains not only superelevation but also longitudinal grade while the current minimum radius is calculated by considering superelevation and side friction according to the point-mass equation. Secondly, the problem of composed curves with distorted appearance by overlaying sag or crest vertical alignment has been known. To quantify the extent of distortion effects, the method of calculation of real seen so called 'Perspective Radius' is developed. The paper presents the perspective radius and recommended perspective radius.

  • This is a follow-up study of "A study on the color image of baby's wear brands". This study was performed to classify the style images and analyze the style and color images of 7 baby wear brands that suggests how their harmony and consistency identify their clothing images. In order to classify the style image, questionnaires were organized with 40 pieces of the style board of 7 brands and 20 baby wear images adjectives. The total 324 copies were used to survey students who majored in fashion design. Questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis from the SPSS 12.0 package program. The results of this study are as follows: First, the style image of baby wear brands was classified by 4 factors, 'loveliness', 'chic', 'liveliness', and 'pureness'. This was similar with the results of the color images that were surveyed in advance of this study. There were different characteristics for the style image of 7 baby wear brands. Second, gender (boy, girl, and new-borns) affected the style image and not season. Third, the harmony and consistency of the style and color image of 7 baby wear brands were different. It was possible to identify the clothing image of 5 baby wear brands by consistency and harmony in style and color images. However, it was evaluated that 2 baby wear brands were needed to plan the style and color image closely as well as harmoniously to make their clothing image definitive.
