병원서비스코디네이터 교육과정이 교육만족과 의료서비스 품질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Service Coordinator Education Curriculum on the Education Satisfaction and the Quality of Medical Service)

  • The increase of the supply of medical service and the increase of hospitals have intensified the competition of hospitals, and the advancement towards internationalization in the opening of medical industry has triggered the infinite competition of medical profession. In addition, the high expectation of customers and quality improvement in the medical care in accordance with the improvement of overall income, and the change of active role of medical consumers according to the popularization and the improvement of rights awareness reflect the customer needs and choice in the medical service. Customers wanted to receive the kind and pleasant service under the up-to-date medical service. Therefore, as a solution, hospital coordinators were emerged for the purpose of smooth treatment and customer satisfaction by generalizing all service of hospital. Accordingly, this thesis attempted to investigate the effect of hospital coordinator education curriculum on the education satisfaction and the quality of medical service. In order to solve the purpose of this study, I, author reviewed the existing literatures, established hypothesis, and verified hypothesis by using the variety of statistics techniques such as reliability, validity, frequency analysis, and regression analysis. The verification of hypothesis is as followings: First, among education training factors of hospital coordinators, the quality of instructor significantly affects the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training. Second, among training factors of hospital coordinator, the attitude of trainee significantly affects the training satisfaction of hospital coordinator. Third, among education training factors of hospital coordinator, education course significantly affects the training satisfaction of hospital coordinator education. As the qualities of instructor are better equipped, the satisfaction of education becomes higher. It indicates that the education method of instructors is important as an index to represent the qualities of instructor such as the appropriateness of education method, preparation, passion, visual materials, the adequacy of education procession, and specialized knowledge, and it has important effect on the satisfaction of education. In order to enhance the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education, the creation of education environment, making trainee concentrate on the education, is required by appropriately allocating programs, arousing interest in education, based on the attitude of trainee, discussion, and preliminary programs, preparation, ahead of enforcement of education. Fourth, the satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training significantly affects the reliability among the qualities of medical service. Fifth, satisfaction of hospital coordinator education training significantly affects hospitality I kindness among the qualities of medical service. If the education satisfaction of trainee is high, it is effective in the practical application such as dealing with complaints, the duty performance for the patients, and so on in offering the medical service, related to reliability and furthermore, we can find the positive change in the attitude change of medical professions related to the reliability of hospital coordinator. In addition, in the process of offering medical services such as the kind explanation on the duty, rapid response to the customers inquiry, and tidy uniform, practical effect was verified. Sixth, the education training factor of hospital coordinator significantly affects the reliability among the quality of medical service. Seventh, the education training factors of hospital coordinator significantly affect hospitality/kindness. In the education of hospital coordinator, the methods to attract the interest of trainee by emphasizing reliability should be sought and for gaining the practical effect of hospital coordinator education, the sufficient preparation and investigation on the education curriculum should be prerequisite and under this condition, intensified discussion on the instructor and education course is needed. In the design of education course, more education hours and subjects should be allocated in the part of hospitality in order to improve the practical application of hospitality. Therefore, it is meaningful in a sense that this study newly approached the components of hospital coordinator education and the need to modify the quality components of medical service in accordance with the study subjects was raised. This study also finds its meaning in that it provides basic materials for the study of future hospital coordinator education by suggesting the system development model of hospital coordinator education through preliminary study of education training. In addition, this study is meaningful in the aspect that it suggested the direction of education training by showing how the hospital coordinator education training would applied to the hospital coordinator course of the Continuing Education Center at Pusan and Kyungnam National University to some extent. Since all investigation of this study was approached from the side of hospital coordinator, the thoughts of patients who are beneficiaries of medical service, and care givers cannot be identified. Therefore, the satisfaction of patients and care givers through the experience of medical service, which is the essential prerequisite of medical service, should be importantly considered and investigated. Accordingly, The study of comparing and analyzing the views of both patients and care givers should be carried out in the future.

