교차로 지체를 고려한 통행시간함수 개발 (Development of Travel Time Functions Considering Intersection Delay)

  • 본 연구는 교차로 지체를 고려한 통행시간함수를 개발하고, 이를 도시가로망에 적용하여 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이는 기존 통행배정 모형이 교차로 지체를 적절히 고려하지 못하고 있다는 분석에 근거하고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 링크의 통행시간을 구간 순행시간과 교차로 지체시간으로 구분하고, 청주시 주행속도, 교통량, 기하구조 및 신호운영 자료 등을 수집하여 계획단계에 적절한 구간 순행시간과 교차로 지체시간 산출모형을 구축하고, 이를 통행배정 단계에 적용하여 그 타당성을 분석하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교차로 지체시간을 산출하기 위해 교차로의 녹색시간비 대신 접근로의 차로수비율을 교차로 유형별로 보정한 후, 이를 실제 녹색시간비율과의 t-검정을 시행하여, 평균값에 차이가 없다는 귀무가설을 기각할 수 없는 것으로 분석되어, 보정 차로수비율을 모형구축에 적용하였다. 둘째, 기존의 BPR모형과 보정 차로수비를 이용한 균일지체기반 수정모형 및 Webster기반 수정모형을 청주시 가로망에 EMME/2를 활용하여 통행배정하여 주행속도 조사자료와 비교한 결과, BPR모형은 교차로 지체의 영향을 반영하지 못하는 것으로 나타난 반면에 균일지체기반 수정모형과 Webster기반 수정모형은 관측된 조사자료에 보다 근접한 결과를 보였다. 셋째, 이들 모형의 배정결과와 실측 통행시간, 교통량, 평균통행속도간 통계검증 결과 통행시간 분리모형이 BPR모형 보다 실측치와의 통계적 오차가 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다.

제주도 한천유역의 함양 지체시간 산정 (Delay Time Estimation of Recharge in the Hancheon Watershed, Jeju Island)

  • In this work, the delay time for groundwater recharge was estimated by comparing simulated recharges by means of SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) model and WTF(Water Table Fluctuation) method. The delay time for groundwater recharge means that the time when the water from rainfall travelled through vadose zone just after getting out of soil zone bottom. As measuring this delay time is almost impossible, we used to compare the estimated values from modeling(SWAT) and analytic method(WTF). The test site is Hancheon watershed which has 8 groundwater measurement stations. The results show that the altitude has a linear relationship with the estimated delay time values. To validate these results, we conducted corelation analysis between transformed groundwater levels and observed ones. The results showed that computed groundwater levels have good corelation($R^2$=0.97, 0.87, respectively). The estimated delay time would be used for the groundwater behaviour characteristics in vadose zone. As recharge rates vary according to the height, the delay time is thought to be an import variable for the proper groundwater recharge estimation.

다이너마이트와 미진동파쇄기 발파에 의한 지반진동속도 비교 (The Comparison of the Ground Vibration Velocity by Dynamite and Finecker Blasting)

  • The results of the regression analysis and comparative study between 120 vibration events by dynamite blasting and 68 vibration events by finecker blasting which were monitored in the test blasting are as follows: The ground vibration velocity of dynamite blasting of 0.12 kg charge weight per delay at 7.4 m above the explosive is higher than that of finecker blasting of 0.96 kg charge weight per delay. In the case of 0.12 kg charge weight per delay, the ground vibration velocity of finecker blasting is equal to 5.5% of that of dynamite blasting at the 10 m distance from explosive. The decrement of ground vibration velocity of dynamite blasting of above 0.12 kg charge weight per delay is larger than that of finecker blasting of below 0.96 kg charge weight per delay. The rate of ground vibration velocity of the finecker blasting to that of dynamite blasting decreases with the distance from explosives, but increases with the decrease of charge weight per delay. The increment of ground vibration velocity of finecker blasting is less than that of dynamite blasting with the increase of charge weight per delay at the same distance from explosives. Under the condition of the constant critical ground vibration velocity or use the same charge weight per delay, the blasting working by finecker rather than by dynamite is able to be performed at the nearer place to structures.

CDMA Mobile System Testbed and Field Test

  • This paper briefly explains the configuration of CDMA Mobile System (CMS) test bed. The measured fading and delay results of CDMA signal in Taejon area are shown. In comparison to other cellular systems, there are more parameters in the CDMA systems that affect system performance and capacity. We performed the optimization test of the selected parameters and present the effect of each parameter on the performance. This paper presents the capacity and performance test results of CMS. The capacity test was performed on ETRI site of three sectors in Taejon area. The performance tests include call completion rate, busy hour call attempt, and the delay characteristics of voice.