본태성 고혈압 환자의 자가간호증진을 위한 자기조절 프로그램 효과 -Orem이론과 Bandura이론의 합성과 검증- (An Effect of the Self-Regulation Program for Hypertensives -Synthesis & testing of Orem and Bandura's theory-)

  • Chronic health problems has become a major concern and challenge to the health care professionals today. Especially hypertension, one of the leading primary cause of death in Korea, is a typical chronic disease requiring adequate and continuous management. Though these hypertensives need to maintain desirable health practice by themselves for their life time, many previous studies indicated that most of the essential hypertensives have no specific symptoms and thus, reluctant to follow appropriate medical regimens causing the condition further aggravated and complicated. Self-care is an essential factor that keeps chronic patients in control of their health and wellness. Thus this study was conducted to identify the effect of the comprehensive self-regulation program as a nursing intervention on the promotion self-care performance and improvement in physical parameters of hypertensives. For this purpose, a one group quasi-experimental research with pre and post test design was used. The subjects of the study was consisted of thirty persons with mild or moderate essential hypertension from two companies in Cheong-ju city. The whole program was carried out from October, 1993 to February, 1994. The self-regulation program was consisted with group education on hypertension and self-care, self-regulation including the blood pressure self-monitoring and recording, recording of daily self-care activities, and encouraging and reinforcing self-efficacy through verbal persuation and enactive attainment. The subjects were asked to measure their own blood pressure by themselves twice per day and to record blood pressure and the daily self-care performance according to the instructions provided during the whole period of 9 weeks. The instruments used for data collection in this study were as follows : 1) Instruments used for measuring the knowledge about hypertension, multiple health locus of control, and perceived benifits and barriers were adapted from previous studies and modified by author to be fit for the subjects. 2) Self-efficacy scale and self-care performance record were developed by the author. 3) Physiological parameters included systolic / diastolic blood pressure, body weight, level of blood cholesterol, and 24hour ambulatory blood pressure. The post-experimental Cronbach's Alpha as the reliability test of scales were 0.703-0.897, an appropriate level of confidence. The effect of the program was analyzed by experimental stages ; the first week, the fifth week, and the ninth week since the experimental imput began. Data were analyzed by the SPSS PC+ program with paired t-test and t-test, repeated measure ANOVA, and pearson's correlation to de termine the effect of program. The results were as follows : 1) After the self-regulation program, scores on knowledge(t=-2.41, p=.011), perceived self-efficacy (F=5.60, p=.001), self-care performance(F=22.31, p=.0001) were significantly higher than those before the program. 2) After the program, both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before the program(F=10.89 -13.11, p=.0001). However in 24hour ambulatory blood pressure, systolic mean pressure was nearly significantly lower, but not in diastolic mean pressure. 3) After the program, the body weight was significant decresed(t=5.53, p=.0001), but the blood cholesterol level was not decreased significantly except in those cases with higher cholesterol level. 4) There were significant relationships between changes in self-care performance and diastolic pressure at 1st week (r=.3389, p=.033) and changes in self-care performance and systolic pressure at 9th week(r=.3651, p=.024). 5) There were significant relationship between perceived self-efficacy and self-care performance at 5th week(r=.5313, p=.001) and 9th week (r=.3026, p=.052). 6) After the program, internal health locus of control and perceived benefits did not show significant change, but perceived barriers was significantly lower than those before the program (t=3.57, p=.0001). From the above results, it can be concluded that 1) The self-regulation program is an effective nursing strategy to promote self-care performance of hypertensives and to lower the blood pressure. Thus this program can be recommended in the management of the hypertensives in workplaces and community settings. 2) The synthesis of Orem's self-care theory and Bandura's self-regulation & self-efficacy theory in this study was proved to enhance explanation and prediction of the change of self-care behavior. Thus the result of the study would contribute in development of the self-care theory and an expansion of practice-theory.

온라인 상품 판매 성과에 영향을 미치는 상품 소개글 효과 측정 기법 (Measuring the Economic Impact of Item Descriptions on Sales Performance)

  • 온라인 상에서 판매되는 상품은 매우 다양하지만, 소비자에게 판매 가격을 제시하거나 소개글을 통해서 상품에 대한 구체적인 설명을 제공한다는 점은 모든 상품에 있어서 가장 기본이 되는 공통적인 특징이다. 만약, 상품의 실제 품질이나 가격과는 독립적으로 상품 소개글이 판매에 미치는 영향력을 파악할 수 있다면 어떠한 소개글이 상품의 판매를 촉진하는 측면에서 더 좋은 글인지 분별할 수 있게 된다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 상품 소개글과 판매 성과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었으며, 구체적으로는 온라인 시장에서 한글로 작성된 상품 소개글에 쓰인 각각의 표현 별로 소비자가 구매를 결정하는 데에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 한글 형태소 분석기를 사용하여 국내 앱 시장에서 수집된 앱 소개글 및 판매이력 데이터로부터 상품을 설명하는 주요 속성과 그 속성에 대한 평가를 추출하였으며, 추출된 키워드를 입력 변수로 구성한 계량경제학 모형을 구축하였고, 구체적으로 특정 표현들이 판매 성과에 미치는 영향을 구축된 모형을 사용하여 계량적으로 측정하였다. 앱의 카테고리 별로 표현의 종류가 상이하게 나타남이 관찰됨에 따라, 분석은 각 카테고리 별로 수행되었다. 유료 앱과 무료 앱에 대해서 데이터 분석을 수행한 결과, 판매 성과에 영향을 미치는 '속성과 평가' 키워드를 그 영향력의 크기 별로 파악할 수 있었으며, 특히 무료 앱의 경우는 무료로 이용할 수 있음에도 불구하고 품질이 좋다는 것을 강조했을 때 판매량을 더 높일 수 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 모바일 앱에 대해 수행되었으나, 온라인에서 거래되는 다양한 상품에 대해서도 소개글이 판매 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석할 수 있는 모형으로 활용될 수 있다. 마지막 장에서는 기업의 마케팅 매니저가 본 연구에서 제시하는 연구 방법론과 분석 결과를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

친환경적 비료인 완효성 비료 'Methylen Urea' 및 미생물 비료 'T-Vigor' 처리가 골프장 그린의 크리핑 벤트크래스 생육에 미치는 영향 (Effects of 'Methylen Urea' Slow Released Fertilizer and 'T-Vigor' Microbial Fertilizer as Environmental Fertilizer on Growth of Creeping Bentgrass in Golf Course)