일 지역 보건소 내원 영유아의 발달지연의심 예측요인 (Predicting Factors of Developmental Delay in Infant and Early Children)

  • 목적 본 연구는 영유아의 발달지연의심에 영향 미치는 요인을 파악하여 영유아의 성장발달 지연 예방 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 방법 연구대상은 B시 16개구 보건소를 방문한 0-6세까지의 영유아와 그의 어머니로 총 133명이었고, 영유아의 발달검사를 위해서는 한국형 덴버 II 도구를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 ${\chi}^2$-test와 Fisher's exact test, 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 신체계측 결과 체중 3백분위 미만은 7.5%였고, 현재체중 백분위가 출생시 체중백분위보다 성장곡선 두 칸 이상 감소한 경우는 8.4%였다. 한국형 덴버 II 결과에 의한 발달지연의심 비율은 9.8%였다. 영유아의 발달지연의심 예측요인은 체중백분위 변화, 경제상태, 어머니가 지각한 아동의 발달상태였다. 즉, 출생시 체중백분위가 '감소'하는 경우가 '유지'되는 경우보다 발달지연의심이 나타날 확률이 6.69배 높았고, 경제상태가 '하'인 경우가 '중'인 경우보다 발달지연의심이 나타날 확률이 6.26배 높았으며, 어머니가 지각한 아기의 발달상태가 '의심'인 경우가 '정상'인 경우보다 발달지연의심 비율이 4.99배 높게 나타났다. 결론 영유아들의 건강한 성장발달을 위해서는 출생 시부터 주기적으로 아동의 성장발달상태를 관리하는 정부차원의 시스템 구축이 필요하고, 특히 저소득층 및 1세 이하의 영아들을 위한 보다 짧은 주기의 성장발달평가 프로그램이 필요하다.

  • This report was arrangemented and analysed by blasting previous instance of Nocsan, developing area of national factory town in Pusan since 1994. 11. our team have acquired sequential blasting machine which is used at open blasting sites of other countries. The result of study is that follow ; in case of delay electric detonator of Korea, it is possible to use 300 ~600 blasting holes in 2 charge per delay. But in our experience, it is best condition to use 100~200blasting holes at 1 charge per 1 delay.

  • This paper presents a new DR(Dead Reckoning) algorithm in client-server-based networked virtual environment using network delay estimation. In the algorithm, a new update packet is sent to server (or client) whenever the difference of current real value and tracking value after network delay is larger than threshold. To confirm the proposed algorithm, a test network game was implemented. Through iterative field tests, we knew that this algorithm provides fair service and stability.

적응형 시간지연 보상을 통한 관성항법장치 급속초기정렬기법 (Rapid Initial Alignment Method of Inertial Navigation System Using Adaptive Time Delay Compensation)

  • In this paper, a SDINS(strapdown inertial navigation system) rapid initial alignment technique with adaptive time delay compensation is proposed. The proposed method consists of two steps. In first step, misalignment and data latency are estimated by conducting pre-transfer alignment. Then, hybrid alignment is designed to rapidly find the misalignment changes induced by pyro-shock. To improve the performance of hybrid alignment, adaptive time delay compensation method is suggested. We verify the performance improvement of the proposed alignment scheme comparing with the conventional transfer alignment method by van test. The test result shows that the proposed alignment technique improves alignment performance.

BGA 검사 소켓 핀의 불량 분석 연구 (Failure Analysis of BGA Test Socket Pins)

  • BGA test sockets failed earlier than the expected life-time due to abnormal signal delay, shown especially at the low temperature ($-50^{\circ}C$). Analysis of failed sockets was conducted by EDX, AES, and XRD. A SnO layer contaminated with C was found to form on the surface of socket pins. The formation of SnO layer was attributed to the repeated Sn transfer from BGA balls to pin surface and instant oxidation of fresh Sn. As a result, contact resistance increased, inducing signal delay. Abnormal signal delay at the low temperature was attributed to the increasing resistivity of Sn oxide with decreasing temperature, as manifested by the resistance measurement of $SnO_2$.

  • Plants with long time-delays can not be often controlled effectively using a simple PID controller. The main reason for this is that the additional phase lag contributed by the time-delay tends to destabilize the closed-loop system. The stability problem can be solved by smith predictor. However, in this case responses are very sensitive to the estimated model errors. To reduce sensitive problem, this paper is presented based on virtual reference feedback tuning of the time delay plant using the closed-loop test to find parameters for a PID controller using the closed-loop test data.