  • 본 연구는 늘어나는 골프 수요에 대처하고 친환경적인 골프장 그린 관리를 위해 완효성 비료 Methylen Urea(MU)와 미생물 제재 T-Vigor의 사용이 크리핑 벤트그래스 '크렌쇼우'의 생육에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였다. 실험장소는 2004년 4월부터 2004년 8월까지 크리핑 벤트그래스 '그랜쇼' 그린인 렉스필드 골프장의 벨리코스 3, 4, 5번에서 수행되었다. 실험구 처리는 완효성 비료인 메칠렌 우레아(Methylen Urea, MU, 25-10-15)를 $5g/m^2$씩 5회 액상 시비하였고, 미생물 비료(T-Vigor)는 살균한 처리구와 살균하지 않은 원액을 $7.5m\ell/m^2$를 2회, $5.5m\ell/m^2$를 5회 처리하였다. 실험구의 크기는 $1m\times1m$이며 3반복 완전임의 배치하였다. 실험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 잔디 신초밀도는 Methylen Urea(MU) 처리구가 각 처리구보다 월등히 높았으며 기간이 지남에 따라 처리구별 차이가 감소하는 현상을 보였다. 미생물 비료 T-Vigor 처리구의 잔디 신초밀도는 살균된 처리구와 차이가 적었으나 대조구 보다는 높게 나타났다. 2. 엽록소 함량은 Methylen Urea(MU) 및 T-Vigor 처리구가 다른 처리구보다 높았으며, MU 비료는 비료성분이 급속히 흡수되지 않고 지속적으로 공급되는 것으로 판단된다. 3. 뿌리 길이는 Methylen Urea(MU) 처리구가 대조구에 비해 5cm이상 길게 나타났으며, T-Vigor 처리구보다 길었다. 미생물 비료 T-Vigor처리구의 뿌리 길이는 살균된 처리구보다 3cm이상, 대조구 보다 4cm이상 길었다. 4. 예지물 중량은 Methylen Urea(MU) 처리구가 대조구에 비해 $15\%$정도의 증가하였으며, T-Vigor 처리구 대비에서도 약 $6\%$ 이상 증가하였다. 5. 지상부 및 지하부의 건물중에 있어서도 Methylen Urea(MU) 및 T-Vigor 처리구가 대조구에 비해 무거웠으며, 타 처리구에 비해서도 무거웠다. 본 연구는 사용중인 그린에 완효성 비료 및 미생물 비료의 사용이 크리핑 벤트그래스의 생육에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 MU 및 T-Vigor 사용시 속효성 비료와의 경제성 분석, 고온장해 시 잔디 생육분석 등에 대한 연구가 부족하여 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

초등학생 시력건강증진 프로그램 효과 (The Effect of Visual Health Promotion Program in Elementary School-Age Children)

  • The vision disturbances of school- age children has been recognized as and important school health problem. As the visual disturbances of the school-age children is recognized as the nation's health problem. the importance of the development of educational program for visual health should be emphasized. Recently, eyeball movement and other visual health management method has been introduced for prevention or recovery of decrease in visual acuity. But, the effect of eyeball movement was not confirmed yet. And, the controversy around the treatment effect is continued. The decrease of visual acuity is one of the important school health problem as well as it causes discomfort in daily life of the students. So, it should be considered as an important subject for school health and there is a need to develop an effective intervention program for visual health. The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the program with the recognition of the need of the intervention for visual health. The visual health promotion program was developed by the researcher and the program was initiated by the school. Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was applied for study which examined the effect of the visual health promotion program. The subjects were 742 children (experimental group: 398; control group: 344). The experiment was composed of health education and eyeball movement. Health education was provided 5 times to the children in the class room. Children of experimental group exercised eyeball movement in the class, watching video for 10 minutes two times a day. The exercise was continued for 10 weeks. The result of the study were as follows. 1) change of visual acuity Before the intervention, mean of the visual acuity was .86 for the experimental group and .91 for control group. After the intervention, mean of visual acuity was .95 for the experimental group and. 90 for the control group. There was no significant difference in the change of visual acuity between experimental and control group. 2) change of refraction. In the experimental group, 327 eyes (41.08%) were normal vision and 469 eyes (58.98%) were eyes of refraction errors, 38.82 % of the total eyes were myopia. There was no significant change in the refraction in the children with myopia after the intervention. 3) Awareness of visual acuity, change of knowledge, behavior. and attitude (1) After the intervention, there was a significant difference in the awareness of visual acuity (experimental group: 70.10%. control group: 50.97%, p<.01). (2) After the intervention, there was a significant knowledge increase in the experimental group (pp<.01). (3) There was no significant difference in the visual health behavior after the intervention. (4) There was a significant positive change in the attitude related to visual health in the experimental group ( pp<.05). 4) There was a significant positive change in the subjective discomfort of the students. But, there was no significant change in the objective eye symptom after the intervention. Even though there was no effect in the visual acuity and the change of the refraction. subjective visual health as well as the attitude and knowledge' of the children and parents toward visual health was improved significantly. Also, there was an increase in the intention of change and the awareness for the visual health management. It is suggested that various educational strategies for visual health promotion should be developed and examined for the visual health promotion of the students.

대형건축물 공개공지의 조성 및 관리실태 분석 - 대구시를 대상으로 - (The Actual State of the Creation and Management of Public Open Spaces of Major Buildings - Focused on Daegu-City -)

  • 공개공지는 쾌적한 도시환경의 조성을 위해 조성하는 공간으로, 건축주가 관리하는 사유공간이지만 보행환경의 일부 또는 보행환경에 연결되는 오픈스페이스로서 보행의 편리, 휴식, 경관 등 시민생활의 쾌적성을 제공하는 목적으로 설치되고, 항상 시민에게 개방되어야 하는 공공공간이다. 본 연구는 대구광역시의 대형건축물 71개소의 공개공지를 대상으로 현행 법적규정과 조성 및 관리 등의 실태조사를 실시하여, 이에 대한 분석과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 대구시의 구별 공개공지는 부도심권인 북구와 달서구가 많이 분포하였으며, 건축물 용도유형별로는 판매시설(36.6%), 업무시설(21.1%), 주상복합(15.5%) 등의 순으로 많았다. 공개공지의 위치는 1개소 전면형(42.9%)이 가장 많았으며, 1개소 측면형(20%) 및 2개소 전면/측면형(20%)의 빈도가 높았다. 공개공지의 분할 여부는 1개 집중형이 45.7%, 2곳 분할형 35.7% 등으로 높았으나, 현행규정에는 맞지 않는 3곳 분리형(10%) 및 4곳 분리형(8.5%) 등이 나타났다. 특히 타 용도로 전용되고 있는 경우도 28.6%로 높게 나타나 문제점으로 부각되었으며, 건축법시행령에 명시된 표지판이 설치된 곳은 5.7%에 지나지 않았다. 전문가 패널 현장평가 결과, 우수 그룹으로는 대구문화방송, 삼성금융플라자, 이마트반야월점, 홈플러스칠성점 등이 접근성과 공공성 및 기능성 등에서 우수한 것으로 나타났고, 불량한 그룹은 영업장소로 혹은 주차장으로 불법 전용되고 있는 더락, 서문시장 롯데마트, 유통단지 전기재료관, 네오시티프라자, 알리앙스예식장, GS프라자호텔 등이었다. 대구시 공개공지의 개선방안은, 1) 공개공지 관련 제도 개선, 2) 공개공지 조성모델 설정과 심의 강화, 3) 행 재정적 지원방안 구축, 4) 주기적 지도 점검 및 계도, 5) 시민 쉼터임을 알리는 표지판 설치, 6) 시민의 공개공지 관리 참여 등으로 제안되었다.

린 스타트업 방법론의 적용: 한국 '카닥' 사례를 중심으로 (The Lean Startup: Korea's Case Study-Cardoc)

  • 창업 성공률을 제고하고 실패 가능성을 낮추는 경영전략으로써'린 스타트업'은 2011년 에릭 리스의 책 출간 이후 줄곧 주목을 받아왔다. 전 세계적인 유니콘 스타트업의 등장과 창업 초기기업에 보다 효과적인 성장 방법론으로써의 린 스타트업에 대한 관심 고조에도 불구하고 한국에서는 체계적인 관련 이론연구와 사례 축적이 미진한 상황이다. 경영학의 진정한 발전은 이론과 그것을 기반으로 한 다양한 사례와의 접목이 이루어질 때 가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 서비스 개발 초기부터 린 스타트업의 개념이 적용되었고 서비스와 고객 개발의 전 과정에서 린 개념이 적극적으로 도입된 한국기업 '카닥'의 사례를 발굴하고 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통해 알게 된 사실은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 린 스타트업 적용을 위해서는 우선 린 스타트업을 적용하려는 경영진, 팀원 들이 모두 그 개념을 깊이 이해하고 적용의 필요성에 공감해야 한다. 둘째, 수많은 논의보다 빠른 MVP(최소요건제품)의 출시가 우선이다. 셋째, 효과적인 학습을 하기 위해서는 적합한 분석툴과 핵심지표(Key Metrics) 선정이 무엇보다 중요하다. 넷째, 만들기-측정-학습(Build-Measure-Learn)의 사이클을 통해 지속적으로 측정하고 배워 제품/시장 적합성(Product/Market Fit)이 검증되었다면 과감히 규모를 확장해야 한다. 다섯째, 신규사업 진출도 철저히 린 하게 해야 한다. 카닥은 현재 신규사업으로 확장을 꾀하는 중으로 이 역시 린 스타트업 방법론을 철저히 적용하여 시범서비스(MVP)로 그 가능성을 타진해 본 후 투자를 본격화 한다. 본 연구는 린 스타트업에 관련한 기존 개념의 논의와 더불어 그 적용사례가 축적되고 있는 외국과 비교해, 한국 기업의 사례연구가 절대적으로 부족한 현 상황에서 한국의 대표적인 린 스타트업 활용 사례를 고찰하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구가 린 스타트업 방법론의 국내 적용과 향후 관련 연구에 하나의 디딤돌이 되기를 바란다.

업무성과에 영향을 주는 업무용 모바일 어플리케이션의 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Perceived Job Performance in the Context of Enterprise Mobile Applications)

  • The ubiquitous accessibility of information through mobile devices has led to an increased mobility of workers from their fixed workplaces. Market researchers estimate that by 2016, 350 million workers will be using their smartphones for business purposes, and the use of smartphones will offer new business benefits. Enterprises are now adopting mobile technologies for numerous applications to increase their operational efficiency, improve their responsiveness and competitiveness, and cultivate their innovativeness. For these reasons, various organizational aspects concerning "mobile work" have received a great deal of recent attention. Moreover, many CIOs plan to allocate a considerable amount of their budgets mobile work environments. In particular, with the consumerization of information technology, enterprise mobile applications (EMA) have played a significant role in the explosive growth of mobile computing in the workplace, and even in improving sales for firms in this field. EMA can be defined as mobile technologies and role-based applications, as companies design them for specific roles and functions in organizations. Technically, EMA can be defined as business enterprise systems, including critical business functions that enable users to access enterprise systems via wireless mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. Specifically, EMA enables employees to have greater access to real-time information, and provides them with simple features and functionalities that are easy for them to complete specific tasks. While the impact of EMA on organizational workers' productivity has been given considerable attention in various literatures, relatively little research effort has been made to examine how EMA actually lead to users' job performance. In particular, we have a limited understanding of what the key antecedents are of such an EMA usage outcome. In this paper, we focus on employees' perceived job performance as the outcome of EMA use, which indicates the successful role of EMA with regard to employees' tasks. Thus, to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship among EMA, its environment, and employees' perceived job performance, we develop a comprehensive model that considers the perceived-fit between EMA and employees' tasks, satisfaction on EMA, and the organizational environment. With this model, we try to examine EMA to explain how job performance through EMA is revealed from both the task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA, while also considering the antecedent factors for these constructs. The objectives of this study are to address the following research questions: (1) How can employees successfully manage EMA in order to enhance their perceived job performance? (2) What internal and/or external factors are important antecedents in increasing EMA users' satisfaction on MES and task-technology fit for EMA? (3) What are the impacts of organizational (e.g. organizational agility), and task-related antecedents (e.g., task mobility) on task-technology fit for EMA? (4) What are the impacts of internal (e.g., self-efficacy) and external antecedents (e.g., system reputation) for the habitual use of EMA? Based on a survey from 254 actual employees who use EMA in their workplace across industries, our results indicate that task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA are positively associated with job performance. We also identify task mobility, organizational agility, and system accessibility that are found to be positively associated with task-technology fit for EMA. Further, we find that external factor, such as the reputation of EMA, and internal factor, such as self-efficacy for EMA that are found to be positively associated with the satisfaction of EMA. The present findings enable researchers and practitioners to understand the role of EMA, which facilitates organizational workers' efficient work processes, as well as the importance of task-technology fit for EMA. Our model provides a new set of antecedents and consequence variables for a TAM involving mobile applications. The research model also provides empirical evidence that EMA are important mobile services that positively influence individuals' performance. Our findings suggest that perceived organizational agility and task mobility do have a significant influence on task-technology fit for EMA usage through positive beliefs about EMA, that self-efficacy and system reputation can also influence individuals' satisfaction on EMA, and that these factors are important contingent factors for the impact of system satisfaction and perceived job performance. Our findings can help managers gauge the impact of EMA in terms of its contribution to job performance. Our results provide an explanation as to why many firms have recently adopted EMA for efficient business processes and productivity support. Our findings additionally suggest that the cognitive fit between task and technology can be an important requirement for the productivity support of EMA. Further, our study findings can help managers in formulating their strategies and building organizational culture that can affect employees perceived job performance. Managers, thus, can tailor their dependence on EMA as high or low, depending on their task's characteristics, to maximize the job performance in the workplace. Overall, this study strengthens our knowledge regarding the impact of mobile applications in organizational contexts, technology acceptance and the role of task characteristics. To conclude, we hope that our research inspires future studies exploring digital productivity in the workplace and/or taking the role of EMA into account for employee job performance.

온실 ICT융복합 실태조사와 복숭아형 랙피니언천창 적용 단동온실 및 CFD 유동해석 (Survey of ICT Apply to Plastic Greenhouse, Rack·Pinion Adaption to Single Span and CFD Analysis)

  • 최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 스마트온실의 기술적용 실태와 문제점을 파악하고 이를 토대로 단동온실의 ICT 기술적용 장애요인 극복과 생산성을 제고하기 위하여 실험을 수행하였다. 자동화 시설의 도입 장애요인으로는 시설비 부담(24%)이 높았으며, 설치업체 사후관리 미흡(19%), 잦은 고장(16%), 관리기술 미흡(15%), 기능 미흡(13%), 소득향상기여 미흡(12%) 순이었다. ICT 도입필요성은 노동력절감(15%)이 가장 높았다. 자동화 온실에서 문제가 발생되는 부분은 온실구조, 구동기제어, 복합환경제어기, 센서기술이 각 14%로 비슷하였고, 원격제어기술 13%, 작물관리기술 12%, 에너지절감기술 10%, 소프트웨어활용 8%이었다. 온실구조 측면에서의 문제점은 천창개선이 18%로 가장 많았다. 효율적인 온도 및 환기 제어를 위해 농촌진흥청 고시 10-단동-7형 온실에 랙피니언 천창을 추가하였으며, 지붕형태를 복숭아형으로 변경하였다. 온실내 환경의 균일성을 위해 공기 유동팬은 6대를 설치하도록 하되 필요에 따라 증설 가능하도록 하였으며, 에너지 절약을 위해 1, 2중은 두께 0.1mm필름을 사용하고 3중은 5겹보온커튼을 설치하였다. CFD 유동해석 결과, 측창이 열린조건에서는 풍상 방향의 평균 유속이 빠르고 온도가 낮았으며, 풍하 방향으로 멀어 질수록 평균 유속이 점차 느려지고 온도는 높게 나타났다. 반면, 측창이 닫힌조건에서는 평균 유속이 낮으며, 구역별로 큰 편차는 없었다. 다만 풍상 풍하의 천창이 모두 열린 조건에 비하여 풍하 방향의 천창만 열린조건이 영역별 평균 유속에서 더 높은 값을 보였다. 측창을 닫은 조건에서는 외기의 유동이 아닌 온실 내 설치된 환기용 유동팬에 의해 유속이 발생하며 외부 환기가 없는 조건에서 유동팬에 의한 순환은 실내 전체 공간의 유동 편차를 줄여 줄 수는 있지만 전체적인 온도에는 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 저측고의 영역별 평균 온도는 고측고보다 균일하게 나타났다. 겨울철 3중 다겹보온커튼 여닫음에 관계없이 유동팬 근처에서 유속이 높고 유동팬에서 멀어지면 유속이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시간경과에 따른 평균 온도는 3중다겹보온커튼 열림상태에서 약 2시간 후에 외부온도와 같아졌으나 닫힘상태에서는 5시간 이후에 외부온도와 같아져, 3중 다겹보온커튼의 보온효과가 뚜렷하였다. 같은 조건에서 열용량의 차이로 인해 저측고 온실이 고측고 온실에 비하여 온도 하강 속도가 빨랐다.

완효성 질소 비료의 시비가 크리핑 벤트그래스 생장과 토양 중 질소변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Compound Fertilizer Contained Slow Release Nitrogen on Turfgrass Growth in Creeping Bentgrasss and on Change in Soil Nitrogen)

  • 본 연구는 완효성 질소 성분이 함유된 복합비료의 시비가 크리핑벤드그래스 생육과 토양 중 변화에 미치는 영향을 시험하고자 2007년 7월부터 12월까지 6개월간 수행하였다. 처리구는 비료를 처리하지 않은 무처리구(NF), 속효성질소복합비료(11-5-7)를 처리한 대조구(CF), MU 질소성분이 함유된 복합비료를 처리한 처리구 1(MU), IBDU 질소성분이 함유 된 복합비료를 처리한 처리구 2(IBDU 1)과 처리구3(IBDU 2) 등 5개 처리를 난괴댑으로 수행하였다. 시비 후 속효성질소성분과 완효성질소성분의 경과시간에 따른 토양 중 변화와 염색지수와 엽록소함량과 같은 잔디품질과 잔디 생육량, 잔디밀도 등 잔디 생육을 조사하였고, 그 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 암모니아태질소와 질산태질소는 모든 처리구에서 시비 후 시간이 경과함에 따라 점차증가하는 경향을 보였고, 총질소는 점차 감소하였다. 질산태질소와 총질소는 속효성 비료처리구(CF)보다는 완효성 비료 처리구(MU, IBDU 1, IBDU 2)에서 높게 나타났으며, 시비 후 경과시간에 따른 토양 중 가용성질소의 변화는 시비초기에는 속효성 비료의 가용성 질소가 많으나 시비 후 30일 정도까지는 속효성 비료와 완효성 비료의 가용성 질소 비율은 비슷하고 30일 이후에는 완효성 비료 처리구에서 가용성 질소 비율이 증가하였다. 염색지수와 엽록소함량을 NF와 비교한 결과, 엽색지수는 CF, MU, IBDU 1 및 IBDU 2에서 각각 6.5%, 6.7%, 5.9%, 5.5% 증가하였고, 엽록소함량은 33.2%, 38.4%, 35.1%, 37.1% 증가하여 MU 처리구에서 높게 나타났다. 잔디생육량은 CF, MU, IBDU 1 및 IBBU 2가 NF보다 76.2%, 77.7%, 69.5%, 72.3% 각각 높게 나타났으나 대조구와 처리구간 예초물량은 비슷하였고, 잔디밀도는 무처리구보다 비료 처리구에서 증가하였고, 속효성 비료처리구(CF)보다 완효성 비료 처리구(MU, IBDU 1, IBDU 2)에서 잔디밀도가 증가했다. 본 결과들을 통해 완효성 질소 성분함유비료가 속효성 질소에 비해 토양 중 가용성 질소의 함량을 높여 질소비효기간을 연장시키고, 염색지수와 엽록소함량은 비슷하며 예초물량은 비슷하거나 감소시키지만 잔디밀도는 향상시켜 완효성질소 함유비료의 시비가 잔디생육에 효과적인 것으로 평가되었다.
